I’ll tell you what’s wrong, Satan has declared war on our children, by destroying the godly bond of Christian marriage and family; and what we see all around us today, in our society (represented in the picture above), is the collateral damage of that attack!
Folks this is what’s missing in most of our families today, that parents should discipline their children while they are still young.
Do you remember this video, where this mom went out into the middle of the Baltimore riot and grabbed her 16-year-old boy:
And to show you just how sick our society is, they were going to actually prosecute her for doing this!
The Bible says that if you “Bring up a child in the way he should go, that when he is old he will not depart from it (Prov 22:6); we’re also warned that if children are not disciplined early on in life, while they are still young, that their personal development will suffer (Prov 13:24).
The rod and reproof give wisdom, but a child left to himself, to his own devices, brings shame (Prov 29:15); Do not withhold discipline from a child; if you strike him with a rod, he will not die (Prov 23:13); You shall teach your children diligently the laws and requirements of the Lord, as found in His Word, and you shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise (Deut 6:7).
Discipline your son, and he will give you rest; he will give delight to your heart (Prov 29:17); Folly is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of discipline drives it far from him (Prov 22:15); Discipline your son, for there is hope; do not set your heart on putting him to death (Prov 19:18).
But as for you, (speaking to the Christians out there) continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from your childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work (2 Timothy 3:14-17).
Even a child makes himself known by his acts, by whether his conduct is pure and upright (Prov 20:11); All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children (Isa 54:13); Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children (Eph 5:1); For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jer 29:11).
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth (3 John 1:4); Rise during the night and cry out. Pour out your hearts like water to the Lord. Lift up your hands to him in prayer, pleading for your children (Lam 2:19); Did he not make them one (husband and wife), with a portion of the Spirit in their union, and what was the one God seeking, Godly offspring (Mal 2:15).
If you strike your son with the rod, you will save his soul from Sheol (Pro 23:14); And a Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who turn from transgression,” declares the Lord. “And as for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit that is upon you, and my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your offspring, or out of the mouth of your children’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from this time forth and forevermore (Isa 59:20-21).
Are we getting the picture and do we understand that the whole reason our society is being destroyed from within and is coming apart at the seams, is because long ago we as a nation abdicated our responsibilities and have violated our covenant with God?
Children today, with both parents either working or divorced, are pretty much raising themselves; and consequently with the absence of godly discipline and authority in their lives, they are learning their values from the streets.
Not only that, but we have a godless secular public education system today that bends over backwards to teach our children that faith in God is absolutely useless and irrelevant to anything that is of any importance or consequence in their life.
Some may look at this picture below and say this is justice; but as I look at the picture I see that as a society we are losing this war and we are losing our children to the hands of Satan.
You know every child is born into this world with a blank slate, and it is how they are raised that determines their character and their future.
With no parents around, with no godly discipline or training, with no reverence or fear of the Lord, this is what happens.
As for this young man, who really was still only a child at 18 years old, our failure as a society and the lack of godly training and discipline in his life, has consigned him to hell for all eternity!
God did NOT create disposable people, and the Scriptures that tell us that God has a plan, a purpose and a destiny for each of us, also includes each one of these children that we are seeing on the evening news!
As parents we ALL need to wake up to the fact that given the wrong set of circumstances and upbringing, that what we see represented in this photo could very well have happened to one of our children.
This is happening to way too many of our young people in our inner-cities today, and it has to stop!
This is God’s warning to all of us, and this is what He is after:
Malachi 4:6
God will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else “I will come and strike the land with total destruction.”

Ps 150:6
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!
Mankind was NEVER designed, nor was he created to operate independently from God…
Without that God connection in our life, we are ALL like fish out of water, flopping around on the shores of life, looking for our way back home.
We were given dominion over this earth to operate in unison with God (Gen 1:28), through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, just as we see that Jesus modeled in His earthly ministry (1 John 2:6).
We were also given a free will that we may choose to do this, or not.
The Bible clearly tells us that most people will choose not to follow Jesus and not to live their lives this way, in submission to God (Mat 7:13); but for those of us who are paying attention, we recognize this as the greatest privilege, gift and adventure we could ever have!
The number one requirement for anyone who obeys the Gospel message is that they first recognize the value of the gift God is offering them!
—
Depending on Him
Do everything in dependence on Me.
The desire to act independently—apart from Me—springs from the root of pride.
