This pictue was taken on his trip to Kenya in 1981; and there is even one recordering where even his grandmother calls him “A son of Africa,” which means that he was native born in Africa!

I’ve been having an ongoing correspondence with someone who responded to a blog I did on September 26^th, regarding a WorldNetDaily article (see video below) on Obama’s eligibility status, and the release of recent information/documents that indicate a possible cover up.

I’m going to attempt to sort through this controversy over Obama’s eligibility and attempt to make some sense out of it; as this person who wrote me, who is obviously a loyal Obama supporter, has been telling me that this whole eligibility issue is nothing more than a contrived “myth” (which is the word that was used):

“It is a myth that he (Obama) has blocked access to early records. There has not been a lawsuit against Obama either for his birth certificate or for records. The lawsuits you are referring to were mainly attempts to stop the election or stop the Congress from certifying the election (which it did, unanimously) or stop the Inauguration. There was never a lawsuit that simply asked Obama to deliver a birth certificate or records to a court. NEVER.”

Apparently this person believes that this whole controversy has been made up; and is also trying to make the point that there have been no lawsuits, and that Obama has not blocked access to his records.

Well, according to Wikipedia going back as far as mid-December of 2008, even back then there were at least 17 lawsuits on record that had been filed challenging Obama’s eligibility, requesting that he be compelled to release additional documentation relating to his citizenship.

The states where these lawsuits were filed include: North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Connecticut, New Jersey, Texas and Washington.

Then there is the pending case of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, a medical doctor in the U.S. Army (who is in his 18^th year of service). He is being court marshaled for refusing to accept orders to return to Afghanistan, based on this whole ineligibility issue of the Commander in Chief; and the judge in that case has just issued the following ruling, which contains an obvious and embarrassing message to Congress:

This Obama Eligibility issue has been debated and discussed for quite some time now, and I would like to just make the point that at least in my opinion, it is just a matter of common sense that if I were being challenged as to my place of birth, and whether or not I were a United State’s citizen, I would just pay the $10 to have my “long form” official birth certificate released. What’s the big deal?

After all, you and I and every other American citizen for that matter, has had to do this any number of times: to get a passport, to register and get a Social Security card, and for any other number of other reasons.

And by the way, on the subject of Social Security Number, how is it that as per a story in WorldNetDaily, posted June 10^th, 2010, Obama’s Social Security Number is registered in the State of Connecticut?

The obvious question here that should be asked by any normal thinking person, is if Obama was born in the U.S. then why all this controversy and why all the expense in attorney fees (which is upwards of a million dollars so far) over something that is so easy to prove… unless he doesn’t have one?

Alan Keyes in the following video gives an excellent overview of this entire controversy, and makes a number of valid points that at the very least should raise enough reasonable doubt to warrant a Congressional investigation, not only to investigate this President, but also we need to investigate those members of Congress, such as Nancy Pelosi, who were involved with the alleged cover-up, and did not properly vet this president prior to the election.

There are two documents that have surfaced on the internet as Obama’s “Official Birth Certificate,” one is a facsimile copy of something called a “Certification of Live Birth,” that has been published over the internet, and was supposedly issued by the State of Hawaii.

As a comparison, look at this copy of a “Long Form” Birth Certificate that was issued in Hawaii in 1963; and even take a look at your own Birth Certificate, and see the obvious differences that are missing from this Obama facsimile:

If you will note, none of the following information is included on the Obama facsimile:

1. There is NO hospital named
   
2. Residence information of the mother is missing
   
3. There is NO age given for either the father or the mother
   
4. There is NO birthplace given for either the father or the mother
   
5. There is NO occupation listed for either the father or mother
   
6. There is NO parent DOB or age of parent or parent place of birth.
   
7. Note also the Father’s race would not be “African”, as this is his country of origin, not his race; and besides in the early 60’s, before the term “Black” came into vogue as acceptable, the term that was used on any official document was “Negro.”
   
8. There is NO attending physician name listed
   
9. There is NO attending physician signature or license number
   
10. Was this a single birth or multiple birth?
    
11. There is NO parent signature
    
12. There is NO Registrars name or signature.
    

There is also another matter of no small importance that we need to examine, regarding Obama’s facsimile copy of  “Certification of Live Birth,” that is being put forth as his only proof of citizenship; and that is this document is alleged to have been tampered with and photo-shopped.

