They have mapped out crooked roads, and no one who follows them knows a moment’s peace.
9 So there is no justice among us, and we know nothing about right living.
We look for light but find only darkness.
We look for bright skies but walk in gloom.
10 We grope like the blind along a wall, feeling our way like people without eyes.
Even at brightest noontime, we stumble as though it were dark.
Among the living, we are like the dead.
11 We growl like hungry bears; we moan like mournful doves.
We look for justice, but it never comes.
We look for rescue, but it is far away from us.
12 For our sins are piled up before God and testify against us.
Yes, we know what sinners we are.

Truth stumbles in the streets, and honesty has been outlawed.

The Lord looked and was displeased to find there was no justice.
16 He was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed.
So he himself stepped in to save them with his strong arm, and his justice sustained him.
17 He put on righteousness as his body armor and placed the helmet of salvation on his head.
He clothed himself with a robe of vengeance and wrapped himself in a cloak of divine passion.
18 He will repay his enemies for their evil deeds.
His fury will fall on his foes.
He will pay them back even to the ends of the earth.

And His glory from the rising of the sun;
When the enemy comes in like a flood,
The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him.
Our nation is in serious trouble today; and we are at a crossroads of decision.
We have a rogue government in Washington DC, that no longer respects, nor honors God; and who also no longer follows our U.S. Constitution.
Our political leaders today are leading our nation headlong into what they perceive as a “New World Order;” and in their arrogance and ignorance they are spending us into financial ruin, and are leading us into bondage.
On the Islamic front, since this administration has now determined the real terrorist threat against our country today is no longer from Islam, but it is from American citizens, among those “Right-wing Christians and loyal American Veterans, and anyone who opposes abortion and who supports our U.S. Constitution, according to this administration these are the people who are today’s threat.
And so while our government has gone soft on the war on Terrorism, and this administration is trying to play footsie and make nice with our enemies, and all the while has left our southern most border with Mexico wide open, so that God knows what our enemies have brought into our country, and so while all of this has gone on… look now what has happened:
Folks, if there is any time in our history, as a nation, that we need a miracle, it is now!
There is one lesson that I think we all can learn from our Bible, that I think certainly applies to the United States today; and that is in God’s dealings with the children of Israel, we can plainly see how often He would use the enemies of Israel to bring about correction and repentance!
With that said, I think it is plain to see that the forces of evil, within our country, certainly have a head start on us, as they have been working literally for years (over 100 to be exact) to gain their foothold in our country.
There is just no way that we are going to be able to turn all of this around by any other means, except we have a miracle of God!
Satan certainly has the advantage in having had all this time to establish his roots, as we find that his agents are working all over today, within the media, and also within our government, including Congress, and the White House; among both men and women alike, who have yet to have an encounter with the Living God; but have nevertheless hardened their hearts against Him; even as Pharaoh did in Egypt, when confronted by Moses.
But then there is God… and my Bible says “Greater is He who is in us, and with us, than he who is in the world!!!”
Even Pharaoh soon learned that when it comes to God’s covenant children, he soon found out that his own abstinence and stubbornness became his own undoing!
Likewise, our country has long ago violated our covenant with God, a covenant that our forefathers made with Him, that has been the reason for all our many blessings, our prosperity, as a nation, and also our protection.
In our ignorance and in the hardness of our hearts, we have long ago removed those spiritual boundaries and landmarks that were once established by our founding fathers, and our nation today has all but turned its back upon God!
God however is the same yesterday, today, and forever; and the lesson I believe that God would have America learn today, comes right out of the pages of the Bible, in the Book of Numbers, when Balaam the Prophet of God, was asked by King Balag to curse Israel; and the king offered Balaam bribes in order to try and get him to do so.
Balaam told the king that he could not curse what God had blessed; but also added, that in order to get Israel on the outs with God, and to get them to remove themselves out from under God’s hedge of protection and blessing, all Balag had to do was to get Israel to violate and disobey their covenant with God… and that is what the king eventually did.
This is also America’s situation today, and I think a few years ago Billy Graham’s daughter hit the nail on the head:
Billy Graham’s daughter, Anne Graham Lotz in an interviewed on the Early Show, with Jane Clayson, right after 9/11, was asked:
“How could a loving God let something like this happen?”(regarding the attacks on Sept. 11)
Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and insightful response. She said:
“I believe God is deeply saddened by this, just as we are; but for years we’ve been telling God to get out of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives.
And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out; and so how can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us alone?”
“In light of recent events…terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started when Madeleine Murray O’Hare (she was murdered, and her body found recently) complained she didn’t want prayer in our schools, and we said OK.
Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school … the Bible says thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.
Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn’t spank our children when they misbehave because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock’s son committed suicide). We said an expert should know what he’s talking about. And we said OK.
Then someone said teachers and principals better not discipline our children when they misbehave. The school administrators said no faculty member in this school better touch a student when they misbehave because we don’t want any bad publicity, and we surely don’t want to be sued (there’s a big difference between disciplining, touching, beating, smacking, humiliating, kicking, etc.). And we said OK.
Then someone said, let’s let our daughters have abortions if they want, and they won’t even have to tell their parents. And we said OK.
Then some wise school board member said, since boys will be boys and they’re going to do it anyway, let’s give our sons all the condoms they want so they can have all the fun they desire, and we won’t have to tell their parents they got them at school.
And we said OK.”
So what is the answer, and what do we do?
Well I think it is obvious that the solution to America’s problems today, which are massive, starts on our knees in prayer; and truly whatever we do, it is going to take a miracle and an act of God to save our nation!
The road home and our reconciliation back into God’s protection and grace can only happen as we as individuals and as a nation repent, just as Nineveh once did.
Our nation desperately needs both a Revival and a Spiritual Awakening among the church; and only God can do both!
As our enemies, among the Islamic Jihad movement, are setting their traps; and as those within our government are running their Globalist agenda, and are working to undermine our Constitution, and to permanently disable our Republic, let us remember whose in charge!
The fact is, one word from God can turn all of this around!
So let us who are called by His name, continue to humble ourselves and pray; let us turn from our wicked ways; and begin to seek after God’s face; that God would hear our prayers from heaven, and would heal our land, in Jesus name. Amen.
In construction, common sense and wisdom both tell us that we cannot rebuild anything and expect it to be both lasting and an improvement over the previous structure, unless we are building on a sure foundation. So consequently before reconstruction begins on a building, often it is necessary that they first tear down the super structure and repair the foundation.
To carry this metaphor over, likewise the same truth applies to the rebuilding of our government and our economy; and even more importantly, a foundation of Truth is absolutely necessary before we can restore the moral fiber of our society.
By the way, as Christians, we all recognize that Truth for us is not found in a philosophy, and nor is it found in any ideology of man; but rather Truth for the Chrisitan it is found in a person, in Jesus Christ our Lord; who said “I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE!!!”
Surely we all understand this when it comes to rebuilding our home; but there is no difference, because whether we are talking about rebuilding a house or a nation, our having a sure foundation is imperative; and anything that is built on a lie or on compromise is destined to fail, and it is only a matter of time before it does.
But if America does not know the truth of what happened in its history that brought us to where we are today, then how can they correct it?

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.” Joseph Goebbels
The alternative of us continuing in the same lie and compromise is not acceptable; which will certainly happen if we allow the same corrupt system and influence to continue on in the future, that is the very cause of our nation’s demise.
That would be the absolute worse thing that could happen, that we as Americans return to the same corrupt system that put us in this mess; and that we as a nation remain on this same merry-go-round, that we have been on for the last 100 years, and the very same lie, that is the very cause of our nation’s decline!
We need to wise up folks, because unless we start over and rebuild our nation on truth, without compromise, then anything less will not last, and it will not be of help to either us, nor to our nation.
What I am telling you here is not an option folks, we have to restore our original organic Constitution and our Republic, just as our founding fathers intended; and at the same time we must once and for all get rid of this fraud upon the American people, called the UNITED STATES CORPORATION!!!
Whether you are a Republican, a Democrat, or an Independent, this applies to ALL Americans, that we cannot hope to turn our nation around unless we are first willing to face the truth, and correct the lie!!
Question: why is something this important not discussed and exposed in the media? Why isn’t it discussed and exposed in Congress?
Well, the reason is the people who are operating as the gatekeepers of our media are bought and paid for by the Globalist Bankers, as are many of our elected representatives in Washington DC, at least among those who are the power brokers, who have the muscle and weight in both influence and control our national policy; which by the way, also includes many of the talking heads in the media too. And this is true to the extent they are able to sway and manipulate public opinion through the spin that is given to the news.
These people are NOT working for “We the People” at all; but they are working for the U.S. Corporation, for the purpose of implementing their “New World Order!”
That’s the reason why they have passed over 800 Billion Dollars of Stimulus and Fat Cat Bailout Legislation, over our objections!
And this is exactly the reason why our government is so corrupt today, and why our economy is in shambles, and getting worse everyday; it is because we are not operating as a Constitutional Republic, and we haven’t been since 1871!
Now all of this is a fact of history, and you can choose to ignore it if you want, but don’t expect any change or improvement until we begin to fix what’s broke in our country, and we restore both our original Constitution and our Republic!
Also, as Americans, we all need to be praying for and standing with this lone man, this patriot, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin (see article below), who is taking this brave stand really for ALL of us, on the side of truth and honesty; in the face of one of the worse travesties of truth and justice in the history of our nation, in that we have sitting in the White House today a person who is not at all what he appears to be; and worse we have a Congress that looked the other way and allowed this travesty to happen.
This is my point exactly, that we cannot even hope to rebuild our nation, our economy, or anything else, unless we first are willing to face the truth; and start by rebuilding our foundation as a nation, as our forefathers did… on Jesus Christ!

A retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant general who commanded forces armed with nuclear weapons says the disclosure of Barack Obama’s documentation proving his eligibility to be commander in chief is critical not just to the defense of an officer challenging the president’s status, but to the preservation of the nation itself.
The vehement statements came in an affidavit from retired Lt. Gen. Thomas G. McInerney, a Fox News military analyst, that was disclosed today by an organization generating support for Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin.
A hearing is scheduled in Lakin’s court-martial case Thursday at which a ruling is expected on defense requests for the very evidence that McInerney is citing.
The general, who retired in 1994 after serving as vice commander in chief of USAF forces in Europe, commander of the 3rd Tactical Fighter Wing and assistant vice chief of staff of the U.S. Air Force, among other positions, said the chain of command issue is critical, since officers are obligated both to follow orders and to disobey illegal orders.
“Officers in the United States military service are – and must be – trained that they owe their highest allegiance to the United States Constitution,” he said in the affidavit.
“There can be no question that it is absolutely essential to good order and discipline in the military that there be no break in the unified chain of command, from the lowliest E-1 up to and including the commander in chief who is under the Constitution, the president of the United States. As military officers, we owe our ultimate loyalty not to superior officers or even to the president, but rather, to the Constitution.”
He continued, explaining, “good order and disipline requires not blind obedience to all orders but instead requires officers to judge – sometimes under great adversity – whether an order is illegal.”
“The president of the United States, as the commander in chief, is the source of all military authority,” he said. “The Constitution requires the president to be a natural born citizen in order to be eligible to hold office. If he is ineligible under the Constitution to serve in that office that creates a break in the chain of command of such magnitude that its significance can scarcely be imagined.”
Lakin is being supported by the American Patriot Foundation, which said the affidavit is for use in Lakin’s trial, scheduled Oct. 13-15, as well as Thursday’s hearing on the evidence to be allowed in the case.
The group said McInerney is the highest-ranking officer yet to lend public support to Lakin.
A recent poll showed that only about 4 in 10 Americans believe Obama’s story of being born in Hawaii.
McInerney’s affidavit “acknowledges widespread concerns over the president’s constitutional eligibility and demands the president release his birth records or the court authorize discovery,” the foundation said.
Lakin’s defense counsel has asked for the president’s school records as well as a deposition from the custodian of Obama’s birth records that may exist in Hawaii.
The hearing is scheduled at 11 a.m. Thursday at Ft. Meade, Md., at the courthouse at 4432 Llewellyn Ave., inside the military base. The court is open to the public.
He is board certified in family medicine and occupational and environmental medicine. He has been recognized for his outstanding service as a flight surgeon for year-long tours in Honduras, Bosnia and Afghanistan. He was also awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Afghanistan and recognized in 2005 as one of the Army Medical Department’s outstanding flight surgeons.
“In my command capacity I was responsible that the personnel with access to these weapons had an unwavering and absolute confidence in the unified chain of command, because such confidence was absolutely essential – vital – in the event the use of those weapons were authorized,” the general wrote.
“I cannot overstate how imperative it is to train such personnel to have confidence in the unified chain of command. Today, because of the widespread and legitimate concerns that the president is constitutionally ineligible to hold office, I fear what would happen should such a crisis occur today.”
He said Lakin is acting “exactly” as “proper training dictates.”
“It is my opinion that LTC Lakin’s request for discovery relating to the president’s birth records in Hawaii is absolutely essential to determining not merely his guilt or innocence but to reassuring all military personnel once and for all for this president whether his service as commander in chief is constitutionally proper.
“He is the one single person in the chain of command that the Constitution demands proof of natural born citizenship,” he continued. “This determination is fundamental to our republic.
“According to the Constitution, the commander in chief must now, in the face of serious – and widely-held – concerns that he is ineligible, either voluntarily establish his eligibility by authorizing release of his birth records or this court must authorize their discovery. The invasion of his privacy in these records is utterly trivial compared to the issues at stake here,” McInerney wrote.
Lakin is represented by military counsel and by Paul Rolf Jensen, a civilian attorney from California who has been provided to him by the American Patriot Foundation, a non-profit group incorporated in 2003 to foster appreciation and respect for the U.S. Constitution.
The foundation says the Army’s opinion of Lakin was made clear in an evaluation just before Lakin raised the issue of eligibility.
From Col. Dale Block: “Dr. Lakin is an extremely talented, highly knowledgeable senior Army clinician … he can always be counted on to provide me with expert advice. … LTC Lakin is clearly one of the top clinicians in the Northern Regional Medical Command. He has superb clinical skills, rapport with patients and staff. … Terry is the best choice for tough assignments. … Already on the promotion list to colonel, he should be groomed for positions of greater responsibility.”
But Lakin, the foundation says, has been compelled to act because he swore an oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution. Obama’s eligibility to be president has been questioned, he argues, and Obama has refused all efforts to obtain documents that could determine his eligibility.
The controversy stems from the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”
A number of challenges and lawsuits have been based on the constitutional requirement, some alleging Obama does not qualify because he was not born in Hawaii in 1961 as he claims. Others say he fails to qualify because he was a dual citizen of the U.S. and the United Kingdom when he was born, and the framers of the Constitution specifically excluded dual citizens from eligibility.
Complicating the issue is the fact that besides Obama’s actual birth documentation, he has kept from the public documentation including his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, baptism records and his adoption records.
Lakin declined to follow deployment orders after he tried through military channels to affirm the validity of orders under Obama’s command and was rebuffed. He had been scheduled to deploy to Afghanistan again.
In at least one of the earlier disputes, the Army simply canceled the orders rather than allow the argument to come to a head.
Lakin’s attorneys have said they now are demanding “discovery” of Obama’s records, and that in such a dispute that information is critical. The multitude of civil cases that have been brought over the Obama eligibility dispute all have failed to reach that process because of federal judges who have ruled on issues generally involving “standing.” The judges have concluded that damages from an ineligible president suffered by the plaintiffs would not be more for them than any other member of the public, so there is not a specific damage or danger.
Lakin’s counsel, Jensen, has explained that the Lakin case is different, since his client is being processed on criminal charges over the issue – a status that puts him in imminent danger of specific and personal “damages.”
The courts already have shown a weakness on the subject of Obama’s records. The discovery-of-evidence issue previously was raised in court by attorney John Hemenway, who was threatened by a federal judge with sanctions for bringing a court challenge to Obama’s presidency.
Hemenway is serving in emeritus status with the SafeguardOurConstitution website. Hemenway brought a previous court challenge, now on appeal, on behalf of a retired military officer, Gregory S. Hollister, who questioned Obama’s eligibility.
The Hollister case ultimately was dismissed by Judge James Robertson, who notably ruled during the 2008 election campaign that the federal legal dispute had been “twittered” and, therefore, resolved.
Robertson sarcastically wrote: “The plaintiff says that he is a retired Air Force colonel who continues to owe fealty to his commander in chief (because he might possibly be recalled to duty) and who is tortured by uncertainty as to whether he would have to obey orders from Barack Obama because it has not been proven – to the colonel’s satisfaction – that Mr. Obama is a native-born American citizen, qualified under the Constitution to be president.
“The issue of the president’s citizenship was raised, vetted, blogged, texted, twittered and otherwise massaged by America’s vigilant citizenry during Mr. Obama’s two-year campaign for the presidency, but this plaintiff wants it resolved by a court,” Robertson wrote.
Then the judge suggested sanctions against Hemenway for bringing the case. Hemenway responded that the process then would provide him with a right to a discovery hearing to see documentation regarding the judge’s statements – not supported by any evidence introduced into the case – that Obama was properly “vetted.”
Hemenway warned at the time, “If the court persists in pressing Rule 11 procedures against Hemenway, then Hemenway should be allowed all of the discovery pertinent to the procedures as court precedents have permitted in the past.
“The court has referred to a number of facts outside of the record of this particular case and, therefore, the undersigned is particularly entitled to a hearing to get the truth of those matters into the record. This may require the court to authorize some discovery,” Hemenway said.
The court ultimately backed off its threat of sanctions.
In a separate case, the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals threatened sanctions against attorney Mario Apuzzo. The court quickly backed off, however, when Apuzzo noted that under the rules of court procedure, being subjected to sanctions and penalties would give him the right to discovery in the case, possibly including Obama’s birth certificate.
The Constitution requires a president to be a “natural born citizen,” and, while the term is not defined in the Constitution, many legal analysts believe at the time it was written it meant a person born in the U.S. of two U.S. citizen parents. Critics say Obama clearly does not qualify under that definition, since he has admitted in his book his father never was a U.S. citizen. Some legal challenges have argued he wasn’t even born in Hawaii.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, has said there “definitely” are problems with Obama’s Hawaii birth story.
“As of the time I was in Hawaii working in the elections office we had many people who were asking about the eligibility of Senator Obama to be president. I was told at the time there is no long-form birth record, which would have been the case if President Obama was born in [a] hospital in Honolulu. There is no such form in Hawaii,” he said.
Americas need to ask themselves if this is the change they signed up for?
Well like it or not, this is the CHANGE that is just around the corner if you don’t wake up!!!
On the subject of our Constitutional Liberties ALL Americans had better learn to stand together, against the forces within our government that would usurp those liberties, or our U.S. Constitution and all our liberties will soon be a thing of the past! Let us learn our lesson from history.

Congress received a raise and has better health and retirement benefits than you or I.

