Romney vs Obama in 2012

Two not too different sides of the same coin

 Whereas many Americans are extremely unhappy with Obama…

as is evident by the polls and also in this open letter to the President:

However the truth is there isn’t a heck of a lot of difference between Obama and Romney,

especially when you view Romney’s record as Governor of Massachusetts.

The General recognized rule in politics today for most candidates who are running for office is that in order to get elected to office you either say what you think the public wants to hear, or you say whatever the polls indicate is the most popular.  I’m sad to say that this practice is common place and is business as usual today in American politics..

We all know this to be true that politicians lie, because they do so every election year, as is evident by how few of their campaign promises ever come to fruition.

As one example here is but one of many promises which Obama made in 2008, that no sooner he got into office he broke it:

We all hear this every election year, and many people will even sarcastically joke about this fact, and yet never does the media hold these politician’s feet to the fire and demand accountability from them; and what’s worse, most of the public just accepts all of this, without question, and they just go along with the flow… as most are doing right now, in this election year!

We do what we are told, like good little sheep, not knowing that the leadership of this de facto United States Corporation are leading us to slaughter.

We need to recognize that when we are voting under the rules of the Republic, as per out U.S. Constitution as it was established by our founding fathers, we are NOT voting for our nation’s leaders, as some would have you to believe, but rather we are voting for the people who will best represent our wishes and our desires of the people who voted them into office.

These politicians are to represent us, “We the People,” and they are working for us as our civil servants.

Alan Keyes was the one who pointed out that when we are told that we are electing our leaders, we must remember that the world for leader in German in is “Führer!”

The cold hard reality is that we cannot long exist as a free people, unless we succeed in doing the following

• “We the People” must first repent and turn back to the God of our forefathers; seeking His face, and turning from our wicked ways, as God has instructed us to do in times like this (see 2 Chronicles 7;14);
• We must start to demand accountability from our elected officials, and start treating them as the employees and civil servants that they are, of a Republic according to our constitution (as was intended by our founding fathers) and not a democracy or corporation, as it exists today;
• We must start treating these elected officials as our representatives, who we elect to office to represent OUR interests; and stop treating them like the privileged self appointed potentate demigods that most of them obviously think that they are today (and at our expense mind you);
• We must clean house and remove the corrupting leaven that has caused all the problems, and start afresh, re-inhabiting our Constitutional Republic, which we have already done. As it is today, both our Republic and our Constitution have been put into mothballs and have remained dormant ever since the District of Columbia Act of 1871 was passed by the forty-first Congress without due process and without any constitutional authority to do so. This Act of 1871 is what changed our government from a Republic into a Corporation, leaving both our U.S. Constitution and our Republic dormant, and it has  remained that way until March 30^th  of 2010, when the Republic for the united states of America was officially re-inhabited again.

You know I’ve been beating this drum for a very long time, as have many others,  trying to warn the American people, and let them know the truth behind what’s going on in our country today, and the reason why this de facto D.C. Corporation is so out of control.

People used to tell me this stuff and I would ignore it, just like most of you are ignoring it, and the reason I did was because I didn’t want to believe it.

Do you remember how the Apostle Paul warned us not to be ignorant of the enemy’s devices?  How Jesus told us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

Well here’s the strategy which Satan has been using so successfully in America:

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such a time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.  ~Joseph Goebbels (Hitler’s Minister of Propaganda)

This is the reason why J. P. Morgan bought up the controlling interest of the American press at the time the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was forming; and this is why the American media today is so biased and slanted, it’s because they are the propaganda mouth piece for the D.C. Corporation.

At least three or four generations of Americans have grown up in this atmosphere, where we’ve known nothing else; and now you add to that how these international bankers, these dark agents of Satan is what I call them,  how they have been able to use their immense power, wealth, and influence, very slowly over all these time, to corrupt and influence not only our politicians and our media, but also our public education system, and our colleges and universities, and this has been going on for the last 140 years.