This man you are about to hear on the video interview is a expert on this subject; his testimony was sought to be used in one of the trails; and the reason why his face is disguised is because there have been threats on his life:

Now there is also a Kenyan birth certificate that has surfaced; and according to a WorldNetDaily article, that posted back in August of 2009, a California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and he filed a motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication.

The document lists Obama’s parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.

No doctor is listed, but the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964. WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.

There was also found a counterfeit document purporting to be Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate that made its rounds over the Internet; but was quickly determined to be fraudulent. The above document released by Taitz bears to have none of the obvious traits of a hoax.

Unlike the Certification of Life Birth facsimile that Obama is using as his official birth certificate, at least on this Kenyan certificate we have the name of the register, the name of the hospital, and you can clearly see it has a raised stamp; none of which is on the Facsimile copy of Obama’s Certification of Live Birth.

At least with the name of the Deputy Registrar, and with dates and such, it should be easy enough to verify whether this document is authentic or not, if someone in our government would only take the time to look; and certainly as I just pointed out, there is more information to authenticate on this Kenyan birth certificate than there is on the Obama facsimile.

Also you will note that what Obama has published over the internet as his official birth certificate is what is called a “Certification of Live Birth,” and it is NOT a “Certificate of Live Birth,” and apparently there is a difference; howbeit as we check into this subject it gets rather confusing, as there seems to be conflicting reports from within the various departments of Hawaii on this subject.

Obama’s ‘birth certificate’ not acceptable in Hawaii?

The Hawaiian certification of live birth Barack Obama posted on his campaign website and distributed to select news organizations as proof he was a “natural born citizen” would not be accepted as a “birth certificate” even for some Hawaiian state government eligibility issues, according to a World Net Daily posted article on June 9, 2009. (http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=100451)

The investigation follows a Honolulu Star Bulletin column Saturday, which quotes a state Department of Health spokeswoman as saying the state’s current certification of live birth is recognized “as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements.”

The website of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, however, states clearly the certification of live birth touted by the Obama campaign, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs and a host of other Obama defenders is not acceptable as a form of identification to qualify under this program.

As WND has reported, certifications of live birth were widely issued to Hawaiians born in foreign countries in 1961, the year Obama was born.

The Star Bulletin column goes on to report: “The issue of what constitutes an official Hawaii birth certificate received national attention during last year’s presidential campaign. Those who doubted Barack Obama’s American citizenship called the copy of the Hawaii birth document posted on his campaign website a fake.”

However, Obama’s “citizenship” was never the question raised during the campaign or after the election.

The issue raised by WND has consistently been that Obama failed to prove he was actually born in Hawaii and thus constitutionally qualified to become president as a “natural born citizen” – which requires that the birth took place in the United States.

The qualifications for the Hawaiian Home Lands program require a certified copy of a standard birth certificate – also known as the “long-form certificate” filled out in the hospital and including details such as the name of the hospital and the attending physician.

“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green,” the qualifications state. “This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”

According to Hawaii’s Department of Health spokeswoman Janice Okubo, the state only issues “certifications” of live births since 2001 when the health department went paperless. It is only available in electronic form, she said.

“At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting,” she is quoted as telling the Star Bulletin. “The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests,” Okubo said.

She did not explain how those needing a standard long-form birth certificate to qualify for programs such as those offered by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands or to establish proof of eligibility to be president could be fulfilled.

She said the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state’s current certification of live birth “as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements.”

She did not, however, cite any specific rulings, and the Supreme Court has not taken up the issue of whether the certification of live birth would qualify a presidential candidate as eligible under the “natural born citizen” clause.

The truth is if you or I ever tried to use the Obama styled facsimile, as is posted on the internet, as our official Birth Certificate in order to do whatever; say to get a passport, we wouldn’t even get to first base; as they make it very clear what is required as proof of citizenship:

“A certified birth certificate has a registrar’s raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar’s signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar’s office, which must be within 1 year of your birth.

