Something to ponder as we get ready for the elections in November. Can we afford to give a president who was born of a Muslim father, raised by a Muslim stepfather, attended Muslim schools in Indonesia and has been associated with Muslims most of his formative years a rubber stamp congress?

Can we allow a congress to confirm his radical judges who would thwart our Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights? I say no. We must take charge of our country now, in this election. Join me. Jim

Much has been discussed regarding a “slap in the face of America” or “what an insult to the victim families”.

The better question, among others, is “Why there?”

Does this location represent the Muslim community as a demographically located “religious center” because there is a high population of Muslim people near this site?

“Why there” is the mystery about to unfold?

To understand this better, you need to know that first of all, mosques have always been built on top of a site where Islam has claimed a victory.

The twin towers were considered the financial center of the Western world. Taking down the towers, as a victory, would mean a blow to capitalism, a message to all infidels, not to mention the loss of over 3,000 American lives.

In doing so, the radical Islamic terrorists were also successful in creating terror in the hearts of many families.

However, the most important factor is yet to come.

Not only terror, not only the loss of lives, not only the slap in the face, not only the victory sign but the recruiting tool the Islamic world will create if this site is allowed to be built as planned.

The recruiting tool is historically sound. At Medina, in Jerusalem, in Cordoba (South-central Spain) and other sites of war, radical Islam built mosques on those sites.

Immediately following the splendor of a new mosque, young Muslims radicalized in huge numbers.

Further conquests because of this radicalization period enabled the Muslim world to grow and get bolder.

Further analysis of this phenomenon, a 30 year period of each and every century since 700 AD has been years of Islamic activity.

This activity includes war, terror, domination, brutalization of captives and international jihad followed by mosque building and further control.

The first 30 years of the current century involved a tragic loss of over 3,000 lives in the first year, 2001.

Since then, over 1,300 acts of terror world-wide, senseless loss of life, radicalization and now mosque building.

That’s all the bad news, folks. The good news is that we only have 20 more years of this before 2030 AD.

How much more are we prepared for? What have we done collectively to make sure the next 20 years do not see more of what we have seen in the past 10 years?

What steps have we taken individually to make sure our families have “provision” for disastrous consequence? Please investigate all of the above for yourselves. Please also, make preparations for your family’s safety.

Please note that the Globalist agenda, and those people who operate behind the scenes, in the shadows and in darkness, who would see us drawn into a “New World Order,” they cannot achieve their objective with our U.S. Constitution intact; and so the seeds that have been eroding our rights and liberties away, little by little, started many years ago. The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session: I refer you to the “Acts of the Forty-First Congress,” Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62. On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act titled: “An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia.” This is also known as the “Act of 1871.” What does this mean? Well, it means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land. What??? How could they do that? Moreover, WHY would they do that? To explain, let’s look at the circumstances of those days. The Act of 1871 was passed at a vulnerable time in America. Our nation was essentially bankrupt — weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War. The Civil War itself was nothing more than a calculated “front” for some pretty fancy footwork by corporate backroom players. Let us all give thanks for our country, and for our Grand Old Flag; and also for our U.S. Constitution that affords us all of our rights and liberties, that are guaranteed under our original U.S. Constitution; rights that have since been whittled away at for more than 100 years now; and many of which have today become privileges, which our government now reserves the right to take away from us, at their discretion.

This is NOT the government of the people, by the people, and for the people that our original founding fathers had in mind.

I found this interview between Kelby and RJ very interesting (Listen here to: Part 1, and Part 2); but not knowing a lot about this history, regarding the Treaty of Paris, I decided to look into it and try and educate myself; and have passed what I found along to all those of you, who are interested.

So what was this Treaty of Paris?

1. Treaty of Paris 1763

The Treaty of Paris, often called the Peace of Paris, or the Treaty of 1763, was signed on 10 February 1763, by the kingdoms of Great Britain, France and Spain, with Portugal in agreement. It ended the French and Indian War/Seven Years’ War. The treaty marked the beginning of an extensive period of British dominance outside Europe.

The Treaty of Paris of 1763 (along with the companion Treaty of Hubertusburg) ended the Seven Years’ War, the American counterpart of which was the French and Indian War.

In a nutshell, Britain emerged as the world’s leading colonial empire. Her possessions stretched from India to Africa to the West Indies to North America. The British shocked knowledgeable people of the day by choosing to take the barren wasteland of Canada from France, rather than the prosperous West Indian sugar islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique.

Britain made many gains, but they could have received more. George III, new to the throne, was fearful of the power amassed by Secretary of State William Pitt. The king replaced him and pushed peace negotiations, preferring to give back recently taken territories in order to conclude the conflict.

The following partial summary gives an indication of the worldwide scope of the changes brought by these treaties:

2. Treaty of Paris (1783)

The Treaty of Paris, signed on September 3, 1783, ratified by the Congress of the Confederation on January 14, 1784, and by the King of Great Britain on April 9, 1784 (the ratification documents were exchanged in Paris on May 12, 1784), formally ended the American Revolutionary War between the Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America, which had rebelled against British rule. The other combatant nations, France, Spain and the Dutch Republic had separate agreements; for details of these, and the negotiations which produced all four treaties, see Peace of Paris (1783).

