Jesus’ blood reconciles us from our sin only if we believe in Him, and it also provides us with redemption and reconciliation…
The blood of Jesus also cleanses our consciences from acts that lead to death, and provides a two-fold cleansing power:..
The one power proceeds from the fact that He was crucified for us, and the other, lesser known power is the power that proceeds from us being crucified by faith with Him.
This second cleansing (sanctification) is a continuing process by which we—by faith—are cleansed from all indwelling and unconscious sin.
Jesus demonstrated the significance of His blood as part of the Last Supper with His disciples.
As the disciples sat together, Jesus said, ” ‘Take it and eat it, for this is my body’ ” (Matthew 26:26).
He then gave thanks and offered them the cup and said,
” ‘Each of you drink from it, for this is my blood, which seals the covenant between God and His people. It is poured out to forgive the sins of many ” (Matthew 26:27-28).
From Christ’s crucifixion to the communion sacrament, the blood of Jesus has symbolized the cleansing of our sins.
How wonderful to know that God has provided salvation through the blood of Jesus!
But to qualify for salvation, you must meet His conditions.
What are His conditions for salvation?
“That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved” (Romans 10:9).
“And if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness” (I John 1:9).
The complete and total healing of our flesh from all disease has also been paid for and provided through the shed blood of Jesus.
Just as the blood of Jesus can cleanse people of all sin, it can also cleanse people of all sicknesses too, because Christ paid for both on Calvary’s cross
We find that healing is part of the two-fold atonement:
With His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
With His blood stripes we are healed.
Had there been no blood in those stripes, we would not have healing; but divine blood was there.
When God sees you using the blood, you have deliverance.
When He sees you using the blood for your healing, the healing is yours.
God has provided the blood for more than salvation of your soul; God wants you to use it for your healing also.
The blood applied to your soul will take you to Heaven, but why not accept the full atonement and receive the healing you need for your body?
Through the blood you can have deliverance.
Accept the fact that the blood can cleanse you from sickness as well as sin.
Everyone can qualify, and can meet the conditions that the Word sets forth.
Salvation and healing are miracles that Jesus’ blood brought about, that same blood that was brought about as a result of the miraculous conception.
Jesus being, very man as well as very God, had an earth mother but a heavenly Father.
The father furnishes all the blood, not the mother.
Since Mary had been overshadowed by the Holy Ghost, no human blood flowed through Jesus; all of His blood was divine.
Jesus was a human being with divine blood.
Discern what great power is in the blood for any deliverance you may need.
If we believe in the virgin birth, then why should we doubt the blood and Its power?
Divine blood from Heaven was in Jesus; not one drop of that divine blood was contaminated by the human race.
Divine blood has the cure for cancer, heart trouble, diabetes, AIDS, or any other disease and sickness, including multiple sclerosis!
Just as people can be delivered from their sins, they can also be delivered from all sickness and devil possession.
The blood delivers people addicted to drugs, alcohol or cigarettes. It’s all through the blood, saith the Lord; it’s all through the blood!
So we are instructed in the Bible, that if we have an affliction, we are to by faith put it under the blood.
Put all our deformities under the blood.
The blood is more than sufficient to cleanse us and to make us whole.
It has not lost its power; and the blood has all the power that we need to make us victorious against any attack from the enemy.
Meet the Spirit of the Lord
Recognize and accept in your heart what is in the blood so you can meet the Spirit of the blood with the Holy Spirit in your heart.
Some of you have tried to meet the Lord for healing, but because you didn’t meet the Spirit that is in the blood, you failed to receive.
People (that is Christians) have often wondered why sinners have received healing when they as children of God did not.
The sinners in that moment they were prayed for accepted the blood all the way; they met the qualifications and were healed.
It is easier to deliver devil-possessed people than to deliver some Christians who know about the blood but don’t qualify to use all that is in the blood.
Why don’t they qualify?
They don’t qualify because they haven’t accepted in their spirit what is in the blood.
The Bible tells us that the blood was God’s ordained means of effecting atonement:
“For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life” (Leviticus 17:11).
The Spirit of Life, which God breathed into Adam, when he became a living soul, resides in the blood, and so consequently it is through the shed blood of Christ that we now have access into the Spirit, and can boldly come into God’s presence.
Ephesians 3:12 tells us that,
“In Him (Jesus) and through (our) faith in Him we may (now) enter God’s presence with boldness and confidence!”
Remember how the veil of the temple, which separated the Holy Place from the Holy of Holies, was rent from top to bottom, when Jesus died on the cross (see Mat 27:51).
So now through the blood of Jesus, we can now BOLDLY come into God’s presence, as promised in Psalm 91, verses 1 to 13:
Psalm 91:1-13
The Message
91 1-13 You who sit down in the High God’s presence,
spend the night in Shaddai’s shadow,
Say this: “God, you’re my refuge.
I trust in you and I’m safe!”
That’s right—he rescues you from hidden traps,
shields you from deadly hazards.
His huge outstretched arms protect you—
under them you’re perfectly safe;
his arms fend off all harm.
Fear nothing—not wild wolves in the night,
not flying arrows in the day,
Not disease that prowls through the darkness,
not disaster that erupts at high noon.
Even though others succumb all around,
drop like flies right and left,
no harm will even graze you.
You’ll stand untouched, watch it all from a distance,
watch the wicked turn into corpses.
Yes, because God’s your refuge,
the High God your very own home,
Evil can’t get close to you,
harm can’t get through the door.
He ordered his angels
to guard you wherever you go.
If you stumble, they’ll catch you;
their job is to keep you from falling.
You’ll walk unharmed among lions and snakes,
and kick young lions and serpents from the path.
SELAH (let us pause and calmly think about these things)
Don’t ever let the enemy cheat you of these things, including your healing, that are ALL bought and paid for through the shed blood of Christ.
