You know as we look at this Obama phenomenon, we can see that there have been so many contradictions between what this man says and what he does; and so many flip flops on various issues; where he says one thing and then later does the complete opposite. Well we can thank God because it now appears that just maybe Obama’s chickens are coming home to roast!
This is something that we ALL need to understand, and that is how we are told in the Bible (in the Book of Numbers chapter 32, verse 23) in no uncertain terms: “That our sin shall find us out;” and in Galatians 6 we are told: “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.“
Folks, this is why we ALL need a Saviour, and this is what the Good News of the Gospel says, because on this one note, outside of our being forgiven and in Covenant relationship with Jesus Christ, we ALL are guilty and are without hope!
So on that note, as the Apostel Paul did with King Agrippa, when he tried to win him over to Christ; likewise we need to pray for these people in DC.
One thing is clear and we can know this from the Bible, that these people by themselves are NOT the enemy, but that they are deceived and are being used and manipulated by the enemy, who is Satan.
I want to also say, least any of us lose perspective, that the only difference between these people in Washington DC, among those who are literally destroying our country, who have betrayed it and have sold us out, all in order to implement a Globalist agenda for a “New World Order,” is that they have not had the benefit of having had an encounter with the Living God, and outside of that fact, they are only doing what comes natural for all of us, as there is no good thing in any of us outside of Jesus Christ!
As illustrated in the above pictures, if there is any one thing I can say for Obama, it is that the ONLY unwaivering truth that has come out of this man and his Administration from day one is that he never really has wavered on where his true loyalties lie; and based on both his words and actions, we can know most certainly that they do NOT lie with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and they also do not lie with the United States!
Please let us just keep praying that the whole truth be known, and not just about Obama either; but that this entire web of deceit and lies be unraveled on both sides, in both parties (Democrat and Republican), that has existed in our government for years (going back before 1871) when our government usurped our organic constitution and replaced it with a corporate constitution; and for those who don’t know either the history nor the significance of that act, and how it has effected our history, and has brought us to where we are today, here are four videos that you need to see:

It long has been documented that when Barack Obama was picked by the Democratic Party to be its 2008 presidential candidate, only one state – Hawaii – was sent a document from Nancy Pelosi certifying that he was qualified under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
Now a series of blogs reports are heating up the issue again, this time revealing documents that showed it apparently was Hawaii’s local Democratic Party that refused to include that certification on its paperwork naming Obama as its candidate.
Even today, the Hawaii Democratic Party was staying mum, declining attempts by WND to obtain a comment on why it handled the 2008 presidential race paperwork as it did.
The original report came from a commentator at Canada Free Press who revealed the Democrats failed to certify their candidate’s eligibility in 49 of the 50 states.
“In most states,” writer JB Williams said at the time last year, “it appears that the DNC never certified constitutional eligibility for Barack Hussein Obama, despite their many claims of proper vetting and certification, all of which we now know to be false.”
As WND reported, Williams released copies of two documents apparently prepared by Democrats to certify Obama as their nominee for president. One contains language affirming his constitutional eligibility, filed in Hawaii where state law requires the specific language, and another omits the language, filed in the remaining 49 states.

The blog reports cite each other, as well as apparent Democratic Party documents posted online from the 2000, 2004 and 2008 elections.
The images reveal the change in wording that Hawaii Democrats adopted when Obama was their candidate.
In choosing Al Gore and Joe Lieberman in 2000, this was their statement:
“THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the following candidates for President and Vice-President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution and are the duly chosen candidates of both the state and the national Democratic Parties by balloting at the Presidential Preference Poll and Caucus held March 7, 2000 in the State of Hawaii and by acclamation at the National Democratic Convention held August 14-17, 2000 in Los Angeles, California.”

The wording was almost identical on behalf of John Kerry and John Edwards in 2004:

But in 2008, the words missing include “the provisions of the United States Constitution.” It states, “THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the national Democratic Parties balloting at the Presidential Preference Poll and Caucus held on February 19th, 2008, in the State of Hawaii and by acclamation at the National Democratic Convention held August 27, 2009, in Denver, Colorado.”

At “Fellowship,” the blogger explained that each state party must certify that their candidate is constitutionally eligible to be president.
“What the Democratic Party of Hawaii’s 2008 Certification of Nomination left out are these words: ‘of the United States Constitution and are the duly chosen candidates of both the state and,'” the blogger wrote.
“In other words, by omitting the above words, the Democractic Party of Hawaii (DPH) was signaling the following: 1. DPH is merely certifying that Obama is legally qualified to serve as president by virtue of the ballots of the Democratic Parties of the 50 states. The DPH is not certifying that Obama is legally qualified to serve as president under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution! 2. The DPH is also saying that Obama and Biden are NOT the chosen candidates of the state of Hawaii,” he concluded.
The butterdezillion blog noted “the Hawaii Democratic Party actually ignored their protocols in 2008 in order to specifically NOT certify Obama’s eligibility as they had done for candidates in the past.”
It was Williams who earlier released copies of two documents apparently prepared by national Democrats to certify Obama as their nominee for president.
The first includes a verification that Obama and Joe Biden, then-candidate for vice president, “are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.”

The second form obtained by Williams appears identical. They both have the same typographical error in “though,” but in this one, the verification of eligibility under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution is gone.

Williams reported that Republicans use a document universally that affirms their candidate’s eligibility and that Democrats have used the form that omits the certification language in previous elections. But he nonetheless questions why the DNC certified Obama’s eligibility only in Hawaii.
Democratic National Committee officials have declined to comment on the issue of the multiple images. Pelosi and the White House also have declined to respond.
WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen.” The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”
Some of the lawsuits over the dispute question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama’s American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.
Other challenges have focused on Obama’s citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Complicating the situation is Obama’s decision to spend sums estimated over $1 million to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest the questions.
WND has reported that among the documentation not yet available for Obama includes his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.

The hazardous crossing in adverse weather made it possible for Washington to lead the main body of the Continental Army against Hessian soldiers garrisoned at Trenton. After a brief battle, nearly the entire Hessian force was captured, with negligible losses to the Americans. The battle significantly boosted the Continental Army’s flagging morale, and inspired re-enlistments.
The Continental Army had previously suffered several defeats in New York and had been forced to retreat through New Jersey to Pennsylvania. Despite the battle’s small numbers, the American victory inspired rebels in the colonies. With the success of the revolution in doubt a week earlier, the army had seemed on the verge of collapse. The dramatic victory inspired soldiers to serve longer and attracted new recruits to the ranks.
Please note that the odds were gigantic against the revolutionary forces, as they took on the entire British Empire; and so it is today, as the odds are also enormous against “We the People.”
Today our main battle is not primarily from enemies outside, but our biggest threat to our liberty comes from within our own government, and among our own politicians, among men and women would seek to undo everything our forefathers sacrificed and fought for, in order to give us our U.S. Constitution and to establish our Republic.

One thing I think become very obvious as we study not only history and science, but also our Bible; and that is the same natural tendency that is found in natural science, which is called the Law of Entropy, which is the tendency for everything in nature to go from order to disorder, also exists in the world, and in the cycles and patterns that we find in human nature.
This was certainly found to be true with children of Israel, as they always seemed to be cycling from obedience and loyalty to God, to disobedience and disloyalty every so many generations; and so every so often God would have to bring about an adjustment in order to bring them back to repentance.
This is also a natural tendency that we find happening in the rise and fall of democracies in history as well, who follow a similar pattern of disintegration that ultimately leads to the social decline and degeneration of these various governments.
There was a man by the name of Alexander Fraser Tyler, who wrote about this phenomenon in 1771, and called it, the “Cycle of Democracy:”
A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse (gifts) from the public treasury.
From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over lousy fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.
The average of the world’s great civilizations before they decline has been 200 years. These nations have progressed in this sequence:
from bondage to spiritual faith;
from faith to great courage;
from courage to liberty;
from liberty to abundance;
from abundance to selfishness;
from selfishness to Complacency;
from complacency to apathy;
from apathy to dependency;
from dependency back again to bondage.
Doesn’t this sound like what has happened in our history; and do we not find ourselves as a nation in a position where so many people today are looking to man, instead of to God, and to BIG government to be their savior.
Even the Apostle Paul made mention of this tendency among the Christians of his day, in his epistle to the Galatians:

