The Council [1] 14 August 2024
The Stand Up America US Foundation intelligence team has been deep-diving into “who is running the US Government”—the power team behind the White House curtains. Obama is the in-place leader who controls and directs the operations daily. The team (coordinated by Susan Rice) formulates Biden and Harris’s daily schedule, talking points, and policy statements. Also, the team liaisons with the communist democratic party to provide “The Talking Points of the Day” to the media and Wall Street supporters.
For three weeks, the United States of America, the supposed sole remaining global superpower, has operated in a bizarre state of suspended animation. Indeed, the world has continued spinning (out of control, I might add). However, few seem interested in President Biden’s being effectively pushed out of running for reelection by his fellow elites in the Democratic Party. Since then, he has been kept mostly out of the public eye. Meanwhile, his vice president, Kamala Harris, who has succeeded him as the presumptive Democratic Party presidential candidate, is anywhere but in Washington.[2]
So, while technically, Mr. Biden remains the president, he seems to be mostly checked out of the job. Of course, he’d been mostly absent since the start of his shambolic presidency. But now that the path to reelection has been taken from him, Mr. Biden seems content to coast to the final days of his time in office.
Is this what the American people deserve: A derelict president with no real successor? If Mr. Biden was deemed too mentally incompetent to run for reelection (as he was considered by his party) following his disastrous display in the June debate with former President Donald Trump, and since the Justice Department Special Prosecutor Robert Hur declined to press charges against Mr. Biden for improperly storing classified documents (as Mr. Hur did), then what is Mr. Biden doing remaining in office?
The 25th Amendment of the United States Constitution exists for this very reason. The Democratic Party has already decided Mr. Biden cannot stand for reelection. They are deferring to Ms. Harris. The vice president can call a meeting of the Cabinet and invoke the 25th Amendment because Mr. Biden is mentally compromised. Indeed, it should be a requirement that Ms. Harris assumes office in the presidency now.
Ms. Harris doesn’t want to because she’s too busy campaigning. What’s more, Ms. Harris doesn’t want to have to be on the hook for any disasters that undoubtedly will erupt between now and Election Day if she had to assume power at that time. Further, I’m sure whatever deal the Biden syndicate made with the DNC elites likely included a promise not to end Mr. Biden’s presidency in such a way. All this makes sense from the Democratic Party’s perspective. What is most mind-boggling is the utter absence of any semblance of leadership from elected Republicans in Washington. Constitutionally, House Speaker Mike Johnson is third-in-line for the presidency. As a politician, a leaderless Washington is a pristine opportunity for him.
“The Council” and everything that stems from it has been in control of the United States for years, with changing names. Our constitutional government and the federal workforce (The Deep State) are designed to safeguard our wealth and the ‘public good’ of the American people. However, the Council’s mission is to control, crush and obliterate it.
They employ the tools of indictments, obstruction, and government agencies (DOJ, FBI, DHS, DOD and CIA) they have weaponized to attack their enemies under false pretenses of law. They and the global elites decide who will be the victors and who will be defeated in politics, business, the economy, media, elections, and education, and they do so with complete amorality.
Exposing them by name, their corruption and means of control, and identifying how to dismantle their illegitimate power is the first step in restoring the United States of America as a constitutional republic.

The Council is an “untouchable,” legislatively codified sui generis organization whose tentacles are embedded in every government agency and branch except the United States Supreme Court.
From their perspective, they own the United States of America for now. It is “theirs,” and “they” are its self-appointed stewards. Anyone who is “not them” is a “useful idiot,” “useful innocent,” or human chattel to be discarded to necro-politics. The rest of us are expendable “carbon units” assigned positive and negative values depending on our relative usefulness to them. This is their language.

