Apparently we have a completely incompetent administration who when confronted with his own constant ineptness, his lies, stupidly, and out and out criminal and unconstitutional activities, he claims complete ignorance.

Richard Nixon was drummed out of office and was forced to quit from the public outcry, for what by comparison would be minor infractions, compared to Obama’s long line of offenses!

At least with Nixon no one died.

With Obama he’s made a career out of lying and violating the law, with his most egregious violations being that of his oath of office to our own Constitution, and he’s still in office to continue his deadly blunders!

Problem is every day he’s in office his mistakes, blunders, and incompetence, which he always denies responsibility and claims no knowledge of, are costing American lives and a further loss of our Constitutional Liberties!

The evidence shows that he’s not even a legal citizen of the United States; that he was born in Kenya, and from there the record shows that he immigrated to Indonesia with his mother, at a time when he had to be a naturalized citizen and of the Muslim faith, according to the laws of the time, even to attend school there… which he did.

At about age twelve he came to Hawaii to live with his grandparents and there is no record of him ever having been naturalized as an American citizen!

The guy is a fraud from the word go, and if anything he’s also a foreign agent working for foreign interests, with ties, not only to radical socialist George Soros and ex Black Panther terrorists, but more importantly his main ties are to the Globalist Banksters, who put him in office, and also to Saudi Arabia, whom I believe paid for his Ivy League education at Harvard.

We can no longer afford to be so naive and misled by the American media who have always, until recently anyway, rubber stamped anything this guy has done or said, and has never once held him accountable for all his many lies!

What you see above is the honor guard, as they escorted the bodies of the real heroes of Benghazi, who gave their lives and were left high and dry, abandoned by this administration! (see story below)

It gets even worse, as a retired four-star admiral is now claiming that Barack Obama intentionally conspired with America’s enemies to stage a bogus attack and the kidnapping of an American ambassador so he could “negotiate” the release of a “hostage” and bolster his mediocre approval ratings just prior to the 2012 election!

 The Washington Examiner, quoting retired Four-Star Admiral James Lyons, writes: “the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi… was the result of a bungled abduction attempt…. the first stage of an international prisoner exchange… that would have ensured the release of Omar Abdel Rahman, the ‘Blind Sheik’…”

But something went horribly wrong with Obama’s “October Surprise.” Although the Obama Administration intentionally gutted security at the consulate prior to the staged kidnapping, former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty disobeyed direct orders to stand down, saved American lives, single-handedly killed scores of attackers…and the attackers, believing that Obama had betrayed them, tortured Ambassador Chris Stevens and dragged his body through the streets.

Some will say that Admiral Lyons’ accusation is not a smoking gun. We agree; that’s exactly why Congress must investigate Benghazi-gate.

Moreover, we firmly believe the problem with Admiral Lyons’ assertion is that he is only scratching the surface; the full and complete truth may be much, much worse.

These are the guilty parties behind Benghazi, Obama and Hillary, and my question is what’s wrong with the people of our country for not having a massive outcry, objecting to our even putting up with these liars and criminals even one day longer?!!

Owed to the fact that the ultimate goal of this unconstitutional de facto Washington D.C. Corporation is a “New World Order,” which ultimately will become a One World Government and monetary system that will be totalitarian in nature, any political figure (past, present, or future) who has sworn an oath to our organic U.S. Constitution, it is impossible for them to maintain that oath and at the same time endorse a New World Order; and so each and every public figure that has done so (past, present, and future… among Republicans and Democrats alike) are ALL liars and traitors to both our country and our Constitution.

Ever since the Act of 1871 was passed by the forty-first Congress we have ceased to exist as a Constitutional Republic and instead we became the UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN, INC; which is a corporation that is wholly owned and controlled by private banksters and a military industrial complex, which is the very thing our founding fathers warned us against!

Folks when are we going to say enough is enough and put a stop to these criminals in high place?

As it is, the powers that be and the media, every time anyone objects to this president’s dishonesty, his policies or his ineptitude, the race card is always played!

That is pure unadulterated malarkey; but that is the very reason why I believe Obama was chosen for office because they felt he could get away with things that would not have been tolerated if a white person were in office.

The fact is, liars, cheats, and criminals cross all racial boundaries, and everyone deserves the right to be liked or disliked on the bases of the color of their character and not their skin!

On that one subject alone, on the subject of character, most of the people in public office today who hold the reins of power in D.C., from both political parties, are equally culpable and guilty of treason against both our Republic and our U.S. Constitution, for the reasons I have already stated… and so in that respect I would have to say that they all are of the same color!

Truly there are intelligent voices out there who make very good sense, the only problem is the powers that be and the media who are their propaganda mouth piece, under this evil corporate oligarchy, won’t allow those voices to be heard on any major national platform, and those who would be candidates for public office are not given a level playing field.

One such man that I would have to say makes a lot of sense, among others, is Thomas Sowell.

The stunning part of this story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force.  

Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.

The news has been full of the attacks on our embassies throughout the Muslim world, and in particular, the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others in Benghazi, Libya.

However, there’s a little known story of incredible bravery, heroics, and courage that should be the top story.

So what actually happened at the U.S. embassy in Libya? 

We are learning more about this every day.  Ambassador Stevens and Foreign Service officer Sean Smith, along with administrative staff, were working out of temporary quarters due to the fact that in the spring of 2011 during the so-called Arab Spring, the United States cut ties with then president Moammar Gadhafi. 

Our embassy was looted and ransacked, causing it to be unusable.  It is still in a state of disrepair.

Security for embassies and their personnel is to be provided by the host nation.  Since Libya has gone through a civil war of sorts in the past 18 months, the current government is very unstable, and therefore, unreliable

A well-organized attack by radical Muslims was planned specifically targeting the temporary U.S. embassy building.  The Libyan security force that was in place to protect our people deserted their post, or joined the attacking force.  Either way, our people were in a real fix.  And it should be noted that Ambassador Stevens had mentioned on more than one occasion to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, that he was quite concerned for his personal safety and the welfare of his people.  It is thought that Ambassador Stevens was on a “hit list.”

A short distance from the American compound, two Americans were sleeping.  They were in Libya as independent contractors working an assignment totally unrelated to our embassy.  They also happened to be former Navy Seal’s.

When they heard the noise coming from the attack on our embassy, as you would expect from highly trained warriors, they ran to the fight.  Apparently, they had no weapons, but seeing the Libyan guards dropping their guns in their haste in fleeing the scene, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty snatched up several of these discarded weapons and prepared to defend the American compound.

Not knowing exactly what was taking place,  the two Seal’s set up a defensive perimeter.  Unfortunately Ambassador Stevens was already gravely injured, and Foreign Service officer, Sean Smith, was dead. 