As we understand the Bible and what God requires of all His covenant people, it is that everything hinges upon three things, relationship, obedience, and faith; for clearly the Bible tells us that we were created for God’s pleasure, and not the other way around!
The people who are running our government today are only doing what comes natural for anyone, who is outside of a covenant relationship with God, among people who don’t know Him.
It was St. Augustine, I believe, who said: “It is impossible to know God and not love Him; and it is equally impossible to love Him and not want to serve Him!”
As we look at our politicians today, we can either assume that most have never had an encounter with Him, and maybe there are even some who have; but have elected to rejected Him; either way, my question is why on earth did Christians vote these people into office?
What else did Christians expect would happen, except what we see today, where everything is cycling down the drain; as our country is going to hell in a hand basket?
Our problem is we have men and women in positions of leadership, within our government, who do what we all do, before we submit to God; which is they are charting their course, and also ours too (by the way) because they make our laws, by what seems right to them, or what happens to be the particular flavor of the month for political correctness.
So the result is, we definitely have a case today where the blind are leading the blind; and if we aren’t careful we all will fall into the ditch, as a nation, together!
We as Christians have become unequally yoked with unbelievers, because somewhere along the line Christians abdicated their stewardship and any active involvement in government; and they backed off from God’s plan which has always been to implement God’s Kingdom in the earth, as it is in heaven.
That phrase means more than just our preaching the Gospel; it also means Christians are to affect all aspects of the culture, including business and politics; for how else can we impact this world for Christ.
Instead we have backed off from the secular and have left that to Satan and his crowd; and what we see happening in our government and in the world today are the results.
I think it is past time for us to start charging the gates of Hell once again; and for us to put the world and Satan on the defensive for a change, instead of the other way around, which is the way it has been for over 100 years now.

Our time is running out, as obviously we are today very close to the return of our Lord; and so if we are to take into account the warnings of Scripture, where Jesus told us that this time, before His second coming, would be marked by some very severe trials and tribulations.
We can know by this that the times that lie ahead are going to require Christians to wake up and get serious about our God given assignment, which is not to lie down and let the world and Satan walk all over us; but we are to resist evil in all its forms, and be a light to the world, in order to reach the world for Christ! Germany is to restore our Constitutional Republic!
Our choice is either we have the pillow of the Restored Republic, or we get the bayonet and boot of Martial Law!
I received a letter today from a brother and friend who disagreed with my comments about Barack Obama; and in his letter he tended to be more sympathetic to Obama’s plight, which he said was owed mostly to the fact he inherited much of what is happening from past administrations.
In my view what Obama has done is take the very serious problems left over from the economic crash, which began under Bush’s watch, and he has used that as a reason to take our country down a socialist path, that can only mean if he is allowed to continue, it will spell the ultimate end of the United States as we know it.
I totally disagree with my friend, and in my response I pointed out all the similarities that exist and are happening today in America, with what took place just prior to Hitler’s rise to power in pre-Nazi Germany; and in an effort to prove my point, I’ll give you the same link I gave to him:
As you watch the above video, you will note there are many similarities between what happened in pre-Nazi Germany, and what is going on today in America.
Notice for instance how the Nazi’s used the public anarchy and unrest, and all the panic that was caused by it, as an excuse to seize power and do away with the constitutional rights of the people, until Hitler eventually declare martial law.
All of this contributed to Hitler’s eventual take over; and it was President Hindenburg who in 1932 appointed Hitler as Chancellor, a position he assumed in January of 1933; after which he immediately eliminated all opposing parties, and declared himself as Fuhrer (which means “father” by the way); as the Germany people were desperately looking to government to be their savior and answer to all their problems. In other words, the German people were looking to BIG government to take care of them, just as many people are today in the U.S..
The fact is, many of those disruptive acts that caused the public unrest and anarchy to occur were in fact instigated and in some cases were caused by the Nazi party in order to have an excuse to bring about Martial Law, which is exactly what Hitler needed in order to seize power; which followed with him doing away with all civil liberties of the German people.
Now mind you the mode of operation and tactics that were used to bring all this about, is from Satan who was the one who was pulling these people’s strings; and it is very import that we not be suckered and taken in the same way; as these same tactics are being repeated in America.
Paul said for us to be aware of the enemies devices; and Jesus said for us to be wise as serpents and yet harmless as doves!
If you will note it was the attack on 9/11 that was the impedes and the excuse for former President George W. Bush to institute many of the Executive Orders that began to strip us of our Constitutional Rights; which according to our “organic” Constitution, which by the way we are not currently operating under now, is totally against the law!
Also as is happening now in the United States under Obama, Hitler used National Socialism to first nationalize private industry and companies, as a first step to bringing about his totalitarian rule.
This is also what is happening now in the U.S.; and the only thing left to happen is an excuse for Obama to declare Martial Law, and then we can kiss our liberties and our Constitution good bye.
Such a thing could very well be triggered if we could no longer use our money to buy and sell, as also happened in pre-Nazi Germany; and whether you know it or not, the Congressional Budget office just recently released a report (which has not been announced over the media for obvious reasons) that says unequivocally that the collapse of the Dollar and the U.S. CORPORATON (which is not the term they used, but it is what it is) is inevitable; and that it will happen eventually (and that it’s only a matter of time); and the reason that was given is because of all the uncontrolled spending; the subsequent inflation that’s fueled by this excessive spending; and also the printing of more worthless fiat “Federal Reserve Notes,” which by the way is not even worth the paper they are printed on… and is only backed up by our 13.4 Trillion Dollar debt!
If you think I’m kidding, look at the following chart that shows the drastic fall in buying power that we have today, as compared to what it once was before the International Bankers illegally established the Federal Reserve System, which Congress passed into law in 1913, which in case you don’t know is a privately held corporation that is controlled by 70% foreign national interest.
These people have absolutely no accountability to anyone, except to themselves; and there is no oversight by either the Congress, or the President… they are strictly autonomous. And again this is totally against the law, because it violates our “organic” U.S. Constitution.

How was Hitler able to become Chancellor in January 1933?
Summary
Hitler’s rise to power was based upon long-term factors – resentment in the German people, the weakness of the Weimar system – which he exploited through propaganda (paid for by his rich, Communist-fearing backers), the terror of his stormtroopers, and the brilliance of his speeches.
During the ‘roaring twenties’ Germans ignored this vicious little man with his programme of hatred. But when the Great Depression ruined their lives, they voted for him in increasing numbers. Needing support, and thinking he could control Hitler, President Hindenburg made the mistake in January 1933 of giving Hitler the post of Chancellor.
Why did Hitler come to power?
The story of why Hitler came to power is about the reasons why the German people lost their senses and allowed a vicious madman to come to power. What could have brought this about?
All the following were present from the 1920s:
1. Long-term bitterness
Deep anger about the First World War and the Treaty of Versailles created an underlying bitterness to which Hitler’s viciousness and expansionism appealed, so they gave him support.
Weaknesses in the Constitution crippled the government. In fact, there were many people in Germany who wanted a return to dictatorship. When the crisis came in 1929–1933 – there was no one who was prepared or able to fight to stop Hitler.
3. Money
The financial support of wealthy businessmen gave Hitler the money to run his propaganda and election campaigns.
4. Propaganda
Nazi propaganda persuaded the German masses to believe that the Jews were to blame and that Hitler was their last hope.
Hitler promised everybody something, so they supported him.
6. Attacks on other parties
The Stormtroopers attacked Jews and people who opposed Hitler. Many opponents kept quiet simply because they were scared of being murdered – and, if they were, the judges simply let the Stormtroopers go free (see point 2).
7. Personal Qualities
Hitler was a brilliant speaker, and his eyes had a peculiar power over people. He was a good organiser and politician. He was a driven, unstable man, who believed that he had been called by God to become dictator of Germany and rule the world. This kept him going when other people might have given up. His self-belief persuaded people to believe in him.
Hitler’s financiers
Many industrials bankrolled the Nazis, including allegedly:
·Hjalmar Schacht, Head of the Reichsbank, organised fund-raising parties for Hitler.
·Fritz von Thyssen, the German steel businessman
·Alfred Krupp, the owner of Krupp steel firm
·Emil Kirdorf, the coal businessman
·IG Faben, the German chemicals firm, gave half the funds for the 1933 elections
·The German car firm Opel (a subsidiary of General Motors)
·Schroeder Bank – on Jan. 3, 1933, Reinhard Schroeder met Hitler and asked him to form a government.
And many foreign firms including:
·Henry Ford of Ford Motors. Hitler borrowed passages from Ford’s book The International Jew to use in Mein Kampf and had a picture of Ford on the wall of his office.
·Union Banking Corporation, New York (George Bush’s great-grandfather was president of the Corporation)
·WA Harriman and Co., the American shipping and railway company (George Bush’s grandfather was vice-president)
·Irenee du Pont, head of the American firm General Motors; he advocated the creation of a super-race by spinal injections to enhance children of ‘pure’ blood.
After 1929, however, two short-term factors brought Hitler to power:
8. Economic Depression
After the Wall Street Crash of 1929, the US called in its loans to Germany, and the German economy collapsed. The Number of unemployed grew; people starved on the streets. In the crisis, people wanted someone to blame, and looked to extreme solutions – Hitler offered them both, and Nazi success in the elections grew.
Germans turned to Nazism because they were desperate. The number of Nazi seats in the Reichstag rose from 12 in 1928 to 230 in July 1932.
9. Recruited by Hindenburg
In November 1932 elections the Nazis again failed to get a majority of seats in the Reichstag. Their share of the vote fell – from 230 seats to only 196. Hitler contemplated suicide. But then he was rescued by Hindenburg.
Franz von Papen (a friend of Hindenburg) was Chancellor, but he could not get enough support in the Reichstag. Hindenburg and von Papen were having to govern by emergency decree under Article 48 of the Constitution. They offered Hitler the post of vice-Chancellor if he promised to support them.
Hitler refused – he demanded to be made Chancellor. So Von Papen and Hindenburg took a risk. On 30 January 1933 Hindenburg made Hitler Chancellor. He thought he could control Hitler – how wrong he was.
In the end, Hitler did not TAKE power at all – he was given it.
Understanding and observing the Seven Festivals of the Lord our Messiah:
All Seven Festivals are connected with each other… And they begin in March/April The Passover – March/April – the Passover, day before the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Held the day before the Feast of Unleavened Bread and Pentecost (first fruits).