Self-sufficiency is subtle, insinuating its way into your thoughts and actions without your realizing it.
But apart from Me, you can do NOTHING: that is, nothing of eternal value.
My deepest desire for you is that you learn to depend on Me in EVERY situation!
I move heaven and earth to accomplish this purpose, but you must collaborate with Me in this training.
Teaching you would be simple if I negated your free will or overwhelmed you with My Power.
However, I love you too much to withdraw the godlike privilege I bestowed on you as My image-bearer.
Use your freedom wisely, by relying on Me constantly.
Thus you enjoy My Presence and My Peace.

Ps 150:6
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!
I have been hearing reports all over that God has been supernaturally moving in the Muslim community and revealing Himself through dreams…
In this article (below) we read how a Christian brother, just before he was killed, forgave his executioner and gave him his Bible.
ISIS Fighter Converts to Christianity After Vivid Dream of Jesus Who Told Him ‘You Are Killing My People’
AN ISLAMIC State fighter who ‘enjoyed’ killing Christians wants to follow Jesus after dreaming of a man in white who told him, “You are killing my people.”
I t has become a common occurrence over the years for Muslims in the Middle East who have converted to Christianity to claim to have been compelled to do so after dreaming of a person who they believe is Jesus Christ…
This reminds me of both Jesus’ forgiveness on the cross, as He forgave His executioners, and also the last words of the first martyr, Stephen, as he forgave, while Saul of Tarsus (the apostle Paul) watched him be killed (Acts 6:8–8:3).
Only God has the power to recycle men’s lives, and I’ve seen it happen over and over again.
Even as Jesus said, “He that is forgiven of much, loves much” (Luke 7:47); and as it says in First Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW creature: old things are passed away; and behold, ALL things are become new.”
Truly this is the greatest miracle!
I think a lot of times, and I’m certainly including myself in this, we’re more like Jonah in our attitude towards our enemies, we want to see the fire of God fall down upon them.
When l hear of stories like this, all I can say is God’s mercy and grace is beyond amazing!
This conversation of this ISIS fighter sounds a lot like Saul of Tarsus’ conversion, after he also had been responsible for killing Christians.
Acts 9:3-9
3-4 But on his journey, as he neared Damascus, a light from Heaven suddenly blazed around him, and he fell to the ground. Then he heard a voice speaking to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?”
5 “Who are you, Lord?” he asked.
6 “I am Jesus whom you are persecuting,” was the reply. “But now stand up and go into the city and there you will be told what you must do.”
7-9 His companions on the journey stood there speechless, for they had heard the voice but could see no one. Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could see nothing. So they took him by the hand and led him into Damascus. There he remained sightless for three days, and during that time he had nothing either to eat or drink.
I do know that this is God’s heart, that none should parish and that ALL men should be saved (2 Peter 3:9); and we as Christians are to be about our Father’s business, having been assigned the duty of being God’s distributors of His Love and Light in this dark world.
I continually have to remind myself of this fact, especially in the light of all the brutality and cruel savagery I see coming from this particular group of people.
God’s ways and His thoughts certainly are not ours, but as His occupational force (Luke 19:13), here on earth, as His ambassadors, we are here to represent and enforce His will in the earth, and not our own.
Even as we’re told in the Bible of how Paul tried desperately to witness to his tormentors and captors, before his execution, when he witnessed to Porcius Festus and Herod Agrippa II (Acts 26:1-32).
Particularly in this day and age, in this increasingly evil and violent world that we live in, I think we as Christians have to maintain a balance.
After all, Jesus did tell His disciples to go sell their cloak and buy a sword (see Luke 22:36); and the reason I believe that He said that is, as Christians, we at times have to defend ourselves and others.
As King Solomon said in Ecclesiastes 3:8b, “there’s a time for war and a time for peace.”
After all, our nation was birthed through the Revolutionary War, with England; we’ve also had two World Wars and have had many other wars between.
Obviously if we had not fought in those wars our nation would not even exist today, and whereas I respect an individual’s right, according to his or her’s conscience, to be a pacifist, I obviously think that would not be a wise course for every Christian to take.
And to bring it home, and even make it more personal, I would say that if you saw someone attacking or raping your wife or daughter, you would not call a prayer meeting; but you would do whatever you could to stop it, including using deadly force.
For most of us, anyway, I believe that course of action would be a no-brainer.