Please note, some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes.“

Not only that, but with this Obama Facsimile, he couldn’t even get a job as a cook in the White House, as it fails to meet even the minimum background secerity requirements; and yet how did he get elected to the White House?

As was pointed out by Alan Keyes, and also in the above article from WND, it is a known fact that “Certification of Live Birth” documentation, such as the one Obama is using, has in the past been given to people in Hawaii who were in fact born outside of the United States; and that is because according to the statue pertaining to how to apply, there is nothing that necessitates that an individual be American born; but only that he can prove himself to be a resident of the State of Hawaii.

Please pay close attention to the following Hawaiian legal statue, as to what the requirements are, and how one goes about obtaining a “Certification of Live Birth:”

“[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State.

(a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]“

As you can see, according to the above statue any adult can apply for this document, as long as they can walk into the Hawaii version of the Department of Records and provide proof that they are a legal resident of Hawaii.

For a child, however, according to the wording of this statue, they could have been born in Hawaii, Kenya, or a back-alley in Budapest. There is no mention of any required verification when it comes to children, whose parent or guardian are applying for this certification, that they must be born inside the U.S.

This person also made a statement that:

“In addition, we have the words of Obama’s Kenyan grandmother, who by the way NEVER said that Obama was born in Kenya.”

That is not true.

Listen for yourself to this interview that was recorded and was also to be used as evidence in a court of law, where Obama’s paternal grandmother says in no uncertain terms, when asked by the interviewer (and mind you this happened right after the election, in all the excitement, before this whole eligibility thing became a problem) that she was present at his birth:

Also listen to the Kenyan Ambassador, in an interview on The Mike in the Morning Show, over WRIF radio, in Detroit (which was recorded in November of 2008) right after the elections, where again in all the excitement, this Ambassadore admits that Obama was in fact born in Kenya:

This Ambassador to the United States, Peter Ogego, even admitted that it is a well known fact that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, and that plans are underway to build a memorial at the site of his birth.

Again this person wrote in their comments:

“Where do you get this vast amount of wrong information from? Obama’s first executive order made it HARDER for a president or a former president to seal records. Also, it applies ONLY to the federal presidential records, not to state birth certificate records (or in fact to any state records).”

My response is: in most every article or video that I use I also give a link so you can see where the document or video comes from.

You incorrectly state that Obama’s first executive order was to make it HARDER for a president or former president to seal his records.

Well that is just not true:

As you can read, in EXECUTIVE ORDER 13489, in Section 3; subsection D, it shows that the first order of business Obama took care of on day one of his Presidency was to sign off on an Executive Order that states that only the records he chooses to be made public will be released?

I thought Obama promised more openness and transparantency in government?

There are seven broken promises that Obama made in this speech, that he never once has fulfilled:

2. Make it “Impossible” for Congressmen to slip in Pork Barrel Projects
3. Meetings where laws are written will be more open to the public (republicans shut out)
4. No more secrecy
5. Public will have 5 days to look at a Bill
6. You’ll know what’s in it (Republican Senators didnt know)
7. We will put every pork barrel project online

You know none of this stuff is rocket science, but it’s just plain old common sense, as far as I can tell.

I mean you don’t have to be an attorney or any kind of genius to see the obvious discrepancies in this facsimile “Certification of Live Birth,” document that Obama is putting off as his official birth certificate.

I mean the differences are glaring; and it appears that most of America has taken stupid pills and cannot not see the obvious.

I don’t know, go figure. All I can do is present the evidence, and let you decide.

In the mean time, while we have an imposter at the helm of our country, who is not qualified, in my opinion; and apparently as you can see in the video (below), before he decided to run for office, neither did he consider himself to be qualified:

But nevertheless, this is the guy who is running our nation today, right into the ground; into a complete financial meltdown and failure; he is also the guy who is our commander in chief… may God help us!

Just pray, folks, that’s really and truly what we need more than anything right now, is for Christians in America to pray as per 2 Chronicles 7:14; that God would intervene and give us a miracle, to save our country, and restore our Constitutional Republic.

As this house of cards, called the American Economy is about to collapse, as the International Bankers and their hireling politicians are preparing us for their New World Order!