The reason all of this has happened is because coming out of the Civil War, the united states Republic was bankrupt and was in desperate need of money, and so the Rothschild’s Banking Cartel, with the help of their American agents, in people like  J.P. Morgan and the Rockefellers, they were able to devise a method where they would use the combined sweat equity of the American people as collateral for the loan; and in 1913, over the Christmas holiday, when most of Congress was away, they passed the Federal Reserve Act, giving these same international bankers full autonomy and control over our banking and our money… and then came the IRS, which is their collection agency, and it also is not a part of our Federal government.

Read what President Woodrow Wilson later said about how he regretted ever signing the Federal Reserve Act into law:  

“I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.”

Our founding fathers warned us:

“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their  currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks…will deprive the people of  all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered…. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs”  ~Thomas Jefferson

This is a quote from Henry Ford: 

“It is well that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.”

This is true for all of us, that we don’t know what we don’t know until we are taught. Well I’m handing the ball over to you now, as it was once handed to me. It is now up to you what you will do with this information. If the future of your country and that of your children are important to you, then you will do your own homework as I have done to see whether these things be true or not!

As it is today, the American people have been programmed to accept whatever the media says, and to reject anything that is not filtered through them as “Conspiracy Theory.”

It was a lot easier for them to do this before the advent of computers and the internet. Things are very much different today, and the people who are willing to do their own homework and research are finding the truth. May God help you, because I pray that happens to you.

I was once a lot like many of you, I just didn’t want to believe that these people, whom I had believed in, who I had been supporting and voting for all of my life, were lying to me and were betraying, not only their oath of office to preserve, defend, and protect our U.S. Constitution, but that they were actually working against our Constitution, and were taking orders from someplace other than the American people!

Consider this for a moment that like probably most of you who are reading this, I have been a registered Republican for as long as I have been voting; and yet wasn’t it a Republican President, in George W. Bush, who against the known wishes of his constituency, signed into law the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008?

This legislation was commonly referred to as a bailout of the U.S. financial system. It was a law that was enacted in response to the subprime mortgage crisis, which authorized the United States Secretary of the Treasury to spend up to $700 billion of our tax money to purchase distressed assets, especially  mortgage-backed securities, and supply cash directly to the banks.

That money was enough to pay off every single mortgage in the United States, and yet today over 40% of that bailout money remains unaccounted for, and yet no one is being prosecuted and no one is going to jail. Imagine that?

I mean just think about it, compared to these guys, these Bankers, Bernie Madoff was a choirboy; and yet these same International Bankers who control the FED, who control our politicians and our media, consistently remain above the law and out of reach… now how does that happen?

I can tell you that it would never happen under a Constitutional Republic, and these criminals would never get away with this stuff, if it weren’t for the complicity and cooperation of our elected officials, from the president on down (Republican or Democrat, it matters not).

These men and women would have you to believe that they are representing the interest of the United States, but they are not; rather they are in fact acting as officers of this UNITED STATES CORPORATION; and as such, as it is with every corporation, they are working for the stockholders of that Corporation, which happens to be the very same people who own the Federal Reserve Bank… now go figure!

Ask yourself this question, why is it that our politicians, on both sides of the aisle and also our presidents, under this D.C. Corporation, are consistently referring to us as a “Democracy,” when the word Democracy is not found anywhere in our Declaration of Independence, nor our Constitution, nor our Bill of Rights?

Our founding fathers purposely did NOT make us a democracy for the reason that ALL democracies in history have always ended up controlled by an oligarchy, and subsequently they all eventually fail due to politicians maintaining their power by promising the citizenry free gifts from the public treasury, we would call it Welfare and Entitlements  with the result that democracies always collapses over loose fiscal policy, which always eventually leads to a dictatorship.

Does any of this sound familiar to you? I mean we are here folks… and it’s déjà vu all over again!

For those people who think Romney is the answer and that by electing another Republican President we are somehow going to change this downward spiral that our country is in, even though that has never happened in the last 140 years, and certainly it did not happen under former President George W. Bush in the eight years he was in office.

The two things that Bush did do was sign into law this $700 Billion Banker’s Bailout legislation, and he also signed into law the Patriot Act, which took more of our constitutional rights away from us.

What you need to understand, is that just as it is today with professional wrestling, these competing players who are running for office have been pre-selected and screened; and some have even been groomed from their college years to represent this Globalist agenda.