The treaty document was signed at the Hotel d’York – which is now 56 Rue Jacob – by John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, and John Jay (representing the United States) and David Hartley (a member of the British Parliament representing the British Monarch, King George III). Hartley was lodging at the hotel, which was therefore chosen in preference to the nearby British Embassy – 44 Rue Jacob – as “neutral” ground for the signing.

On September 3, Britain also signed separate agreements with France and Spain, and (provisionally) with the Netherlands. In the treaty with Spain, the colonies of East and West Florida were ceded to Spain (without any clearly defined northern boundary, resulting in disputed territory resolved with the Treaty of Madrid), as was the island of Minorca, while the Bahama Islands, Grenada and Montserrat, captured by the French and Spanish, were returned to Britain. The treaty with France was mostly about exchanges of captured territory (France’s only net gains were the island of Tobago, and Senegal in Africa), but also reinforced earlier treaties, guaranteeing fishing rights off Newfoundland. Dutch possessions in the East Indies, captured in 1781, were returned by Britain to the Netherlands in exchange for trading privileges in the Dutch East Indies.

The American Congress of the Confederation, which met temporarily in Annapolis, Maryland, ratified the treaty of Paris on January 14, 1784 (Ratification Day).[1] Copies were sent back to Europe for ratification by the other parties involved, the first reaching France in March. British ratification occurred on April 9, 1784, and the ratified versions were exchanged in Paris on May 12, 1784. It was not for some time, though, that the Americans in the countryside received the news due to the lack of communication.

This same family is also the owners, or at least the head family, to which all others answer to, who both control and own our Federal Reserve System, which is a privately owned corporation; and we as a free people can no longer tolerate their lies and deception; or we shall lose ALL our liberties and freedoms!

Wake up America; and Christians we need to continue to watch and pray… but let us not remain idol and watch these criminals in Washington DC rob us of our Constitutional Republic, and enslave us under their New World Order!

Mind you the reason I refer to these men and women in our government as criminals is because without exception most have violated the highest law of our land, which is our U.S. Constitution; and also they have violated their oath of office to always preserve, protect, and to defend our Constitution.

People, we can ill afford to have people operating at the helm of our country who have other personal agendas or allegiances outside of our God ordained covenant, established by our forefathers, and the principals and laws of God’s Word, as found in the Holy Bible; in addition, we can no longer tolerate people making decisions for our nation’s future, who are exceeding their Constitutionally mandated authority; and who do not have the best interest of our country at heart.

Anyone who endorses a New World Order is a traitor to both our Flag and our U.S. Constitution, and they need to be tried as such!

Another law of economics is you can never achieve multiplication through division; and nor can our government build our economy by robbing from the entrepreneurs and business people, and call it spreading the wealth.

What is the RESTORE AMERICA PLAN… and why do we need it?

The Restore America Plan will take back our country and reestablish our Constitutional Republic!

[Folks let us each do our own homework here and check these things out, to see if they be true… this is too important for us not to!]

A History you were never taught:
Did you know that the United States exists in two forms?
Fact #1: The original United States that was in operation until 1860; a collection of sovereign Republics in the union. Under the original Constitution the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal Government did not control the States and had very little authority.
Fact #2: The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and its territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.
The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day.
This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion:
“Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.“

Fact #3: The Restore America Plan reclaimed the De Jure (a legal term meaning in original and legal form) institutions of government of the 50 State Republics in order to restore Common Law that represents the voice of the people and ends Corporate Law that ignores the voice of the people while operating under Maritime/Admiralty/International Law. This occurred when warrants were delivered to all 50 Governors on March 30, 2010.

Note: The rewritten Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the United States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants.

They are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights.

Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract.
Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private.

To understand this document, you need to understand some basic terms. Visit www.usavsus.info for complete understanding. The basic terms are:

De Jure – Existing by right or according to law; original, lawful. Common Law operates under De Jure terms.
De Facto – In practice but not necessarily ordained by law; in fact, in reality. Corporate Law operates under De Facto terms.
Sovereign – A real person. Sovereigns can own property while Citizens/Subjects cannot. According to the original Constitution, all government comes from the Sovereign Individual. Without the Sovereign Individual, there is no government.

You need to understand that under the present De Facto and illegal (that is illegal Constitutionally) CORPORATE government, we as U.S. Citizens, we have been made Subjects of – A corporate fictitious entity that merely represents the real person.

It acts as a “strawman.” [To call oneself a “sovereign citizen” or “sovereign subject” is an oxymoron, since “sovereign” and “citizen/subject” are mutually exclusive of each other.]

When asked if you are a “U.S. Citizen” on corporate legal documents, if you check “yes,” you agree to the terms of Corporate Law and unknowingly relinquish your sovereign status and transfer all of your rights to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION since you are now under contract.

A Corporation is – A non-human, fictitious entity. Corporate fictitious entities are denoted in all caps. This includes the names of Citizens/Subjects. Note also, your fictitious “strawman” entity is addressed in all caps, i.e. JOHN SMITH, rather than John Smith.
Under Common Law – meaning under God’s law, as guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution, and as prescribed by the system of De Jure Juries (Proper and legal) apply to sovereigns in disputes. In Common Law, contracts must be entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally.
Admiralty/Maritime Law/International Law – The King’s law. Deals with criminal acts that only apply to international contracts.

Under this law, the people are no longer sovereign. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) that the United States practices is based on Admiralty Law.