For anyone today who really wants to know the truth about what’s really going on, I would first suggest that they read their Bible and ask the Holy Spirit to lead them and guide them into all truth; even the truth that the present day media has sought to keep hidden from us all.
This process of dumbing America down has been a well planned and thought-out process that has been going on for literally over 100 years.
Our media, the entertainment industry, our government, and our public education system, all of these institutions have been engineered to condition the American people towards the modern “Politically Correct” and so called progressive way of thinking; and whether you know it or not, you have been conditioned to believe and to accept a lie!
Case in point: put a man in the White House, George W. Bush, and call him a Conservative Republican, who also said that he was a born-again Christian, and most Americans bought it… myself included!
Later I find out what his true core beliefs are regarding God and the Bible, and they are not even close to Christian orthodoxy, as it is taught in the Bible.
I learned this after listening to an interview on TV, just prior to him leaving office, when George W. Bush admitted that he believes, to use his words, “that there are many paths to the All-Mighty;” and that people of other faiths, even Muslims can also be saved. He also said in that same interview that he doesn’t take the Bible literally.
Also you will note that the powers that give this government the right to rob us of our Constitutional Rights, many of them were enacted and signed into law through Executive Orders that were signed in to law by former President Bush.
And then later it came out in an interview with Laura Bush, after leaving the White House that she actually has always supported same sex marriages and Pro-Choice.
Today we have a man sitting in the White House, who from all available evidence isn’t even a citizen of the United States, who was raised in Islam, from his earliest childhood. He also has been groomed and mentored all of his life, leading up to his present political career, by died in the wool anti-American Socialists; and even one guy who was a sixties terrorist; but of course he also says that he is a Christian too, and that he believes in Jesus Christ… and there are a good many people who believe him.
Only problem is he has also, on live TV, admitted that he believes all roads lead to heaven; that Muslims and even atheists can go to heaven, who don’t accept Jesus Christ as Saviour; and he has even been recorded mocking the Bible and Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount.
This man, Obama, also supports the “Gay Agenda,” “Same Sex Marriage,” and “Abortion;” and yet America nevetheless voted him into the White House!
The truth is, this lying and corruption that is so prevalent in politics today, has been going on for years and years; and it didn’t just begin with the Clintons, or the Bushes, or Obama… but it actually started in the U.S. way back in 1871.
This is when the Act of 1871 was established, the act that first established the District of Colombia.
THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION – the Columbia Organic Act of 1871
Here’s a little history that you didn’t learn in school, but that ALL Americans need to know today!
1st: In 1863, Lincoln instituted martial law. He ordered that the states (people) either conscribe troops and provide money in support of the North or be recognized as an enemy of the nation.
This martial law Act of Congress is still in effect today – what it means is that the President has dictatorial authority to do anything that can be done by the government in accord with the Constitution of the United States of America. This is the foundation of Presidential Executive Orders.
2nd: The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 created a private corporation (hereinafter “Corp. U.S.”) owned and operated by the actual government for the purpose of carrying out the business needs of the government under martial law.
This was done under the constitutional authority for Congress to pass any law within the ten mile square of Washington, District of Columbia.
3rd: In said Act, Corp. U.S. adopted their own constitution (United States Constitution), which was identical to the national Constitution (Constitution of the United States of America) except that it was missing the national constitution’s 13th Amendment. The national constitution’s 13th, 14th and 15th amendments are respectively numbered 14th, 15th and 16th amendments in their constitution.
4th: The corporation began to generate debts via bonds etc., which came due in 1912, but they could not pay their debts so the 7 families that bought up the bonds demanded payment and Corp. U.S. could not pay.
Said families settled the debt for the payments of all of Corp. U.S.’ assets and for all of the assets of the Treasury of the United States of America.
5th: As 1913 began, Corp. U.S. had no funds to carry out the necessary business needs of the government so they went to said families and asked if they could borrow some money. The families said no (Corp. U.S. had already demonstrated that they would not repay their debts in full).
The families had foreseen this situation and had the year before finalized the creation of a private corporation of the name “Federal Reserve Bank.”
Corp. U.S. formed a relationship with the Federal Reserve Bank whereby they could transact their business via note rather than with money.
Notice that this relationship was one made between two private corporations and did not involve government; that is where most people error in understanding the Federal Reserve Bank system-again it has no government relation at all.
The private contracts that set the whole system up even recognize that if anything therein proposed is found illegal or impossible to perform it is excluded from the agreements and the remaining elements remain in full force and effect.
6th: Almost simultaneously with the last fact (also in 1913), Corp. U.S. passes and adopts (as if ratified) their own 16th amendment. It must be noted that this amendment has nothing to do with our nation, with our people or with our national Constitution, which already had its own 16th amendment.
The Supreme Court ruled that it did nothing that was not already done other than to make plain and clear the right of the United States (Corp. U.S.) to tax corporations. We agree, considering that they were created under the authority of Corp. U.S.
7th: Next (also 1913) Congress passed and entered the 17th amendment as ratified, even though the states had no opportunity to ratify the same. This amendment is not only not ratified, it is not constitutional; the Constitution forbids Congress from even discussing the matter of where Senators are elected.
8th: In 1914, the Freshman class and all Senators that successfully ran for re-election in 1913 by popular vote are seated in Corp. U.S. capacity only.
9th: In 1917, Corp. U.S. enters WWI and passes their Emergency War Powers, and Trading with the Enemies Acts.
10th: In 1918, President Wilson is re-elected by the Electoral College but their election is required to be confirmed by the constitutionally set Senate; where in the new Corp. U.S., only Senators were allowed to participate in the Electoral College vote confirmation.
The only authority that could possibly have been used for electoral confirmation was corporate only.
Therefore, President Wilson was not confirmed into office for his second term as President of the United States of America and was only seated in the Corp. U.S. Presidential capacity.
Therefore the original jurisdiction government’s seats were vacated because the people didn’t seat any original jurisdiction government officers.
11th: In 1933, the Trading with the Enemies Act is adjusted to recognize the people of the United States of America as enemies of Corp. U.S.
12th: In 1944, under the Bretton Woods Agreement, Corp. U.S. is quit claimed to the International Monetary Fund, and becomes a foreign controlled private corporation.
13th: Some time after 1935, you ask Social Security Administration for a relationship with their program. They create an entity with a name (that sounds like your name but is spelled with all capital letters) and a depository account number in the Social Security General Trust Fund (GTF).
They give you the Social Security card which identifies you as the single person with authority to control the entity they created (on review: you may notice that the Social Security Administration was the creator of the entity, the GTF is its beneficiary and you were made its Trustee.)
More importantly: this capacity does not limit you or your capacity to act in your sovereign capacity in any way.
14th: In 1968, at the national governors’ conference in Lexington, Kentucky, the IMF leaders of the event proposed the dilemma the State governors were in for carrying out their business dealings in Federal Reserve Notes (foreign notes), which is forbidden in the national and State constitutions, alleging that if they did not do something to protect themselves the people would discover what had been done with their money and would likely kill them all and start over.
They suggested the States form corporations like Corp. U.S. and showed the advantages of the resultant uniform codes that could be created, which would allow better and more powerful control over the people.
15th: By 1971, every State government in the union of States had formed such private corporations (Corp. State), in accord with the IMF admonition, and the people ceased to seat original jurisdiction government officials in their State government seats.
Now, having stated these historical facts, we ask you not to believe us, but rather prove these facts for yourself.
We then ask you to contact us with any evidence you find that proves or disproves these facts.
When you find there is no error, then remember these simple facts and let no one dissuade you from the truth.
The Bottom Line: when you speak about these private foreign corporations, remember that is what they are and stop calling them government.
Further, it is very important that we cease to attempt to fix them. It is far more important that we learn how to reseat our original jurisdiction government and spread the word about the truth. By reseating our State and national governments in their original jurisdiction nature, we gain the capacity to hold these private foreign corporations accountable.
They owe us a lot of money, in fact they owe us more money than there is available in the world. The fact is that it is impossible for them to pay and that gives us the leverage we need to take back our nation and put things right. The process is a simple one. The difficulty is in getting our people to wake up to the truth.
That’s why we ask you to prove the truth for yourself and contact us with the evidence you discover.
That means that you must stop acting and communicating like you are anything other than the sovereign that God created you to be. And, stop referring to Corp. U.S. or the STATE OF ‘X’ as anything other than the private foreign corporations that they are. And, finally, stop listening to the Bigfoot Patriot mythology that is espoused by those that only give these facts lip service.
It is time that we all start to wake up and follow the truth, that is to repent and become a moral and honorable society instead of lauding our Christianity while we stand guilty of:
a) not knowing the truth;
b) not living the truth;
c) believing that God will save us even though we have the tools to know the truth the ability to use the tools but we refuse to live by the truth and use the tools we have to save ourselves and thereby become free.
The biggest problem with the so called Patriot Movement is that its proponents are all excited about uniting against the tyranny of Corp. U.S. even though they are blind to the truth, have no remedy, and bail out of “the system” hell bent for a rebellion that even the scripture says cannot be won.
Would that we could instead unite with truth and legally, lawfully and peacefully reseat our original jurisdiction government to take back control our nation.
Americans today truly are as the metaphorical frog in the pot of water, who started out in comfort, and ended up being cooked.
Likewise, the American people have been soaking so long in the relative comfort and ease of this prosperity that has been provided them, that they haven’t wanted to consider this history that I have just mentioned; but instead have just enjoyed the ride.
Well the party is now about to come to an end; because the funds, in U.S. FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES, which is nothing but fiat money (meaning it is worthless), is about to run out; and yet still so many Americans have chosen to remain in the pot of water, even though the temperature is obviously going up.
Well as happened with the proverbial frog, there will soon come a time for them, these Americans with their heads in the sand, when it will be too late for them to get out, under their own power!
The Congressional Budget Office just released a report, I learned just the other day, that says unequivocally that this UNITED STATES CORPORATION (of course that’s not that term they used, but it is what it is) is about to default and that it is evitable… and it is just a matter of time, before it happens. Some are saying it will happen before the November elections.
Well guess what folks the laws of economics still apply, and all this unbridled spending that has been going on all these years, that today has caused our national debt to rise to over 13 Trillion dollars, is about to topple this house of cards, called our American Economy!
America needs to wake up, because our country is on its last leg today; and some very evil and corrupt people are standing in the wings to establish their own “One World Government,” and monetary system, should we fall.”

For anyone who has any knowledge at all about the Bible, and the warnings of Jesus, it should be very clear that we today are living in that time, and we are that generation, predicted and prophesied by Jesus Christ, that He said would see His return to earth.
We are also that generation that He said would experience firsthand what He called “A Time of Sorrows;” that He said would be the worse time this world has ever experienced in all of history.
Where the United States will be in this time of sorrows; and whether we will be, what the Bible calls, a “Sheep Nation” or a “Goat Nation,” has not been written in stone.
This is the choice that ALL America faces, in a little while as predicted will happen by the Congressional Budget Office, once the UNITED STATES CORPORATION goes bust, what they didn’t tell you is that afterwards Martial Law will be implemented, at which point ALL our Constitutional Rights will be gone, probably for good; and as happened in pre-Nazi Germany, our government will then be taken over by a dictator.
Question: is this what you want for your children and all future generations?
If not, then let us, We the People of these United States, let us restore our Republic; and lets get rid of these corrupt and self-serving criminals and traitors that we have now in Washington DC!
Let us replace them with honest men and women who will abide by our Constitution, and will keep their oath of office to truly preserve, protect, and defend it.

Please pass on some positive prayers and thoughts of support for my client Mr. John Atkins. John has been trying to help the homeless for many years now. He picks up a few loaves of bread or other food and shares with a few people at a park near his home in Corona. We had to ask the City of Corona to lay off a couple of years ago and it looked like they were going to leave the issue alone. Not so. I have attached a copy of the letter I had to send today along with a copy of the citation issued to John. This is causing him a lot of stress and he has had very serious heart problems in the past. He does not want to stop helping those in need and I can’t really find it in myself to tell him to stop. Unfortunately, John has been charged with a misdemeanor for “operating a food facility” without a permit. He has been charged by both the County of Riverside and the City of Corona, who were waiting for him a couple of Sundays ago. He showed up with a few pieces of chicken to share with those he cares about. The reality is that anyone of us taking a BBQ meal to the park for a birthday party could be cited for this same alleged violation. I am hoping to resolve this peacefully, but likely have to file a lawsuit so that John can exercise his basic right to associate with those he cares about and for his right to help others. While this might seem basic, that’s just the point. Anyway, John’s appearance in Court is set for October 21, 2010. I would like to file a motion to dismiss the case and do what I can to protect his rights so that this does not happen again in the future.
I would ask that you take a few minutes to uplift John and his faithful adherence to Matthew 25. He is not a self-professing Christian — in fact, he just lives out what he believes (caring for the homeless and bringing happiness to those he may not even know). I think this is something we can all appreciate.
We will have to raise a little money for his case in order to pay for court costs and related items. Any help would be appreciated as well. We as Christians need to wake up, and whatever strategy or plan the Lord has that will save our nation and turn us around, it won’t happen unless we as a nation humble ourselves and repent; and implement 2 Chronicles 7:14; which calls for all those who are called by His name, of those called “Christians,” to humble themselves and pray; turn from their wicked ways; and begin to seek after God’s face (meaning personal relationship); and then and only then does God promise to heal our land. The importance of our keeping Christ at the center of our government…
as our founding fathers always intended, and of our passing our faith on to our children!!!
Genesis 18:17-19 17 Then the LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do?
18 Abraham will surely become a great and powerful nation, and all nations on earth will be blessed through him.
19 For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the LORD by doing what is right and just, so that the LORD will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him.”
We need to understand that we didn’t just arrive at the state we are in today, as a country over night.
No, we have been on this road for a very long time; and this has happened as the result of a slow and very well planned and methodical process of indoctrination and the dummying down of our education system; with the removal of any teaching at all, from our public education system about God and His requirements.
Contrast that to our founding fathers, whose first act, after the formation of our Republic, was an act of Congress that passed a bill to pay for the printing of Bibles that were to be used in early America to teach children to read and write.
The only separation between the church and state, was to keep the state out, and to give the people the freedom to practice their faith as they choose, unhindered by the state.
This is what the First Amendment says, and its prohibition is strictly one way, in that it prohibits our government from passing laws, or intervening in any way with the free exercise of one’s faith.
The separation of Church and State as it is practiced now is a complete misrepresentation and it is a blatant lie; in that those words “Separation between Church and State,” are not found anywhere in our Constitution; but were taken out of context in a letter written by Thomas Jefferson, to the Danbury Baptists, to make the exact opposite point, as I just stated, that the separation is one way… the state butts out and leaves the church alone!
If it hadn’t been for the church, we wouldn’t even have a Constitution, nor a government; and yet these people today who have yet to know God, among the atheists and agnostics who today run our government and make our laws, who even though some have a form of religion and give lip service to having a belief in God, we can certainly tell by their fruit that they neither know God, nor do they know His Son, Jesus Christ!
These people would take all of this history, regarding the rich faith and spiritual heritage that has been left to us by our founding fathers, out of our history books, and have secularize our government to the point we can’t even teach the Ten Commandments in public schools today, or even have them posted, as it is in our Supreme Court Building, for fear kids would learn what God expects, and would develop moral character.
In the absence of any teaching about God and the Bible, the enemy has come in to fill this vacuum in spades, with the result that our society today has virtually become a pagan society, that has long since removed the spiritual markers that were once set and established by our forefathers.
This is where we are today folks, and the reason is the Church abdicated its position and stopped preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, which covers more than just getting people saved; but it involves having Christians affect the culture of the day; and letting people know that a new King has come, and that He will return; and in the meantime we as His disciples are to occupy in the world, in our government and in our culture to establish His righteousness, as it is in heaven, right here on earth.