Feast of First Fruits and Pentecost AKA Latter First Fruits of the Wheat Harvest
The Fall Feasts
Feast of Trumpets – this year on September 27 – Rosh Hash Anah A day of blowing trumpets which were traditionally used to call people together (Numbers 10). In Matthew 24:31 we learn that Yahshuah will gather His elect from the four winds of the earth at His return.
“And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation. Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.” (Lev 23:23-25)
Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) – October 6, – This feast the Day of Atonement corresponds to the establishment of Yahshua as our High Priest come to earth from the heavenly Holy of Holies where He has been for the past 2000 years. This day is to remind us of the great price Yahshua paid for our sins by His death on the cross.
Feast of Tabernacles – October 11 – October 18 – Points to the Millennial Reign of Yahshua on earth following His return. It is a Feast of seven days spent learning what that Kingdom will be like. For the moment, the present earth and world is forgotten and one learns what the one coming will be like, what Yahweh’s standards of righteousness are and compliance to those standards.
The Last Great Day – A feast where Yahshua finishes His work and turns all authority and power on earth over to His Father. It is a picture of post-millennial earth and a time when Yahweh will bring His own throne to the planet in the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21).
It is said that the New Testament is infolded in the Old (in the Tanakh), and the Old Testament unfolds in the New; and when we begin to study the scriptures we find that the center of the entire Bible (form Genesis to the Book of Revelation) is Yeshua Ha’Mashiach (Jesus, the Christ — which translated means Saviour, the Messiah or Anointed One).
In fact we find that the entire Bible is a love letter from God, written to his beloved and estranged children.
It is also prophetic, and in fact it is the only book ever written that accurately (without error) gives the future as history; which is and of itself is a sure sign to the skeptical (if only one would would take the time to read it) that the Bible is in fact of extra terrestrial origin, and is not of this world!
There is only one person on the stage of history who accurately fulfills the over 300 prophecies that are given in the Bible regarding the coming Messiah; and Daniel’s prophecy, given in Daniel 9:25-27, is irrefutable proof that Yeshua (Jesus) is the only one who fulfils those prophecies.
And the reason is, Daniel’s prophecy gives us a mathematical prophecy, as to the exact day that the Messiah would be revealed, as you will see in the video below.
In effect, Gabriel told Daniel that after the commandment to rebuild Jerusalem, there would be…
“A period of seventy sets of seven has been decreed for your people and your holy city to finish their rebellion, to put an end to their sin, to atone for their guilt, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to confirm the prophetic vision, and to anoint the Most Holy Place.
Now listen and understand! Seven sets of seven plus sixty-two sets of seven will pass from the time the command is given to rebuild Jerusalem until a ruler—the Anointed One—comes.
Jerusalem will be rebuilt with streets and strong defenses, despite the perilous times.”
“After this period of sixty-two sets of seven,the Anointed One (Messiah) will be killed, appearing to have accomplished nothing; and a ruler will arise whose armies will destroy the city and the Temple.
The end will come with a flood, and war and its miseries are decreed from that time to the very end. The ruler will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven, but after half this time, he will put an end to the sacrifices and offerings. And as a climax to all his terrible deeds, he will set up a sacrilegious object that causes desecration, until the fate decreed for this defiler is finally poured out on him.” Daniel 9:24-27
This clearly says that after the decree is made to rebuild Jerusalem, and before the temple is destroyed a second time, which happened in 70 AD, when the Roman Emperor Titus Flavius Vespasianus (30 December 39 – 13 September 81) attacted and destroyed Jersualem, that the Messiah would be killed, or cut off.
It also gives the number of days form the time the degree is first given, until the very day when the Messiah would be revealed, and that number is 173,880 days.

The Bible also contains an accurate account of all that God has had to do throughout history in order to reconciled his lost children back unto Himself; and to fulfill the promise He gave regarding the Seed of the Woman, which was the first promise of the coming Messiah that was given to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, right after the fall.
Genesis 3:14-15
14 So the LORD God said to the serpent: “Because you have done this, you are cursed more than all cattle, and more than every beast of the field; on your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life.
15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.“
This whole issue of Salvation and Restoration back into God’s family, and the atonement for our sins is very important; and so God has left us a roadmap in the Bible so that when the Messiah would appear, His coming would not be missed, but that He would come exactly as it has been foretold through Biblical prophecy.
Also as covered above, God has instituted a total of Seven Festivals, or holy convocations, and Yeshua (Jesus) is also the center focus of each one of these as well.
We are now entering into the Feast of Sukkot, or the Feast of Tabernacles.
And so with that, I would like to wish you all a very Blessed and Happy Feast of Tabernacles!

Rejoice — the celebration awaits us! Zechariah 14:16-17 And it shall come to pass that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. And it shall be, that whichever of the families of the earth does not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, there will be no rain on them. The God-ordained Feast of Tabernacles is a prophetic feast, and one which will be kept by all the people of the world in the coming age. In resurrected bodies, we will be celebrating this feast, year to year in Jerusalem during the millennial reign of Yeshua (Jesus)! Can you imagine it — celebrating with the King of Kings! If that’s not something to anticipate, I’m not sure what is!
Right now, there’s quite a bit of turmoil in the world, which is producing a level of uncertainty and anxiety that I’ve not witnessed as a believer. Yet despite all of these scary situations, we have something wonderful to look forward to — and if you’re like me, you can’t wait!
Don’t let the times we’re living in control your life; instead, use these turbulent times as an opportunity to display the goodness and grace of God in your life! As Yeshua (Jesus) said, when you see these things begin to take place — lift your heads high because your redemption draws near!

The truth is, our nation today is in deep trouble, and on the verge of collapse; and if we are looking to our present leadership in Washington DC, who have allowed this to happen in the first place, to have the answers, then we are not long to exist as a free people for very much longer!
As Americans we need to learn that regardless of race, color, or creed, or even political affiliation, on this one issue of keeping our nation free and restoring our Constitutional Republic, we had better ALL learn the importance of standing together as one!
What has President Obama done?

