From the heavens above to the earth below, God is speaking to us through His creation, inviting ALL the sons and daughters of Adam to come and receive forgiveness for their sins, to come home and be reconciled through Jesus Christ, back into God’s eternal family!
Yes, the heavens have declared the Glory of God; and God in heaven has ordained that man should know of God’s existence through His handiwork and his creation; for the basic reality of God is plain enough, if we would but open our eyes and look!
By taking a long and thoughtful look at God’s creation, people have always been able to see what their natural eyes have not seen: eternal power, for instance, and the mystery of God’s divine being.
So truly no one has a good excuse for ignoring the God of creation; and yet what has happened in the earth is that people knew God perfectly well, but when they didn’t treat him like God, refusing to worship Him, they trivialized themselves into silliness and confusion so that there was neither sense nor direction left in their lives.
They became puffed up in pride and pretended to know it all, but were illiterate regarding the Author of life; and they traded the glory of God who holds the whole world in his hands for cheap figurines that you can buy in any five and dime store.
So God said, in effect, “If that’s what you want, that’s what you get!”
And so man traded the true God for false gods, and worshiped the gods they made instead of the God who made them—the God we bless, and the God who blesses us!

God bears His heart in the Scriptures, and really the Bible (from Genesis to Revelation) is but God’s love letter to His creation, where He records the record of history of all He has willingly done to bring His lost and estranged children home.

The Son of God speaks:
“As to why I permit myself to be blasphemed, I answer: It is written that when King David was avoiding his son’s persecution, a certain man cursed him along the way.
When his servants wanted to kill the man, David forbade them for two reasons: first, because he had a hope of returning; second, because he was mindful of his own weakness and sin and of the ignorance of him who had cursed him as well as of the patience and goodness of God. I am David, figuratively speaking.
People persecute me with their wicked deeds, like a slave who chases his master, and they throw me out of my own kingdom, that is, out of the soul that I created and that is my kingdom.
Then they find fault with me, like a criminal finds fault with his sentence, and they even blaspheme against me, because I am patient.
Because I am meek, I suffer their foolishness. Because I am the Judge, I wait for them to convert until the very last moment.
Finally, since people in general believe more in falsehood than in truth, and love the world more than me, their God, it is no wonder if the wicked are tolerated in their wickedness, for they wish neither to seek the truth nor to recover from their wickedness.”
“When there is fire in a house, a vent hole is needed to let out the smoke and allow the inhabitant to enjoy the heat.
Likewise, for anyone who desires to keep my spirit and my grace, habitual confession is useful in order to let out the smoke of sin.
Although my divine spirit is in itself unchangeable, nevertheless it quickly withdraws from the heart that is not protected by the humility of confession.”
Again Christ speaks to his bride and says that the prayer of people who take their pleasure in carnal and earthly delights, neglecting heavenly desires, charity, and the memory of his passion and of eternal judgment, is like the sound of colliding stones, and they will be thrust away with loathing from God’s sight like an abortion or an unclean menstrual cloth.
Then there was a man was singing: ‘Deliver me, O Lord, from the unrighteous man!’ His voice is in my ears like the sound of two stones struck together. His heart calls to me as if with three voices.
The first voice says: ‘I want to have my will in my own control, to sleep and to rise and to talk of pleasant things. I shall give to nature what it craves. I want money in my purse, soft clothes on my back. When I get these and similar things, I count them a greater happiness than all other gifts and the spiritual virtues of the soul.’
His second voice says: ‘Death is not too hard, and the judgment is not so severe as is written; harsh threats are made as a warning, but mild punishments are given out of mercy. Therefore, so long as I can have my will in the present, let my soul make its passage as best it can in the future.’
The third voice says:
Indeed, why did he suffer? Or who compelled him to suffer? Of course, I do not understand heavenly things except by hearsay, and I do not know for sure whether I should trust the Scriptures.
If I could only have my will, I would have it instead of the heavenly kingdom.’ You can see what that man’s will is like and why his voice is like the sound of stones in my ears.