The United States is the biggest domino in this world group of dominoes, and as we go so does the rest of the world, ergo the International Banker’s solution to this coming disaster is a New World Order!

Common sense should tell us that the Laws of Economics have not taken a holiday, despite the meaningless and constant stream of rhetoric and lies that comes out of the FED and our of Washington DC; and this will happen just as soon as we can no longer sell anymore debt certificates, in the form of Bonds, in order to support this house of cards, called the American Economy.

Again the bottom-line here is that our government has been lying to us, and has been doing so for years, at least sense 1871!

America it is past time that we stop listening to self-serving career politicians and a media that is nothing more than a mouthpiece for those who would undermine our U.S. Constitution in favor of a “New World Order;” and as Americans it is for us, We the People, to take back our country, and restore our Constitutional Republic.

That’s not going to happen by our just electing another Republican administration either, as we had for eight years under former President Bush, who only started the ball rolling towards Martial Law, through all the Excutive Orders that he signed into law, which Obama is today and will tomorrow be taking advantage of.

No, unless we actually restore our Constructional Republic, as our founding fathers originally intended, it will just be a continuation of business as usual in Washington DC, as it has been for the last 139 years!

No, the American people must be told the truth, in how our Congress first betrayed our Constitution, and ALL Americans back in 1871, which is the year that marked the beginning of the decline of our Constitutional Republic.

As we examine what happened that year, we can begin to piece together and understand why our country is in such a mess today, for it was in the year 1871 that the cracks first began to appear in the foundation of our Republic, and things have only worsen from that time, until today, as our nation is now tittering on the precipus of a total collapse, both morally and economically.

Let’s take a little review of history:

The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the “Acts of the Forty-First Congress,”
Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62.

On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act entitled: “An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia.”

This is also known as the “Act of 1871.”

So what did all this mean? It means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land, which we now call “Washington DC.”

To explain how this all came about, let’s look at the circumstances of those days.

The Act of 1871 was passed at a vulnerable time in American history. Our nation was essentially bankrupt — weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War.

In fact, the Civil War itself was nothing more than a calculated “front” for some pretty fancy footwork by corporate backroom players. It was a strategic maneuver by European interests (the international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the neck (and the coffers) of America.

The Congress realized our country was in dire financial straits, so they cut a deal with the international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone’s pie), thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers.

If we think about banks, we know they do not just lend us money out of the goodness of their hearts. A bank will not do anything for you unless it is entirely in their best interest to do so.

There has to be some sort of collateral or some string attached which puts you and me (the borrower) into a subservient position.

This was true back in 1871 as well. The conniving international bankers were not about to lend our floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a brilliant way of getting their foot in the door of the United States (a prize they had coveted for some time, but had been unable to grasp thanks to our Founding Fathers, who despised them and held them in check), and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.

In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it is important.

This corporation is wholly owned by foreign interests, as they moved right in and shoved the original “organic” version of our Constitution into a dusty corner.

With the “Act of 1871,” our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word “for” was changed to the word “of” in the title.

The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner: “The Constitution for the united states of America“.

The altered version reads: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.” The latter is a corporate constitution; and it is NOT the same document you might think it is.

The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic; but it absolutely is not!

Isn’t Capitalization an insignificant change?

It most certainly is when one is referring to the context of a legal document.

Such minor alterations have had major impacts on each subsequent generation born in this country.

What the Congress did with the passage of the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia.

The kind of government THEY created was a corporation; and the newly, altered Constitution serves as the constitution of the corporation, and not that of America. Think about that for a moment.

Incidentally, this corporate constitution does not benefit the Republic at all; but only serves to benefit the corporation—in other words, the International Bankers!

As such It does nothing good for either you or me — and it operates outside of the original constraints of our original U.S. Constitution.

So now Instead of our having absolute rights guaranteed under the “organic” Constitution, we now have “relative” rights or privileges.

One example of this is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has been transformed under corporate government policy into a “privilege” which we must be licensed to engage in. This alone operates outside of our original Constitution.

So, Congress committed high TREASON against the People, who were considered Sovereign under the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution.

When we consider the word “Sovereign,” we must think about what the word means.