Under the UCC, contracts do not have to be entered into knowingly. Simple agreements can be binding, and as long as you exercise the benefits of that “agreement,” you must meet the obligations associated with those benefits. If you accept the benefit offered by the government, then you MUST follow, to the letter, each and every statute involved with that benefit.

That “benefit” is the Federal Reserve Notes (U.S. dollars). By paying for things with U.S. dollars you are unknowingly giving up all of your Constitutional rights and are legally obligated to follow all of the UCC statues. But you were NEVER told this.
Lawful – A term used in Common Law.
Legal – A term used in the UCC which applies to Corporate Law.

HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION

(note by Panama Legal: These are the basic premises adhered to by the people in the movement and the people in the Sovereign movement. The Government is a Corporation actually functioning as the Federal Government. Thus it does not have to follow the constitution.

Also it does not matter if Obama is not a natural born citizen since it is a corporation he is the head of.

The corporation gets the permission of the people to reign over them by deceit. This is done by wording in the Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, driving Licenses, IRS forms, Marriage Licenses and other documents.

They always refer to the “person” in all capital letters. This means the name represents a corporate entity. This is how the corporation courts get jurisdiction over you. Their courts do not fly the “reaL” American flag. They use the military or admiralty flag. For a discourse on this try this website: http://www.usavsus.info/

What the theory is goes like this. When you enter a US Courtroom there is a military or admiralty flag flying. The US Military does not have the protection of the U.S. Constitution; neither does this apply to admiralty laws with ships at sea.

When you enter a court room and cross through that little wooden gate they have and go to the area where the plaintiff (prosecutor) and defendant sit along with judge, court reporter, you are entering a “ship” or a foreign country as evidenced by the admiralty or military flag flying thus the constitution has no applicability and you are under equity law not common law.

The flaw with their scheme is that there is no full disclosure to the people about any of this. This is brief over simplified synopsis of the scam run by the federal corporation. End of our comment.)

In 1788 (January 1), The United States was officially bankrupt.

In 1790 (August 4), Article One of the U.S. Statues at Large, pages 138-178, abolished the States of the Republic and created Federal Districts.
In the same year, the former States of the Republic reorganized as Corporations and their legislatures wrote new State Constitutions, absent defined boundaries, which they presented to the people of each state for a vote…the new State Constitutions fraudulently made the people “Citizens” of the new Corporate States. A Citizen is also defined as a “corporate fiction.”

In 1845, Congress passed legislation that would ultimately allow Common Law to be usurped by Admiralty Law. See www.barefootsworld.net/admiralty.html for an explanation of this change.

The yellow fringe placed at the bottom of court flags shows this is still true. Before 1845, Americans were considered sovereign individuals who governed themselves under Common Law.

Fact: In 1860 – Congress was adjourned Sine Die – Lincoln could not legally reconvene Congress.

Fact: In 1861, President Lincoln declared a National Emergency and Martial Law, which gave the President unprecedented powers and removed it from the other branches. This has NEVER been reversed.

Fact: In 1863, the Lieber Code was established taking away your property and your rights.

Fact: From 1864-1867, Several Reconstruction Acts were passed forcing the states to ratify the 14th Amendment, which made everyone slaves (or chattel/guarantors to back up loans granted by International Private Bankers).

Fact: In 1865, the capital was moved to Washington, D.C., a separate country – not a part of the United States of America.

Fact: In 1871, The United States became a Corporation with a new constitution and a new corporate government, and the original constitutional government was vacated to become dormant, but it was never terminated.

The new constitution had to be ratified by the people according to the original constitution, but it never was. The whole process occurred behind closed doors. The people are the source of financing for this new government. (In other words we are now chattel and our tax monies are – in fact according to The Grace Report, commissioned by former President Ronald Reagan.

[The report said that one third of all income taxes is consumed by waste and inefficiency in the federal government, and another one third escapes collection owing to the underground economy. “With two thirds of everyone’s personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the federal debt and by federal government contributions to transfer payments. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services [that] taxpayers expect from their government.”]

In this Grace Report we learn that of all the monies collected by the Internal Revenue Income Taxes, by the IRS (which is a privately held collection service for the Federal Reserve, which is also privately owned and operated by International Bankers) that none of it is going towards paying for the operation of our government. In other words our tax dollars is in payment for them to tell us how to operate our own money and our monetary policies, and there is absolutely no accountability whatsoever to We The People!

Fact: In 1917, the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) was passed [http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/legal/statutes/twea.pdf], and states the following: “This act was implemented to deal with the countries we were at war with during World War I.”

It gave the President and the Alien Property Custodian the right to seize the assets of the people included in this act and if they wanted to do business in this country they could apply for a license to do so.

By 1921, the Federal Reserve Bank (the trustee for the Alien Property Custodian) held over $700,000,000 in trust.” Understand that this trust was based on our assets, not theirs.

Fact: In 1933, 48 Stat 1, of the TWEA was amended to include the United States Person because they wanted to take our gold away.

“Executive Order 6102 was created to make it illegal for a U.S. Citizen to own gold. In order for the Government to take our gold away and violate our Constitutional rights, we were reclassified as ENEMY COMBATANTS.”

Fact: In 1933, there was a second United States bankruptcy.

In the first bankruptcy (1788) the United States collateralized all public lands.

In the 1933 bankruptcy, the U.S. government collateralized the private lands of the people (a lien) – they borrowed money against our private lands. They were then mortgaged. That is why we pay property taxes.