However, due to their quick action and suppressive fire, twenty administrative personnel in the embassy were able to escape to safety.  Eventually, these two courageous men were overwhelmed by the sheer numbers brought against them, an enemy force numbering between 100 to 200 attackers which came in two waves.  But the stunning part of the story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force. 

Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.

 As it became apparent to these selfless heroes, they were definitely going to lose their lives unless some reinforcements showed up in a hurry. 

As we know now, that was not to be.  I’m fairly certain they knew they were going to die in this gun fight, but not before they took a whole lot of bad guys with them!

Well he’s doing just that folks, which is probably the only promise he has kept his whole political career, which is to betray our nation!

But least you think it’s only those “loony” left wingers that are the problem, au contraire, I beg to differ with you because the Republican hierarchy is on the exact same page when it comes to the NWO agenda, and they are also being controlled by the very same Banksters that are pulling Obama’s strings!

Court-martial Chaplains who talk about Jesus, says Pentagon…

A Pentagon spokesman has just said in writing that Christian troops will be punished and court-martialed if they dare to talk about their personal faith in Jesus Christ.

“Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense,” LCDR Nate Christensen said in a written statement. 

He declined to say if any chaplains or service members had been prosecuted for such an offense.

“Court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis and it would be inappropriate to speculate on the outcome in specific cases,” he said.

So let me get this straight. If a chaplain preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ, whether in counseling or in the chapel, and anybody is offended, the chaplain can be punished in writing?

THIS HAPPENED TO ME. In 2005 my commander downgraded my evaluation and nearly ended my chaplain career, in writing.

My C.O. illegally punished me for quoting “exclusive” Bible verses like John 3:36 in the base chapel during optionally attended Christian worship.

The Navy lawyers claimed commanders can punish chaplains for religious speech, and they did, but they broke the law and violated their oath to the Constitution.

Please pray for my lawsuit to be victorious.

So let me get this straight. If a chaplain is ordered to stop praying “in Jesus’ name” outside of Sunday chapel, and the chaplain disobeys by praying in Jesus’ name in uniform and worshipping in public, they can be sent to court-martial for disobeying orders?

THIS HAPPENED TO ME. In 2006 as a Navy Chaplain I faced misdemeanor court-martial and was found guilty of “worshipping in public” in my uniform, outside of Sunday chapel.

I was later vindicated by Congress, who rescinded the same bad policy for which I was punished.

Now if Congress does not intervene, and protect military chaplains and troops’ right to pray “in Jesus’ name” and freedom for all our troops to freely speak of their faith or preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to their peers without coercion, but with freedom to convert and voluntarily change religion, whether in counseling or in church or in their barracks, THEN THERE IS NO FREEDOM OF RELIGION IN THE MILITARY, and the Constitution is dead.

The systematic anti-Christian persecution has now begun in earnest.

“I expect to speak to the board to decide what the next move will be,” he said. Board Chairman Marshall Ecker said of the decision, “If it was up to me, I would contest it.” The ruling infringes on individual rights and Jesus’ name is being taken out of everything, Ecker said. Hudson contended that the sectarian prayers violated the First Amendment, amounting to government advancement of religion.”

They have over the years taken our gold and silver back currency and have turned it into  worthless fiat “Federal Reserve Notes,” which is not even legal tender, but rather they are certificates of debt, backed by nothing but thin air and our $17.5 Trillion debt.

The gold and the silver they have mostly stolen from us. I’m telling you these people and the politicians that support and enable them are nothing but leaches and every one a traitor to our country… what would you call them? They are criminals!

Folks, this is exactly what Thomas Jefferson warned us would happen!

Now that they have pretty much milked us dry and the world is getting hip to their corruption, the end game which they had planned all along is at hand; and that is to take the crippled economies of the world, which through their corruption, are on the verge of collapsing, like we are today, and the plan is to force on them and us  what will eventually be a totalitarian government.

This will be a government that they will control, that will eventually become a one world government, and a one world monetary system, which you can read about in Revelation 13. They call it the “New World Order!”

The thing is you need to get mad; you need to get good and mad; just as mad as Jesus got when He drove out the “Money Changers” from the Temple!

No Bank Deposits will be Spared from Confiscation

I challenge anyone to prove me wrong that confiscation of bank deposits is legalized daylight robbery

Bank depositors in the UK and USA may think that their bank deposits would not be confiscated as they are insured and no government would dare embark on such a drastic action to bail out insolvent banks.

Before I explain why confiscation of bank deposits in the UK and US is a certainty and absolutely legal, I need all readers of this article to do the following:

Ask your local police, sheriffs, lawyers, judges the following questions:

1) If I place my money with a lawyer as a stake-holder and he uses the money without my consent, has the lawyer committed a crime?

2) If I store a bushel of wheat or cotton in a warehouse and the owner of the warehouse sold my wheat/cotton without my consent or authority, has the warehouse owner committed a crime?

3) If I place monies with my broker (stock or commodity) and the broker uses my monies for other purposes and or contrary to my instructions, has the broker committed a crime?

I am confident that the answer to the above questions is a Yes!

However, for the purposes of this article, I would like to first highlight the situation of the deposit / storage of wheat with a warehouse owner in relation to the deposit of money / storage with a banker.

First, you will notice that all wheat is the same i.e. the wheat in one bushel is no different from the wheat in another bushel. Likewise with cotton, it is indistinguishable. The deposit of a bushel of wheat with the warehouse owner in law constitutes a bailment. Ownership of the bushel of wheat remains with you and there is no transfer of ownership at all to the warehouse owner.

And as stated above, if the owner sells the bushel of wheat without your consent or authority, he has committed a crime as well as having committed a civil wrong (a tort) of conversion – converting your property to his own use and he can be sued.

Let me use another analogy. If a cashier in a supermarket removes $100 from the till on Friday to have a frolic on Saturday, he has committed theft, even though he may replace the $100 on Monday without the knowledge of the owner / manager of the supermarket. The $100 the cashier stole on Friday is also indistinguishable from the $100 he put back in the till on Monday. In both situations – the wheat in the warehouse and the $100 dollar bill in the till, which have been unlawfully misappropriated would constitute a crime.

Keep this principle and issue at the back of your mind.

Now we shall proceed with the money that you have deposited with your banker.

I am sure that most of you have little or no knowledge about banking, specifically fractional reserve banking.

Since you were a little kid, your parents have encouraged you to save some money to instil in you the good habit of money management.

And when you grew up and got married, you in turn instilled the same discipline in your children. Your faith in the integrity of the bank is almost absolute. Your money in the bank would earn an interest income.

And when you want your money back, all you needed to do is to withdraw the money together with the accumulated interest. Never for a moment did you think that you had transferred ownership of your money to the bank. Your belief was grounded in like manner as the owner of the bushel of wheat stored in the warehouse.

However, this belief is and has always been a lie. You were led to believe this lie because of savvy advertisements by the banks and government assurances that your money is safe and is protected by deposit insurance.

