Here is another example of a miscarriage of justice on the part of our government…

Here is another example of a miscarriage of justice on the part of our government, in order to promote another “politically incorrect” and very unfair politicized agenda; with the result being that another one of our military people is being offered up as a sacrificial lamb to this very unfair and politically motivated cause, which by the way only serves to undermine the morale of our fighting troops, at a time when our nation is at war.

As you listen and read about this case, you’ll learn that after the government prosecutor found out that his own expert witness agreed with Michael’s testimony, that the Iraqi, who was a known Alcida cell member, was in fact reaching for Michael’s gun at the time he was shot, he kept this evidence hidden, and did not reveal it.

This information was held back from Michael’s defense attorney, during the trial, and was only learned about afterwards, after an email to this effect was discovered after the trial had concluded.

The parents said in the interview that all Michael is asking for is a fair trial.

This reminds me of the two Border Patrol officers who were likewise also unjustly thrown into prison, under the Bush Administration, for similar reasons, in order to support an unjust and unfair politicized agenda

Not to mention all the other cases of late, that we have all heard about, where our government has prosecuted others of our military personal, on major felony charges, for what amounted to college style hazing pranks, among enemy prisoners. This may have called for disciplinary actions being taken, but certainly not major felony charges.

This is especially true in light of the fact that these same Islamic Terrorists are in fact beheading our people, and desecrating their dead bodies in public afterwards… and yet these clowns who are currently running our government, under this administration, are wanting to give these evil people our constitutional rights, as war combatants mind you (which goes against all the rules of war), and at the same time prosecute them under our civil law, in a civilian court no less; were if convicted they would be put into Federal Prison, where they would be in a position to freely recruit more people to their cause.

May God help us and deliver us from this sort of idiocy within our government today, regarding this crazy and unjust political agenda, as we continually are shooting ourselves in the foot; and let us also recognize who the real enemy is here, in this war we are fighting… which definitely are not our own brave men and women who are fighting for our freedom!

May God also deliver us from people like this, within our own government, and also in the media, who apparently from all available evidence of late, and judging from all that we can see happening today within our government, it would certainly appear that these people are presently permeating both our government and our media!

Let us all continue to watch and pray for our country, and for a miracle within our country; and let us also pray for that revival that we so desperately need; and that our Constitutional Republic is restored, and our liberties and freedoms, as American citizens, are preserved! Selah

MILITARY PROSECUTORS WITHHOLD EVIDENCE; ARMY RANGER GOES TO PRISON FOR 25 YEARS (recently reduced to 15 years) FOR SHOOTING AL QAEDA OPERATIVE

The Story

On March 20th, 2009, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing Ali Mansur, a known Al Qaeda operative while serving in Iraq.  Mansur was known to be a member of an Al Qaeda cell operating in the lieutenant’s area of operation and was suspected to have organized an attack on Lt. Behenna’s platoon in April 2008 which killed two U.S. soldiers and injured two more. Army intelligence ordered the release of Mansur and Lt. Behenna was ordered to return the terrorist to his home.

During the return of Mansur, Lt. Behenna again questioned the Al Qaeda member for information about other members of the terrorist cell, and financial supporters. During this interrogation, Mansur attacked Lt. Behenna, who killed the terrorist in self-defense. The government subsequently prosecuted Lt. Behenna for premeditated murder.

Not only is this a miscarriage of justice on the behalf of Lt. Behenna, who was acting to prevent further loss of life in his platoon, it is demoralizing to the U.S. troops who continue to fight on behalf of the freedom and security of our nation. Whether it is U.S. border patrol agents, members of the armed forces, or FBI agents, no individual who is serving on the frontlines in the War on Terror should be so blatantly mistreated.

We urgently need your help to correct this terrible wrong against a loyal and faithful soldier. Please contact your congressman and ask them to intervene on behalf of 1LT Behenna. Below is a brief recap of the relevant aspects of Lt. Behenna’s case.