According to Webster’s Dictionary, “sovereign” is defined as:

1. Chief or highest; supreme.

2. Supreme in power, superior in position to all others.

3. Independent of, and unlimited by, any other, possessing or entitled to, original and independent authority or jurisdiction.

In other words, our government was created by and for “sovereigns” — the free citizens who were deemed the highest authority.

Only the People can be sovereign — remember that. Government cannot be sovereign.

We can also look to the Declaration of Independence, where we read: “government is subject to the consent of the governed” — that’s supposed to be us, the sovereigns.

When you hear some individuals say that the Constitution is null and void, think about how our government has transformed over time from a municipal or service-oriented entity to a corporate or profit-oriented entity.

We are living under the myth that this is lawful, but it is not. Instead, we are being ruled by a “de facto,” or unlawful, form of government — the corporate body of the death-mongers —called “The Controllers.”

With the passage of the Act of 1871, a series of subtle and overt deceptions were set in motion — all in conjunction and collusion with the Congress, who knowingly and deliberately sold the People down the river.

Did they tell you this in government school? I doubt it. They were too busy drumming the fictional version of history into your brain — and mine.

By failing to disclose what THEY did to the American People, the people became ignorant of what was happening; and over time, the Republic took it on the chin to the point of a knockdown.

With the surrender of their gold in 1933, the People essentially surrendered their law.

I don’t suppose you were taught THAT in school either.

That’s because our REAL history is hidden from us. This is the way Roman Civil Law works — and our form of governance today is based upon Roman Civil Law and Admiralty/Maritime Law — better known as the “Divine Right of Kings” and “Law of the Seas”, respectively. This explains a lot. Roman Civil Law was fully established in the original colonies even before our nation began and is also known as private international law.

The government which was created for the District of Columbia via the Act of 1871 operates under Private International Law, and not Common Law, which was the law of the Constitutional Republic.

This is very important to note since it impacts all Americans in concrete ways. You must recognize that private international law is only applicable within the District of Columbia and NOT in the other states of the Union.

The various arms of the corporation are known as “departments” such as the Judiciary, Justice and Treasury.

You recognize those names? Yes, you do! But they are not what you assume them to be.

These “departments” all belong to the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. They do NOT belong to you and me under the corporate constitution and its various amendments that operate outside of the Constitutional Republic.

I refer you to the UNITED STATES CODE (note the capitalization, indicating the corporation, not the Republic) Title 28 3002 (15) (A) (B) (C). It is stated unequivocally that the UNITED STATES is a corporation.

Realize, too, that the corporation is not a separate and distinct entity from the government. It IS the government… YOUR government.

This is extremely important. I refer to this as the “corporate empire of the UNITED STATES,” which operates under Roman Civil Law outside of the Constitution. How do you like being ruled by a cheesy, sleazy corporation?

Congress is fully aware of this deception. You must be made aware that the members of Congress do NOT work for you and me.

Rather, they work for the Corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Is this really any surprise to you?

This is why we can’t get them to do anything on our behalf or to answer to us — as in the case with the illegal income tax — among many other things.

Contrary to popular belief, they are NOT our civil servants. They do NOT work for us. They are the servants of the corporate government and carry out its bidding. Period!!!

The great number of committees and sub-committees that the Congress has created all work together like a multi-headed monster to oversee the various corporate “departments;” and, you should know that every single one of these “departments” operating outside the District of Columbia is in violation of the law.

The corporate government of the UNITED STATES has no jurisdiction or authority in ANY state of the Republic beyond the District of Columbia. Let this sink into your brain for a minute.

Ask yourself, “Could this deception REALLY have occurred without the full knowledge and complicity of the Congress?”

Do you think it happened by accident? You are deceiving yourself if you do. There are no accidents or coincidences. It is time to confront the truth and awaken from ignorance.

Your legislators will not apprise you of this information. You are presumed to know the law.

THEY know you don’t know the law, nor your history for that matter, because this information has not been taught to you; and no concerted effort has been made to inform you.

As a Sovereign, you are entitled to full disclosure of the facts.

As a slave, you are entitled to nothing other than what the corporation decides to “give” you — at a price.