The Founding Fathers and Christianity
Our founding fathers were brought up in schools in which their primers taught bible scriptures, morals and its teachings.
They were taught the Ten Commandments and were thoroughly versed on each one and their meaning.
As adults, the founding fathers continued to read and learn from the bible. Many of them were evangelical preachers.
Many of them started the American Tract Society and wrote many of their tracts. They started the American Bible Society, The Philadelphia Bible Society, and the Christian Constitutional Society, all of which still exist today. It was no wonder then that they used the bible to frame the Constitution.
Patrick Henry – “It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians not on religion, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ!”
From 1690 to 1900 American’s youth learned their ABC’s with a bible scripture associated with each letter. First graders talked about the Ten Commandments, in class, and learned what they meant.
The founding fathers wanted government and Christianity to be in an insoluble bond.
John Quincy Adams stated, “The highest glory of the American Revolution was this… it connected in one indissoluble bond the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity.”
John Jay the Chief Justice and the most influential writer of the constitution stated, “Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers and it is the duty as well as the privilege and interest of a Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers. ” We need to elect Christians to office if we want to have righteous men making good laws to rule our country.
In summation from George Washington’s farewell speech, speaking to the citizens of The United States, he touched on these points: Do not let anyone claim to be a true American if they attempt to remove religion from American politics. If they do they are not true Americans.
Our American government has lasted over 200 years. Having a government, in any form, lasting this long is unheard of. For example, in the last 200 years France has had seven forms of government and Italy has had forty-eight.
Our Constitution and Its Basis
Where did the founding fathers get their ideas for our constitution that has caused it to last so long? Some would have you believe that it was because of the Age of Enlightenment in Britain which brought to light ideas such as:
Government should be formed to protect people’s natural rights.
Government should have limited power.
The type of government should be accepted by all citizens.
Government has an obligation to those it governs.
Man is born free.
Controls by a freely formed government are good.
When government is by the consent of the governed the people, they retain their rights.
People have the right to challenged old ways of thinking.
They questioned divine-right of rule.
They taught that people should be able to gain material well-being, social justice, and happiness in this life – not just the next (Ellis, Esler, Beers, & Hart, 1999).
These ideas spread to American and found place in Thomas Paine’s pamphlet called Common Sense. Some would have you think that it was Paine’s pamphlet which swayed the founding father’s minds to their incorporation in the Constitution (Ellis, Esler, Beers, & Hart, 1999). The fact is that there were many heated debates on the constitutional legislature’s floor over these ideas. Such ideas were not espoused by the founding fathers until they could find a precedence in the bible for them. Then, it was only by unanimously consent spurred on by spiritual confirmation, that they accept these ideas into the constitution (Barton, 1999).
The Bible was important to our founding fathers. Out of fifteen thousand samples of their writings that University of Houston professors collected, they found 3154 of those had a significant impact on our constitution. Of those writings, they found that the bible was quoted sixteen times more than any other source. 94% of the quotes were based on the bible, 34% came directly out of the bible, and 60% used the bible to arrive at their conclusion.
The House and the Senate would discuss what the bible said and use its ideas to make law. The idea of three branches of government originated with John Locke in his article called Two Treaties of Government. The founding fathers substantiated the idea for separation of powers from Jeremiah 17:32. They found mention of the three branches of government in Isaiah 33:22. They found the idea of tax exemption for churches in Ezra 7:24. These men were students of the Bible and brought their expertise into the legislature to help them to know that to do.
Court Rulings that lead to Religion Leaving Government
The Way It Used to Be
1892 – Trinity vs. the US: The Supreme Court stated, “Our laws and our institutions must necessarily be based upon and embody the teachings of the Redeemer of mankind. It’s impossible that it should be otherwise; and to this extent our civilization and our institutions are emphatically Christian.” This case gave 87 historical precedences to prove this statement. It further stated that there were more, but 78 should suffice to prove the government must be based on the teachings of Jesus Christ.
1844 – Vidal vs. Girard’s: “The purest principles of morality are to be taught. Where are they found? Whosoever searches for them must go to the source for which the Christian man derives his faith… the bible.” A Philadelphia school’s premise was that they could teach morality with out teaching the bible. The court ruled that they couldn’t have a school that didn’t teach the bible’s morality, as it was the source of morality.
1811 – People vs. Ruggles: “Whatever strikes at the root of Christianity tends manifestly to the dissolution of civil government.” In this case a man became profane about Jesus Christ and the bible both written and spoken. The courts said it was blasphemy and the man was fined $500.00 and jailed for 3 months. The court said if you’ve attacked Jesus Christ you have attacked Christianity. If you attack Christianity, you have attacked the foundation of the US. Therefore, it is an attack on the US.
How Amoral Laws Came to Being
The founding fathers never wanted separation of church and state, yet 67% of US citizens today believe that that very idea is contained in the constitution, even though those words never appear in the constitution.
The Constitution of the United States’ first amendment says, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Pre-drafts of this statement clarifies the founding fathers constitutional statement. There were twelve variations, they all mirrored the sentiments found in this one, “Congress will pass no laws making one denomination of Christians higher than another denomination.”
Their intent was that they did not want in America what they had in Great Britain where one denomination was running the nation. They wanted God’s principles, but did not want one designated church running the nation.
1796 – Funckle vs Winemiller – The Danbury Baptists who wanted a state church designated. The courts stated: “In our form of government the Christian religion is the established religion and all sects and denominations of Christians are placed upon the same equal footing.”
1802 – Thomas Jefferson addressed those Danbury Baptist. He said that the first amendment has erected a wall between church and state, but that wall is a one directional wall. It keeps the government from running the church and Christian principles will always stay in government. The First National Church never happened and Jefferson’s writing was put away until 1853. Today, we only hear half of this statement, that is: the separation of church and state.
A small number of people petitioned to separate Christian principles from government. Studies were done to see if it could be done. The findings of the House Judiciary committee were announced March 27, 1854. They said that if the people, during the Revolution, or had they any suspicion of any attempt to war against Christianity that revolution would have been strangled in its cradle. At the time of the adoption of the Constitution and the amendments the universal sentiment was that Christianity should be encouraged, not any one sect.
The Founders of the Constitution were Christians and they expected it would be so for their descendents. They stated, “The great vital and conservative element in our system is the belief of our people in the pure doctrine and divine truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ.”
1947 – Everson vs. the Board of Education – Only nineteen words of Jefferson’s speech were used, those being, “The First Amendment has erected a wall between church and state.” That wall must be kept high and impregnable.” It was because these words were taken out of context that the Founding father’s intent was reversed. Jefferson meant, not state from church, but church from state.
Dr. William James –the Father of Modern Psychology influenced the court. He wanted church out of state. Dr. James stated, “There is nothing so absurd but if you repeat it often enough, people will believe it.” The courts began used this tactic through the years.
1958 – Bear vs. Colmore – One of the judges got tired of hearing the statement, “separation of church and state.” He said, “If this court doesn’t stop talking about separation of church and state, someone will think it is part of the constitution.” The court continued to talk about it.
June 25, 1962 – Engle vs. Vitale – This was the first time there was a separation of religious principles from public education. The courts rules that there should not be prayers in school. It was the first time we had a separation of church and state. It was the first time that NO precedence (where previous legal cases were cited) or historical incidents were quoted.
1962-65 – The courts removed church from state through rulings on these cases:
1- Engle vs. Vital – Removal of prayer from school. The prayer before the court only mentioned God once. The Constitution mentions God four times. Does this make it unconstitutional?
2- Murray vs. Curlett – Removal of bible reading in school. Bible study used to be required to graduate from High School.
3- June 17, 1965 –Abington vs. Schempp – Removal of religious instruction from school. The courts stated, “If portions of the New Testament were read without explanation, they could be, and have been psychologically harmful to the child.”
In this case the courts said that only 3% of the nation professed no belief in religion or God. That prayer was consistent with 97% of the nation, but the courts ruled for the minority. Now, the philosophy of the 3% rules the 97%.
Our courts used to use biblical guidelines to rule on the areas of the citizens, families, schools, and the nation. Not anymore! Before 1962, the courts said, “We only allow divorce for six reasons. They are the six reasons God allows as written in the bible. God made the family (Adam’s and Noah’s) and so we have to use God’s precepts/rules to govern the family.” After 1965 the courts said we were not to do so any more, because it causes psychological damage to children. George Washington stated, “Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religions principle.”
1965 – Reid vs. Vanhovan – It is unconstitutional for a student to pray aloud in school.
1967 – Decab vs. Dispain – The courts took a four-line nursery rhyme used in pre-kindergarten and ruled it unconstitutional. The courts said, “The rhyme is unconstitutional since it might cause someone to think of God.”
1980 – Stone vs. Graham – The Ten Commandments were posted in a school’s hall bulletin board. The court ruled: “If the posted copies of the Ten commandments are to have any effect at all it will be induce the school children to read, meditate upon them, and perhaps to venerate and obey the commandment; this is not a permissible objective.”
When the courts say something is unconstitutional, what they are saying is that this thing is something our founding fathers would have been opposed to and would not have allowed it! The court’s findings do not reflect this.
James Madison, the Chief Architect of the Constitution, said, “We have stated the whole future of American civilization not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all our political institutions upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.”
Our Country’s Downfall
Since 1963, when prayer was taken out of school, unwed birth rates of 15-19 year-olds doubled. Pregnancies for girls 10-14 went up 553% since prayer was disallowed in school. (The separation of church and state.)
Divorce rates from 1963 to 1983 were up 117%. For fifteen years prior 1963, divorce had been declining.
Since 1963, single families were up 140%, single families with children with children were up 160%, and unmarried couples living together went up 353%.
From 1965, there was a sharp incline of gonorrhea in students in ages 15-19. It incline became since the removal of religious principles from school. Student STD’s went up 228%.
When a people throw away their values, they reap the consequences Some of those consequences are crime, divorce, STD’s, unwed mothers, and unmarried couples living together. There are more!
SAT scores approximate average was 970 points from 1952 to 1963. From 1963 to 1980 scores declined for eighteen consecutive years to drop to a low average of 890 points in 1980.
In 1974-75 the sharp decline in SAT scores slowed with the advent of private religious schools, which allowed religion in the curriculum. During this time, there were 32 thousand U.S. schools, which accounted for 8.5 million students.
Some say that the better scores of these students were because private schools had more money available for a better education for these students. This statement was investigated. It was found that private schools had, on average, $110.00 per student, whereas public schools had $370.52 per student.
SAT scores showed that students from the Christian private schools, on average, got 100 points higher, than the Non-Christian schooled students. That put the Christian schooled students back on the par where students were prior to 1963 and the separation of church and state. It was as if no change had occurred. Whereas public schooled student scores continued to declined!
In 1988 – the number of Academic High Achievers were as follows :
60.8 were from public schools
39.2 were from private schools – This group was 3 times larger than those from the public schools. Remember too, that private religious schools had 1/3 less money per person and used the same curriculum as the public schools, except the private schools added religion.
Violent crimes went up 544% since religious principles were removed from schools in 1963. Thomas Jefferson said that religion is the friend to government because it teaches morals of the heart. This means we are not dealing with murder, instead we deal with the religious morals which say do not hate. When we eliminate hate there is no murder. The commandment to not lust, stops adultery or rape.
Our Citizen’s need Internal Values
John Adams stated that there was no government big enough, to make you do what’s right. If you don’t do what’s right out of your heart, the gun has already been fired; the damage has already been done. He further stated, “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is whole inadequate to the government of any other.”
Our people need internal constraints governed by God to keep our constitution working well. The greater number of our people are not and as a result, the constitution is not working!
Our country is now number one in:
Violent crime
Teen pregnancy
Illegal drug use
Divorce
Abortion
Illiteracy (in all the industrial world) – In 1997, seven hundred thousand students graduated from high school, who couldn’t read their diplomas.
Jeremiah 6:16 says to go back to the old paths if you want things to be back the way it should be. Many state constitutions require people, who hold office, to believe in God, the scriptures, and understand them.
Nations are accountable to God. The founding fathers said, “As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, they must be punished in this. By an inevitable chain of cause and effect, providence punishes national sins by national calamities.” When a nation leaves God, God deals with them immediately. Hence, moral decay brings violent crimes, teen pregnancies, divorce, abortions, and etc. When wicked men rule, the nation suffers.
Ben Franklin and the Constitutional Convention stated, “We need God to be our friend not our enemy. We need Him to be our allay not our adversary. We need to make sure we keep God’s concurring aid. If a sparrow cannot fall without God’s notice, how can our nation rise without His aid?” He further called for regular daily prayer to keep Him close to us.