  • September 2007: 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna deployed to Iraq for his first combat experience
  • April 21, 2008: Lt. Behenna’s platoon was attacked by Al Qaeda operatives. The attack resulted in death of two of Lt. Behenna’s platoon members, two Iraqi citizens, and wounded two additional soldiers under Lt. Behenna’s command.
  • May 5, 2008: Known terrorist Ali Mansur was detained at his home for suspected involvement in the attack on Lt. Behenna’s platoon
  • May 16, 2008: Army Intelligence orders the release of Mansur
  • Lt. Behenna, who lost two members of his platoon just weeks earlier, was ordered to transport Mansur back to his home
  • Lt. Behenna attempts a final interrogation of Mansur prior to his release
  • During the interrogation, Behenna is attacked by Mansur and is forced to defend himself. During the altercation, the terrorist is killed.
  • Lt. Behenna failed to properly report the incident
  • July 2008: The U.S. Army charges Lt. Behenna with premeditated murder for the death of Al Qaeda operative and terrorist Ali Mansur.
  • February 23, 2009: Lt. Behenna’s trial begins
  • Government and defense experts agree on the trajectory of the bullets killing Mansur
  • Prosecution expert Dr. Herbert MacDonnell initiated contact with defense attorneys explaining his agreement with the testimony of Lt. Behenna and his presentation to prosecutors supporting Lt. Behenna’s version of events.
  • Dr. MacDonnell is not called to testify in the case and instead is sent home.  Just before leaving the courthouse he picks up his coat from the prosecution room and says to the three prosecutors (Megan Poirier, Jason Elbert, and Erwin Roberts), ‘The explanation that Lt Behenna just testified to was the exact same scenario I told you yesterday.  Lt Behenna is telling the truth.’
  • Jack Zimmermann, defense counsel, asks prosecutors if they have any exculpatory evidence that should be provided to the defense (referring to Dr. MacDonnell’s demonstration). Prosecutors deny having any such evidence despite having been told by their own expert witness that Lt Behenna’s explanation was the only logical explanation.
  • Prosecutors withholding of this evidence allowed them to argue that Lt. Behenna executed Ali Mansur while seated when the forensic experts, including Dr. MacDonnell, agree that Ali was standing with his arms outstretched when shot
  • Lt. Behenna is convicted of unpremeditated murder and assault by a military panel of seven officers, none of whom had combat experience.
  • Dr. MacDonnell contacts prosecution requesting that the information provided in his demonstration be given to the defense.
  • Prosecutors provide such information after a verdict was rendered, but prior to sentencing.
  • At the request of the presiding judge, Dr. MacDonnell provides his information to the court via telephone
  • The judge orders both sides in the case to file briefs relating to a possible mistrial
  • After reading the briefs the judge set an additional hearing and ordered additional briefs, including one from the defense requesting a new trial.
  • On March 20, the judge denied defense motions to declare a mistrial and to order a new trial
  • Lt. Behenna was paraded in handcuffs through the Nashville airport, the Milwaukee airport, and the Kansas City airport enroute to Fort Leavenworth Prison
  • Lt. Behenna’s attorneys are appealing the verdict
  • Lt. Behenna is currently serving a 15-year sentence  (the 25 year sentence was reduced five years by the commanding general of 101st Airborne and reduced another five years by the Army Clemency Board.  The earliest he would be eligible for parole is after serving a third of his sentence.  Without parole or a new trial Lt. Behenna will get out of prison for the shooting an Al Qaeda terrorist in self defense when he is 40 years old.

1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was an excellent officer. He received his call to serve his country while attending the University of Central Oklahoma. He is from a family of public servants, his mother being an Assistant United States Attorney and his father a retired Special Agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. He has served the Army and the United States with honor and dignity. To sacrifice the life of this Oklahoma soldier over the death of a known terrorist, is a breech of faith with all who are serving our country.

ABOUT GROWING OLDER…

After all, as Christians, we do believe in miracles, and that our God is the God of the impossible, do we not? And as the Bible says: “All things are possible, if only we can believe.” (Mark 9:23)

I’ve been listening to the prophecies of Kim Clement, regarding this Obama administration; and whereas I must admit, I did not bear witness with some of the things that I was hearing, at the same time I know in my heart that certainly it is God’s will for there to be repentance and a turning back to God in the White House!

Certainly, if God could spare the nation of Nineveh, and cause not only the king, but the entire nation to turn back to God, in repentance; and if God could turn King Nebuchadnezzar’s heart, then certainly it is not beyond the realm of possibly that the same thing could also happen within this present Administration.

It is my prayer that these things be so, and that there will be a change of heart, not only in Barak Obama, but also for his entire administration and staff.

Lord, if there is betrayal in the White House, then my prayer is let it be exposed and found out; let the blinders be taken off, and the enemy’s plans exposed in the light of day.

Also, it is my prayer that our nation will take a new path, that there would be a grassroots movement back towards faith in God, from the bottom up; let us, as a people, move forward with the rebuilding of our nation, once again as One Nation Under God; and let it happen through prayer, repentance, and in sack cloth and ashes.

God may each of us turn back to you; may we each turn from our wicked ways; that we may seek your face, and be forgiven of our trespasses and sins… Lord God, have mercy upon us! In Jesus name we pray… Amen.