But, the insurance does not cover all the monies that you have deposited in the bank, but to a limited amount e.g. $250,000 in the US by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Germany €100,000, UK £85,000 etc.

But, unlike the owner of the bushel of wheat who has deposited the wheat with the warehouse owner, your ownership of the monies that you have deposited with the bank is transferred to the bank and all you have is the right to demand its repayment. And, if the bank fails to repay your monies (e.g. $100), your only remedy is to sue the bank and if the bank is insolvent you get nothing.

You may recover some of your money if your deposit is covered by an insurance scheme as referred to earlier but in a fixed amount. But, there is a catch here. Most insurance schemes whether backed by the government or not do not have sufficient monies to cover all the deposits in the banking system.

So, in the worst case scenario – a systemic collapse, there is no way for you to get your money back.

In fact, and as illustrated in the Cyprus banking fiasco, the authorities went to the extent of confiscating your deposits to pay the banks’ creditors. When that happened, ordinary citizens and financial analysts cried out that such confiscation was daylight robbery. But, is it?

Surprise, surprise!

It will come as a shock to all of you to know that such daylight robbery is perfectly legal and this has been so for hundreds of years.

Let me explain.

The reason is that unlike the owner of the bushel of wheat whose ownership of the wheat WAS NEVER TRANSFERRED to the warehouse owner when the same was deposited, the moment you deposited your money with the bank, the ownership is transferred to the bank.

Your status is that of A CREDITOR TO THE BANK and the BANK IS IN LAW A DEBTOR to you. You are deemed to have “lent” your money to the bank for the bank to apply to its banking business (even to gamble in the biggest casino in the world – the global derivatives casino).

You have become a creditor, AN UNSECURED CREDITOR. Therefore, by law, in the insolvency of a bank, you as an unsecured creditor stand last in the queue of creditors to be paid out of any funds and or assets which the bank has to pay its creditors. The secured creditors are always first in line to be paid. It is only after secured creditors have been paid and there are still some funds left (usually, not much, more often zilch!) that unsecured creditors are paid and the sums pro-rated among all the unsecured creditors.

This is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

The law has been in existence for hundreds of years and was established in England by the House of Lords in the case Foley v Hill in 1848.

When a customer deposits money with his banker, the relationship that arises is one of creditor and debtor, with the banker liable to repay the money deposited when demanded by the customer. Once money has been paid to the banker, it belongs to the banker and he is free to use the money for his own purpose.

I will now quote the relevant portion of the judgment of the House of Lords handed down by Lord Cottenham, the Lord Chancellor. He stated thus:

“Money when paid into a bank, ceases altogether to be the money of the principal… it is then the money of the banker, who is bound to return an equivalent by paying a similar sum to that deposited with him when he is asked for it.

The money paid into the banker’s, is money known by the principal to be placed there for the purpose of being under the control of the banker; it is then the banker’s money; he is known to deal with it as his own; he makes what profit of it he can, which profit he retains himself,…

The money placed in the custody of the banker is, to all intent and purposes, the money of the banker, to do with it as he pleases; he is guilty of no breach of trust in employing it; he is not answerable TO THE PRINCIPAL IF HE PUTS IT INTO JEOPARDY, IF HE ENGAGES IN A HAZARDOUS SPECULATION; he is not bound to keep it or deal with it as the property of the principal, but he is of course answerable for the amount, because he has contracted, having received that money, to repay to the principal, when demanded, a sum equivalent to that paid into his hands.” (quoted in UK Law Essays, Relationship Between A Banker And Customer,That Of A Creditor/Debtor, emphasis added,)

Holding that the relationship between a banker and his customer was one of debtor and creditor and not one of trusteeship, Lord Brougham said:

“This trade of a banker is to receive money, and use it as if it were his own, he becoming debtor to the person who has lent or deposited with him the money to use as his own, and for which money he is accountable as a debtor. I cannot at all confound the situation of a banker with that of a trustee, and conclude that the banker is a debtor with a fiduciary character.”

In plain simple English – bankers cannot be prosecuted for breach of trust, because it owes no fiduciary duty to the depositor / customer, as he is deemed to be using his own money to speculate etc. There is absolutely no criminal liability.

The trillion dollar question is, Why has no one in the Justice Department or other government agencies mentioned this legal principle?

The reason why no one dare speak this legal truth is because there would be a run on the banks when all the Joe Six-Packs wise up to the fact that their deposits with the bankers CONSTITUTE IN LAW A LOAN TO THE BANK and the bank can do whatever it likes even to indulge in hazardous speculation such as gambling in the global derivative casino.

The Joe Six-Packs always consider the bank the creditor even when he deposits money in the bank. No depositor ever considers himself as the creditor!

Yes, Eric Holder, the US Attorney-General is right when he said that bankers cannot be prosecuted for the losses suffered by the bank. This is because a banker cannot be prosecuted for losing his “own money” as stated by the House of Lords. This is because when money is deposited with the bank, that money belongs to the banker.

The reason that if a banker is prosecuted it would collapse the entire banking system is a big lie.

The US Attorney-General could not and would not state the legal principle because it would cause a run on the banks when people discover that their monies are not safe with bankers as they can in law use the monies deposited as their own even to speculate.

What is worrisome is that your right to be repaid arises only when you demand payment.

Obviously, when you demand payment, the bank must pay you. But, if you demand payment after the bank has collapsed and is insolvent, it is too late. Your entitlement to be repaid is that of a lonely unsecured creditor and only if there are funds left after liquidation to be paid out to all the unsecured creditors and the remaining funds to be pro-rated. You would be lucky to get ten cents on the dollar.

So, when the Bank of England, the FED and the BIS issued the guidelines which became the template for the Cyprus “bail-in” (which was endorsed by the G-20 Cannes Summit in 2011), it was merely a circuitous way of stating the legal position without arousing the wrath of the people, as they well knew that if the truth was out, there would be a revolution and blood on the streets. It is therefore not surprising that the global central bankers came out with this nonsensical advisory:

“The objective of an effective resolution regime is to make feasible the resolution of financial institutions without severe systemic disruption and without exposing taxpayers to losses, while protecting vital economic functions through mechanisms which make it possible for shareholders and unsecured and uninsured creditors to absorb losses in a manner that respects the hierarchy of claims in liquidation.”(quoted in FSB Consultative Document: Effective Resolution of Systemically …)

This is the kind of complex technical jargon used by bankers to confuse the people, especially depositors and to cover up what I have stated in plain and simple English in the foregoing paragraphs.

The key words of the BIS guideline are:

“without severe systemic disruptions” (i.e. bank runs),

“while protecting vital economic functions” (i.e. protecting vested interests – bankers),

“unsecured creditors” (i.e. your monies, you are the dummy),

“respects the hierarchy of claims in liquidation” (i.e. you are last in the queue to be paid, after all secured creditors have been paid).