But, o friend, I answer your first voice: Your way does not tend toward heaven, nor is the passion of my love to your taste.
Therefore hell lies open for you, and, because you love the low things of the earth, you will go to the regions below.
I answer your second voice: Son, death will be hard for you, judgment unbearable, and flight impossible, unless you mend your ways.
I tell your third voice: Brother, I did all my works out of love in order that you might become like me and so that, after having been turned away from me, you might return to me. But now my works are dead in you, my words are burdensome, and my way is neglected.
What awaits you, therefore, is the torment and company of demons, because you turn your back on me, you trample underfoot the signs of my humility, and you do not consider how I stood on the cross in your sight and for your sake.
I stood there in three ways for your sake.
My passion indeed was more bitter to me than a puncture in the eye; yet I suffered it out of love.
My mother’s sorrow moved my heart more than my own, yet I bore it.
All my inner and outer parts, too, shook for a long time from pressing pain and suffering, yet I did not give up nor retreat.
Thus I stood in your sight, but you forget and neglect and scorn it all.
You will therefore be thrust away like an abortion and a menstrual cloth.”
(Book 5: The Book of Questions/Revelations ~St.Bridget)
God’s voice cries out to the sons and daughters of Adam down through the centuries, calling them to come home. God has even wound up and fashioned this world and the heavens above infinitely finer and more intricate than your finest and most expensive Swiss watch; and He has set its movement in motion in order to mark the times and seasons; and it is through this movement of stars and constellations, each with its own named, that God has ordained a message for all the sons of man to know!
As one possible example, there has been much to do lately about the year 2012, as being a very significant and important year for any number of reasons, as though we are coming to the close of on age (or dispensation), and the beginning of another.
It is not just Christians and fringe religious mystics, mind you, who are talking about this either; but astronomers are seeing a change in the heavens, much as the Wise Men from the east did, after having been schooled in the teachings and prophecies of the Prophet Daniel, in his mathematical prophecy which is found in Daniel 9:24-27.
This prophecy of Daniel actually numbered the exact number of days from the time the degree was given to rebuild Jerusalem, after Israel’s 70 year Babylonian captivity (and after you do the math, it works out to be 69 weeks of 360-day years = 173,880 days), until the Messiah would reveal himself; but it doesn’t end there, because Daniel then goes on to say that Messiah would be cut off (killed) for the sins of His people; and that after that, Jerusalem would be destroyed a second time.
The first time when Jerusalem was destroyed happened when Nebuchadnezzar conquered Israel; and the second time in history was when the Emperor Titus Flavius Vespasianus destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD.
So based on this prophecy of Daniel, Messiah had to come before 70 AD., as the Passover Lamb; in order to provide atonement for the sins of the people, of all those who would receive and believe in Him through FAITH!
All of this was recognizable and was predicted long in advance through Daniel’s prophecy; but God has also aligned the movement of the heavens to converge as a sign of this glorious event; and that sign is believed to be the convergence of three stars that lined up and made one bright light in the evening sky, brighter than all the others; and it was that star that lead the wise men to where Jesus was born!
So based on this amazing prophecy and its accuracy, could there also be another sign in the heavens that will indicate another significant and important event that is to happen in 2012?
Well based on my knowledge of the Bible, of astronomy, and also of history, I think it is very likely that we are approaching a galactic alignment; and what exactly the year 2012 could possibly mean in all of this, I don’t know, except to say that strictly from a scientific and astronomical point of view, it certainly appears, according to the position and movement of God’s time clock, that we are moving into a new era of some kind around the year 2012.
It is predicted by some scientists that our sun will pass through the galactic center (plain), from earth’s vantage point, on Dec 21, 2012, which is when the Mayan calendar “ends” (and is also the winter solstice begins).
The Mayan Calendar is but one of many reasons why significance is being drawn to this event; but regardless of what source we look to, unlike the Y2K scare that went around at the turn of the century, there appears to be definite scientific and astronomical reasons for why the year 2012 may be significant.