Be wary of accepting so-called “benefits” of the corporation of the UNITED STATES.

As I said (above) you are presumed to know the law. Yet in still, it matters not if you don’t in the eyes of the corporation.

Ignorance of the law is not considered an excuse. It is your responsibility and your obligation as an American to learn about the law and how it applies to you.

The Globalist Bankers are counting on the fact that most people are too uninterested or distracted or lazy to do so.

Most of the People have been mentally conditioned to allow the alleged government to do their thinking for them.

Folks, we need to turn that around if we are to save our Republic before it is too late.

The UNITED STATES government is basically a corporate instrument of the international bankers.

This means YOU are owned by the corporation from birth to death.

The corporate UNITED STATES also holds ownership of all your assets, your property, and even your children.

Does this sound untrue? Think long and hard about all those bills you pay, all those various taxes and fines and licenses you must pay for.

Yes, they’ve got you by the pockets. Actually, they’ve had you by the ass for as long as you’ve been alive.

In your heart, you know it’s true. Don’t believe any of this? Read up on the 14th Amendment. Check out how “free” you really are.

With the Act of 1871 and subsequent legislation such as the purportedly ratified 14th Amendment, our once-great nation of Sovereigns has been subverted from a Republic to a democracy.

As is the case under Roman Civil Law, our ignorance of the facts has led to our silence.

Our silence has been construed as our consent to become beneficiaries of a debt we did not incur.

The Sovereign People have been deceived for hundreds of years into thinking they remain free and independent, when in actuality we continue to be slaves and servants of the corporation.

Treason was committed against the People in 1871 by the Congress. This could have been corrected through the decades by some honest men (assuming there were some), but it was not, mainly due to lust for money and power.

Nothing new there. Are we to forgive and justify this crime against the People?

You have lost more freedom than you may realize due to corporate infiltration of the so-called government; and we will lose much more unless we turn away from a democracy that is the direct road to disaster — and restore our Constitutional Republic! It has been said if a lie is repeated long enough, that the people will eventually grow to the point they will accept the lie as truth; and the bigger the lie, the better this works!

Well that is exactly the case that we are facing today, where most Americans are completely oblivious to the history that brought us to this point, that our country is in today; and a free people cannot change anything unless they first know the truth!

Either we wake up and reestablish our U.S. Constitution as the highest law of the land and the sole authority by which our government operates, or we continue down this present road that can only end one way, and that is the ultimate collapse of our economy, and the defaulting of our U.S. Dollar, at which time the Globalist International Bankers will have a solution of a One World Government and monetary system, which they have termed the “New World Order!”

Wake up America, and we who are Christians, it falls to us to first humble ourselves and pray; that we ask for God’s forgiveness; turn from our wicked ways; and seek after His face (meaning intimate relationship), and then God’s promise is to heal our land!

Overcoming FEAR, DOUBT, and UNBELIEF…

Gideon was delivered from fear, as the Lord found him first cowering and hiding from the enemy, and then God made him into a mighty warrior. Note also that in Hebrew Gideon’s name means “Destroyer,” “Mighty warrior,” or “Feller (of trees)!”

As we examine the story of Gideon in the Bible, we can see that there is a part of human nature that we see evident in him that is common to all of us.

Fear is a natural part of life, and sometimes it is even very useful and necessary.

As an example, a man working on High Tension Power Lines (which typically carry anywhere from 110,000 volts and above) would do well to have a certain amount of fear, because a little carelessness and the slightest mistake on his part would fast turn him into a crispy critter.

Along this same line, there is a quote that I often use that comes from a line in an old John Wayne movie that says: “Wars are filled with brave men who are scared, and who would rather be somewhere us!”

The point is, in life when confronted with FEAR, DOUBT, and UNBELIEF; we must learn first to resist the urge to run away, and we mustn’t allow these emotions to paralyze us; but instead after having faced our trials and tribulations in the past, hopefully we have gained confidence in God, and have learned to hang our bodies and our circumstances upon the promises of His Word… which is what FAITH is!