Charles Finnay said, ” The church must take right ground in regard to politics. Politics are part of religion in a country as this, and Christians must do their duty to the country as a part of their duty to God. If God’s people do not make it into office God’s principles do not make it into office. That is why Christians must be in office. Our government has been taken over by ungodly men. God-fearing Christians must take it back. We must get involved! Do something where you can affect people’s principles.

The separation of church and state allows Christians to be a light to the world, but only in the confines of the church. We know that the Lord wants us to be a light unto the government too.

America it is past time that we stop listening to self-serving career politicians and a media that is nothing more than a mouthpiece for those who would undermine our U.S. Constitution in favor of a “New World Order;” and as Americans it is for us, We the People, to take back our country, and restore our Constitutional Republic.
That’s not going to happen by our just electing another Republican administration either, as we had for eight years under former President Bush, who only started the ball rolling towards Martial Law, through all the Excutive Orders that he signed into law, which Obama is today and will tomorrow be taking advantage of.
No, unless we actually restore our Constructional Republic, as our founding fathers originally intended, it will just be a continuation of business as usual in Washington DC, as it has been for the last 139 years!
No, the American people must be told the truth, in how our Congress first betrayed our Constitution, and ALL Americans back in 1871, which is the year that marked the beginning of the decline of our Constitutional Republic.
As we examine what happened that year, we can begin to piece together and understand why our country is in such a mess today, for it was in the year 1871 that the cracks first began to appear in the foundation of our Republic, and things have only worsen from that time, until today, as our nation is now tittering on the precipus of a total collapse, both morally and economically.
Let’s take a little review of history:
The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the “Acts of the Forty-First Congress,” Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62.
On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act entitled: “An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia.”
This is also known as the “Act of 1871.”
So what did all this mean? It means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land, which we now call “Washington DC.”
To explain how this all came about, let’s look at the circumstances of those days.
The Act of 1871 was passed at a vulnerable time in American history. Our nation was essentially bankrupt — weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War.
In fact, the Civil War itself was nothing more than a calculated “front” for some pretty fancy footwork by corporate backroom players. It was a strategic maneuver by European interests (the international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the neck (and the coffers) of America.
The Congress realized our country was in dire financial straits, so they cut a deal with the international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone’s pie), thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers.
If we think about banks, we know they do not just lend us money out of the goodness of their hearts. A bank will not do anything for you unless it is entirely in their best interest to do so.
There has to be some sort of collateral or some string attached which puts you and me (the borrower) into a subservient position.
This was true back in 1871 as well. The conniving international bankers were not about to lend our floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a brilliant way of getting their foot in the door of the United States (a prize they had coveted for some time, but had been unable to grasp thanks to our Founding Fathers, who despised them and held them in check), and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.
In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it is important.
This corporation is wholly owned by foreign interests, as they moved right in and shoved the original “organic” version of our Constitution into a dusty corner.
With the “Act of 1871,” our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word “for” was changed to the word “of” in the title.
The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner: “The Constitution for the united states of America“.
The altered version reads: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.” The latter is a corporate constitution; and it is NOT the same document you might think it is.
The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic; but it absolutely is not!
Isn’t Capitalization an insignificant change?
It most certainly is when one is referring to the context of a legal document.
Such minor alterations have had major impacts on each subsequent generation born in this country.
What the Congress did with the passage of the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia.
The kind of government THEY created was a corporation; and the newly, altered Constitution serves as the constitution of the corporation, and not that of America. Think about that for a moment.
Incidentally, this corporate constitution does not benefit the Republic at all; but only serves to benefit the corporation—in other words, the International Bankers!
As such It does nothing good for either you or me — and it operates outside of the original constraints of our original U.S. Constitution.
So now Instead of our having absolute rights guaranteed under the “organic” Constitution, we now have “relative” rights or privileges.
One example of this is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has been transformed under corporate government policy into a “privilege” which we must be licensed to engage in. This alone operates outside of our original Constitution.
So, Congress committed high TREASON against the People, who were considered Sovereign under the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution.
When we consider the word “Sovereign,” we must think about what the word means.
According to Webster’s Dictionary, “sovereign” is defined as:
1. Chief or highest; supreme.
2. Supreme in power, superior in position to all others.
3. Independent of, and unlimited by, any other, possessing or entitled to, original and independent authority or jurisdiction.
In other words, our government was created by and for “sovereigns” — the free citizens who were deemed the highest authority.
Only the People can be sovereign — remember that. Government cannot be sovereign.
We can also look to the Declaration of Independence, where we read: “government is subject to the consent of the governed” — that’s supposed to be us, the sovereigns.
When you hear some individuals say that the Constitution is null and void, think about how our government has transformed over time from a municipal or service-oriented entity to a corporate or profit-oriented entity.
We are living under the myth that this is lawful, but it is not. Instead, we are being ruled by a “de facto,” or unlawful, form of government — the corporate body of the death-mongers —called “The Controllers.”
With the passage of the Act of 1871, a series of subtle and overt deceptions were set in motion — all in conjunction and collusion with the Congress, who knowingly and deliberately sold the People down the river.
Did they tell you this in government school? I doubt it. They were too busy drumming the fictional version of history into your brain — and mine.
By failing to disclose what THEY did to the American People, the people became ignorant of what was happening; and over time, the Republic took it on the chin to the point of a knockdown.
With the surrender of their gold in 1933, the People essentially surrendered their law.
I don’t suppose you were taught THAT in school either.
That’s because our REAL history is hidden from us. This is the way Roman Civil Law works — and our form of governance today is based upon Roman Civil Law and Admiralty/Maritime Law — better known as the “Divine Right of Kings” and “Law of the Seas”, respectively. This explains a lot. Roman Civil Law was fully established in the original colonies even before our nation began and is also known as private international law.
The government which was created for the District of Columbia via the Act of 1871 operates under Private International Law, and not Common Law, which was the law of the Constitutional Republic.
This is very important to note since it impacts all Americans in concrete ways. You must recognize that private international law is only applicable within the District of Columbia and NOT in the other states of the Union.
The various arms of the corporation are known as “departments” such as the Judiciary, Justice and Treasury.
You recognize those names? Yes, you do! But they are not what you assume them to be.
These “departments” all belong to the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. They do NOT belong to you and me under the corporate constitution and its various amendments that operate outside of the Constitutional Republic.
I refer you to the UNITED STATES CODE (note the capitalization, indicating the corporation, not the Republic) Title 28 3002 (15) (A) (B) (C). It is stated unequivocally that the UNITED STATES is a corporation.
Realize, too, that the corporation is not a separate and distinct entity from the government. It IS the government… YOUR government.
This is extremely important. I refer to this as the “corporate empire of the UNITED STATES,” which operates under Roman Civil Law outside of the Constitution. How do you like being ruled by a cheesy, sleazy corporation?
Congress is fully aware of this deception. You must be made aware that the members of Congress do NOT work for you and me.
Rather, they work for the Corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Is this really any surprise to you?
This is why we can’t get them to do anything on our behalf or to answer to us — as in the case with the illegal income tax — among many other things.
Contrary to popular belief, they are NOT our civil servants. They do NOT work for us. They are the servants of the corporate government and carry out its bidding. Period!!!
The great number of committees and sub-committees that the Congress has created all work together like a multi-headed monster to oversee the various corporate “departments;” and, you should know that every single one of these “departments” operating outside the District of Columbia is in violation of the law.
The corporate government of the UNITED STATES has no jurisdiction or authority in ANY state of the Republic beyond the District of Columbia. Let this sink into your brain for a minute.
Ask yourself, “Could this deception REALLY have occurred without the full knowledge and complicity of the Congress?”
Do you think it happened by accident? You are deceiving yourself if you do. There are no accidents or coincidences. It is time to confront the truth and awaken from ignorance.
Your legislators will not apprise you of this information. You are presumed to know the law.
THEY know you don’t know the law, nor your history for that matter, because this information has not been taught to you; and no concerted effort has been made to inform you.
As a Sovereign, you are entitled to full disclosure of the facts.
As a slave, you are entitled to nothing other than what the corporation decides to “give” you — at a price.
Be wary of accepting so-called “benefits” of the corporation of the UNITED STATES.
As I said (above) you are presumed to know the law. Yet in still, it matters not if you don’t in the eyes of the corporation.
Ignorance of the law is not considered an excuse. It is your responsibility and your obligation as an American to learn about the law and how it applies to you.
The Globalist Bankers are counting on the fact that most people are too uninterested or distracted or lazy to do so.
Most of the People have been mentally conditioned to allow the alleged government to do their thinking for them.
Folks, we need to turn that around if we are to save our Republic before it is too late.
The UNITED STATES government is basically a corporate instrument of the international bankers.
This means YOU are owned by the corporation from birth to death.
The corporate UNITED STATES also holds ownership of all your assets, your property, and even your children.
Does this sound untrue? Think long and hard about all those bills you pay, all those various taxes and fines and licenses you must pay for.
Yes, they’ve got you by the pockets. Actually, they’ve had you by the ass for as long as you’ve been alive.
In your heart, you know it’s true. Don’t believe any of this? Read up on the 14th Amendment. Check out how “free” you really are.
With the Act of 1871 and subsequent legislation such as the purportedly ratified 14th Amendment, our once-great nation of Sovereigns has been subverted from a Republic to a democracy.
As is the case under Roman Civil Law, our ignorance of the facts has led to our silence.
Our silence has been construed as our consent to become beneficiaries of a debt we did not incur.
The Sovereign People have been deceived for hundreds of years into thinking they remain free and independent, when in actuality we continue to be slaves and servants of the corporation.
Treason was committed against the People in 1871 by the Congress. This could have been corrected through the decades by some honest men (assuming there were some), but it was not, mainly due to lust for money and power.
Nothing new there. Are we to forgive and justify this crime against the People?