This means all depositors are losers!

Please read this article carefully and spread it far and wide.

You will be doing a favour to all your fellow country men and women and more importantly, your family and relatives.

Everyone knows German dictator Adolf Hitler hated Jews and tried to exterminate them, killing an estimated 6 million in some of the most twisted, evil strategies ever to be executed by the human race.

But WND author Ray Comfort, whose “Hitler, God and the Bible” addresses the religious standards and failings of Hitler points out Hitler also devised a master strategy to crush all Christian churches.

In a special Christian Broadcasting Network program, Comfort cites the head of Hitler Youth, Boldur von Schirach, who said, “Destruction of Christianity was explicitly recognized as a purpose of the National Socialist Movement.”

Show host Gordon Robertson explains that Germany’s economy and political quagmire after World War I left the people hoping for a savior.

Along came Hitler, preaching a message of hope and change, restoring the glory, loving neighbors and taking a stand against violence.

Comfort explained, however, that it would be either ignorant or disingenuous to call Hitler a Christian.

After all, Hitler rewrote the Bible to remove references to Jesus as a Jew and inserted his own “commandments” in place of the “Ten Commandments,” including “Honor your fuhrer and master.” He edited the Lord’s Prayer to reference himself and had school children sing a hymn, “For Hitler we live, For Hitler we die.”

The CBN program explains how Hitler put on a religious, even Christian, façade, until he became powerful.

For example, as chancellor of Germany in 1937, Hitler prayed: “In this hour I would ask of the Lord God only this: that He would give His blessing to our work, and that He may ever give us the courage to do the right. I am convinced that men who are created by God should live in accordance with the will of the Almighty. No man can fashion world history unless upon his purpose and his powers there rests the blessings of this Providence.”

But later one of his inner circle acknowledged: “I’m absolutely clear in my own mind, and I think I can speak for the Fuhrer as well, that both the Catholic and Protestant churches will vanish from the life of our people.”

Comfort called it a “horrible antichrist system, disguised as a Christian church.”

Under the National Reich Church, the Christian cross was replaced by the swastika, pastors and chaplains were not allowed to speak and the Bible was replaced by Hitler’s book “Mein Kampf.”

A Jewish law student, explains the report, found documentation from the Nuremberg Trials after World War II that explained “The Nazi Master Plan for the Persecution of the Christian Churches.”

The plan included jailing and killing leaders, re-indoctrinating the faithful and taking over churches from within, the report said.

The lone man sitting on the bench is the “Forgotten Man,” who represents all the American  people whose rights are being trampled upon and stolen from them by politicians, including both Republican and Democrat, who each swore an oath to Preserve, Protect, and to Defend our U.S. Constitution!

This picture represents what these politicians, on both sides of the political aisle are and have been doing for quite some time now, under this (unconstitutional) de facto D.C. Corporation.

Our Founding Fathers set this government up to operate as a Constitutional Republic!

We were NEVER intended to be a Democracy, which means majority rule; but rather our government operates by and through a contract with the American people, as a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

It’s a government based not on majority rule, as in a Democracy  but on the Rule of Law, with that law being our U.S. Constitution!

Subsequent to our being made a Corporation in 1871, little by little our rights have been stripped away over the years, as this D.C. Corporation more and more presumes to itself , through the Federal Government, rights and powers that are not allowed in our organic Constitution, as it was written by our Founding Fathers.

Things have gotten really bad since 9/11.

First, it was former President Bush who through the Patriot Act stripped away our 4th Amendment rights.

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.

Today thanks to former President Bush none of these Rights apply to us anymore; where the government can today, just on its say so that you are a suspected terrorists, without any supporting or collaborating evidence being required or due process, they can at anytime  seize your private property, tap your phones, read your emails; and there are no more 4th Amendment Rights to protect you.

Then in 2009 Obama, through the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), he did away with both our right to Habeas Corpus and also our 5th Amendment Rights, against unlawful detention.

NDAA suspends our rights under Article 1, Section 9 for a writ of Habeas Corpus, which requires a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into court. The principle of Habeas Corpus ensures that a prisoner can be released from unlawful detention—that is, a detention lacking sufficient cause or evidence; and the remedy can be sought by either the prisoner or by another person coming to the prisoner’s aid.

Our 5th Amendment Rights states that “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

So again under either the Patriot Act or NDAA all the government has to do is say you are a suspected terrorist, and they can do so without any evidence at all, and you no longer have any rights whatsoever to protect either your person nor your property!

Also in a memo that was issued by the Department of Homeland Security back a few years ago, under Obama, it said that the biggest threat we face today comes, not from any Islamic terrorist group, in fact Obama has even put a number of these Islamic extremists on his staff.

According to this Obama administration it is now returning veterans and right-wing Christians who are the biggest threat! In short that means anybody who still believes our government should operate according to our organic Constitution, or anybody with a Judaic/Christian belief system, according to this new policy under Obama, these are people who are the terrorist threat today!

But of course our government would never misuse this power… right?

Yeah sure… if you believe that I have some really good swamp land I’d like to sell you!

Today these criminals, and that’s exactly what they are, don’t even pretend to follow our U.S. Constitution; and the courts are backing them up!!!

Does that tell you something? Well it should… it should tell you that we are in serious trouble!

Let’s take a look at what our U.S. Constitution says:

The Constitution for the united states of America is the Supreme Law of the Land, and it states in Article VI, paragraph 2 that ALL statutes and laws enacted by Congress must be in harmony with the Constitution!

• Any statute or law enacted by Congress that is in contradiction or disharmony with the Constitution is null and void from the beginning. It creates no duties, creates no rights, imposes no obligations or duties upon any Citizen of the united States of America. It is as if it never existed. Marbury v. Madison, U.S. Supreme Court decision, 1801.

• “…all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution”, Article VI, paragraph 3. When we refer to the Preamble of the Constitution we find this statement, “…do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united States of America.

Now this leads me to the point of my blog today. Below is an email and video that I received today from Col. Harding, followed by my response, both of which I’m passing along to all of you as an open letter.

Please take the time to view the video, as it states the case for our maintaining and keeping our Second Amendment Rights intact, which by the way states in no uncertain terms “that our right to bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED;” and also in this video support for the NRA is being voiced as well, and all of this is coming from various leaders within the Black community, no less.  Right on!!!

For those who may not have heard of him, Col. Harding he is today the highest decorated (living) veteran, and I’m happy to say that we both are on the same page when it comes to this ongoing takeover of our country.

Like this message from the late John Wayne, every now and again a voice comes along that just makes sense; that maybe says what a lot of us are thinking.

A patriot and friend, a highly decorated veteran, forwarded me this article this morning by Charlie Daniels, and I want to pass it along to you (see below), along with a few of my own comments.

Please note that in this blog I have saved the best for last, as I have included a special message at the very bottom of this blog, for some who might be interested in finding some definite answers, that will change their life.