Well how can that happen unless Christians are evolved with the political process, and with every aspect of society? The answer is it can’t, and the result is what we see all around us today, in the complete lack of moral leadership and direction in our country.
We definitely have a situation today in Washington DC where the blind are leading the blind, and if we aren’t careful; and if we don’t do some serious praying and repenting before God, our entire nation will fall in to the ditch, and we shall lose both our sovereignty and our freedom, as a people.

Because our government today, under this Obama administration and Congress is both anti-Constitution and anti-Republic, and they are working to permanently undermine both!!!
We are today coming to the end of a long road, and for years now what we have been watching happen to our Federal, State, and local municipal governments, is a slow but steady trend that has seen an ongoing shift in power from We the People, as our U.S. Constitution mandates, to the GOVERNMENT, so that the power today has shifted to flow from the top down… until We the People are expected to just acquiesce and do as we are told by our government.
That was NOT the way our founding fathers set our country up to work!
Folks, this same thing that once happened in Russia, in pre-Nazi Germany, and in Red China… is today happening in our country!
It all started many years ago, when the Rothschild’s International Banking Cartel was allowed, twice in the 19 century to form a central bank in the U.S., but on a 20 year lease period, which had to be renewed every 20 years.
In 1871, coming out of the Civil War, our nation already in a state of bankruptcy, this is when the District of Columbia was formed.
The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the “Acts of the Forty-First Congress,” Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62. On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act titled: “An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia.” This is also known as the “Act of 1871.” What does this mean? Well, it means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land.
What??? How could they do that? Moreover, WHY would they do that? To explain, let’s look at the circumstances of those days. The Act of 1871 was passed at a vulnerable time in America. Our nation was essentially bankrupt — weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War. The Civil War itself was nothing more than a calculated “front” for some pretty fancy footwork by corporate backroom players. It was a strategic maneuver by European interests (the international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the neck (and the coffers) of America.
The Congress realized our country was in dire financial straits, so they cut a deal with the international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone’s pie) thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers. If we think about banks, we know they do not just lend us money out of the goodness of their hearts. A bank will not do anything for you unless it is entirely in their best interest to do so. There has to be some sort of collateral or some string attached which puts you and me (the borrower) into a subservient position. This was true back in 1871 as well. The conniving international bankers were not about to lend our floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a brilliant way of getting their foot in the door of the United States (a prize they had coveted for some time, but had been unable to grasp thanks to our Founding Fathers, who despised them and held them in check), and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.
In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it is important. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved right in and shoved the original “organic” version of the Constitution into a dusty corner. With the “Act of 1871,” our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word “for” was changed to the word “of” in the title. The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner:
“The Constitution for the united states of America”.
The altered version reads: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. It is the corporate constitution. It is NOT the same document you might think it is. The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic. It absolutely is not.
Capitalization — an insignificant change? Not when one is referring to the context of a legal document, it isn’t. Such minor alterations have had major impacts on each subsequent generation born in this country. What the Congress did with the passage of the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia. The kind of government THEY created was a corporation. The new, altered Constitution serves as the constitution of the corporation, and not that of America. Think about that for a moment.
Incidentally, this corporate constitution does not benefit the Republic. It serves only to benefit the corporation. It does nothing good for you or me — and it operates outside of the original Constitution. Instead of absolute rights guaranteed under the “organic” Constitution, we now have “relative” rights or privileges. One example of this is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has been transformed under corporate government policy into a “privilege” which we must be licensed to engage in. This operates outside of the original Constitution.
So, Congress committed TREASON against the People, who were considered Sovereign under the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution.
None of this could have ever taken place unless certain ones of our politicians and presidents had been bought and/or bribed to acquiesce to these Banker’s demands; and what’s worse, many of our politicians have been groomed and trained for their perspective positions in government, and the betrayal of both our Constitution and Country; and certain others for their positions in corporate America, to serve this Globalist Agenda, ever since their college years.
This is true especially of the Bushes for three generations; the Clintons; and also of Obama!
Corporate Bankruptcies last for 70 years, and so the UNITED STATES bankruptcy had to be renewed every 70 years from that point (1863) on.
This is not fiction folks, and what I am telling you actually happened; and now is being accelerated right before our eyes, under this present administration.
Today, most of the American people are completely oblivious to what’s going on, and for all intentional purposes have been blinded by the forces of darkness, to see what is hidden in plain sight for them to see.
Now mind you, this information is readily available online, if people would but do their homework and look; and it shows that the United States is no longer a Republic at all, and that we also are in fact in a state of bankruptcy, and we have been since 1863.
THE CIVIL WAR 1861-1865. In 1861, due to this war, seven Southern states walked out of Congress on March 27. This left Congress without a quorum to conduct the nation’s business, so the only lawful power left was the President.
President Lincoln declared a state of war and exercised his powers as Commander in Chief, to institute martial law under a state of emergency.
Congress was NEVER legally reconvened under the Constitution. Lincoln ordered Congress to reconvene under his military authority as Commander in Chief (not as President), therefore Congress still sits today under military authority, by order of the President. This was accomplished through the Libber Laws of 1863.
Lincoln also funded the war entirely by issuing war bonds, T-Bills, etc, which essentially put the United States government into bankruptcy in 1863. One of the funding schemes used was the so called 1040 Bonds. These bonds were to run not less than 10 years, and no more than 40 years, at 7.13% interest. To collect the interest on these 1040 Bonds, a form 1040 was used by the government. By 1864, the value of these bonds had dropped to 39 cents on the dollar.
In 1861, to collect the interest on those 1040 bonds, Congress created the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Do you think that was just a coincidence? Do you think that maybe the interest was never paid and we are still using the form today to collect?
In 1913 is when the Bankers got permantely installed in our government, because that’s when the Federal Reserve Act was passed, which is also illegal according to our U.S. Constitution.
The Federal Reserve is NOT a part of our Federal Government, it is a privately held corporation, whose board of directors consists of 10 families, 70% of which are foreign nationals, and only three are U.S. Citizens. There is absolutely no oversight and no accountiblity except to themselves; and no elected official can even attend their meetings; and these guys are making decisions for us. All of this is totally illegal according to our Constitution, as Congress is the only one who has the Constitutional authority to mint our money… not private banks.
President Lincoln was in the process of correcting this error and this atrocity, when he started having our government mint Green Backs; and also JFK was also trying to do the same thing, when he was minting 2 dollar silver certificates (in the 60’s); and it cost both of these men their lives.
For that matter, I think JFK was our last true president, who really was trying 100% to do what was right for the American people.
According to Corporate Law, Corporate bankruptcies, as I said before, have to be renewed every 70 years; so this 1863 bankruptcy was first renewed in 1933.
What happened in 1933?
EMERGENCY BANKING ACT March 9, 1933. President Roosevelt called for a special and extraordinary session of Congress in Proclamation 2038. At that session he presented a bill, an Act, to provide for relief in the existing national ’emergency’ in banking and for other purposes.
In this Act of March 9, 1933, it states in Title 1 Section 1: “The actions, regulations, rules, licenses, orders and proclamations heretofore or hereafter taken, promulgated, made, or issued by the President of the United States or the Secretary of the Treasury since March the 4th, 1933, pursuant to the authority conferred by subdivision (b) of Section 5 of the Act of October 6, 1917, as amended, are hereby approved and confirmed.”
This says that any actions, orders or proclamations, made by the President hereafter taken, are hereby approved and confirmed. Congress just wrote a blank check to the President. ANYTHING he wants to do is approved, IN ADVANCE! Do you think we are living under a dictatorship! Is that how the President is acting today, as if everything he does is already approved? It seems so.
If you went to a law library today and looked up 12 USC (United States Code) Section 95(b), you will find this Act still on the books today!
But, if you will remember, the Act of 1917 applied to enemies “other than citizens of the United States.” So in 1917 the war powers did not extend to citizens of the United States, and the government did not have authority over us and the Constitution was still valid and upheld. But Roosevelt made an amendment to the 1917 Act, in 1933. In Section 2 of the Act of March 9, 1933 it states:
“Subdivision (b) of Section 5 of the Act of October 6, 1917 (40 Stat. L. 411), as amended, is hereby amended as follows;
During time of war or during any other time of national emergency declared by the President, the President may, through any agency that he may designate, or otherwise, investigate, regulate, or prohibit, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, by means of licenses or otherwise, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit between or payments by banking institutions as defined by the President and export, hording, melting, or earmarkings of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency, by any person within the United States or anyplace subject to the jurisdiction thereof.“
By simply including in this amendment “any person within the United States or anyplace subject to the jurisdiction thereof”, citizens of the United States were now included in the definition of ‘enemies of the United States’! As far as any commercial, monetary or business transactions were concerned, United States citizens were no longer any different from any other enemy of the United States.
It was also on April 5, 1933 that Franklin Delano Roosevelt confiscated all gold from the public (http://www.the-privateer.com/1933-gold-confiscation.html). This meant that the Gold, our gold, was now used also as collateral for the debt.
Then in 1935 the Social Security Act was passed; so that when a person signs up for social security, they are basically co-signing for the debts of the federal government; and each American citizens are now the collateral for that debt.
A United States citizen has the status of an ‘artificial person’. His name is spelled in all capital letters. When you contract to be a U.S. citizen (property of the U.S. government), via social security, you are basically co-signing for the debts of the federal government. The next 70 years brings us to the year 2003. This is two years after 9/11 and five year before the economic meltdown that lead to the printing of 100’s of Billions of dollars that was just handed over to the bankers, first by President Bush, and now by Obama. Much of this money has since disappeared, and the FED refuses to give an accounting of where it went.
Now mind you also, this money consists of nothing but fiat money, for that is what the U.S. Dollar is today (meaning it is worthless, because there is no intrinsic value to back it up); and this money also (which is our tax money) will be loaned back to the American people, by these same international bankers at interest. This is one heck of a huge ponzi scheme that has been going on for over 100 years, and it’s past time the truth be told.
If you want to know why Obama, Pelosi, and Reid are operating it seems with a different agenda, then you should at least now understand the reason why. They are operating as corporate officers of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, and are not operating in the best interest of the people at all!
Everything thus far that I have explained is but the tip of the iceberg; and to the extent these people, including past presidents, including President Bush and Clinton, are/or have operated outside of the scope of their Constitutional authority, and are taking to themselves powers and are doing things that the Constitution does not allow, these people (all of them) are both traitors and criminals to our country, and they should be tried as such.
American had better wake up, or all I can say is what former President George H.W. Bush Sr. promised back in 1991 would happen, will happen, in the establishment of a “New World Order;” but what he didn’t say is that this New World Order (which will ultimately be a One World Government) will be completely totalitarian in nature; we won’t any longer have a Constitution; nor our freedoms and our liberties; and our children and future generations will be forced to live at the whim and dictates of some pretty evil people. That is the future of our country according to the Bushes, the Clintons, and now Obama… the question is, is that what you want?
Regardless, whether we want it or not, it is the course our leaders in Washington DC have placed us on, and make no mistake but that our government has placed us on a collision course with total insolvency, and the complete collapse of both our economy and the U.S. Dollar.
Now the question is asked, why would these people want this to happen? The answer should be obvious, in that a strong economy and a strong U.S. Dollar would work counterproductive to the Globalist agenda.
What the International Bankers want is an entirely new centralized world government (the New World Order), and a completely restructured one world monetary system, all of which these Bankers will control; and which ultimately will consists of a mark on the either the forehead or on the back of the right hand.
Now mind you, these same self appointed potentate clowns also see themselves as the Masters of this new One World Government; and we are to be their slaves!
As you can see, this plan, this agenda, is well thought out; and it has been in place now for well over 100 years.
Understand this, if we do nothing; and unless we stop them, and take back our government, and reestablish our Constitutional Republic, then their plan for world domination will bring us, right along with the rest of the world, into their “New World Order,” which will ultimately give way to the a One World Government, led by the Antichrist!