I believe that there is a time to fight and there is also a time not to; and it is wisdom that lets us know when to do which.
Particularly in America it would seem that our history has often been that our military, in times past, as had to go in and make the playing field level, so that the missionaries can go in and do their job.
As is the case with all things, with God, there is a balance in everything.
At least that’s the way I see it.

Ps 150:6
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!
Augustine once said, “Love God and do what you want”…
If we truly love God, with all our heart and soul and mind and strength, then nothing else matters and everything we do will be exactly what God desires.
The precise quote from Augustine goes like this:
“Love God and do whatever you please: for the soul trained in love to God will do nothing to offend the One who is Beloved.”
So the question is, do you truly love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength?
There are two categories of people in the world, who say they are Christian.
For some Jesus is the center most important part of their life, He is like the hub of the wheel, around which everything in their life revolves.
For others He’s nothing more the than a spoke in wheel, that’s no more than an accessory; and their lives will roll along just fine without Him.
This latter group knows God in name only, but they don’t have a relationship with Him.
Listen to these words of Jesus and you decide which group you might be in?
Matthew 16:24-26
J.B. Phillips New Testament (PHILLIPS)
24-26 Then Jesus said to his disciples,
“If anyone wants to follow in my footsteps he must give up all right to himself, take up his cross and follow me.
For the man who wants to save his life will lose it; but the man who loses his life for my sake will find it.
For what good is it for a man to gain the whole world at the price of his own soul? What could a man offer to buy back his soul once he had lost it?

The Winning Walk
DO YOU REALLY LOVE GOD?
St. Augustine asked his followers if they really loved God.
“Do you love Him with all your heart, soul, mind and strength?” he asked.
Then he told a story as a way to discover the answer.
Suppose God came to a man and said, “The world and all that is in it is yours.
I will give you perfect health. Whatever your heart desires is yours.
I will even do away with sin and death and enable you to live forever.”
Sounds good, doesn’t it? The whole world at your disposal-no sin, eternal life? Too good, perhaps.
“There is only one thing you will not have,” God would say in this imaginary exchange. “You will never see My face. The choice is yours. I will respect your wish.”
Augustine said if there were a quiver in a person’s heart at the words “you will never see My face,” it is quite possible that he might really love God.
If a man decided to turn away from all that the world could offer for the joy of seeing God’s face, his love might be true.
Sounds like a pretty good test to me!
The only satisfaction to be found in this life is found in the love of God.
We can choose Him through His Son Jesus Christ and know Him as we are known.
Only then does satisfaction come-but then, it comes from everywhere.
Because when the soul is satisfied, all the other things in life may be enjoyed for what they are: gifts from a God who is unchanging and good, and whose love endures forever.
Memory Verse
MATTHEW 22:37
You shall love the Lord Your God with all you heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.

A word of caution to the wise, who have ears to hear, who have not yet made their peace with God, this may very well be your last call to enter into this Grand Adventure.

Ps 150:6
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!
What follows is true for ALL of us, not just the elderly…
The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT be infringed.”
The real evil and the people we need to be concerned about, in this day and age, are those politicians, who reserve the right to protect themselves with guns, who in violation of their oath of office, would disarm us and make us more vulnerable!

Why grandpa carries a gun
by Joe Messina – Feb 16, 2015
Why Carry a Gun?
My old grandpa said to me ‘Son, there comes a time in every man’s life when he stops bustin’ knuckles and starts bustin’ caps; and usually it’s when he becomes too old to take an ass whoopin.’
I don’t carry a gun to kill people; I carry a gun to keep from being killed.
I don’t carry a gun to scare people; I carry a gun because sometimes this world can be a scary place.
I don’t carry a gun because I’m paranoid; I carry a gun because there are real threats in the world.
I don’t carry a gun because I’m evil; I carry a gun because I have lived long enough to see the evil in the world.
I don’t carry a gun because I hate the government; I carry a gun because I understand the limitations of government.
I don’t carry a gun because I’m angry; I carry a gun so that I don’t have to spend the rest of my life hating myself for failing to be prepared.
I don’t carry a gun because I want to shoot someone; I carry a gun because I want to die at a ripe old age in my bed, and not on a sidewalk somewhere tomorrow afternoon.
I don’t carry a gun because I’m a cowboy; I carry a gun because, when I die and go to heaven, I want to be a cowboy.
I don’t carry a gun to make me feel like a man; I carry a gun because men know how to take care of themselves and the ones they love.