Our nation today is in serious trouble and we need more voices like this speaking out across our land, not only in our country, but more importantly we need to be hearing these kind of voices in our government.

How far we have fallen as a nation from where we began?

To begin with, we are NOT a Democracy folks, not according to our founding documents we aren’t!  

We are a  Constitutional Republic that is supposed to be made up of the people, by the people, and for the people!

The Preamble to our Declaration of Independence reads like this:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their Creator, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

The foundation that was laid by our Founding Fathers can be found in our founding documents. We were formed as a Constitutional Republic, with the signing of our organic U.S. Constitution (in 1789) and our Bill of Rights! (note that in law the term “organic” means the fundamental founding political principles of a government)

This document, our U.S. Constitution, is the HIGHEST law of our land, however it has been and is today virtually ignored by the very people in Washington D.C, people we have elected to office, each of whom has sworn an oath to preserve, to protect, and to defend our U.S. Constitution.

Instead they have been doing their very best, even working overtime, to strip us of more of our Rights each and every year; and are in fact shredding our U.S. Constitution as I write. These efforts are today being ramped up, and that is particularly true in the last several years, especially since 9/11!

Two glaring examples of how this is happening can be found in the passage of the “Patriot Act” by former President George W. Bush, and the “National Defense Authorization Act” (NDAA), that was signed into law by the current President.

Please note that one is a Conservative Republican and the other, President Obama, is an Ultra Liberal Democrat, yet on this one issue of denying us our Conditional Rights, they are both operating as one, and are on the same page.

Our Two-Party political system works much the same way that Professional Wrestling does, where the outcome and the players are pre-picked and the outcome is predetermined, so that the true Puppet Masters, the International Bankers who control the purse strings, are able to maintain control and influence from behind the scenes in order to obtain their objectives and their goals, at our expense.

This has been going on now for over 140 years!

Let’s start by looking at the Patriot Act.

Just six weeks after the September 11 attacks that brought down the World Trade Center Towers, a panicked Congress passed the “USA/Patriot Act,” an overnight revision of the nation’s surveillance laws that radically expanded the government’s authority to spy on its own citizens, while simultaneously reducing checks and balances on those powers like judicial oversight, public accountability, and the ability to challenge government searches in court.

Most of the changes to surveillance law that were made by the Patriot Act were part of a longstanding law enforcement wish list that had previously been rejected by Congress, and in some cases repeatedly so.

Congress however after 9/11 reversed its stance, because it was pressured into doing so by the Bush Administration, and this happened in mere weeks after the September 11 attack.

How convenient and this is what we are losing by the passage of these two unconstitutional laws.

Our Bill of Rights include the following:

•  The First Amendment states that citizens are not to be prohibited by the government in freely expressing their ideas and have a right to a free practice of religion.
• The Third Amendment gives protection to citizens in their home and doesn’t allow the government to prohibit something that might be done in the privacy of their own home.
• The Fourth Amendment protects individuals “in their persons,” homes, documents and etc against unreasonable searches and seizures, without the issuance of a warrant and probable cause.
• The Fifth Amendment gives citizens the right to privacy by not forcing them to possibly incriminate themselves.

Both the Patriot Act and NDAA have compromised much of these rights, which without a Constitutional Amendment to change our U.S. Constitution is itself against the law.

In a nutshell, the Patriot Act now allows the government to have unconstitutional and unreasonable search and seizure rights over your personal property, without due process and without probable cause.

The National Defense Authorization Act now allows individual citizens to be detained indefinitely, again without probable cause and due process; meaning there doesn’t have to be any charges, no trial, and they can virtually put you in jail now and throw away the key!

Do you really trust this de facto corporation to have that kind of power over your life?

Well the fact is, with legislation being passed like these two bill, which is happening more and more, we are today on the verge of losing all of our rights.

All that it would take would be for some national crisis and/or emergency that would allow this de facto Administration to declare Martial Law, and just like what happen in pre-Nazi Germany, they would then take away all of our rights and liberties, and that is all that it would take for this to happen.

What do you suppose would happen, in the inner cities all across America, if things got so bad that there were food shortages?

There would be riots like you wouldn’t believe all across America, primarily in the inner cities; and that is all it would take for this to happen.

Like I said, that same thing once happened in pre-Nazi Germany back in 30’s and we all know how that turned out.

Well that same playbook is today being used once again here in our country; and if we aren’t careful it will have the same results here that happen in Hitler’s Germany, unless the America people wake up!

Here’s the history behind why the “District of Columbia” was formed:

 The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the “Acts of the Forty-First Congress,” Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62.

On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act titled: “An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia.”

This is also known as the “Act of 1871.” What does this mean?

Well, it means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land.

…In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it is important. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved right in and shoved the original “organic” version of the Constitution into a dusty corner.

With the “Act of 1871,” our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word “for” was changed to the word “of” in the title. The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner:

“The Constitution for the united states of America“.

The altered version reads: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. It is the corporate constitution. It is NOT the same document you might think it is.

The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic. It absolutely is not.

The fact is subsequent to the passage of this legislation,  the leadership of this present de facto D.C. Corporation, including Presidents, Congressmen and Senators (ever since 1871) have only referred to us as a “Democracy?” And so why is that?

By the way, this entity known as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC is duly registered as a Delaware Corporation, File No. 2193946. (Look it up for yourself).

We are never called a Republic anymore and the reason we aren’t is because under this de facto D.C. Corporation, both our Republic and our organic U.S. Constitution have been placed in moth balls, ever since 1871!

If we are to survive then we have to get back to our founding roots as a nation again; which means we have to re inhabit our only de jure (lawful) Constitutional Republic!

If we don’t then just like every other Democracy in history we are going to lose our nation and our liberty because of the indifference and apathy of the people.

Have you ever heard of the Cycle of Democracy, which was written by Alexander Fraser Tyler (aka Lord Woodhouselee) back in 1770?

He was a Scottish advocate, judge, writer and historian who served as Professor of Universal History, and Greek and Roman Antiquities, in the University of Edinburgh.

He wrote the following:

A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government.  It can only exist until the voters discover they can vote themselves largess (gifts) from the public treasury.

 From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising them the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.

 The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years.  These nations have progressed through this sequence:

• from bondage to spiritual faith;
• from spiritual faith to great courage;
• from courage to liberty;
• from liberty to abundance;
• from abundance to selfishness;
• from selfishness to apathy;
• from apathy to dependence;
• from dependency back again into bondage.”

Does that not sound like where we are today as a nation?

Are we not somewhere between apathy and dependence?

Well according to history the next step is “bondage!”

Why is it the word “Democracy” is NOT found anywhere in our founding documents?