A US-based psychiatrist, Dr. Emanuel Tanay, offered some insight into the power of ideas that while emerging from a small minority, can take over whole populations and create massive impact. He also highlights that fence-sitters, or the silent majority–are complicit in any atrocities committed in the name of radical ideas.
We are often told that radical ideas about anything–whether it be religion, politics, or philosophies, can be tolerated as long as these ideas remain within the minority of individuals.

A man whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War ll owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism. ‘Very few people were true Nazis ‘he said,’ but many enjoyed the return of German pride, and many more were too busy to care. I was one of those who just thought the Nazis were a bunch of fools. So, the majority just sat back and let it all happen. Then, before we knew it, they owned us, and we had lost control, and the end of the world had come. My family lost everything. We are told again and again by ‘experts’ and ‘talking heads’ that Islam is the religion of peace, and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the spectra of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam. The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history.
It is the fanatics who march. It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave. It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque. It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals. The hard quantifiable fact is that the ‘peaceful majority’, the ‘silent majority’, is cowed and extraneous.
Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant.
China’s huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.
The average Japanese individual prior to World War ll was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet.
And, who can forget Rwanda , which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were ‘peace loving’?
History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points:
Peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence. Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don’t speak up, because like my friend from Germany , they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun. Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghanis, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late.
As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group that counts; the fanatics who threaten our way of life.
Lastly, at the risk of offending, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just deletes this email without sending it on, is contributing to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand. The Bible tells us in Deuteronomy 32:30 that: “One can put a thousand enemies to flight, and two can put ten thousand enemies to flight;” well with those odds just imagine what we can do when we all come together.
Check this out, with the addition of each prayer warrior, the odds go up 10 fold, in our favor; and so the battle odds are very definitely on our side, and don’t you know the enemy knows it too… but greater is He who is in us and with us (the church), than he who is in the world!
In the New Testament we are instructed: “When two of you get together on anything at all on earth and make a prayer of it, my Father in heaven goes into action. And when two or three of you are together because of me, you can be sure that I will be there.” (Matthew 18:19-20, The Message Bible)
We are told many, many times in the Bible about the importance of prayer; and that we should “pray without ceasing“. (1 Thessalonians 5:8, KJV)
Paul tells us in Philippians 4:6 that we should “not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
So here’s the deal folks, God does answer prayer; but we have to pray!!! Selah

1.5 billion barrels of oil discovered near Rosh Ha’Ayin
Israeli public must wait until September to see if country is sitting on profitable oil reserve, but statement to TASE gives peek into extent of Megged reserve. Question remains: How much of it is recoverable? Ynet writers
Could the State of Israel be sitting on an oil reserve that can provide energy, cash flow, and international political influence? This is the question that everyone is waiting to be answered in the engineering report ordered by Givot Olam Oil, overseeing the drilling at the Megged 5 site, next to Rosh Ha’Ayin.
The final report will be submitted on September 5. However, a preliminary report was already issued to Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on the oil reserves on the site. “The amount of oil in place in Rosh Ha’Ayin plot is estimated at 1.525 billion barrels of oil.” In previous reports, the quantity was appraised at only a few hundred barrels of oil a day.
The total oil reserves in the world (as of 2006) is 1.3 trillion barrels, but most of this is concentrated in the territory of less than 15 countries. The oil reserves located in countries not considered powerhouses in the field totals about 133 billion barrels, making the estimated amount of oil in Megged 5 quite significant. In Qatar, for instance, the oil reserves are about 15 billion barrels.
Yet it is still too early to view the report as bearing real economic (or political) tidings. The 1.5 billion barrel figure refers to the oil in place, and not to the amount of recoverable oil in the reserve. The amount of oil that can be successfully extracted will be made known only in the final report submitted in September.
According to Givot Olam’s reports from May 2009, the amount of recoverable oil in the reserve is likely 10-20%.
“This is a joyful and heart-warming discovery,” said Chairman of Israel Institute of Petroleum & Energy Amir Makov said to Ynet on Tuesday. “However, this discovery does not indicate the extraction capability, and the company will have to perform additional tests and drillings until we know what this means both in terms of the company’s commercial potential and in terms of the national potential.”

So who is Gog in the land of Magog?
Herodotus who is known as the “Father of History,” writes of the bizarre and savage practices of the descendents of Magog known as the Scythians. The name Scythian covers a number of nomadic tribes from the Russian steppes, a fertile area of the Ukraine north of the Black Sea. Other related tribes occupied the area to the east of the Caspian Sea.
The area encompassed by the Scythians extended from the mid-Volga to the northern Urals and beyond. They colonized Media, Parthia, Persia, Central Asia and as far as the Chinese border.
Arab writers confirm that in the Arabic language their name for the Great Wall of China is called “the wall of Al Magog” because the Great Wall was built to keep out the invading armies from Magog. All together an area of about 2,000 square miles. So clearly this was the former Soviet Union, modern day Russia.

I’m not sure what your major is, but if you are a professor, I can only assume that you are aware that we do have a Constitution in our land, and that Constitution is the highest law of our land.
These president in particular, but also many of our past presidents and congressmen have been ignoring that document for years.
The steps that Obama is taking today, towards Socialism, in taking over private companies and stripping us of our liberties one by one, and our freedom of choice, exceeds the authority granted to him by our Constitution, and therefore they are illegal.
Not only that, but based so far on the evidence provided this man is not even Constitutionally qualified to be president.

It is a man and his wife, who are both Liberals, who live in San Fernando, California; and who are themselves Obama supporters; so they are not exactly impartial.

There are many overlapping and even separate agendas that we are dealing with today in our country; on the one side there is the Islamic Agenda to destory first Israel, and then the United States; and we also have the agenda to drive our nation into a “New World Order.”
The Islamic agenda is what I want to talk about here; and these radical Islamic groups have made no secret of their desire and plans to destroy both Israel and the United States; and we have a president today, in the White House, who champions the cause of Islam, and who is himself (I believe) a Muslim.
What most Americans fail to realize is that Islam has always been a very violent ideology, and truly it is not a religion, but it is a political ideology that believes that the whole world should be ruled by Sharia Law; and to have any other view or faith that is not Islamic is a death sentence.
What these radical Islamic groups are saying, and yes I understand they are in the minority; but what they are teaching is exactly what the Koran teaches, and also what Muhammad taught.
In fact these radical Islamic groups are to Islam what the Protestant Reformation was to the Catholic Church, in that what Martin Luther was saying, when he posted his thesis to the door of the church, was that the Christian Bible says we are saved by faith alone, and what he was saying was true… and it began the Protestant Reformation.
Likewise, what these radical Islamic groups are doing, that are calling for Jihad, is to call Muslims back to the orginal teachings of the Koran.
Islam is NOT a peaceful religion, and as I said it is not a religion at all, but it is a very narrow minded ideology that is very intolerant of any other faith or belief.
All you have to do is look at history and see what happen in every nation that Islam went to. It is exactly as it happened in Lebanon; and as it is now happening in the western European Nations; and we here in the United States are following close behind.
Here are some other reasons why I do not feel that Obama is a Christian:

First off, regarding his place of birth and his citizenship:
Obama promised the American people that he would provide transparency. Well why does that not also apply to his own past; and why has he not revealed verifiable proof of his U.S. Citizenship and place of birth, as everyone of us have had to do on numerous occasions, or why not just show us his passport that he used to travel abroad before he was elected to the Senate, which by the way was most likely Indonesian? There are so many other areas, that I have already covered in so many of my previous blogs, that I’m not going to take the time now to itemize them all one by one; but again you are entitled to your opinion, and this is still a free country, no thanks to Obama; but I can tell you if he is allowed to continue down this road towards Socialism, that he has put us on, we won’t be free much longer, and that’s for sure.
I think it would be good for you to look at history, and see all of the similarities between what happened in pre-Nazi Germany, that gave rise the Nazism, and to Hitler coming into power; and see how that compares with what is happening today here in the United States:
Hitler outlawed school prayer in Germany. In 1962, The U.S. Supreme Court did the same for us.
Hitler eliminated Christian holidays in the schools first by calling Christmas “Yuletide.” Most American public schools now call Christmas vacation a “winter break.”
Hitler took Easter out of schools and instead honored that time of year as the beginning of spring. It has likewise become common for schools in America to refer to time off at Easter as “spring break.”
Hitler controlled the church using intimidation and threats. A half-century ago, U.S. Senator and Senate Majority Leader Lyndon Baines Johnson, promoted a bill that included an amendment to use the Internal Revenue Service to remove the non-profit status of a church that speaks against the election of any specific political candidate.
Hitler enticed thousands of pastors to promote paganism in their congregations. Neopaganism is one of the fastest growing religions in America, doubling every 18 months according to a June 2008 article in The Denver Post. Many American church-goers practice paganism such as “Christian” yoga, contemplative prayer, and walking a labyrinth. As evidence that church doors continue to open further to aberrant beliefs, a 2008 survey found that 57% of evangelicals do not believe Jesus Christ is the only way to God.
Hitler was an environmentalist and vegetarian. Marriages performed by the Nazi state frequently included blessings of “Mother Earth” and “Father Sky.” Today Americans increasingly accept radical environmentalism, pantheism, and the celebration of Earth Day.
Hitler was fascinated by eastern mysticism. Today an increasing number of American pastors encourage their followers to become “mystic warriors”.
8. Hitler believed in reincarnation. He even convinced SS officers that by murdering millions of Jews and other “undesirables” they were allowing them to get on with the reincarnation process and come back more quickly in an advanced status. Americans increasingly accept the idea of reincarnation as well as good and bad karma.
Hitler’s holocaust killed between 8 and 11 million Jews and non-Jews. Americans have killed an estimated 50 million babies since abortion was legalized through the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973. According to a July 7, 2008 article on worldnetdaily.com “An abortionist who claims to have destroyed more than 20,000 unborn children and who once was Hillary Clinton’s OB-GYN says he is doing ‘God’s work’ when he terminates a pregnancy…He admits that abortion kills a human soul.”
Hitler killed 270,000 handicapped people through active euthanasia.[1] America and the courts are rushing toward the same with the murder of individuals such as Terri Schiavo. Oregon voters passed their Death with Dignity Act in 1994 and re-affirmed it in 1997. Washington state voters legalized doctor-assisted suicide on November 4, 2008. In December 2008, a Montana judge ruled terminally ill residents of that state have the right to physician-assisted suicide, and “death with dignity” is gaining acceptance in other states as well.
Private schools were abolished by Hitler and all education placed under Nazi control. There is constant pressure from federal and many state education authorities to require that Christian schools use state-mandated, humanistic textbooks. The Home School Legal Defense Association is fighting numerous battles at any given time to prevent parents from loosing the right to educate their children as they see fit. In August 2008, a federal district court ruled that the state of California university system may choose not to recognize the diplomas-and thereby deny college entrance to-students who attended a school using textbooks that express a Biblical worldview in the areas of history and science (i.e., Christian schools).
Hitler prevented dissenters from using radio to challenge his worldview. Many powerful liberals in America have made clear their intent to reintroduce the “Fairness Doctrine” that would require conservative and religious radio stations to offer equal time to anti-Christian, anti-conservative worldviews.
Pastors who spoke against Hitler’s worldview and his murderous regime found themselves on trial and frequently imprisoned for “Abuse of Pulpit.” In America, hate-crime legislation has the potential to criminalize Christians and pastors who speak out against the homosexual agenda.
Many Christians in Germany justified their allegiance to Hitler through a belief that “Their duty to God was spiritual; their duty to the state was political.”[2] Many American Christians now have bought the lie that their worldview can be divided between the secular and the sacred-the politician has one area of responsibility, the pastor another, and never shall the two meet. Yet the Bible teaches that all issues are fundamentally spiritual.
Hitler outlawed the cross and replaced it with the swastika. Today many churches, Christian colleges, and universities have willingly removed the cross from their buildings. Numerous court cases sponsored by the ACLU have required the removal of the cross from public grounds. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2005 that the Ten Commandments cannot be posted on public grounds for religious purposes.
Hitler was fascinated with Friedrich Nietzsche and distributed his writings to his inner circle. Nietzsche promoted Nihilism, the belief that life has no meaning, and he is best known for his position that “God is dead”. Nietzsche is presently one of the most widely read authors by American college students.
Hitler exploited the economic collapse of Germany to take over as dictator and usher in his brand of socialism. America’s financial crisis has given liberals in both political parties the opportunity to grow the size of government and implement freedom-robbing socialism at lightning speed.
18. Hitler was obsessed with globalism, and many of America’s most powerful political leaders are willing to subjugate American sovereignty to contemporary globalism.
19. Many Germans responded to Hitler by retreating into neutrality. Today most Americans prefer to remain neutral on moral issues that they think don’t affect them personally.
On trial after World War II, Hitler’s henchmen used the defense that they had not broken any laws. True, they had not defied the laws of Germany since those had been re-written to fit the goals and objectives of Hitler. The Nazi leaders were nevertheless found guilty because the courts at the time recognized a “law above the law.” Yet now the U.S. Supreme Court has rejected the law of nature and nature’s God by claiming that as society evolves, morals evolve, and so the law, too, must evolve.
Calling upon Darwinian evolution, Hitler convinced the German people that purging millions of people was acceptable because of the need to create a pure race; also referred to as eugenics. American students across the board have been educated in Darwinian evolution because the Supreme Court has ruled that creation cannot be taught in our schools-even if both creation and evolution are taught side by side.
Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood in America became acquainted with the doctors and scientists that had worked with Nazi Germany’s eugenics program and had no quarrel with the euthanasia, sterilization, abortion, and infanticide programs of the early Reich.[3] Sanger even published several articles in Birth Control Review that reflected Hilter’s White Supremacist worldview. Planned Parenthood now grosses one billion per year.
In Germany, pastors often cited Romans 13:1-2 to encourage Christians to obey the Nazis. Today in America, many pastors have a false view of Romans 13:1-2 and have convinced millions that to disobey governing authorities is to disobey God. This poor training would facilitate Christians here doing just as the German Christians did if faced with similar challenges.
Germans accepted socialism to avoid pain. Today’s Americans are rejecting capitalism in exchange for government-sponsored “free” healthcare, education, and countless other government handouts.
Many Americans accept what I call, One World Spirituality. This is actually an amalgamation of the three worldviews of evolutionary humanism, Hindu pantheism, and occultism. I noted earlier that Hitler embraced all of these.
America is rushing toward government-sponsored, national healthcare. We already have a form of this in Medicare and Medicaid. Hitler, too, expanded and centralized Germany’s healthcare system. As Melchior Palyi explained, “The ill-famed Dr. Ley, boss of the Nazi labor front, did not fail to see that the social insurance system could be used for Nazi politics as a means of popular demagoguery, as a bastion of bureaucratic power, [and] as an instrument of regimentation.”
So anyway, I’ve provided some evidence for you to chew on, and I would be interested in seeing your evidence that would support that what I am saying is incorrect or inaccurate.