I don’t carry a gun because I feel inadequate; I carry a gun because unarmed and facing three armed thugs, I am inadequate.
I don’t carry a gun because I love it; I carry a gun because I love life and the people who make it meaningful to me.
Police protection is an oxymoron: Free citizens must protect themselves, because police do not protect you from crime, they just investigate the crime after it happens and then call someone in to clean up the mess.
Personally, I carry a gun because I’m too young to die and too old to take an ass whooping’!
The sword has always traditionally been an instrument of warfare and an instrument of defense…
I suppose there are some people today who might think in this verse that Jesus was saying to go sell your cloak and buy a Bible, because in today’s Christian culture a “Sword” is a popular metaphor, used by many Christians, when talking about God’s Word.
Such an interpretation would not only be naïve, but it also would be incorrect, because that particular comparison would be only a modern-day idiom, that would have had no meaning whatsoever in the first century.
Obviously what Jesus was saying in this verse is to go buy yourself the means to protect yourself and your family, as He knew that even darker days were coming.
Since they obviously didn’t have guns in Jesus’ day, if He were speaking today He would have said to go buy yourself a 9 mm Glock or an AK 47.
We live in a very dangerous world today; we’ve had two World Wars and today we are faced with potential terrorist attacks that proves that fact.
If in our history we had armed ourselves with knives, when our enemies had guns, we wouldn’t even exist as a country today!
For anyone to even suggest that the answer to all the wanton violence that we see today, in our world, is to disarm the innocent and law-abiding citizens, and leave us without the ability and means to defend ourselves and our families, thereby leaving all the weapons in the hands of the criminals, is not only dumb, but it makes absolutely no sense at all.
The truth is, it is ALWAYS better to have a gun and not need it, rather than to face a life threatening emergency and not have one.
Believe me, if someone is breaking into your home at 2 o’clock in the morning, what are you going to do?
You’re going to call somebody who has a gun, and pray to God that they get there in time, are you not?
Your personal protection and the protection of your family is first and foremost your responsibility, and we can thank God that we have a Second Amendment that guarantees us that right.
In addition, lastly but not least, the reason why our forefathers gave us the Second Amendment was in the event we ever had an oppressive government, like we have today, that is trying to usurp all of our Constitutional rights.
The Second Amendment also gives us the right to form a militia and take it back.
Like it or lump it that’s the truth!
As Christians, we need to put flesh and blood on God’s Word.
The Bible is very pragmatic and very relevant for our day and time, and we need to start interpreting it for what it says and not for what we may want it to say… be real!

Ps 150:6
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!
Jonathan Edwards’s Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God, was preached on July 8, 1741 in Enfield, Connecticut…
It was sermons like this, that were preached in the 18th century, that changed the course of America!
The apathy and complacency that we find so pronounced today in our society is unsettling.
There’s just so many people who are on this precarious slippery slope, hanging on only by a thread and by the grace of God, in the face of eternity.
They don’t realize the danger they they are in, they don’t see it; and what’s worse, they don’t even care!
What will it take to wake them up?
The truth is we ALL need to be shook from our complacency, and we also need to recognize the seriousness of the times in which we are living today!
With that said, I don’t think anyone who listens to this message will be the same afterwards.
Who was Jonathan Edwards?
Jonathan Edwards (October 5, 1703 – March 22, 1758) was a revivalist preacher, philosopher, and Protestant theologian.
This sermon, along with the preaching of other evangelists and ministers of this period served to spark what we call the first Great Awakening, that swept over the American colonies, from Maine to Georgia between 1730 and 1770.
This revival had a direct effect upon our founding fathers and upon their efforts to develop and form a government that is centered around and founded upon the Word of God.
This revival movement, unlike the earlier doctrines of the Puritans, promised the grace of God to ALL who could experience a desire for it.
This revival in the colonies was also a part of a much broader spiritual movement, an evangelical upsurge, that was taking place simultaneously on the other side of the Atlantic, most notably in England, Scotland, and Germany.
In all these Protestant cultures, during the middle decades of the eighteenth century, a new Age of Faith arose to counter the currents of the “Age of Enlightenment,” which can best be described as the 18th century version of “Political Correctness” and “Secular Humanism,” meaning the construct of intellectual philosophies of men, without the influence, nor regard for God and His Word.