Listen to the word of the Lord tonight. “There is great darkness that is emerging from the top office in the land. There is darkness that is emerging from a place that they call White, but did I not promise you, great light would come from darkness? Did I not promise you that even in the midst of darkness great light shall shine on this nation and the nations of the earth? Your enemy shall melt as wax before the fire.”

The Spirit of God says, “Do not forget the promises that I have made throughout the earth; do not forget the promises that I made to your children. Do not forget that I said I would send signs—the earth is shaken all around you. It has shaken in nations around you. And they have prayed for America to be shaken in the earth and that judgment may be their answer. But,” God says, “America, I am not going to judge you. I am going to chastise. Watch how I deal with the crime. Watch how I deal with what has been taken and presented to Me on a silver platter. What am I looking at? What is on this plate that you bring to Me? False images? What is on this religious plate, that you bring to Me?” says the Lord. “There is nothing but false incense. Yet there is an aroma coming from children. There is a fragrance of praise that is coming from the teenagers.

“There is a fragrance of praise that is coming from the hearts of the children.” And God says, “I have thrown a mantle upon them and I have given to them a double portion, and America, your best day is upon you. I will bring the betrayal out. And in the summer months you will look and say, ‘It is rebounding, it is rebounding! Things are coming back, things are coming back.'” For God says, “I am taking you out of a dark place and shedding My light,” says the Lord.

“There is no fear in the perfect love of God. Look as I point to the fire. And they will say the fire has been pointed to. And I will take men who have been astute and prudent in their dealings with finances. And I will make them billionaires, millionaires and extremely influential and wealthy—and DO NOT say that it is not the desire of the Lord. I called Abraham out of the Ur of Chaldees, and his obedience made him the most influential and powerful and wealthy man on the face of the earth, proving to mankind that God is not restricted by a man’s age. And there shall be an extension of age as Alzheimer’s comes to an end in this decade,” says the Lord.

“There will be an extension of age as Alzheimer’s comes to an end in this decade, and there will be an end to the humiliation of children, as I bring Autism to an end in this decade,” says the Lord. “Look to the fire point, it is pointing to the fire. It shall be an investment that you shall capture and make the money to make you debt free,” says the Lord of Hosts tonight.

This Nation Will Once Again Shine
Through the Nations of the Earth

“There has been a visitation to this nation and to the nations that have stood together. The betrayal will only bring out the will of God. Russia shall freeze in her steps as she attempts to come and lure and seduce the President and the Vice President. Israel shall no longer be spurned. I will not allow it. I am about to cause a knee to bow in the house they call White, and surely this shall happen, for great pressure shall come as suddenly there are wars that begin to emerge. ‘Give us Israel, give us that piece of land! America, you are in our way. You’re in our way.'”

For God says, “Shall I wrap them around My finger and make an open show of them? America, you will dispossess again enemies. But first we will deal with the hand that is on the table. Attempting something that America has never attempted before. The temptation is so great, but yet, “God says, “a new party shall emerge in this angry, wrath-infested political climate. A new party shall emerge and they shall say, ‘Is it as a result of tea?’ And yes, it is!” For the Spirit of God says, “Enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough, enough is enough!

“This nation, that has literally brought bread to the nations of the earth… This nation, that has sent My Word to the most remote parts of the world and lost their lives because of it… I will not forget,” says the Spirit of the Lord. “I will not forget.” The Lord says, “Do not say to Me that ‘We cannot associate the past. It must be disfigured and disconnected.’ You cannot dispose of the past, for it is connected to your destiny. A nation shall look in horror and say, ‘Was it possible that because of a few tea parties, that something as powerful as this will emerge?'”

“And when I say ‘with horror,’ they will say, ‘Is it possible for something like this to happen so quickly?'” God said, “This tea party that shall arise shall have the words of My commandments and shall have the truths that were given to your forefathers, and they shall bring it and say, ‘This shall never be lost.'” And God says, “Even your supreme court shall be shaken. Five years from now, one death, another death, and there shall be fear that shall grip the nation. I will save you from the despair of assassination. I will give to you the honor of seeing how a man can humble himself. ‘A man of an African nation,’ they shall say, ‘this is confusing us.’

“Democrats shall shake their heads, scratch their heads, and Republicans alike. They shall say, ‘This is ridiculous, where are we?’ Out of this shall emerge a party, and truly,” the Lord says, “I will breathe upon it! And I will bring forth a President that shall stand with righteousness and speak into the schools and visit the Universities.” And the Lord says, “This nation will once again shine through the nations of the earth.” And God said, “Though you be despised, and though they bring wars against you, you will never be defeated again!”