August 18, 2010.Going through the ringer is a mild way of saying how you feel. Don’t you remember you just told some brothers and sisters that Christians don’t just live by the way they feel, they live by the Word of God.
Do you believe that for what you are going through now or not?

The above message, I believe, will speak to a lot of people today, in these times; and we need to all be paying attention, especially in these times, to what the Bible says, and not so much follow what our culture, our secularized society, and what our circumstances and feelings may be saying.
I need to touch on something here that I believe is lacking in much of the church today, and that is, whereas I believe the church has for the most part successfully taken the Gospel to the World, to other nations, to the extent we have abdicated our Biblically mandated role here at home, and have failed to disciple the people in our own society and culture, our nation has suffered immensely.
We have allowed our government to force the separation of the sacred from the secular, and we have allowed unbelievers, atheists and agnostics to seize the reigns of our government, our society, and our culture; and what you see happening today all around us is the result.
This was NEVER God’s plan, that this should happen; and that fact becomes particularly obvious as you realize that many of our founding fathers were very serious about their faith in God and the Holy Bible, and they incorporated that faith in the formation of our government, and our U.S. Constitution.
What follows is an accurate description of where as a nation and people have gone wrong, and how far away from God we have drifted:

The Founding Fathers and Christianity
Our founding fathers were brought up in schools in which their primers taught bible scriptures, morals and its teachings. They were taught the Ten Commandments and were thoroughly versed on each one and their meaning.
As adults, the founding fathers continued to read and learn from the bible. Many of them were evangelical preachers. Many of them started the American Tract Society and wrote many of their tracts. They started the American Bible Society, The Philadelphia Bible Society, and the Christian Constitutional Society, all of which still exist today. It was no wonder then that they used the bible to frame the Constitution.
Patrick Henry – “It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians not on religion, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ!”
From 1690 to 1900 American’s youth learned their ABC’s with a bible scripture associated with each letter. First graders talked about the Ten Commandments, in class, and learned what they meant.
The founding fathers wanted government and Christianity to be in an insoluble bond.
John Quincy Adams stated, “The highest glory of the American Revolution was this… it connected in one indissoluble bond the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity.”
John Jay the Chief Justice and the most influential writer of the constitution stated, “Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers and it is the duty as well as the privilege and interest of a Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.” We need to elect Christians to office if we want to have righteous men making good laws to rule our country.
In summation from George Washington’s farewell speech, speaking to the citizens of The United States, he touched on these points: Do not let anyone claim to be a true American if they attempt to remove religion from American politics. If they do they are not true Americans.
Our American government has lasted over 200 years. Having a government, in any form, lasting this long is unheard of. For example, in the last 200 years France has had seven forms of government and Italy has had forty-eight.
Our Constitution and Its Basis
Where did the founding fathers get their ideas for our constitution that has caused it to last so long? Some would have you believe that it was because of the Age of Enlightenment in Britain which brought to light ideas such as:
Government should be formed to protect people’s natural rights.
Government should have limited power.
The type of government should be accepted by all citizens.
Government has an obligation to those it governs.
Man is born free.
Controls by a freely formed government are good.
When government is by the consent of the governed the people, they retain their rights.
People have the right to challenged old ways of thinking.
They questioned divine-right of rule.
They taught that people should be able to gain material well-being, social justice, and happiness in this life – not just the next (Ellis, Esler, Beers, & Hart, 1999).
These ideas spread to American and found place in Thomas Paine’s pamphlet called Common Sense. Some would have you think that it was Paine’s pamphlet which swayed the founding father’s minds to their incorporation in the Constitution (Ellis, Esler, Beers, & Hart, 1999). The fact is that there were many heated debates on the constitutional legislature’s floor over these ideas. Such ideas were not espoused by the founding fathers until they could find a precedence in the bible for them. Then, it was only by unanimously consent spurred on by spiritual confirmation, that they accept these ideas into the constitution (Barton, 1999).
The Bible was important to our founding fathers. Out of fifteen thousand samples of their writings that University of Houston professors collected, they found 3154 of those had a significant impact on our constitution. Of those writings, they found that the bible was quoted sixteen times more than any other source. 94% of the quotes were based on the bible, 34% came directly out of the bible, and 60% used the bible to arrive at their conclusion.
The House and the Senate would discuss what the bible said and use its ideas to make law. The idea of three branches of government originated with John Locke in his article called Two Treaties of Government. The founding fathers substantiated the idea for separation of powers from Jeremiah 17:32. They found mention of the three branches of government in Isaiah 33:22. They found the idea of tax exemption for churches in Ezra 7:24. These men were students of the Bible and brought their expertise into the legislature to help them to know that to do.
Court Rulings that lead to Religion Leaving Government
The Way It Used to Be
1892 – Trinity vs. the US: The Supreme Court stated, “Our laws and our institutions must necessarily be based upon and embody the teachings of the Redeemer of mankind. It’s impossible that it should be otherwise; and to this extent our civilization and our institutions are emphatically Christian.” This case gave 87 historical precedences to prove this statement. It further stated that there were more, but 78 should suffice to prove the government must be based on the teachings of Jesus Christ.
1844 – Vidal vs. Girard’s: “The purest principles of morality are to be taught. Where are they found? Whosoever searches for them must go to the source for which the Christian man derives his faith… the bible.” A Philadelphia school’s premise was that they could teach morality with out teaching the bible. The court ruled that they couldn’t have a school that didn’t teach the bible’s morality, as it was the source of morality.
1811 – People vs. Ruggles: “Whatever strikes at the root of Christianity tends manifestly to the dissolution of civil government.” In this case a man became profane about Jesus Christ and the bible both written and spoken. The courts said it was blasphemy and the man was fined $500.00 and jailed for 3 months. The court said if you’ve attacked Jesus Christ you have attacked Christianity. If you attack Christianity, you have attacked the foundation of the US. Therefore, it is an attack on the US.
How Amoral Laws Came to Being
The founding fathers never wanted separation of church and state, yet 67% of US citizens today believe that that very idea is contained in the constitution, even though those words never appear in the constitution.
The Constitution of the United States’ first amendment says, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Pre-drafts of this statement clarifies the founding fathers constitutional statement. There were twelve variations, they all mirrored the sentiments found in this one, “Congress will pass no laws making one denomination of Christians higher than another denomination.”
Their intent was that they did not want in America what they had in Great Britain where one denomination was running the nation. They wanted God’s principles, but did not want one designated church running the nation.
1796 – Funckle vs Winemiller – The Danbury Baptists who wanted a state church designated. The courts stated: “In our form of government the Christian religion is the established religion and all sects and denominations of Christians are placed upon the same equal footing.”
1802 – Thomas Jefferson addressed those Danbury Baptist. He said that the first amendment has erected a wall between church and state, but that wall is a one directional wall. It keeps the government from running the church and Christian principles will always stay in government. The First National Church never happened and Jefferson’s writing was put away until 1853. Today, we only hear half of this statement, that is: the separation of church and state.
A small number of people petitioned to separate Christian principles from government. Studies were done to see if it could be done. The findings of the House Judiciary committee were announced March 27, 1854. They said that if the people, during the Revolution, or had they any suspicion of any attempt to war against Christianity that revolution would have been strangled in its cradle. At the time of the adoption of the Constitution and the amendments the universal sentiment was that Christianity should be encouraged, not any one sect.
The Founders of the Constitution were Christians and they expected it would be so for their descendents. They stated, “The great vital and conservative element in our system is the belief of our people in the pure doctrine and divine truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ.”
1947 – Everson vs. the Board of Education – Only nineteen words of Jefferson’s speech were used, those being, “The First Amendment has erected a wall between church and state.” That wall must be kept high and impregnable.” It was because these words were taken out of context that the Founding father’s intent was reversed. Jefferson meant, not state from church, but church from state.
Dr. William James –the Father of Modern Psychology influenced the court. He wanted church out of state. Dr. James stated, “There is nothing so absurd but if you repeat it often enough, people will believe it.” The courts began used this tactic through the years.
1958 – Bear vs. Colmore – One of the judges got tired of hearing the statement, “separation of church and state.” He said, “If this court doesn’t stop talking about separation of church and state, someone will think it is part of the constitution.” The court continued to talk about it.
June 25, 1962 – Engle vs. Vitale – This was the first time there was a separation of religious principles from public education. The courts rules that there should not be prayers in school. It was the first time we had a separation of church and state. It was the first time that NO precedence (where previous legal cases were cited) or historical incidents were quoted.
1962-65 – The courts removed church from state through rulings on these cases:
1- Engle vs. Vital – Removal of prayer from school. The prayer before the court only mentioned God once. The Constitution mentions God four times. Does this make it unconstitutional?
2- Murray vs. Curlett – Removal of bible reading in school. Bible study used to be required to graduate from High School.
3- June 17, 1965 –Abington vs. Schempp – Removal of religious instruction from school. The courts stated, “If portions of the New Testament were read without explanation, they could be, and have been psychologically harmful to the child.”
In this case the courts said that only 3% of the nation professed no belief in religion or God. That prayer was consistent with 97% of the nation, but the courts ruled for the minority. Now, the philosophy of the 3% rules the 97%.
Our courts used to use biblical guidelines to rule on the areas of the citizens, families, schools, and the nation. Not anymore! Before 1962, the courts said, “We only allow divorce for six reasons. They are the six reasons God allows as written in the bible. God made the family (Adam’s and Noah’s) and so we have to use God’s precepts/rules to govern the family.” After 1965 the courts said we were not to do so any more, because it causes psychological damage to children. George Washington stated, “Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religions principle.”
1965 – Reid vs. Vanhovan – It is unconstitutional for a student to pray aloud in school.
1967 – Decab vs. Dispain – The courts took a four-line nursery rhyme used in pre-kindergarten and ruled it unconstitutional. The courts said, “The rhyme is unconstitutional since it might cause someone to think of God.”
1980 – Stone vs. Graham – The Ten Commandments were posted in a school’s hall bulletin board. The court ruled: “If the posted copies of the Ten commandments are to have any effect at all it will be induce the school children to read, meditate upon them, and perhaps to venerate and obey the commandment; this is not a permissible objective.”
When the courts say something is unconstitutional, what they are saying is that this thing is something our founding fathers would have been opposed to and would not have allowed it! The court’s findings do not reflect this.
James Madison, the Chief Architect of the Constitution, said, “We have stated the whole future of American civilization not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all our political institutions upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.”
Our Country’s Downfall
Since 1963, when prayer was taken out of school, unwed birth rates of 15-19 year-olds doubled. Pregnancies for girls 10-14 went up 553% since prayer was disallowed in school. (The separation of church and state.)
Divorce rates from 1963 to 1983 were up 117%. For fifteen years prior 1963, divorce had been declining.
Since 1963, single families were up 140%, single families with children with children were up 160%, and unmarried couples living together went up 353%.
From 1965, there was a sharp incline of gonorrhea in students in ages 15-19. It incline became since the removal of religious principles from school. Student STD’s went up 228%.
When a people throw away their values, they reap the consequences Some of those consequences are crime, divorce, STD’s, unwed mothers, and unmarried couples living together. There are more!
SAT scores approximate average was 970 points from 1952 to 1963. From 1963 to 1980 scores declined for eighteen consecutive years to drop to a low average of 890 points in 1980.
In 1974-75 the sharp decline in SAT scores slowed with the advent of private religious schools, which allowed religion in the curriculum. During this time, there were 32 thousand U.S. schools, which accounted for 8.5 million students.
Some say that the better scores of these students were because private schools had more money available for a better education for these students. This statement was investigated. It was found that private schools had, on average, $110.00 per student, whereas public schools had $370.52 per student.
SAT scores showed that students from the Christian private schools, on average, got 100 points higher, than the Non-Christian schooled students. That put the Christian schooled students back on the par where students were prior to 1963 and the separation of church and state. It was as if no change had occurred. Whereas public schooled student scores continued to declined!
In 1988 – the number of Academic High Achievers were as follows :
60.8 were from public schools
39.2 were from private schools – This group was 3 times larger than those from the public schools. Remember too, that private religious schools had 1/3 less money per person and used the same curriculum as the public schools, except the private schools added religion.
Violent crimes went up 544% since religious principles were removed from schools in 1963. Thomas Jefferson said that religion is the friend to government because it teaches morals of the heart. This means we are not dealing with murder, instead we deal with the religious morals which say do not hate. When we eliminate hate there is no murder. The commandment to not lust, stops adultery or rape.
Our Citizen’s need Internal Values
John Adams stated that there was no government big enough, to make you do what’s right. If you don’t do what’s right out of your heart, the gun has already been fired; the damage has already been done. He further stated, “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is whole inadequate to the government of any other.”
Our people need internal constraints governed by God to keep our constitution working well. The greater number of our people are not and as a result, the constitution is not working!
Our country is now number one in:
Violent crime
Teen pregnancy
Illegal drug use
Divorce
Abortion
Illiteracy (in all the industrial world) – In 1997, seven hundred thousand students graduated from high school, who couldn’t read their diplomas.
Jeremiah 6:16 says to go back to the old paths if you want things to be back the way it should be. Many state constitutions require people, who hold office, to believe in God, the scriptures, and understand them.
Nations are accountable to God. The founding fathers said, “As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, they must be punished in this. By an inevitable chain of cause and effect, providence punishes national sins by national calamities.” When a nation leaves God, God deals with them immediately. Hence, moral decay brings violent crimes, teen pregnancies, divorce, abortions, and etc. When wicked men rule, the nation suffers.
Ben Franklin and the Constitutional Convention stated, “We need God to be our friend not our enemy. We need Him to be our allay not our adversary. We need to make sure we keep God’s concurring aid. If a sparrow cannot fall without God’s notice, how can our nation rise without His aid?” He further called for regular daily prayer to keep Him close to us.
Thomas Jefferson, upon leaving the office of president, said, “Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that His justice cannot not sleep forever.”
We Need Good People in High Places
1774 – Ben Franklin stated, “Introduce into public affairs the principles of Christianity and it will change the face of the world.”
Charles Finnay said, ” The church must take right ground in regard to politics. Politics are part of religion in a country as this, and Christians must do their duty to the country as a part of their duty to God. He will bless or curse this nation according to the course Christians take in politics.”
If God’s people do not make it into office God’s principles do not make it into office. That is why Christians must be in office. Our government has been taken over by ungodly men. God-fearing Christians must take it back. We must get involved! Do something where you can affect people’s principles.
Proverbs 18:1 “A man who isolates himself seeks his own desires; he rages against all wise judgment.”
The separation of church and state allows Christians to be a light to the world, but only in the confines of the church. We know that the Lord wants us to be a light unto the government too.
We have lost our heritage. We must get Christianity back into government, our schools, and in our society!