This so called “Age of Enlightenment” or intellectualism was anything but, and can best be described as a time when every man did what was right in his own eyes without the wisdom and guidance of God.
It’s kind of like where we are today.
This first Great Awakening served to reaffirm the view that being a true born-again Christian (John 3:7) had nothing to do with being religious, following a system of dead works and good deeds; but rather it meant, and also it required, that we must trust in the Lord with ALL our heart, by faith, and that we NOT lean on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5).
It meant that the heart, rather than the head, was the seat of this spiritual transformation; and it meant also prizing the revelation of God’s Word and the daily – moment by moment – spiritual nudging and leading of the Holy Spirit, more than the thinking and reasoning of the intellect.
Human reason, religious traditions and the philosophies of men, have absolutely nothing to do with this process.
Suffice it to say that we, here in America today, need a third Great Awakening, if our nation is to survive and return to the ways of God.
We cannot do this on our own and certainly it will not happen as a result of some surge in the economy or as the result of some political reform movement.
Truly this world and EVERYTHING in it belongs to God, and if human history and the the history we read about in the Bible teaches us anything, it teaches us that the government of man can ONLY truly work, as it exists in cooperation and in obedience to God and His Word.
Listen up folks, because this is the ONLY deal that’s on the table:
Deuteronomy 28:1-66
The Message (MSG)
Blessings for Obedience
28 1-6 If you listen obediently to the Voice of God, your God, and heartily obey all his commandments that I command you today, God, your God, will place you on high, high above all the nations of the world.
All these blessings will come down on you and spread out beyond you because you have responded to the Voice of God, your God:
God’s blessing inside the city,
God’s blessing in the country;
God’s blessing on your children,
the crops of your land,
the young of your livestock,
the calves of your herds,
the lambs of your flocks.
God’s blessing on your basket and bread bowl;
God’s blessing in your coming in,
God’s blessing in your going out.
7 God will defeat your enemies who attack you. They’ll come at you on one road and run away on seven roads.
8 God will order a blessing on your barns and workplaces; he’ll bless you in the land that God, your God, is giving you.
9 God will form you as a people holy to him, just as he promised you, if you keep the commandments of God, your God, and live the way he has shown you.
10 All the peoples on Earth will see you living under the Name of God and hold you in respectful awe.
11-14 God will lavish you with good things:
Children from your womb, offspring from your animals, and crops from your land, the land that God promised your ancestors that he would give you.
God will throw open the doors of his sky vaults and pour rain on your land on schedule and bless the work you take in hand.
You will lend to many nations but you yourself won’t have to take out a loan.
God will make you the head, not the tail; you’ll always be the top dog, never the bottom dog, as you obediently listen to and diligently keep the commands of God, your God, that I am commanding you today.
Don’t swerve an inch to the right or left from the words that I command you today by going off following and worshiping other gods.
Curses for Disobedience
15-19 Here’s what will happen if you don’t obediently listen to the Voice of God, your God, and diligently keep all the commandments and guidelines that I’m commanding you today. All these curses will come down hard on you:
God’s curse in the city,
God’s curse in the country;
God’s curse on your basket and bread bowl;
God’s curse on your children,
the crops of your land,
the young of your livestock,
the calves of your herds,
the lambs of your flocks.
God’s curse in your coming in,
God’s curse in your going out.
20 God will send The Curse, The Confusion,
The Contrariness down on everything you try to do until you’ve been destroyed and there’s nothing left of you—all because of your evil pursuits that led you to abandon me.
21 God will infect you with The Disease, wiping you right off the land that you’re going in to possess.
22 God will set consumption and fever and rash and seizures and dehydration and blight and jaundice on you.
They’ll hunt you down until they kill you.
23-24 The sky over your head will become an iron roof, the ground under your feet, a slab of concrete.
From out of the skies God will rain ash and dust down on you until you suffocate.
25-26 God will defeat you by enemy attack.
You’ll come at your enemies on one road and run away on seven roads.
All the kingdoms of Earth will see you as a horror. Carrion birds and animals will boldly feast on your dead body with no one to chase them away.
27-29 God will hit you hard with the boils of Egypt, hemorrhoids, scabs, and an incurable itch.
He’ll make you go crazy and blind and senile. You’ll grope around in the middle of the day like a blind person feeling his way through a lifetime of darkness; you’ll never get to where you’re going.
Not a day will go by that you’re not abused and robbed. And no one is going to help you.