From a speech in Congress in The Bankruptcy of the United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993, Vol. 33, page H-1303, Speaker Representative James Trafficant Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House states:

“…It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 – Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.

The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads in part: “The U.S. Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United States…

Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens of mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) “Hypothecated” all property within the Federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. The U.S. Citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the Federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets, and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. Citizen to the Federal Reserve System. In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States Corporation all of the credit “money substitute” it needed.

Like any debtor, the Federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. Since the Federal United States didn’t have any assets, they assigned the private property of their “economic slaves,” the U.S. Citizens, as collateral against the federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks, forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.

HOW CAN WE REPAIR OUR COUNTRY RIGHT NOW?

Remember Downs v. Bidwell and the dissenting opinion of Justice Marshall Harlan? He said that two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions. This is one that We the people need to force our elected public officials to occupy – De Jure rule.

We need to change that by organizing Grand Juries and putting our officials back under De jure rule and out of the Corporate (or Military) Rule that they are currently operating under.

Our elected officials will then have to operate under the limits of their Oath of office to uphold the U.S. and State Constitutions, circa 1860. When they violate the Oath it’s a capital crime.

The reason we go back to 1860 is because that is the last time we had lawful laws in this country.

Where do the people get their power to convene a Grand Jury? The Magna Carta, 1215.

Our Founding Fathers looked back to history for precedent when they decided they wanted to change their government. What they found was the Magna Carta Liberatum, the Great Charter of Freedoms. It set a precedent that changed the face of England forever, by establishing that the King was not above the law.

King John of England signed the Magna Carta after immense pressure from the Church and his barons (the people). The King often lived above the law, violating both Feudal and Common Law, and was heavily criticized for his foreign policy and actions in England. The Barons, with the support of the Church, pressured King John to spell out a list of their rights and guarantee that those rights would be enforced. The Barons provided a draft, and after some negotiation, King John put his seal to the Magna Carta in Runnymede, in June of 1215.

Section 61 set rules for establishing the Grand Jury. It states: Since we have granted all these things for God, for the better ordering of our kingdom, and to allay the discord that has arisen between us and our barons (people), and since we desire that they shall be enjoyed in their entirety, with lasting strength, forever, we give and grant to the barons the following security: The barons shall elect twenty-five of their number to keep, and cause to be observed with all their might, the peace and liberties granted and confirmed to them by this charter. If we, our chief justice, our officials, or any of our servants offend in any respect against any man, or transgress any of the articles of the peace or of this security, and the offense is made known to four of the said twenty-five barons, they shall come to us.”

What most Americans don’t seem to want to face is that this corrupt scheme to undermine and to destroy our U.S. Constitution and our Republic has been on going since before our nation’s beginning, and it has been these same International Bankers, again all of whom are a part of the Rothschild’s International Banking Cartel, who are behind it; and who are today and have been for years corrupting and manipulating not only our poltical system, our monetary and banking system, and our media; but they are doing ALL of this to bring the U.S.A under submission to their “New World Order,” which is to make this world a One World Dictatorial Government, under which they rule as masters, and we are their slaves!!!

This is the future, whether you want to realize it or not, that our present day leadership in Washington DC is taking our country!

Has America forgotten?

As of today, July 25^th 2010, it has been a total of 3240 days (8 years, 10 months, and 15 days), from that infamous day on 11 September 2001, that took the lives of close to 3,000 American citizens; and in another 49 days from today (1 month and 18 days from now) we will be celebrating the ninth anniversary of that day of infamy; and just look at where we are today, and what all has changed… and not for the better!

Has America truly forgotten?

How short our collective memories are.

First ask yourself who attacked us?

Answer: we were attacked by a series of coordinated suicide attacks by al-Qaeda upon the United States on September 11, 2001. On that morning, 19 al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four commercial passenger jet airliners. The hijackers intentionally crashed two of the airliners into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, killing everyone on board and many others working in the buildings. Both buildings collapsed within two hours, destroying nearby buildings and damaging others.

The hijackers crashed a third airliner into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C.

The fourth plane crashed into a field near Shanksville in rural Pennsylvania after some of its passengers and flight crew attempted to retake control of the plane, which the hijackers had redirected toward Washington, D.C. There were no survivors from any of the flights.

The death toll of the attacks was 2,995, including the 19 hijackers

Now consider this, as of Thursday, August 6^th 2009, it was made official that we no longer are even involved in a war against Islamic Terrorism.

Our government first under President George W. Bush seized the opportunity and through executive orders, Bush used the general panic of the moment to implement measures that have further eroded our Constitutional rights, that today gives government officials the right to imprison and seize personal property without due process or probable cause; and on Monday, January 11^th 2010, Obama also signed through Executive order the “Martial Law Executive Order,” that now will give him the right to stripe us of all our Constitutional rights, and to begin using those FEMA concentration camps that have been set up for such an occasion; not to hold Islamic terrorist, mind you, but to hold U.S. Citizens who object to an illegal government, and its leadership, who are attempting to enslave its people.

According to this Obama Administration, the United States is no longer engaged in a “war on terrorism.” Neither are we any longer fighting against “jihadists” nor are we even any longer fighting a “global war” of any kind.

Not only that, but according to President Obama’s top homeland security and counterterrorism official on a Thursday, back in August of 2009, he declared it as unacceptable these terms that had been crafted by the earlier Bush administration.