Their construct of reality is more akin to the way a corporate industrial farm executive, in suit and tie, looks upon the stewardship of livestock or how most humans think of ants. If something is harvestable and profitable, that respective “carbon unit” has a positive value. If something has a negative value, it is of no consequence, starved or butchered.
It is correct to simplify this construct as a “war” between “good” and “evil. “The Council does not operate in a construct of morality and spiritualism.
As the “Council’s” operations and deceptions are unmasked, it will become clear that there is no “heaven,” “hell,” or divine accountability from their perspective. “This” is it. “This” is all there is. There is nothing beyond our earthly dimension of concern to them, any more than there might be to a lizard.
Do not trouble yourself yet with the “why” and pathology. When someone treats you like livestock, it is first necessary for your immediate survival to Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (“OODA”). Unless you prefer to be a well-behaved, sheared sheep on your way to the slaughterhouse.
For this treatise and exposé, it is sufficient that these arch-nemeses of the Constitution have names and faces. The first phase in deconstructing “The Council” is exposing its key players and their operations.
A root cause analysis of the reasons for “why things are the way they are” in the United States of America is that the subject (root) and the ultimate goal of these self-entitled “stewards” is maintaining “state capture, and “finishing the job” of self-serving objectives to an elite class, euphemized as “progressive social reconstruction,”[4] to ensure their harvest and wealth extraction machine remains uninterrupted.
The proposition of this treatise, hypothesis, and exposé is that “The Council,” otherwise known as the “CIGIE,” controls the United States of America. While the CIGIE proper and its Political Arm, Infiltrator Arm, Business Arm, Propaganda Arm, and Entertainment Arm will first ignore this premise. When it takes hold with its target audiences, it cannot get around a basic “litmus test” for nearly every ailment of our nation.
In the future, pick any person, event, issue, indictment, investigation, or incident that has created turmoil in the United States of America,
With the simplest of Internet sleuthing, and even with the “behavioral control” and shaping of Google and burgeoning artificial intelligence search engines, whether a Person of Interest (POI) is a politician, federal judge, senior public official, or even an “ally” or “enemy” of President Trump (as one example), at the root, the hand of “The Council” will be revealed.
All roads lead back to “The Council,” its arms (tentacles), and those they control through threats of investigation, indictment, prosecution, or conversely, the obstruction of investigations.
The “forcing function” is the threat or obstruction of investigation by “The Council.”
One corollary variant to this “litmus test” contradicts the assumption that “The Council” relies on competent people. While this is most often true for critical path items and issues that cannot be mismanaged, one of the objectives of maintaining “state capture” is to instill an emotion of despair and futility in government. For this purpose, “The Council” delights in installing the inept, foolish, and clownish government officials to frustrate the citizenry.

“The Council” and its minions have shown they intend to steal the upcoming November 2024 elections. Elections are only one facet and one of their many objectives, just as identifying and selecting the “leaders” of the herd is one of the tasks of farm management to them.
However, our elections and our primitive drive of self-actualization and self-governance are the biggest threat to them and among “The Council’s” most significant vulnerabilities.
Their greatest enigma and threats are “outsiders” who did not get the memo that “The Council” runs the United States of America and, de facto, the world.
Addle-brained Joe Biden unwittingly but concisely communicated that memo in his 2020 statement that his team had created “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”
“Biden campaign aides for months have bragged they have a superior ground operation across the country, but especially in the six to eight battleground states that likely will decide the election. On the call with donors Monday, Biden reminded them he has an infrastructure already in place.”
Whether this is predictable political bravado that runs desperately against polls and facts or prescient forewarning, the mechanisms for massive election fraud and another stolen election in 2024 have been well-honed in key swing States and targeted pivot counties developed over the past four years.
The four key elements to execute election fraud in the November 2024 presidential election are:
1. Violating federal and state election laws to introduce compromised electronic election machines and software.
2. Violating federal and state election laws to insert millions of fraudulent “no excuse” Mail-in Ballots of unqualified electors (voters) into election tabulations.
3. Violating federal and state election laws to use “centralized counting centers” to cover up and obfuscate massive election fraud.
4. Continuing to use lawfare, censorship, and media smearing to suppress anyone who might challenge massive election fraud.
The fix is in. Trump’s MAGA war council must be prepared for battle, secure the 2024 election, and prevail to save our Country and our Constitution.

All the people that are mentioned above, with Obama in his crowd (pursuant to Obama’s threat of having a third term) are still ALL bought and paid for puppets.
To find the real source of the corruption you have to go still higher (you have to follow the money), to where you find an evil Antichrist agenda that goes back to the days of Babylon and before that to the time in the garden when God promised to send the SEED of the woman (Messiah) to crush Satan’s head.

The hierarchy that we are facing today starts with Satan at the top, below that you have his hierarchy of fallen angels and demons; and you know that you have the Vatican Bank, the Rothschilds International banking cartel and about 13 other families.
In short, it’s the people who own and control the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION and the central banks around the world.
In AMERICA, this corruption and fraud began back in 1871, with the passage of the Act of 1871, that put our organic Constitution and our Republic in mothballs.
We’re just now coming to the end of this trail, which Satan intends to end with a New World Order and a new one world monetary system; but what God intends is for a spirit of REPENTANCE to overtake the people of our country, in a massive turning back to Jesus at a grassroots level!
All of this, that we are facing today, is a fight of Light against darkness (it’s a spiritual battle) that can only be won through massive grassroots repentance in our nation.
We have to dissolve, once and for all, this de facto UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION, and return to our de jure government, which is a Constitutional Republic, and become once again One Nation Under God!
Whatever each of our assignments are, God’s instructions are that we are to each get our orders, first on our knees, following 2 Chronicles 7:14.