One of the main warnings and dangers, I believe, for these last days is what Paul warned us about, when he told us what the state of mind would be like in much of the culture, and also among much of the church, in the last days that would see Jesus’ return to earth:
2 Timothy 3
Perilous Times and Perilous Men
1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, 7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Is this not an accurate description of the culture and society that we are living in today?
This is particularly true among our present day political leadership, of those who give lip service, when it serves their purpose, and they may talk about God, and even claim that they are Christian, in order to appear respectable and gain votes; but their lives and what they say and do all shows that their hearts are very far from God; and that they don’t even know Him.
As just one example, just look at the man who presently sits in the White House today, who says that he is a Christian; and yet he also says that Muslims and even atheists can get into heaven, if they are good people; he has been heard, and recorded on video, mocking the Bible; he supports infanticide and abortion, and wants to export it to other countries; he supports same sex marriage and the “Gay” agenda; and he is a socialist communist; and in spite of all of this evidence, he wants us to believe that he is a Christian… go figure! What’s even worse than that, apparently much of the people who voted for him believed him.
The truth is, as bad as all of this is, all of it is only a reflection of the values of the people who voted these people into office… and so I think that tells you what the spiritual state of our society and culture is in today.
This is not only true of what we see in Washington DC, but this is also true in most of our municipal and state governments across our nation today; and it is here that I truly believe 2 Timothy 3:5 applies; but certainly it is not limited to just our government, but it is a pretty accurate description of our society and culture in general.
So we have had a condition for years now, where we have elected pretty much godless men and women to represent us, and they have made policies and laws that have taken us further and further away from the values and teachings that we find in our Bible.
The most glaring offense against God, in my opinion, is found in the fact that we as a people have passed laws that have allowed our society to brutally exterminate over 50 million unborn babies, since 1973, when legalized abortion became the law of our land.
Starting back in the early sixties (around 1963, when prayer was officially taken out of our schools), a process started which has allowed our public education system to virtually take God out of our history books, and they have virtually lied to us regarding the role that faith had, among our founding fathers, in the formation of our government and in the our Constitution.
All of that history has been removed from our text books, and what is taught today, in its place, is a story that gives us a secularized world view that our government wants us to have and to follow, that completely ignores both God and the Bible.
So truly we have both a culture and a society today that Jesus warned us about, in his discourse with the Laodicean church, where He said:
Revelation 3:14-22
To the Church in Laodicea
14“To the angel of the church in Laodicea write:
‘ These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation.
15I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.
17You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.
18I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.
19Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent.
20Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.
21To him who overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.'”
So here we are today, where we have allowed people who don’t have a relationship with God to lead us; to make our polices and laws; and tell us how to live… and my question is what did we expect would happen, other than what has happened?
Did we expect that people who have no relationship with God, who don’t know Him and who don’t respect and follow His commandments, that that would make righteous and godly decisions and laws?
As an example, we had a former president, in Bill Clinton, who was caught cheating on his wife numerous times, but also in the Oval Office no less; was even shown to be a liar on national TV, when he first tried to deny it took place, when he said: “Read my lips, I did NOT have sex with that woman;” and yet even after he was found to be the lair he is, most people gave him a pass, and said moral character, as it relates to his personal life, should not be a factor in his professional and political life.
So if his own wife can’t trust him, we as a nation can… is what apparently most people believe… and so is it any wonder our nation is in trouble today?
These are the sort of people who have been setting our course, and directing our future for years now; as we have fallen further and further down this rabbit hole.
They have, by their leadership and policies, taken us as a nation further and further away from the God of the Bible, and have pretty much removed any mention of the Bible and of the God from our culture.
But folks how did we who are Christians think that it was possible that they would do anything else?
The truth is, except for the grace of God and the impact He has had upon each of our lives, through the Holy Spirit and influence of the Bible, we most likely would be doing the very same dumb things that they are doing… for truly how could we do anything else?
For the church in particular I think what 2 Timothy says in verse 5 is very relevant, where it says: “…having a form of godliness but denying its power.”
Is this not an accurate description of much of the church today?
How can we have any spiritual discernment without the Holy Spirit? The answer is we can’t!
As someone who has been privileged to see what life is like in what we would call “Third World Nations,” having visited Cambodia, Thailand, and in the Philippines, I can tell you there is a much different paradigm of thinking over there in these countries, than what we find here in the West. There is more of an openness in these countries, and even an expectation and reception of the supernatural, that is all but lacking in our culture and society, here in the West.
Over there they are much more open to miracles; and when they have a need, having committed their lives to Christ, the literally believe that what the Bible says is true.
As just one example, when I was in Phnom Penh Cambodia, I met a man who had been raised from the death, after having been dead for over 12 hours.
Over their when the breadwinner dies, it pretty much destines the family to destitution and poverty. In this instance, the wife, who was a new Christian herself (about two weeks old in the Lord), she read in the Bible how Jesus raised the dead, and so when her husband died, she and another friend from her church, prayed for 12 hours for God to raise her husband (who was not even a Believer, mind you) from the dead… and after 12 hours of praying, with her husband’s dead body in the house, God answered their prayers.
Question, how many people in the West would even think to do such a thing, let alone do it… and therein is our problem! Today many Christians believe God can do these things, but to don’t expect it.
So much of the Gospel message in the West has been watered down and has been intellectualized; and I believe that much of that is owed to our progressive and secularized public education system that has virtually taught for several generations now that belief in God is absolutely irrelevant and unimportant in our life, and that by the way is the message that is being taught to our kids today.
Although it may not be said quite that way, in those exact words, but certainly that is the message that is implied, as education today it would seem is more about programming the minds of our young people to accept certain secular “Politically Correct” ideologies, to the exclusion even of teaching our kids even the basics, and this is true particularly in many of the inner city schools, in that we have failed to teach many of our children to read and write; and certainly any teaching about God and the Bible is totally forbidden.
Getting back to my original point and that is the role that the Holy Spirit is meant to play in our society, in the church, and in our culture… my point is it’s all the same!
There is no difference, and there is no separation, to God anyway, between the sacred and the secular; and that point is made obvious all throughout the Bible!
From everything that I have described about the current state of our society today, I can tell you it will take a miracle of God to turn us around; and that won’t happen without the church gets back in sync with the Holy Spirit, and we get plugged into the supernatural, and the Gifts of the Spirit, as it is illustrated and demonstrated in the Book of Acts!
Also, unless we who are Christians do as we are instructed, in 2 Chronicles 7:14; and humble ourselves and turn from our wicked ways; and begin to seek after God’s face, then there is no hope for our nation at all!
Mind you, for us to seek after God’s face is talking about our having a very personal and intimate relationship with Him, and that can only happen through the Spirit; and unless we as the church are open to the Holy Spirit, and are willing to trust Him, and allow Him to lead us, then we have no power to back us up, nor our prayers!
So with that said, I’ll ask the question again… what is the Spirit of Prophecy, as explained in the New Testament?
The prophetic gift is from God and its purpose is to provide a way for man to speak forth the mind and counsel of God for repentance to be taught and righteousness to be preached in order to bring restoration, to heal (Matthew 4:34; 9:35), “… for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” (King James Version) (Revelation 19:10.)
In the Amplified Bible that portion of verse reads: “… For the substance (essence) of the truth revealed by Jesus is the spirit of all prophecy—the vital breath, the inspiration of all inspired preaching and interpretation of the divine will and purpose [including both mine and yours].)”
A Christian prophetic ministry also provides a way for the priorities, the present-day utility of God’s power, and contemporary purposes to be communicated to man as history progresses (Amos 3:7 “Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.”; Hebrews 1:1,2 “God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds”; Revelation 10:7 (…more)
Certainly the church today needs to repent and turn back to God; and for that to happen it is mandated that we turn back to the supernatural aspects of the Spirit, that we see taught in the Bible and in the Book of Acts… none of that was ever to cease.
For us to turn our nation around it will require a Spiritual Awakening in our country, and among our people; and I am one who believes that we are going to have such an awakening, and also a revival; but I’m afraid, human nature being what it is, it most likely will not happen without God allows something serious to happen, on the level of what happened on 9/11, only worse, to get our attention!