Well that is exactly the case that we are facing today, where most Americans are completely oblivious to the history that brought us to this point, that our country is in today; and a free people cannot change anything unless they first know the truth!
Either we wake up and reestablish our U.S. Constitution as the highest law of the land and the sole authority by which our government operates, or we continue down this present road that can only end one way, and that is the ultimate collapse of our economy, and the defaulting of our U.S. Dollar, at which time the Globalist International Bankers will have a solution of a One World Government and monetary system, which they have termed the “New World Order!”
Wake up America, and we who are Christians, it falls to us to first humble ourselves and pray; that we ask for God’s forgiveness; turn from our wicked ways; and seek after His face (meaning intimate relationship), and then God’s promise is to heal our land!
Gideon was delivered from fear, as the Lord found him first cowering and hiding from the enemy, and then God made him into a mighty warrior. Note also that in Hebrew Gideon’s name means “Destroyer,” “Mighty warrior,” or “Feller (of trees)!”
Judges 6:7-12
7 When they cried out to the Lord because of Midian, 8 the Lord sent a prophet to the Israelites. He said, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: I brought you up out of slavery in Egypt. 9 I rescued you from the Egyptians and from all who oppressed you. I drove out your enemies and gave you their land. 10 I told you, ‘I am the Lord your God. You must not worship the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you now live.’ But you have not listened to me.”
11 Then the angel of the Lord came and sat beneath the great tree at Ophrah, which belonged to Joash of the clan of Abiezer. Gideon son of Joash was threshing wheat at the bottom of a winepress to hide the grain from the Midianites. 12 The angel of the Lord appeared to him and said, “Mighty hero, the Lord is with you!
As we examine the story of Gideon in the Bible, we can see that there is a part of human nature that we see evident in him that is common to all of us.
Fear is a natural part of life, and sometimes it is even very useful and necessary.
As an example, a man working on High Tension Power Lines (which typically carry anywhere from 110,000 volts and above) would do well to have a certain amount of fear, because a little carelessness and the slightest mistake on his part would fast turn him into a crispy critter.
Along this same line, there is a quote that I often use that comes from a line in an old John Wayne movie that says: “Wars are filled with brave men who are scared, and who would rather be somewhere us!”
The point is, in life when confronted with FEAR, DOUBT, and UNBELIEF; we must learn first to resist the urge to run away, and we mustn’t allow these emotions to paralyze us; but instead after having faced our trials and tribulations in the past, hopefully we have gained confidence in God, and have learned to hang our bodies and our circumstances upon the promises of His Word… which is what FAITH is!
When the Bible talks about the Fear of the Lord, for instance, it really is talking about our having reverential awe and respect for the One who is called “All Powerful,” in the Bible (and is infinitely more powerful than 110,000 volts), who also happens to be our Abba Father and our Creator!
To lose that awe and respect is a very dangerous place for any individual and even nation to be in.
And yet this is the primary problem we have today, as there are many in our nation today, even among some who would call themselves “Christian,” who have lost this reverential fear of God, and have relegated Him to the ranks of a mere mythological character; or the creation of man’s mind.
God today, at least for many people, is whatever they want him to be, in whatever particular philosophy or belief that tickles their fancy, that they feel drawn to; and I am sure if they look, especially here in California, they will eventually find something to their liking; but to follow such a path, according to what seems right to them in their mind, that has no foundation in the Holy Writ of Scripture, is pure folly; and unless they repent and change, it will ultimately lead them into an eternity of separation from the One true God… the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob!
For those who find themselves caught in this rut, worshipping something the Bible calls a false idol; it is mostly because they have yet to have an encounter with the “Living God!”
Then enters on the stage of history this man called Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha’Mashiach—meaning Saviour, the Messiah or anointed One, in Hebrew), of whom the Bible says that He was sent by the Father to earth, in order to demonstrate God’s desire to be reconciled with His estranged Children; and to demonstrate the awesome love which He bears for all of His Children, who are created in His image and after His likeness, and who are the descendants of Adam; in order that He might show us the way of forgiveness and reconciliation back into God’s family, through FAITH; even as the Bible teaches us, and this has always been God’s plan, even from the Garden of Eden, that man should live by faith!
“The Just Shall Live By Faith”
Habakkuk 2:4
There is something called “The Law of First Mention,” which is a hermeneutic method of determining what is meant by a particular word or phrase that is found in the Bible; in that as we study the circumstances and the history behind where that word or phrase is first mentioned, in the context of what was going on at the time, we then can glean some insight and learn the meaning of what God was trying to convey in the use of that particular word or phrase.
Here is the lesson and the message behind Habakkuk 2:4, which God was conveying for our benefit:
The situation which Habakkuk faced is the imminent invasion of the southern kingdom of Judah by the Chaldeans (who are the same as the Babylonians). This invasion eventually happened at the end of the sixth century B.C. and Jerusalem fell to Nebuchadnezzar in 586 B.C.
The Lord revealed to Habakkuk beforehand that Judah was going to be punished for her sin by the Chaldeans. Unlike Joel and Zephaniah and Amos, Habakkuk does not even mention the possibility that destruction could be averted.
He does not call for national repentance. It is too late. Instead, he predicts the destruction of Judah and beyond that the doom of the Chaldeans themselves. And he promises that the only way to preserve your life through the judgment is by faith.
So even though destruction is decreed for the nation, there is hope for individuals who hold fast their confidence in God.
The full-blown doctrine of justification by faith as Paul taught it in Romans and Galatians is not yet here. But the seed is here. So as we survey the content of this prophetic book, and as we focus on its main point, in how the story unfolds, we are taught a great gospel truth of how justification comes by faith. This quality was found also in Father Abraham, of whom the Bible calls the father of faith, in that he illustrated this quality in his life, by his relationship and his absolute reliance and trust in God.
This quality was made obvious in Genesis 22:1-14, which is a story in the Tanakh (Hebrew Bible) where God asks Abraham to sacrifice his son, Isaac, on Mount Moriah.
According to the Biblical account, Abraham sets out to obey God’s command without questioning; and then after Isaac is bound to an altar, the angel of God stops Abraham at the last minute, at which point Abraham discovers a ram caught in some nearby bushes.
Abraham then sacrifices the ram in Isaac’s stead.
As a side note, while it is often imagined that Isaac was a small child upon their arrival at the setting of the altar, some traditional sources claim he was an adult, even as Jews are actually considered adults at age 13.
Even though the Book of Genesis does not tell the age of Isaac at the time; the Talmudic sages teach that Isaac was thirty-seven, which is likely based on the next biblical story, which is of Sarah’s death at 127 (she was ninety when Isaac was born).
Another example of Abraham’s faith is mentioned in Romans 4, when Abraham believed God’s promise that his aged wife, Sarah, would bear him a son in her old age, in spite of the physical impossibility of such a thing happening, in the natural… and thus may we also learn from Abraham’s example, illustrated here, in the things that we are facing today:
Romans 4:13-25
Abraham Justified by Faith
13 Clearly, God’s promise to give the whole earth to Abraham and his descendants was based not on his obedience to God’s law, but on a right relationship with God that comes by faith. 14 If God’s promise is only for those who obey the law, then faith is not necessary and the promise is pointless. 15 For the law always brings punishment on those who try to obey it. (The only way to avoid breaking the law is to have no law to break!)
16 So the promise is received by faith. It is given as a free gift. And we are all certain to receive it, whether or not we live according to the law of Moses, if we have faith like Abraham’s.
For Abraham is the father of all who believe. 17 That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him, “I have made you the father of many nations.” This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who creates new things out of nothing.
18 Even when there was no reason for hope, Abraham kept hoping—believing that he would become the father of many nations. For God had said to him, “That’s how many descendants you will have!” 19 And Abraham’s faith did not weaken, even though, at about 100 years of age, he figured his body was as good as dead—and so was Sarah’s womb.
20 Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. 21 He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises.
22 And because of Abraham’s faith, God counted him as righteous. 23 And when God counted him as righteous, it wasn’t just for Abraham’s benefit. It was recorded 24 for our benefit, too, assuring us that God will also count us as righteous if we believe in him, the one who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. 25
He was handed over to die because of our sins, and he was raised to life to make us right with God. Selah
So then we can learn from these lessons of Scripture, that are written for our example, that the way to overcome fear, unbelief, and doubt, is through FAITH, which the Bible says without which we CANNOT please God (Heb 11:6)!
This said FAITH is only evident in the life of a Believer as he or she begins to hang their bodies, their trials, and the total of their circumstances, upon the promises of God’s Word; which by the way, necessitates us having taken the time to meditate upon His Word first, in order that we may learn what those promises are… for as the Bible says, “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God“ (Romans 10:17).
Also there is another important scripture that we must also make note of as well, because this battle cannot be won in the flesh, solely by our abilities and strengths:
2 Corinthians 10:4-6
4The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 6And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.