As you just saw in the above video, there was a very good reason why our Founding Fathers didn’t want us to be a democracy,  because after reviewing the history of all the great civilizations of the world that preceded us, they found that every democracy in history has always ended up controlled by an oligarchy; and wouldn’t you know it, that is exactly the situation that we find ourselves in today, under this de facto corporate entity called UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.

Every corporation is controlled by a Board of Directors who have to answer to the owners of the corporation, who are the “Stockholders.”

Question is, who are the Board of Directors and the Stockholders over this UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION?

I can tell you this, it most definitely is NOT the American people!

The oligarchy that is at the top of this corporate pyramid that we find in Washington D.C., who make up the Board of Directors and the Stockholders, are in fact the Globalist Bankers, who are headed up by the Rothschild’s International Banking Cartel; who also own and control another privately held and controlled entity, called the Federal Reserve (which like Federal Express is Federal in name only), and also there is their collection agency, called the IRS.

It was in 1913 when the Federal Reserve Act was surreptitiously signed into law over the Christmas holidays, when only a handful of select Congressmen were on hand to sign it into law, which is much the same as business is done today in Washington D.C., where things are done under the table and out of the sight of the American public.

For the last 141 years this elitist group of people, these Globalist Bankers, have used their immense wealth and power to corrupt our two-party political system, most of our politicians (meaning the political leadership of both the Republican and Democratic parties), our major public broadcasters, and most of our print media, not to mention our public education systems across our country.

If you want to know what’s wrong with our country today… then this is it!

Folks we need to wake up, because we didn’t just get in this mess that we are in today over night!

We as a people have been manipulated, conditioned and programmed for the last 141 years  to think of our government as a pyramid, which is the way all corporations operate, where the power and authority flows from the top (the Federal Government) down to the bottom, which are the employees, or in this case it’s We the People.

That is the exact opposite from the way our de jure government was originally formed!

That “top – down” form of government was what our Founding Fathers were running away from… and you won’t find it anywhere in our Constitution!

Under our de jure Constitutional Republic, that was formed back in 1789 with the signing of our Constitution, this Federal Government is to operate under a contract with “We the People,” and that contract is our U.S. Constitution… wherein it is specified that all of its powers (in the Federal Government) are derived only from “We the People,” whose powers are limited and spelled out in the Constitution.

This de facto corporation, this Federal Government today, has presumed to itself far more power than is allowed by our Constitution, until they are today trying to virtually control every single aspect of our life!

This will not long be a free society if that behavior is allowed to continue unchecked!

The people we send to represent us at the Federal level are NOT sent there to be our leaders, rather they are (under our Constitution) elected to be our representatives; and are sent ONLY to represent our interests, for the good of our nation, and for all future generations.

Today our government, under this corrupt de facto system, which is so obvious with the resent $700 – 800 Billion bailout that was passed by Congress (in 2008), that was money spent not to bail us out or to help the American people, but rather it was spent to bail out the large mega corporate and banking interests whose malfeasance caused the 2008 melt down; and by the way over 40% of that money is today still unaccounted for; and why is it that nobody is being prosecuted?

This system, this whole corporate entity, is as corrupt as the day is long, from the top down; and these very people who caused the mess that we are in today are the ones that are being looked to to get us out.  It is truly the blind leading the blind!

These are the very same people who are responsible for our faltering and failing economy and for the downward spiral of not only our economy, but also our nation, and our moral condition as well; and yet we are expecting these very same people to correct the mess that they have caused?  I think not!

This is what these private corporate bankers have done to our money; it is also indicative of what they have done to our country as well for the last 100 years.

If America is to be saved then “We the People” had better wake up and soon.

The road home has to start on our knees because we have long ago violated the sacred covenant that our Founding Fathers made with God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob!

There have been only two nations in history whose government has been founded based upon a Covenant with God… the first was the nation of Israel and the second was the Republic for the united states of America, which was formed officially in 1789.

So what I recommend is that we start by looking to what God has said to do at times like this, as it is written in His Word (the Holy Bible).

In 2 Chronicles 7:14, God says that “If my people, who are called by My name, would humble themselves and pray; turn from their wicked ways and seek My face; then I (God) will hear their prayers and I will heal their land.“

Folks, the history of our nation (our true history which has been removed from our history books) is that our nations was founded by men and women of faith, with God’s help and with His direction; and if we are to last very much beyond where we have deteriorated to today then it is “WE THE PEOPLE” who have to change the direction of this country.

For that to happen, both collectively as a nation and as individuals, we are going to have to get back to that same faith that once made our nation great!

I recommend that if you are concerned and if you want to see this happen again in our nation, that you first implement 2 Chronicles 7:14 for yourself and for your family.

We disparately need a miracle from God and we need it quick because I believe our window of opportunity for us to turn our nation around is getting quite narrow and we don’t have very much time left.

The agenda of the oligarchy that is at the top of this corporate pyramid in America is ultimately to collapse our economy and place our nation in default, in order to force us into a totalitarian One World Government and monetary system (a “New World Order“) and that is the reason why they have changed our U.S. Currency from being gold and silver backed, into a fiat currency which is not even worth the paper it is printed on; in fact it’s not even money at all, and that is why it is called “Federal Reserve Notes,” because they are certificates of debt!

Thanks to these people our U.S. Dollar is no longer backed by any gold or silver reserve, as it once was, but rather today it is backed by our over $16 Trillion of debt!

What does the Bible say about the borrowers becoming the slaves of the lenders?

This de facto U.S. Corporation and the bankers who control it have taken America from being the chief creditor nation in the world, to being the chief debtor nation and all of this is happening for one reason, and that is once again, to cause the American people, along with the rest of the world, to ultimately accept this Globalist agenda of a “New World Order!”

That would never happen with a strong American economy, a strong U.S. Dollar, and a strong national sovereignty, so the powers that be who control our nation’s policies and our politics, have placed their men and women in positions of power in our country to both undermine our economy and our sovereignty; and that is exactly what we see happening today in Washington D.C.

The fact is the failings of these people are owed to the same failings of ALL mankind, who have lost their way and have been estranged and separated from their Source, from their Creator and God; and the Bible tells us exactly where that problem lies.

The Bible tells us that it is the Love of money that is the root of all evil; and it says also that we cannot love both God and worldly Mammon, for we will cling to one and shun the other.

It also says in 1 John 2:15-16:

When you boil it all down, our root problem in America today is that too many have fallen victim to these tendencies, that are all too human.

Too many of our people, our politicians, and leaders of industry have long ago lost touch with the God of the Bible and His laws and requirements, and the basic knowledge of knowing the difference between Right and Wrong.

For far too many of these people today, who now hold the reins of power in their hands, the end does justify the means, no matter how many people (these “Useless Eaters” as they are called by the Globalist elite).

As it is these people already feel that we who are not a party to their corruption and their plan for world dominance, that there are already too many people in the world and the feeling is that we are using up too much of “their resources!” Imagine that?