So with that I want to encourage us all to take the above Prophetic word to heart, and let us not focus on circumstances and feelings; but let us all focus on Jesus Christ, and follow after the Holy Spirit, and the teachings of His Word. Selah
I think you will like this video, and also this is something for all Americans to think about in that the cost of our liberty, though it is taken for granted by so many, and is currently being undermined by our government, as is our Constitution; but nevertheless these are the men and women who pay the price to protect it!!!
I believe this video says it all, and when you weigh the awesome cost that so many of our men and women in uniform, both in the past and presently today, have paid and are paying even at this present moment, in literally laying down their lives and putting themselves in harm’s way, it brings to mind the reason why this is so important, for us to preserve, protect, and defend our Constitutional rights and liberties, because we are doing so in order to preserve these same liberties for our children, and for ALL future generations that will follow after us!
The question is, how in the world do we, as American citizens, line up the self-less sacrifices of all these brave men and women, with the self-serving hypocrisy and constant lying, and corruption of so many of our politicians today?
Folks, we cannot afford to let this continue!
We have a history, here in our country, that most Americans aren’t even aware of, and are completely ignorant of; in that we have two Constitutions today, and the one we are operating under today is illegal and is a CORPORATE CONSTITUTION, and it is not the one that our founding fathers wrote.
Also we have a two-party political system, here in America today, that has been corrupted from the top down, by a very small, but very powerful group of men, who both own and control our Federal Reserve System, and the international banking and monetary policies of the world, of which the Rothschild family is at the top; and these families have over the years used their power to whittle away at both our U.S. Constitution and our Republic, with one intention and objective in mind, and that is to bring our nation under their One World Government and monetary system that they will both own and control.
Those of us who are Christian can read about this in our Bible; but even that should be no excuse for us to allow it to happen in our government; not as long as we still have our Constitution and our Bill of Rights; and we still get to choose who represents us through our vote!
We need to educate ourselves and not be so naive; and stop believing this constant stream of lies that we are getting from our liberal media, and from these corrupt politicians.
We need to fire these bums in Washington, and take back our government… and actually that process is now under way, I might add, and is actually being implemented right now, in this move to restore our Constitutional Republic.
It saddens me to have to say this, but things have gotten so bad today, here in America, that it matters not who sits in the White House, or in Congress, because whether we have a Republican or Democrat, at least among the hierarchy and leadership of both parties, partisan politics not withstanding, at least among the leadership of both parties, they are mostly on board with the Globalist agenda, which you’d think would be obvious from the way our government is being run; and this is especially true among some of these career politicians, as they have even been groomed since their college days (just like the Bushs, the Clintons, and Obama) to betray our U.S. Constitution.
I know I’ve said this before in other blogs, but we need to understand that we have a situation today where regardless of whether we have a Republican or Democratic administration, as far as the ultimate objectives are concerned, they both represent two sides of the same coin, in that the ultimate objective of both parties from the top down, is to take us into a New World Order; which if you will remember, this is a concept that was first introduced by a Republican President, in George H.W. Bush, back in 1991, when he first talked about a “New World Order,” which he said would be inevitable. But what he didn’t say is that it will in fact be a totalitarian One World Government!
As with most forms of corruption, to find the source all you have to do is follow the money; and it is exactly this self-serving greed and personal ambition that has corrupted so many our politicians over the years; and I believe today that all stops are being removed, under this current Obama Administration, to implement this New World Order system as soon as possible; and they are doing so by using this massive spending and the printing of more fiat money, to undermine and eventually to bankrupt our economy; and they are doing this to bring our country to its knees to cause us to capitulate and accept their New World Order, along with their monetary system, that Bible says will eventfully be a mark in either the forehead, or on the back of the right hand.
Folks the laws of economics are still in place, and Obama doesn’t have any kind of magical wand that will cause that fact to change!
You can never multiply anything through division; and the books have to always balance in the end.
I might also add here, that this is also true in a spiritual sense; as the books in heaven will have to balance as well, and the ONLY balancing factor that will be in eternity, comes only through Jesus Christ, as we accept His atonement and His sacrifice to balance our books before God!
All of this that we see happening today should be raising all kinds of red flags, among the citizens; and it should be obvious to everyone what is going on, as these politicians, especially in recent years and months, over the objections of so many of our citizens, they have nevertheless proceeded to pass legislation that is costing us 100s of billions of dollars, all in fiat (meaning worthless) money, which only serves to drive up inflation and increases unemployment; and also mind you that all of what they are doing exceeds their Constitutionally mandated authority, and therefore it is all illegal; and yet all the while the American people just sit by and most are doing nothing.
Let us be very clear, these men in Washington today, to the extent that they have violated their oath of office, and have failed to preserve, protect, and defend our U.S. Constitution, and are today passing laws and are implementing policies that go against our U.S. Constitution, they are all traitors and are criminals; and they need to be exposed for what they are, and tried before a court of law as such… but that won’t happen unless the people in our country care enough to take our country back!
By the way, let me say again and remind you that this process to restore our Republic is being implemented at this very moment, though the liberal media isn’t talking about it, it nevertheless is moving forward… and we who are Christians need to be praying for its success.
Also let me remind you that a lot of what Obama is doing today began under George W. Bush’s Administration; and this happened as he first began to sign into law, through Executive Orders, policies and laws that are today being implemented by Obama.
Mind you also that most of these laws are totally unconstitutional, and yet still Congress and our Supreme Court, thus far, have done nothing to stop them; and the reason is that John Q. Public is either otherwise occupied, or they don’t care!
I know that I said this before, but I think it is so important that we understand how deep and how long this corruption has been going on, in that for many of these people, who are in leadership roles within our government today, among those who have bought into this Globalist (New World Order) agenda, and this is certainly true with the Bushs, the Clintons and Obama, they have been prepared and have been groomed for this betrayal ever since their college days, and they are today representing an unconstitutional and illegal agenda, as it totally violates and exceeds their Constitutional athority and what they are doiong exceeds their limits of power, as mandated in ourConstitution..
The fact is, this has been true of many of our past presidents; and in truth there are only a couple presidents in our history who objected and actually tried to take us out from under these International Bankers, and those being Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy, and it cost both of these men their lives.
Let me say it again, this New World Order will be totally totalitarian in nature; and please understand also that they will not be able to implement this change, and it cannot happen, without they first strip us of all our Constitutional rights, and they permanently undermine and disable our Constitutional Republic; a process which by the way actually began back in 1871.
So you can know by this that this process has been going on for a really long time; for well over 100 years, in our country alone; but it goes back even further, even back to the Garden of Eden and the Tower of Babel; and that is because these whole Globalist agenda is nothing but Satan’s agenda; and all of it is being implemented in order to bring his Antichrist into power!
It is absolutely criminal how we have allowed these Globalist International Bankers, over these many years, to corrupt and undermine our media, our politicians, and our public education system; until most Americans today, Christians and non-Christians alike, don’t even have a clue and they really don’t know, or aren’t paying attention, to what all is happening today in Washington DC.
If this is allowed to continue with this current leadership, make no mistake but that these policies will not only permanently undermine and bankrupt our country; but it will also destroy both our Constitution and our Republic; but what’s worse it will insure that our children and ALL future generations that follow will have to live under the rule of some pretty evil and godless men.
This is how far we have fallen as a nation, in that what used to be the purview of the church to be the gatekeepers of morality and honesty, has today been taken over by a bunch of godless people in the media, a media by the way that is also bought and paid for by these same evil people who have corrupted so many of our politicians.
In fact things have gotten so bad, it is as if there is a spiritual malaise that has settled over our society, and over our entire country, until unless the media says that we have a problem, for most of our citizens today, this is true, that they won’t even believe there is a problem, because the media tells them what to believe and how to think!
Let us make one thing very clear, that none of what I am speaking about here will ever change, unless We the People care enough to take action and stop it!
I would suggest if you haven’t already done so, that you look into and get on board with this Restore American Moment, and let us restore our Constitutional Republic, as it was originally intended to operate; where We the People are the Sovereigns and not our government!
Let us all continue to watch and pray per 2 Chronicles 7:14, because unless God moves and does a miracle, our days as a free Republic are numbered!