The Station of Waiting is a Holy Time
The following corporate prophetic word was given by Eileen Fisher on August 31, 2010 during her weekly Prophetic School of the Holy Spirit meeting in Colorado Springs, Colorado:
As we were singing “Holy, holy,” the Lord kept giving me this word over and over again. And He said, “I have a people who have been in waiting. They have watched trains, buses, airplanes come in and take off and they find themselves still in that station of waiting.”
He said, “That station of waiting is a holy time. It’s a time of downloading. It’s a time of receiving. It’s a time of being still and knowing that He is God. It is a time of knowing that when everything else is changing, God does not change.
“For I am about to do new things – new things in a multitude of ways. You will hear repeatedly over and over again, ‘I have never heard of that before.’ That will become a phrase that will be repeated throughout your nation. Over and over and over, they will say it once again and shake their heads in dismay and in confusion. And they will say once again, ‘I have never heard of that before.’
It is Not the Season of Stripping But Equipping
“You will know that it is Me Who has downloaded. For I am about to download over your nation, I am about to download within your homes, I am about to download over My people.” And He said, “I have called people aside, and yet they have found themselves lonely. They have found themselves in a lone spot; they have found themselves in isolation. And the enemy comes in to make them feel forgotten and forsaken.
“No!” He said, “It is not that season. It is not the season of abandonment. It is not the season of stripping My people. It is a season of equipping and pouring out and imparting to My people, so I can pull out of them what I have placed in them.
“For,” He said, “I say unto you. Be still to be downloaded into. Be still and allow Me to whisper to you. Be still and allow Me to give you visions and dreams and purpose. For in stillness not only will you come to know that I am God, but you will come to know Me in a way you have never been able to know Me before,” says the Lord your God.