So consequently it doesn’t matter how many of these people, these “Useless Eaters”  have to suffer and even die in order to make their goals happen.

This view is totally myopic and self centered, and it is TOTALLY evil!

However this is in fact the prevailing mindset of these Global Elitists that would allow these things to happen; and also it is a prime example of what life will be like ultimately under this “New World Order,” and this coming Antichrist kingdom.

This is what Jesus said was coming, that would be the absolute worse time this world has ever know, or ever will know.

Well in my Bible it says when our Lord does come back there will be both sheep nations, who have remain loyal to Him, and there will be goat nations who haven’t.

It is my prayer and purpose and I know it is also the prayer and purpose of many of you,  who are reading this, that our nation will be in that first group, among the sheep nations.

However that being as it is, we still are each ultimately accountable to God for the things that we do in our life, and hopefully, at least it is my prayer that a Spiritual Awakening in our nation and a Revival will bring our focus back to center once again… back to Jesus!

That is my prayer anyway; and I would like to see, as I know God would also, that all of these people would repent (meaning change the way they think) and come back home.

I know that won’t happen, but just maybe there will be at least a few who will see the light? I hope so anyway.

If you do not want to see our nation stolen from us, and if you do not want to see more of our Constitutional Liberties and Rights striped from us, and from our children, and see a time when all future generations are enslaved to these people, then I recommend that you stand up and be counted.

Join the rest of us who (as of 2010) have already re-inhabited our only de jure (lawful) Constitutional Republic for the united states of America.

Encouragement In A Time Of Grave Fear

If you read this column very often you know the frustration and disgust I feel for our government, their profligate spending, their all consuming passion for self-preservation, and the inevitable fall at the end of the ruinous path they seem so determined to force this nation down.

You know I’m deeply concerned about the rapid erosion of personal liberty and our president’s cavalier attitude toward the Constitution and consolidation of power into a monolithic central, federal government, a bureaucratic nightmare that makes and enforces the rules, controlling even the administration of health care and the curriculum our children will study in school.

I fear the rampant apathy and lackadaisical work ethic of the entitlement society will become so deeply ingrained in the coming generations that the nanny state policies of this president and others like him who are likely to be elected will gradually drain the wealth and the will of the population until the well is bone dry and the confusion and anger of those who are suddenly left to fend for themselves will overrun the streets of this nation resulting in chaos and bloodshed.

I fear that this nation and this planet are in the midst of a great apostasy, or falling away from belief and faith in God as cults, false prophets and faddish feel-good religions pop up and capture the attention of many.

Even some of the old-line Christian denominations have tried to modernize their doctrine, bending the curve to accept things that are forbidden in the Bible, conveniently ignoring or subverting scriptures that fly in the face of the new age dogma they now embrace.

Anti-Semitism is on the rise around the world and while Islamic fanatics scream about the destruction of the State of Israel, the dominos in the Middle East fall one by one, with only the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan preventing the fulfillment of the ancient biblical prophecy that Jerusalem would be surrounded by armies.

Yes, I am very concerned about Israel. It is not the land of my birth, but when I became a Christian I was grafted into the root of Israel like a wild olive branch grafted on to a full-grown tree. The Bible says that salvation comes to the world through the Jews, the race of people by which the Creator of all mankind chose to reveal Himself to the world, the race into which my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was born, the land where He would live and die on a cross for our sins.

How could any true Christian not be concerned?

Street gangs, flash mobs, drug cartels, incurable diseases, wholesale abortion the tearing down of traditional marriage and nuclear families, child molestation, the belittling of American exceptionalism, the export of manufacturing and jobs, murder, rape, home invasions, it’s enough to give a person a nervous breakdown, but then I have to stop and think.

This world is just a short stop, only a testing ground on my eternal journey.

Any earthly leader or government, no matter how pervasive and powerful are only temporary place holders who will eventually pass into oblivion and be reduced to dust.

Israel will be battered and bloody but will never be completely destroyed and 85% of the vast armies allied against her in the final battle will be annihilated in the Jezreel Valley near Megiddo, known as Armageddon.

This earth with all its awesome military might, pompous politicians, mega-rich magnates and all the evil the powers of darkness can bring to bear are no more than a grain of sand compared to the indescribable power of the One who created the planets and flung them out across endless space, He who can part the sea and make the sun stand still.

Only One is Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent, He is everywhere, He knows everything and He can do anything. And yet in all His Majestic might, he cares for you to the point that He knows the number of hairs on your head.

His name is God, Jehovah, Yahweh, Dios to Spanish speakers, Gott to the Germans and so on, but He does have, always has had and always will have the last word and be the final judge in the affairs of mankind.

He will write the final pages of history.

We will all stand before Him and give account for our lives, every king, every president, every dictator, every super star, every human being.

Lord, please help me to keep my confidence in You and my mind on eternal things to come. Amen.

What is the first step in knowing this God yourself?

Suzanna Gratia Hupp is a former Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, who represented traditionally Democratic District 54 (Bell, Burnet, and Lampasas counties) for ten years from 1997-2007.

After surviving the Luby’s massacre in 1991, Hupp became a leading advocate of an individual’s right to carry a concealed weapon.

She was elected to her first term in 1996, but did not seek a sixth two-year term in 2006.

If this de facto D.C. Corporation takes another one of our Constitutional rights away, namely our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, which is in itself illegal for them to do without a Constitutional amendment; and if they are allowed to take all the guns away from law abiding citizens, then guess what… only the criminals will be armed and they will have all the weapons!!!

That does not sound like a good idea to me!

It gets even worse, because if this de facto D.C. Corporation is allowed to get away with this, thereby violating yet another of our Constructional rights, and they have taken several away of late, then we are that much closer to seeing the same scenario unfold here that occurred in the U.S.S.R., under first Liñan and then Stalin; then it happened again under pre-Nazi Germany, that gave rise to Hitler taking over; and also it happened in Red China, under Mao Tse–tung; and in instance of what is today Communist Russia and also in Red China, those people are still struggling today to recover their rights as Human Beings.

Folks, I DO NOT want to see that history repeat itself again, here in the United States!

The fact is however, these politicians under this D.C. Corporation, are more embolden today then ever before because the American people have done nothing to stop them.

Whenever they have in the pass compromised our constitutional rights, and they have been doing so more and more, ever since 9/11, which by the way began under a “Conservative Republican President, by the name of George W. Bush.

Obama has just taken over where Bush left off, with the passage of the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act), which allows Americans to be held indefinitely without probable cause, without due process, and without a trial… and the American people are apparently none the wiser and are letting it happen!

Well we had better wake up soon, because our time is running out.

“Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs.” write Lewis Seiler and former Congressman Dan Hamburg of the watchdog group Voice of the Environment, Inc.