It is now solely a “war with al Qaeda” and its violent extremist allies, said John Brennan, head of the White House homeland security office, during a speech on that Thursday at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, which is a Washington think tank.

It doesn’t end there, but in a WND article (dated April 12, 2009),
they cited a newly unclassified Department of Homeland Security report that now warns against the possibility of violence by unnamed “right-wing extremists” concerned about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, restrictions on firearms, abortion and the loss of U.S. sovereignty and singles out returning war veterans as particular terrorist threats.

Folks it is no longer the Islamic community that our government is concerned about, but it is now American citizens who are against the continued erosion of our U.S Constitution and our Bill of Rights; and also among returning veterans who have fought to preserve those rights; these are the people who (according to Homeland Security) are the greatest threat to this ongoing terrorist war today; and this from a man who was elected to the White House, who from all indicators is himself Islamic, who was born to an Islamic family in Kenya; and who also has refused so far to provide even proof of his own citizenship!

Folks something is seriously amiss in Washington DC; and if you think that 9/11 and the collapse of our financial institutions, and the ungodly spending of our government is anything but an effort to totally ruin and bankrupt our economy, then you seriously have your head in the sand. Folks we are being played like a Stradivarius violin and most American citizens are still clueless, and are completely in the dark as to what is going on.

These criminals in Washington DC are stealing our country right out from under our noses; and because the media who is also controlled by these same Globalists handlers, has failed to raise any red flags and has refused to report the truth, most Americans are content to believe there is no real problem.

And as if that were not bad enough, there are also plans to build an Islamic Mosque at Ground Zero, and that folks would be like building a monument to Nazism at Auschwitz!

All I can say is may God have mercy on us, and help us to wake up; that He would revive our citizens; and that we as a nation and as individuals would repent of our sins, and seek after His face; that He would hear our prayers from heaven, heal our land; and that we would take back our country while we still can!

The question that God is posing today to us, as Americans is…

Are we going to let them?

America’s only salvation and restoration, as a “Christian Nation,” can come by ONLY one way, and that One Way is through faith in Yeshua Ha’Mashiach (Please note: the name Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, literally translated from Hebrew, not through Greek, is Joshua, the Messiah—Anointed One)!

It is NOT politicians who have a voice that God listens to; it is not those who are a part of false religions, be it Islam, Hinduism, Mormonism, Jehovah Witnesses, Secular Humanists, or whatever name or label by which they may call themselves; and regardless, all of them by the way, the Bible says clearly that they are ALL worshipers of false gods; and none of these people can have access into God’s presence!

It is ONLY those who are in covenant relationship with Messiah Yeshua, whose sins have been washed and forgiven through the redemptive and propitious work of Yeshua on Calvary’s cross… it is ONLY the Bride of Christ (who is the Church of Christ) who have access into God’s Holy of Holies; and it is ONLY through the Blood of Yeshua that any of us have access before God, that our prayers are heard!

America’s future does not depend on the might of our military, though a “Sword” in today’s world is a necessity; but a sword by itself, without the Truth and the Power of the Living God behind it, to back it up, is worthless; and so America’s military might alone will not be enough to save us.

No, at the root of America’s problem is a broken covenant relationship with the God of our forefathers, and until that broken covenant is dealt with, and mended, through individual and national repentance; then America shall remain outside of our rightful position and covering (including blessings and protection) as a nation.

There is ONLY one way home from where we are today… and that is through Yeshua Ha’Mashiach!

Out of all the people alive on planet earth, at the time Abraham was born, the Bible tells us very clearly that father Abraham was chosen by God for only ONE reason, to be the father of our faith and also the progenitor of the linage through which Messiah would come; and that one reason was because God said that Abraham would be a father to his children, and that he would teach them and bring them up in the ways of the Lord God of Israel!!!

The very thing that the Secular Humanists and Progressives of the sixties said was irrelevant and unimportant; and which Christians then exquisite, and allowed the courts of that time to remove prayer and the Bible from our Public Education system; that one thing that was the tie that held our nation’s future intact; and insured our blessing and protection from God… once that was removed there was only one direction that our nation could have gone in… and we are here today because of that fact!

We must understand that all of that which was removed from our classrooms in 1963, through the efforts of just one woman mind you; and all that which we can see that has happened since, to both our society and our culture, is the very thing that put us on this slippery slope, that has caused us to fall further and further away from the God of our forefathers, and of the Bible.

Even in nature a vacuum will not long be tolerated; and so it is also in the spiritual; and so when America decided officially that belief in God was no longer important in the education of our children, and that prayer and the Bible both were to be removed from our classrooms, it was from that point forward that American society was set adrift, to the point that we have even a Muslim today in the White House, who claims he is a Christian; and the Christians can’t tell the difference!

This Urgent Call to Prayer (see below) that was issued by Cindy Jacobs is a sign, I believe, that God is about to move in a different direction; and whether we as Americans will be with Him or against Him, will depend on what we do in this time?

We are called to intercede and to pray; to turn from our wicked ways; and to seek after God’s face, which speaks of personal and intimate relationship; and then God says that He will hear our prayers from Heaven, and that He will heal our land; but again… these are only the prayers of Believers, who are Blood bought and paid for, whose sins are forgiven through the work of Yeshua, only these people have a voice with God!!!

Pray folks, watch and pray; and then be prepared for some serious changes that are to befall our land, and soon!

God is moving on; and we as Americans will be either One Nation under God, or not… and that is the question?