30-31 You’ll get engaged to a woman and another man will take her for his mistress;
You’ll build a house and never live in it; you’ll plant a garden and never eat so much as a carrot; you’ll watch your ox get butchered and not get a single steak from it; your donkey will be stolen from in front of you and you’ll never see it again; your sheep will be sent off to your enemies and no one will lift a hand to help you.
32-34 Your sons and daughters will be shipped off to foreigners; you’ll wear your eyes out looking vainly for them, helpless to do a thing.
Your crops and everything you work for will be eaten and used by foreigners; you’ll spend the rest of your lives abused and knocked around. What you see will drive you crazy.
35 God will hit you with painful boils on your knees and legs and no healing or relief from head to foot.
36-37 God will lead you and the king you set over you to a country neither you nor your ancestors have heard of;
There you’ll worship other gods, no-gods of wood and stone.
Among all the peoples where God will take you, you’ll be treated as a lesson or a proverb—a horror!
38-42 You’ll plant sacks and sacks of seed in the field but get almost nothing—the grasshoppers will devour it.
You’ll plant and hoe and prune vineyards but won’t drink or put up any wine—the worms will devour them.
You’ll have groves of olive trees everywhere, but you’ll have no oil to rub on your face or hands—the olives will have fallen off.
You’ll have sons and daughters but they won’t be yours for long—they’ll go off to captivity. Locusts will take over all your trees and crops.
43-44 The foreigner who lives among you will climb the ladder, higher and higher, while you go deeper and deeper into the hole.
He’ll lend to you; you won’t lend to him. He’ll be the head; you’ll be the tail.
45-46 All these curses are going to come on you. They’re going to hunt you down and get you until there’s nothing left of you because you didn’t obediently listen to the Voice of God, your God, and diligently keep his commandments and guidelines that I commanded you.
The curses will serve as signposts, warnings to your children ever after.
47-48 Because you didn’t serve God, your God, out of the joy and goodness of your heart in the great abundance, you’ll have to serve your enemies whom God will send against you.
Life will be famine and drought, rags and wretchedness; then he’ll put an iron yoke on your neck until he’s destroyed you.
48-52 Yes, God will raise up a faraway nation against you, swooping down on you like an eagle, a nation whose language you can’t understand, a mean-faced people, cruel to grandmothers and babies alike.
They’ll ravage the young of your animals and the crops from your fields until you’re destroyed.
They’ll leave nothing behind: no grain, no wine, no oil, no calves, no lambs—and finally, no you.
They’ll lay siege to you while you’re huddled behind your town gates.
They’ll knock those high, proud walls flat, those walls behind which you felt so safe.
They’ll lay siege to your fortified cities all over the country, this country that God, your God, has given you.
53-55 And you’ll end up cannibalizing your own sons and daughters that God, your God, has given you.
When the suffering from the siege gets extreme, you’re going to eat your own babies.
The most gentle and caring man among you will turn hard, his eye evil, against his own brother, his cherished wife, and even the rest of his children who are still alive, refusing to share with them a scrap of meat from the cannibal child-stew he is eating.
He’s lost everything, even his humanity, in the suffering of the siege that your enemy mounts against your fortified towns.
56-57 And the most gentle and caring woman among you, a woman who wouldn’t step on a wildflower, will turn hard, her eye evil, against her cherished husband, against her son, against her daughter, against even the afterbirth of her newborn infants; she plans to eat them in secret—she does eat them!—because she has lost everything, even her humanity, in the suffering of the siege that your enemy mounts against your fortified towns.
58-61 If you don’t diligently keep all the words of this Revelation written in this book, living in holy awe before This Name glorious and terrible, God, your God, then God will pound you with catastrophes, you and your children, huge interminable catastrophes, hideous interminable illnesses.
He’ll bring back and stick you with every old Egyptian malady that once terrorized you.
And yes, every disease and catastrophe imaginable—things not even written in the Book of this Revelation—God will bring on you until you’re destroyed.
62 Because you didn’t listen obediently to the Voice of God, your God, you’ll be left with a few pitiful stragglers in place of the dazzling stars-in-the-heavens multitude you had become.
63-66 And this is how things will end up:
Just as God once enjoyed you, took pleasure in making life good for you, giving you many children, so God will enjoy getting rid of you, clearing you off the Earth.
He’ll weed you out of the very soil that you are entering in to possess.