When the Bible talks about the Fear of the Lord, for instance, it really is talking about our having reverential awe and respect for the One who is called “All Powerful,” in the Bible (and is infinitely more powerful than 110,000 volts), who also happens to be our Abba Father and our Creator!

To lose that awe and respect is a very dangerous place for any individual and even nation to be in.

And yet this is the primary problem we have today, as there are many in our nation today, even among some who would call themselves “Christian,” who have lost this reverential fear of God, and have relegated Him to the ranks of a mere mythological character; or the creation of man’s mind.

God today, at least for many people, is whatever they want him to be, in whatever particular philosophy or belief that tickles their fancy, that they feel drawn to; and I am sure if they look, especially here in California, they will eventually find something to their liking; but to follow such a path, according to what seems right to them in their mind, that has no foundation in the Holy Writ of Scripture, is pure folly; and unless they repent and change, it will ultimately lead them into an eternity of separation from the One true God… the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob!

For those who find themselves caught in this rut, worshipping something the Bible calls a false idol; it is mostly because they have yet to have an encounter with the “Living God!”

Then enters on the stage of history this man called Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha’Mashiach—meaning Saviour, the Messiah or anointed One, in Hebrew), of whom the Bible says that He was sent by the Father to earth, in order to demonstrate God’s desire to be reconciled with His estranged Children; and to demonstrate the awesome love which He bears for all of His Children, who are created in His image and after His likeness, and who are the descendants of Adam; in order that He might show us the way of forgiveness and reconciliation back into God’s family, through FAITH; even as the Bible teaches us, and this has always been God’s plan, even from the Garden of Eden, that man should live by faith!

“The Just Shall Live By Faith”

Habakkuk 2:4

There is something called “The Law of First Mention,” which is a hermeneutic method of determining what is meant by a particular word or phrase that is found in the Bible; in that as we study the circumstances and the history behind where that word or phrase is first mentioned, in the context of what was going on at the time, we then can glean some insight and learn the meaning of what God was trying to convey in the use of that particular word or phrase.

Here is the lesson and the message behind Habakkuk 2:4, which God was conveying for our benefit:

The situation which Habakkuk faced is the imminent invasion of the southern kingdom of Judah by the Chaldeans (who are the same as the Babylonians). This invasion eventually happened at the end of the sixth century B.C. and Jerusalem fell to Nebuchadnezzar in 586 B.C.

The Lord revealed to Habakkuk beforehand that Judah was going to be punished for her sin by the Chaldeans. Unlike Joel and Zephaniah and Amos, Habakkuk does not even mention the possibility that destruction could be averted.

He does not call for national repentance. It is too late. Instead, he predicts the destruction of Judah and beyond that the doom of the Chaldeans themselves. And he promises that the only way to preserve your life through the judgment is by faith.

So even though destruction is decreed for the nation, there is hope for individuals who hold fast their confidence in God.

The full-blown doctrine of justification by faith as Paul taught it in Romans and Galatians is not yet here. But the seed is here. So as we survey the content of this prophetic book, and as we focus on its main point, in how the story unfolds, we are taught a great gospel truth of how justification comes by faith.

This quality was found also in Father Abraham, of whom the Bible calls the father of faith, in that he illustrated this quality in his life, by his relationship and his absolute reliance and trust in God.

This quality was made obvious in Genesis 22:1-14, which is a story in the Tanakh (Hebrew Bible) where God asks Abraham to sacrifice his son, Isaac, on Mount Moriah.

According to the Biblical account, Abraham sets out to obey God’s command without questioning; and then after Isaac is bound to an altar, the angel of God stops Abraham at the last minute, at which point Abraham discovers a ram caught in some nearby bushes.

Abraham then sacrifices the ram in Isaac’s stead.

As a side note, while it is often imagined that Isaac was a small child upon their arrival at the setting of the altar, some traditional sources claim he was an adult, even as Jews are actually considered adults at age 13.

Even though the Book of Genesis does not tell the age of Isaac at the time; the Talmudic sages teach that Isaac was thirty-seven, which is likely based on the next biblical story, which is of Sarah’s death at 127 (she was ninety when Isaac was born).