For we will be on one of two sides… either we will be with God, or against Him!

A few days ago as I watched a news business channel, I received the following word from the Lord. As you can tell, it’s a serious warning. I know the nation is in a delicate condition now, but I believe that I need to send this word out. I ran it by Chuck Pierce and he said that it fits with what he has been hearing, only more specific on the economic side.

This is a wake up and it’s so strong.

A Serious Warning and a Call for Urgent Prayer

A warning received from the Lord on July 17, 2010 in Dallas, Texas:

A few days ago as I watched the financial news, the Lord clearly spoke these words to me, “The nation is teetering!” I then had a vision of the economy of the United States, on what looked like a “scale of justice.” He then went on to show me that we must fast, pray and cry out to the Lord for mercy and solutions that will balance righteousness and justice.

In praying to the Lord for wisdom about this word, I realized what must be done—it is time for the Church in America to stand up and take her place once again in the nation. I mulled over the fact that we have already lost so many of our liberties and this is what I heard, “If the Church doesn’t fast and pray for a faster acceleration of revival and awakening, the iniquitous sin structures in the nation will tip the scale that is teetering and there will be another great depression.”

Of course, this word shook me to the core of my being. Many of you may be aware that the Holy Spirit spoke to me almost a year before the September 2008 economic meltdown, that there would be “no more business as usual.”

The balance of the economy is fragile and depending on the way we fast, pray, and how we cast our votes in the next election will depend on which way the scale tips. We must pray and do. We must pray and act. We must awaken the Church to the state of the nation without fear of pleasing man or fear for our reputation.

God is watching to see which way the die will be cast. If we shift the nation to Biblical values in the arenas of righteousness and justice, the economy will follow. If we continue in our stance of support for Israel, the Stock Market will stabilize and prosper, and that which is fragile will become strong. Supernatural solutions will be sent from Heaven that our natural minds could never reason, nor grasp and they will heal the land.

If we do not heed in this hour there will be a tumbling of our economy and dark days will be ahead to such a degree that our nation will possibly never fully recover from and have the greatness as a nation that God has favored us with for generations.

God have mercy. God send an awakening. God send salvation.

God’s promise to Father Abraham was…

“I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you!”

I have spoken before of how our enemies view weakness in this current Obama administration; and whether it is by shear ignorance, or by intention, our failure to understand our enemy’s mindset, and how they view reality puts our nation at risk, and gives our enemies the wrong message.

Here’s a case in point, below is an article that was first published back on June 1^st, by DebkaFile, which quotes the chief of the Mossad (Israel’s external security service), as he spoke of the weaken perception the U.S. and Israel now has with our avowed enemies, among the Islamic terrorist organizations and countries; and more specifically Syria and Iran, based upon their perception of this weakened Obama Administration, and its lack of backbone and resolve when it comes to taking a stand against Islamic Terrorism… even to the point today that they don’t even want to acknowledge the word Islam and Terrorism together in the same sentence.

It is called denial folks, and it is not the posture any nation wants to assume when they are at war.

In fact it is the exact posture that was once taken in the late 30’s by the former and infamous Prime Minster of Great Britain, Neville Chamberlain; where in spite of his efforts to avoid war, and to reach a diplomatic agreement with Hitler, he only ended up insuring the inevitability of war; and the same will be true of our nation as well, under Obama, unless there are some serious changes that are made in our present course, and soon.

The core of our problems, here in the U.S., I repeat, are spiritually oriented; in that we have strayed far from our spiritual moorings and landmarks that were once established by our founding fathers; landmarks that were based upon their reverence and fear of God and of His Word.

Our instability as a nation runs right to our very foundation; as we today are seeking to rebuild our nation, not only on a system that has proven itself to be a failure wherever it has been tried before in history, which is a Socialist based system and economy; but we are also building upon a the political corruption and lies of dishonest and corrupt politicians… whose agendas are kept hidden from view; and are very different from most of the American public!

Our situation is critical, and until such time as we have a spiritual change in our country, which I believe must happen at a grassroots level, that will once again bring focus back upon Truth; and upon a biblical perception and basis of how we view Truth, and the difference between what’s right and wrong; then I don’t see that there is any hope nor chance of any improvement within our government, and the current direction our country is taking.

That is the state of our Union as I see it; and it brings front and center the importance and absolute necessity of our having not only a grassroots revival; but also the importance of our having a reestablishment of our Constitutional Republic, as it was originally designed by our founding fathers to be.

Unless We the People take the initiative and are willing to take back our government from it’s current corrupt and dishonest leadership, with their hidden agendas, then the only possible option that we can have is for us to remain on our present course; which will eventually mean a complete loss of all our liberties and rights, as guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution; and ultimately the establishment of dictatorial ruler.

The handwriting is already on the wall, and the history is plain, that we here in America are exactly where pre-Nazi Germany once was; and we are making exactly the same mistakes, by keeping our collective heads in the sand, and by our keeping quite.

Prayer I think is very definitely order… how about you, what’s your opinion on all of this? I’d like to know?

Need I remind you that the Revolutionary War, and our winning our Independence from Mother England did not happen by the American people remaining quite and passive; and by them accepting the status quo; but rather it came by their direct opposition and absolute refusal to be enslaved by their government! Even as Thomas Pain once said: “Give me liberty or give me death!”