Let us use these lessons to help us chart our paths, and fight our battles that we are having to face today; which are becoming more and more intense as we near the time of our Lord’s return!
Israel had fallen into idolatry. But their root sin was still unbelief, resulting in all kinds of fears! And God sent them a prophet to expose their root sin.
The prophet told them in so many words, “Look at you—a bunch of wimps, hiding out, afraid to stand up and fight.
You’ve already given up. But you have a history of God’s deliverance!
He gave your fathers great victories when they trusted him. And he has promised to deliver you too—yet you don’t believe him!” (See Judges 6:7–10)
Many Christians are terrified the devil is going to destroy them. They’re afraid they’ll make a mistake or go back to their sin, and the devil will have his way. But that’s a lie from the pit of hell!
The Bible says you don’t have to be terrified as you walk through this life!
When you hold on to fear, it becomes contagious. Everybody around you catches it!
When Gideon gathered his army, God told him to send home every fearful soldier: “Whoever is fearful and afraid, let him return and depart…. And there returned of the people twenty and two thousand” (Judges 7:3).
God is speaking the same word to his church today. He is asking, “Why do you fear? Why do you sin by not trusting me to bring victory to your life?
I have promised to defeat every demonic power that comes against you!”
Gideon’s father, Joash, had erected statues of Baal and the goddess Asherah, made from huge stones. His reasoning was, “Baal has given Midian power over us, so maybe if we worship their god, he’ll give us power.”
People came from miles around to worship there, including Midianites and Moabites; it was a powerful, demonic stronghold in Israel!
God told Gideon, “I’m not going to deliver Israel until you get rid of this idol that stands between us.
Lay it aside—cut it down!” So in the middle of the night Gideon “took ten men of his servants, and did as the Lord had said unto him” (Judges 6:27). He took an ox and used ropes to pull down Baal and Asherah!
God is giving his church today the same message he gave Gideon: “I want to help you—but I can’t when you don’t trust me.
You’re full of fear. And before I bring deliverance, you’re going to have to pull down this stronghold, this besetting sin!” “Lay aside every weight and the sin which doth so easily beset [you]” (Hebrews 12:1).
We are to pull down all strongholds of fear and sin!
Gideon pulled down demonic strongholds using a strong ox. But we have been given weapons far more powerful than Gideon’s (see 2 Corinthians 10:4–5).
Victory comes by praying in faith. This doesn’t mean cold, empty prayer but prayer in the Spirit, prayer that believes God to answer: “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit” (Ephesians 6:18). http://www.worldchallenge.org/en/node/10009
These WW II posters are a reminder for all of us that this Freedom that so many take for granted today, is not at all free; but it came at a very high cost!!!
Times have sure changed between then and now!
On 9/11 our nation was the target of a series of coordinated suicide attacks by al-Qaeda, on that infamous morning of September 11, 2001.
It was on that morning that 19 al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four commercial passenger jet airliners.
The hijackers intentionally crashed two of the airliners into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, killing everyone on board and many others working in the buildings.
Both buildings collapsed within two hours, destroying nearby buildings and damaging others besides.
The hijackers crashed a third airliner into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C.
The fourth plane crashed into a field, near Shanksville in rural Pennsylvania, after some of its passengers and flight crew attempted to retake control of the plane, which the hijackers had redirected toward Washington, D.C.
There were no survivors from any of those other two flights.
So on 9/11 our country suffered the loss of nearly 3,000 victims, not including the 19 hijackers who died.
According to the New York State Health Department, there were 836 responders, including firefighters and police personnel, who were killed, or have since died as of June 2009, as a result of the attack.
Among the 2,752 victims who died in the attacks on the World Trade Center, there were 343 firefighters and 60 police officers from New York City, and also from the Port Authority.
There were 184 people who were killed in the attacks on the Pentagon; and the overwhelming majority of casualties were mostly civilians, including nationals from over 70 other countries.
In addition, there was at least one secondary death – as there was one person who was ruled by a medical examiner to have died from lung disease due to exposure to dust from the World Trade Center’s collapse.
So I think it is fair to say that our losses on 9/11 where even greater than the losses we suffered at Pearl Harbor.
On that infamous day in June 7th, 1941 there were four U.S. Navy battleships that were sunk (two of which were raised and returned to service later in the war); and all of the four other battleships present were damaged.
The Japanese also sank or damaged three cruisers, three destroyers, an anti-aircraft training ship and one minelayer.
There were 188 U.S. aircraft that were destroyed; 2,402 personnel were killed and 1,282 were wounded.
The power station, shipyard, maintenance, and fuel and torpedo storage facilities, as well as the submarine piers and headquarters building (also home of the intelligence section) were not attacked.
Japanese losses were relatively light, with only 29 aircraft and five midget submarines lost; and 65 servicemen killed or wounded. And one Japanese sailor was captured.
This attack on Pearl Harbor was a major engagement in World War II and it came as a profound shock to the American people.
Domestic support for isolationism, which had been strong prior to the attack, disappeared completely after the attack.
Germany’s ill-considered declaration of war on the U.S., which was not required by any treaty commitment, moved the U.S. from clandestine support of Britain (for example the Neutrality Patrol) into active alliance and full participation in the European Theater.
Despite numerous historical precedents for unannounced military action, the lack of any formal warning by Japan, particularly while negotiations were still apparently ongoing, led to President Franklin D. Roosevelt proclaiming December 7th a date which will live in infamy.”
Compared to what we see happening today, during WW II most of America united, and our citizens even rallied behind one common cause; and unlike today most of Hollywood was strongly behind the war, and there were many actors who enlisted or were drafted.
There weren’t any anti-war protests because America then realized that a great evil was threatening to invade our country and rob us of our Liberty and our future.
Well folks, we find ourselves facing a very similar situation today, and it’s the same Devil and same evil that threatened us then, who is again threatening us today, only worst; and if we are to take into account the warnings of Scripture, we can know for sure that what we are about to face is a far worse crisis, than anything we experienced in WW II; and that is according to what Jesus said, when He called this a time of “Great Sorrows, ” that would be the worst time this world has ever known, or ever will know again!
So where is America so far in this pending crisis… well most are completely oblivious to the dangers that threaten us, and are fast asleep, or worse they have their heads in the sad, either too afraid or too self absorbed fighting their own battles, to offer any resistance; and to make matters even worse, the most dangerous enemy we face today to both our sovereignty and our liberty, is not from any enemy from without, but our greatest threat is from within, among our own government, and among our own elected officials!
May God help us to wake up; and may Christians and even citizens who are unbelievers, may we all united together behind our common cause, which is to save our country; and restore our Constitutional Republic!

Hidden Real Estate Sales tax in Health care bill – Surprise!
There are already at least 20 hidden taxes in the Obama Health care plan coming down upon us the next few years.
So, along with rationed care for seniors and forced health insurance, we now find there is a Real Estate Tax snuck into the Health care plan.
You may ask, what in God’s green earth does health care have to do with Real Estate taxes???
Absolutely nothing, that is precisely why one got snuck in there.
There has never been any rhyme or reason to this administration other than redistribution of wealth, socialism and inserting cradle-to-grave control.
Using Health care as an excuse for seizing control of accounts and businesses is just one strategy.
Obama has also planned all along to use the ‘environment’ i.e. Cap and Trade to take even more.
This will do more than take. It will flatten American business and destroy our sick economy.
Who cares what the American people think and what the constitution says!
We are just in the way…..take, take, take.
I was forwarded this latest tax scheme by Van Hipp, President of American Defense International and the former Deputy Secretary of the Army under Bush senior and Ronald Reagan.
He recommended the well known accountant and expert witness on tax matters, Paul Guppy who wrote a commentary on the various hidden taxes in the Spokesman Review paper, “Health Law’s Heavy impact.”
Starting in 2013, not only will you pay the closing costs and real estate fee when you sell your house but now you will pay a 3.8% Sales Tax.
So, if you sell your home for $400,000, perhaps wanting to down size if you are a senior you will pay $15,200 in Tax.
Here we have another assault on our seniors again. Many downsize their homes as retirement comes closer, so along with long lines and rationed care that is substandard, seniors and anyone will have to pay more tax on the home they just sold.
Penalties for individuals: We will pay 2.5% of our annual income as a fine/penalty if we don’t purchase the government approved health care plan.
Penalties on families: Parents will pay a yearly $347 per kid if they don’t purchase a government approved health care plan.
Penalties on employers: If you are a business with 50 or more employers you will get fined at least $2,000 per employee if you don’t provide, once again the ‘government approved health care plan.
Other special taxes and fees:
Investment income: Anyone making $200,000 or over gets to pay 3.8% of their annual investment income. Start adding up them apples, folks.
If you have a fancy health care plan and pay as an individual, $10,200 or $27,800 for a family, you get to pay a 40% annual tax on those health care plans.
Medical aid devices have gotten hit hard as well. They will see a 2.9% tax hike. Sorry if you have an artificial limb….you are screwed.
Medicare gets more money because if you earn $200,000 or more you pay a special Medicare tax of 3.9%.
Then there is the 10% tax on tanning….on and on. Perhaps you should consider an ‘Albino’ beauty treatment.
This Health care bill is nothing but an orgy of controls, tax schemes and rationed care.
This is a 1% tax on all transactions to or from any financial institution i.e.. Banks, Credit Unions, Mutual funds, Brokers, etc.
Any deposit you make will have a 1% tax charged.
Any withdrawal you make, 1% tax.
Any transfer within your account, a transfer to or from savings and checking, will have a 1% tax charged.
Any ATM transaction, withdrawal or deposit, 1% tax.
If your pay check or your Social Security is direct deposited, 1% tax.
If you carry a check to your bank to deposit, 1% tax.
If you take cash in to deposit, 1% tax.
If you receive any income from a bond or a dividend from stock, 1% tax.
Any Real Estate Transaction, 1% tax. (This is on top of the 3.8% they just slid in on you) total nearly 5%, commission + tax 11%, some states “Excise Tax is an additional 1+% 12% OR MORE)
Pay for your insurance (health)… 1%
Consider 1% on the buyer of coming in, and 1% on the seller going out 2% of all transactions… unreal.
Some areas in California are over 9%, add two more 11%, who are they kidding???
and for What??? for Juan, Pablo and the anchor babies?
When will the pain wake America up to this non-sense.
This administration is about YOUR MONEY, and they will take it from you however they can.
This is from the man who promised that if you make under $250,000 per year, you will not see one penny of new tax!
Remember, he is completely honest and trustworthy.
You would think they would do something about the out of control SPENDING, and Entitlements… too much, too out of control. They have to be Stopped!!!
and how can we expect to turn our nation around on anything less?