If you look on You tube and type in Concentration camps, you will see that they are being built all over the United States. The issue gained national attention two years ago when it was announced that Kellogg, Brown and Root had been awarded a $385 million dollar contract by Homeland Security to construct detention and processing facilities in the event of a national emergency.

Respected author Peter Dale Scott speculated that the “detention centers could be used to detain American citizens if the Bush administration were to declare martial law.”

Some further Violations of the Constitution under 2nd Amendment would be confiscation guns furthering the GOAL of “terrorism” and or UNDER provisions of martial law.

We are seeing today that the 1st Amendment rights are being taken away such as Suppressing Free Speech , and Religious Freedoms.

Under the enemy combatant designation anyone at the behest of the US government, even if they are a US citizen, can be kidnapped and placed in an internment facility forever without trial. Jose Padilla, an American citizen, spent over four years in a Navy brig before being brought to trial

We will be imposed with a NATIONAL Id card, and possibly a chip to track your location in the United States. IF YOU DO not participate, I would imagine you can be charged and arrested.

The answer clearly lies in the fact that over the past decade we have witnessed an extreme acceleration of the physical implementation of a framework and infrastructure ready to receive those who will not go along with a coordinated destruction of traditional American values and freedom.”

Ever since 9/11 this de facto U.S. Corporation has used that horrendous event to pass laws that go against our U.S. Constitution, which according to the Constitution they are not allowed to do without a Constitutional Amendment; and yet they have constantly been doing just that, and have been getting away with it; thereby robbing us each year of more of our rights, and they have been doing so under the guise of national security and fighting terrorism. How convenient?

Our U.S. Constitution stood for at least 95 years, from 1776 to 1871, when the Act of 1871 was illegally passed by the Forty-First Congress, without the Constitutional authority to do so.

Subsequent to that date of infamy our nation ceased to operate as a Constitutional Republic and we have until this present time operated as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION.

What does that mean?

It means that our organic Constitution and our Republic have both been illegally replaced by a Corporate Constitution and a de facto Corporation (which by definition cannot be a form of government), and so the organic version of our Constitution has been in moth balls now for over 141 years; and our government has ceased to operate as a Rupublic and has instead operated as a corporation, and it is registered as such in the state of Delaware… look it up!

Now I hear many people today say that is not a bad thing, operating as a corporation, in fact they say that we would be better off if they would operate as a true corporation, instead of being in the red all the time.

The only thing is, under this U.S. Corporation, as it is with any corporate entity, the corporate officers, which in this case consist of the President and the Congress (which include both the House and the Senate); being that they are a Corporation, they take their orders from the Board of Directors, and I might add, that is not the American public!

The UNITED STATES CORPORATION operates as any corporation does, as you can see in the above chart, where the power flows from the top down.

Under our de jure Constitutional Republic it should flow from the people up.

Here under a Corporation, the people at the top are the ones calling the shots; and in the case of this de facto D.C. Corporation, we have the lowest level as employees.

How does that work with the idea of a Republic that is of the people, by the people, and for the people?

The answer is, it doesn’t… because it can’t.

These people in Washington DC are not working for us at all; and certainly (as is event from the $700 Billion bailout that Bush pushed through Congress in 2008, that these people are not at all making decisions anymore in our best interest, but instead are making decisions to benefit the mega corporations and the big banks.

By law the first obligation of the directors of a Corporation is to the Stock Holders, which in this instance (as I’ve already pointed out) it is NOT “We the People” that they are serving, but rather it is these International Bankers, who have been printing and loaning us our own money at interest for 100 years now, ever since 1913, when the Federal Reserve Act was passed.

Coming out of the Civil War the Republic for the united states of America (please note this is the way it is written and spelled in our U.S. Constitution, with small letters) was bankrupt and the international bankers, under the direction of the Rothschild family, with the help of people like J.P. Morgan, the Rockefellers  and others, they used their immense wealth and power to bribe and coerced members of Congress, and Presidents, in the same way business is done today in D.C.; and the United States was made into a Corporation, in order to make the combined sweat equity of the American people the collateral for the national debt.

As is the case with any corrupt system if you want to find the source of the corruption, all you have to do is follow the money; and in this case the money trail leads right back to these same people (this international group of bankers, of which 70% are foreign nationals) who also own and control The Federal Reserve.

That is our history, folks… look it up!

Subsequent to 9/11, we are seeing our Constitutional rights being trampled upon more and more; and there is even some speculation in many circles that this de facto U.S. Corporation, under orders from this illegal Board of Directors, these International Bankers, that they surreptitiously, through black ops, either instigated 9/11, or allowed it to happen, in order to accomplish an already existing agenda and goal, which continues to unfold before our eyes to this hour.

I can tell you I didn’t want to believe that and I actually took offense at the thought myself when I first heard it; but subsequently I have to say I’m not sure anymore.

Certainly things equally as bad have happened before in the not too distant past, in places like the former U.S.S.R., in Nazi Germany, and in Red China.

I have to say that some very wicked and evil people are behind this de facto corporation, and it was these same group of international bankers who made money on both sides of two World Wars, and finance both sides each time.

Ask yourself how many people had to die on both sides, during both World Wars, so that these men, this Bankers, could make a profit?

Don’t think that the killing of innocent people is a problem for these people, who think like this; they’ve done it before and they can do it again.

What is that saying that “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely?!”

Folks the bottom line is this is all about power and money; and the ability to control people!

Is it not a fact that every Federal official – including the President of the United States – and every Congressman and Senator – that they each take an oath of office, whereby they swear to ” preserve, uphold and to defend” our Constitution?

They certainly aren’t doing that anymore, are they?

Hasn’t anyone noticed?

Instead of preserving and defending our Constitution, these members of Congress have consistently proposed and have passed any number of laws that directly violate our Constitution.

They have again renewed the controversial US Patriot Act, which was passed immediately following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, when the People of America were in shell shock and were angered following 9/11

Since 9/11, our Constitutional Rights have continually been taken away from us, a bit at a time.

Getting back to my original point, how utterly ludicrous it is to think that by disarming the American public that we will somehow be safer from the madness that we all have seen too much of over these last several years?

We are living today in an increasingly dangerous world, and it is beyond naive and just plain dumb to think that by outlawing our right to defend ourselves and our families that this is somehow going to make our cities safer… I think not!!!

Also, as I have pointed out, this exact same thing was done several times in history just before a nation loses it’s sovereignty and freedom.

Could there be a similar agenda here, do you think?

Could politicians, under this de facto corporate system, be bought; and could they be controlled and manipulated out of personal greed and ambition… what do you think?

The Jewish state, which has long faced threats of terrorist strikes in crowded locations including schools, takes an all-of-the-above approach to safety in the classroom. Fences, metal detectors and armed private guards are part of a strategy overseen by the country’s national police. And the idea of armed teachers in the classroom, which stirred much controversy in the wake of the U.S. attack, has long been in practice in Israel, though a minority of them carry weapons today.