Mossad chief: Obama’s perceived military “softness” weakens Israel

In a rare public expression of concern, Meir Dagan, head of Israel’s Mossad external security service, warned Tuesday, June 1, that the progressive decline of American strength over the past decade and the perception of the Obama administration as “soft on military options for solving disputes” have cut deep into Israel’s military and diplomatic maneuverability and made it fair game for its enemies.

This is reported by debkafile’s intelligence and political sources.
Dagan presented the Knesset foreign affairs and security committee with this evaluation 24 hours after Israeli Navy boarding parties prevented vessels sailing the Mediterranean from achieving their object of breaking the Gaza blockade.

As the UN Security Council’s condemned the loss of life in that raid, the Mossad chief said Barack Obama’s first year as president was a period of “devaluation” for “Israeli and American strategic assets.”

Dagan’s uncharacteristic bluntness was a measure of the anxiety gripping Israel’s security leaders over the slump in US-Israel relations.

He timed his cutting observations for the day Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was to have held talks in White House with President Obama.

Although that meeting was cancelled and Netanyahu cut short his trip to return home and deal with the crisis over the flotilla incident, the Mossad Director decided that what he had to say was important enough to be said and aired without delay.

The Obama-Netanyahu meeting had been scheduled as a high point in President Obama’s charm offensive for mending his ties with Israel and American Jewish leaders, Dagan noted.

By speaking out now, he hoped they would be warned not to be taken in by Obama’s smiles and understand that his attitude toward the Israeli government had not changed in any fundamental way.

America’s ability to generate situation-changing measures in any part of the world was in decline and this weakness reflects directly and negatively on Israel’s strategic situation.

Debkafile notes that by this remark, Dagan indirectly disputed the administration’s National Security Strategy report published in Washington five days ago.

This comment also placed him in the middle of the internal political debate in Israel. Whereas opposition factions maintain the peace process between Israel and the Palestinians and other neighbours is stalled by Netanyahu’s allegedly hard-line positions, the Mossad chief puts it in a different perspective: Whatever the prime minister may do and whichever policy he may pursue, in Dagan’s view he is stuck with the endemic weakness stemming from American weakness and the Obama administration’s waning support for Israel.

He warned the lawmakers that the current US administration is in the process of making of Israel “a liability instead of an asset.” The US president, said the Mossad chief, seriously considered forcing Israel to accept a dictated peace formula.

He only backed off when he saw that this tactic would not produce a peace accord. But that was “only a tactical retreat,” said Dagan.

“Let’s see what steps the Americans take in the future, especially after the midterm congressional elections in November,” he said, because, while an imposed peace is only a last resort and not (the Obama administration’s) preferred option, it is still on the table and a whip he is holding over the heads of both parties.

The Mossad chief concluded by saying: “Such events (a decision to resort to an imposed peace) could career out of control and lead (US-Israel relations) into extreme situations.”

According to what we know of Barack Hussein Obama’s background, at least ethnically, he is: 50% white, 6.25% African, and 63.75% Arabic and Muslim… at least that was the heritage, bloodline, and ideological faith of his father; and from all the available evidence it is also that of his son!

This trail of deceit all started long ago, in Barack Obama’s college years, when he was first being groomed for the office that he now holds; and as we look at the path that he took back then, and the people whom he looked up to as his mentors, it then becomes very obvious where and why the breakdown in trust had to happen.

Unfortunately we are living in a society today, and in a culture, where at least for most people, the perceived perception of reality and truth is shaped, not by any biblical sense of right and wrong, good or evil, as it was with our founding fathers; but rather for a good many people today their moral sense of what is right or wrong is determined by something called “Moral Relativism,” and “Situational Ethics.”

Whereas it was once the purview of Church and the Bible to shape the culture and values of our nation; today it is the media that does this… and therein is our problem, as a nation!

Today the morals and opinions for many in our society are being shaped by the talking heads we see in the media, and also among the so called Hollywood elite, of those who are considered as ‘Media Icons;’ it is their opinions and directions that are being sought after, that so many Americans today are looking to for their direction.

It is to people like Oprah Winfrey and others, who because they have been given a platform to speak from, in the media, that so many are following what she says in order to determine their own value system.

This whole process was made very obvious in Obama’s rise to power, and how he came to be elected as President; and how even in spite of all the obvious evidence and contradictions that he was not who he claimed himself to be, all of which has plagued this man his whole career; and all of which were clear indications and warnings that truly he was not suited, neither morally, ethically, nor experientially, for the job that he was seeking; and that even by his own admission once, when he was still in the U.S. Senate; and yet nevertheless, in spite of all of that, it was the power of the media behind the man that won him the White House.

It was obvious right from the very beginning that this whole campaign was all about the media hype that was put behind the man, where the public was conditioned right from the get go to look NOT at the facts, nor even to believe what they were seeing and hearing; but they were conditioned by the media to believe instead only what the media was telling them to believe… and it worked!

Truly though, Obama is really no different than any one of us, in that the man has been shaped by his past experience, and he is today the product of that experience… all of which has shaped his character, and who he is as a man.

He is also no different than any of us, in that to the extent he is only doing what seems right in his own eyes, he is just as lost as any man, who has yet to have an encounter with Jesus Christ.

It is just as President, and as the elected leader of our nation, we are unequally yoked; and are being stirred in a direction that is taking our nation further away from God!