He’ll scatter you to the four winds, from one end of the Earth to the other.
You’ll worship all kinds of other gods, gods neither you nor your parents ever heard of, wood and stone no-gods.
But you won’t find a home there, you’ll not be able to settle down.
God will give you a restless heart, longing eyes, a homesick soul.
You will live in constant jeopardy, terrified of every shadow, never knowing what you’ll meet around the next corner.
This is what God is saying to our nation today:
Isaiah 1:18
Come now, and let us reason together, Saith the LORD; Though your sins be as scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they be red like crimson, They shall be as wool.
Our nation today is standing at a crossroads of decision, either we obey God’s instructions, given in 2 Chronicles 7:14, which says:
“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
Or we as a nation continue, as we have, on this downward slide to our own destruction!
God has provided for us one and only one way for us to avoid this consequence of our having to spend an eternity separated from His presence.
We are told in the Bible that there is ONLY one name under heaven, whereby this can happen and that we may be saved, and that is by faith in Jesus Christ.
He is the one who offered Himself, as a propitious sacrifice on Calvary’s cross, in order to pay a debt that we owed; and it is through His out poured life and blood on the cross that we now can be forgiven of our sins and reconciled back in the God’s family.
This is the greatest gift ever offered, and it’s also the most important decision that any of us will ever have to make in our lifetime!
The Bible tells us to either reject or ignore this Gospel message will mean that you will have your fate sealed for all eternity, and that you will be forced to stand at the judgment seat of God and face Him, accountable for your own sins, without the benefit of the Saviour!
I pray they you not take this decision for granted, and also that you not put it off any further.
As for our nation, we can only pray that God will wakeup that sleeping giant, called the church, within our nation, while we still can make a difference!
Come join the Adventure!

Ps 150:6
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!
Teaching our children the ways and fear of the Lord…
This is the most important responsibility of every parent!
Deuteronomy 11:18–19
God speaking: “Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.
Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
It is God’s call and command for the fathers, primarily – as high priest in their home, to do this in their families.
It’s ALL about passing the spiritual baton of their faith onto the next generation.
By the way, this is exactly the reason why the Bible tells us that God chose Abraham to be the progenitor of the Hebrew people.
Genesis 18:19
God speaking: “For I have known Abraham, to the end that he may command his children and his household after him, that they may keep the way of the LORD, to do righteousness and justice; to the end that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which He hath spoken of him.”
This has always been a priority with God, that we pass the spiritual baton of our faith onto the next generation, and more than anything else this has been our main failure, especially in our society today, where families are fragmented and separated through divorce and our children are being brought up in single-family households, with no father at all.
It is also the number one reason why our society today is in such a mess, and why so many of our young people are so lost.
Even if they were fortunate enough to have both parents still in the home, typically both patents are working and the children are left to raise themselves; and for the single family homes, which by far are in the majority, the situation is still the same, the children are left to raise themselves because mom has to work.
In these situations our children are being raised by the culture of the day, and that typically means the influence is negative.
This is true for all nations, the family unit is what binds us together, and it is by far the most fundamental and important building block for every society.
As the family unit goes within every nation, so eventually will the nation itself.
This above all is why Satan has attacked the families within our country, and this is where our prayers must begin.
That God will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that God will not come and smite the land with a curse (Malachi 4:6).
If you are a father or a mother, the most important God given responsibility that you have in life is to raise your children, to teach them and to direct them in the ways of the Lord.
If our nation is to survive, we must first put our priorities in order; this means that we put God first and that we must learn to order every aspect of our lives, including our families, to conform in obedience to His Word.
So how about you, are you game; will you come along and join this Grand Adventure, and do it God’s way?
The ball is now in your court, you decide!

On October 22, 2011, Defend Rural America – a gathering of people from across many western states – was held at the Siskiyou County Fairgrounds.
This event featured the film debut of Kirk MacKenzie’s documentary of the Klamath River Basin. The film also highlighted government abuse of Ranchers, Recreators and many other citizens. In attendance was Siskiyou County Sheriff, John Lopey and seven other elected sheriffs…
It’s not often we’re able to upload a video that promotes optimism instead of pessimism.
These Sheriffs need our support.
Please do whatever you can to educate your local Sheriff and turn the tide on this de facto and unconstitutional Washington DC Corporation and their Police State!
Let us get back to our de jure (lawful) constitutional government, which is a Republic!
Please pass this forward.