Another example of Abraham’s faith is mentioned in Romans 4, when Abraham believed God’s promise that his aged wife, Sarah, would bear him a son in her old age, in spite of the physical impossibility of such a thing happening, in the natural… and thus may we also learn from Abraham’s example, illustrated here, in the things that we are facing today:

Abraham Justified by Faith

¹³ Clearly, God’s promise to give the whole earth to Abraham and his descendants was based not on his obedience to God’s law, but on a right relationship with God that comes by faith. ¹⁴ If God’s promise is only for those who obey the law, then faith is not necessary and the promise is pointless. ¹⁵ For the law always brings punishment on those who try to obey it. (The only way to avoid breaking the law is to have no law to break!)

¹⁶ So the promise is received by faith. It is given as a free gift. And we are all certain to receive it, whether or not we live according to the law of Moses, if we have faith like Abraham’s.

For Abraham is the father of all who believe. ¹⁷ That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him, “I have made you the father of many nations.” This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who creates new things out of nothing.

¹⁸ Even when there was no reason for hope, Abraham kept hoping—believing that he would become the father of many nations. For God had said to him, “That’s how many descendants you will have!” ¹⁹ And Abraham’s faith did not weaken, even though, at about 100 years of age, he figured his body was as good as dead—and so was Sarah’s womb.

²⁰ Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. ²¹ He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises.

²² And because of Abraham’s faith, God counted him as righteous. ²³ And when God counted him as righteous, it wasn’t just for Abraham’s benefit. It was recorded ²⁴ for our benefit, too, assuring us that God will also count us as righteous if we believe in him, the one who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. ²⁵

He was handed over to die because of our sins, and he was raised to life to make us right with God. Selah

So then we can learn from these lessons of Scripture, that are written for our example, that the way to overcome fear, unbelief, and doubt, is through FAITH, which the Bible says without which we CANNOT please God (Heb 11:6)!

This said FAITH is only evident in the life of a Believer as he or she begins to hang their bodies, their trials, and the total of their circumstances, upon the promises of God’s Word; which by the way, necessitates us having taken the time to meditate upon His Word first, in order that we may learn what those promises are… for as the Bible says, “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God“ (Romans 10:17).

Also there is another important scripture that we must also make note of as well, because this battle cannot be won in the flesh, solely by our abilities and strengths:

2 Corinthians 10:4-6

⁴The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. ⁵We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. ⁶And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.

The Station of Waiting is a Holy Time

The following corporate prophetic word was given by Eileen Fisher on August 31, 2010 during her weekly Prophetic School of the Holy Spirit meeting in Colorado Springs, Colorado:

As we were singing “Holy, holy,” the Lord kept giving me this word over and over again. And He said, “I have a people who have been in waiting. They have watched trains, buses, airplanes come in and take off and they find themselves still in that station of waiting.”

He said, “That station of waiting is a holy time. It’s a time of downloading. It’s a time of receiving. It’s a time of being still and knowing that He is God. It is a time of knowing that when everything else is changing, God does not change.

“For I am about to do new things – new things in a multitude of ways. You will hear repeatedly over and over again, ‘I have never heard of that before.’ That will become a phrase that will be repeated throughout your nation. Over and over and over, they will say it once again and shake their heads in dismay and in confusion. And they will say once again, ‘I have never heard of that before.’

It is Not the Season of Stripping But Equipping

“You will know that it is Me Who has downloaded. For I am about to download over your nation, I am about to download within your homes, I am about to download over My people.” And He said, “I have called people aside, and yet they have found themselves lonely. They have found themselves in a lone spot; they have found themselves in isolation. And the enemy comes in to make them feel forgotten and forsaken.

“No!” He said, “It is not that season. It is not the season of abandonment. It is not the season of stripping My people. It is a season of equipping and pouring out and imparting to My people, so I can pull out of them what I have placed in them.

“For,” He said, “I say unto you. Be still to be downloaded into. Be still and allow Me to whisper to you. Be still and allow Me to give you visions and dreams and purpose. For in stillness not only will you come to know that I am God, but you will come to know Me in a way you have never been able to know Me before,” says the Lord your God.

Let us use these lessons to help us chart our paths, and fight our battles that we are having to face today; which are becoming more and more intense as we near the time of our Lord’s return!