For truly we have a situation today, in America, that the Bible warns against; that happens when you have a blind leader, who is also a leader of a blind people, that if that course remains unaltered, this man will lead our whole nation into the ditch, and into ruin.

Our only hope is in Jesus Christ; and in the power of prayer.

Pray for the man, sure… pray for God to either change his heart and save his soul; or that He removes him from office, for the sake of our nation and our future; but at all cost, please do continue to pray… to watch and pray!!!

In a new best-selling book connecting Islam and Obama-style socialism, a former top terrorism prosecutor chides the national media for failing to investigate Barack Obama’s “borderline criminal” activities in Kenya as a U.S. senator.

Andrew C. McCarthy, the former U.S. attorney who investigated the American embassy bombing in Nairobi, Kenya, charges that Obama interfered in Kenya’s internal politics possibly in violation of the Logan Act.

The centuries-old law bars Americans who are “without authority of the United States” from conducting relations “with any foreign government … in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States.”

In “The Grand Jihad: How Islam and the Left Sabotage America,” McCarthy says Obama undermined U.S. relations with a strong anti-terrorism ally in an African region where al-Qaida operates. In 2006, he details in the book how Obama campaigned for a pro-communist candidate running against Nairobi’s pro-American government – “in outrageous contravention of U.S. policy and, probably, federal law.”

Obama spent six days barnstorming the Kenyan countryside in support of Raila Odinga, the socialist Luo who was seeking the presidency. Appearing with Odinga at campaign stops, Obama gave speeches accusing the sitting Kenyan president of being corrupt and oppressive, leaving the masses in poverty.

Obama’s interference “was more than reckless,” McCarthy writes. “It was borderline criminal (and that’s being generous).”

Earlier, Odinga had visited Obama in the U.S. – in 2004, 2005 and 2006 – and Obama had sent an adviser, Mark Lippert, to Kenya in early 2006 to plan a trip by the senator timed to coincide with Odinga’s campaign.

McCarthy notes that Obama and Odinga, who named one of his children after Fidel Castro, are “leftist soulmates” whose families go way back. Their fathers belonged to the same Luo tribe – and both Barack Hussein Obama Sr. and the elder Oginga Odinga worked inside the Kenyan government as communist agitators.

There is also an Islamist connection.

On Aug. 29, 2007, Raila Odinga signed a secret Memorandum of Understanding with Sheikh Abdullahi Abdi, chairman of the National Muslim Leaders Forum of Kenya. In exchange for Muslim support, Odinga agreed, among other things, to:

Rewrite the national constitution to install shariah as the law in all “Muslim declared regions.”
Elevate Islam as “the only true religion” and give Islamic leaders an “oversight role to monitor activities of ALL other religions.”
Establish shariah courts in every Kenyan divisional headquarters.
Ban Christian proselytism.
Fire the police commissioner for “allow[ing] himself to be used by heathens and Zionists” to oppress Muslims.
Adopt Islamic dress codes for women.
Ban alcohol and pork.

Even with strong Muslim backing, Odinga (who does business with a wealthy Saudi donor to Osama bin Laden) was defeated in the December 2007 election. But he accused the incumbent president of rigging the vote and incited his supporters to riot in protest.

Over the next month, some 1,500 Kenyans were killed and more than 500,000 displaced – with most of the violence led by Muslims, who set churches ablaze and hacked Christians to death with machetes.

All the while, Odinga was in regular communications with Obama, who publicly called for an end to the violence.

“Odinga’s strategy, the extortion strategy of Islamist intimidation, worked to a fare-thee-well,” McCarthy notes in his book. To appease his angry mob of supporters, he was named prime minister and allowed to share power with the president.

“With Obama’s helping hand, leftists and Islamists had combined forces to overwhelm a constitutional democracy,” McCarthy says, while decrying the national media’s “stubborn disinterest” in the “stunning” chain of events.

The same alliance can be seen in the U.S., he says, as the Obama administration reaches out to the radical Muslim Brotherhood, which according to the FBI, has a plan to infiltrate and sabotage the U.S. from within. Obama and other Alinsky “revolutionaries” are carrying out a similar plan, he maintains.

McCarthy says that while there’s no evidence Obama is a practicing Muslim, he shares Muslim Brotherhood hatred for America and “the Muslim Brotherhood’s sabotage strategy.”

McCarthy says the administration ignores incontrovertible evidence tying Muslim Brotherhood front groups in America to Hamas and other terrorist groups. One of them, he notes, is the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which claims to be a benign civil-rights organization.

But he says the recent Holy Land Foundation trial – “and the eye-popping publication of ‘Muslim Mafia'” – have exposed CAIR “as a farce.” Quoting from “Muslim Mafia” – which he adds is an “important book” – the former top terrorism prosecutor further litigates the case against CAIR’s “Hamas-tainted leaders.”

In another bombshell, McCarthy reveals that he was dropped from the White House Christmas card list following his criticism of the Bush administration’s purging of the words “jihad” and “Islamic terrorism” from the official military and homeland security lexicon.

Like President Bush before him, he says President Obama fails to grasp that Islam is not a “religion of peace” but “a huge part of the problem in combating ‘violent extremism,'” which is the new euphemism for Islamic terrorism.

“To be sure, the same ground was staked out by his predecessor, President Bush,” McCarthy argues. “They are (both) wrong.”

“The need to deal with Islam is unavoidable,” he adds, “not because it’s an asset, but because it’s a liability that can’t be written off.”