For that to be true, we must recognize, that at least for some of these people, they were recruited and hand selected long ago for their respective positions which they would hold later, in either business or politics; and as such for those who are in politics today, they have long ago switched their allegiance to serve a Globalist agenda, and this also means that these very same men and women have violated their oath of office to preserve, protect, and to defend our U.S. Constitution, and they did so even before they got out of the gate!

Folks, we have to change the foundation of our nation from this de facto corporate system back into a Republic, which I’m happy to say that as of March 30th of 2010 we have already done.

We have to also remove the corrupting influence of these International Bankers (70% of whom are not even U.S. Citizens), and we must remove from office those  politicians who have betrayed our country and have sold us out, before we can affect any kind of change… does that not make sense?

We have to also get off of this two-party merry-go-round as well, and instead vote for the man or woman that will best represent the wishes and desires of their constituency who elected them to office!

Neither Romney nor Obama is the answer, if we want to affect real change for our country, because regardless of which candidate is elected to office, both candidates by their own admission will steer our country in the same direction.

For those of you who still feel that Romney is the answer, and that he is some kind of alternative to Obama, let’s take a look at what his views and voting record was when he was Governor of Massachusetts:

Either way, a vote for Romney or Obama

Please understand that this Devil’s plan is being implemented by and through this de facto U.S. CORPORATION, through both political parties, and the plan is to have a “New World Order” rise from the ashes after our nation has an economic collapse and or any number of other man made or natural disasters. As happened in pre-Nazi Germany, the de facto President, who ever he is, will implement martial law and then there goes our U.S. Constitution and our Republic for good… if they have their way.

Oh how our nation has fallen from where we once stood as a Christian nation? Today most of our citizens and our leadership have lost that once important “Christian Compass,” and have instead adopted policies that can only be described as both antichrist and anti-biblical.

Do you remember the famous ABC radio news commentator Paul Harvey?

Millions of Americans listened to his programs which were broadcast over
1,200 radio stations nationwide.

When you listen to it, remember the commentary was broadcast 47 years
ago…. April 3, 1965. It’s short… less than 3 minutes.

Yes, it is true that the Prince of Darkness, aka the Devil, has an agenda; and yes it is also true that we are instructed in the Bible, by the Apostle Paul, to NOT be ignorant of his devices (2 Cor 2:11), meaning his mode of operations and strategies, which we can read and study all throughout the Bible.

What most people today call “Conspiracy theory,” is in fact nothing more than an effort by Satan to discredit the truth and to shield his agenda from public view, and make no mistake, as the “Father of Liars” he is the master of disguise and deception!

If it is not mentioned in the media as a problem, that same media which Satan controls today, then for most when they hear information from alternative sources, they generally dismiss these as only “Conspiracy Theories,: but what is a “Conspiracy Theory” anyway?

I’ve often wondered how this Antichrist figure could fool so many people and rise to power?

In this election year we are being told that whereas the candidate you would like to see on the ballot might not have made it (and that’s on purpose I might add) you have to nevertheless vote for one or the other of those candidates who have been selected for you, and some would call this voting for the “Lesser of two evils.”

Well as Alan Keyes pointed out, either way you are still being ruled by “Evil,” are you not?

This may seem crude in our modern times, but it’s nevertheless true, that to vote for the lesser of two evils is like saying your choice is to vote for either Beelzebub or Baal! Either way, you have elected Satan  as your master, because both work for him.

My point is, as a Christian, as the Apostle Paul says in the following scripture, that when we  come to Christ we renounce the darkness, we do not protect it as both President Bush senior and junior does, when it comes to questions about their occult experience in the Skull and Bones secret fraternal society  or in any other faith or belief that is in opposition to, or contradicts orthodox beliefs, as explained in the Bible.

 4  Therefore seeing we have this ministry, even as we obtained mercy, we faint not:² but we have renounced the hidden things of shame (darkness), not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.

Before I continue let me say also that whereas I respect every man and woman’s right to believe as they choose to believe, they have that right under our Constitution, nevertheless I also insist, for the purposes of this blog and to make my point, that we know what exactly it is that the Mormons believe and teach, because Mr. Romney cannot be Christian and believe these things, not according to the doctrines as outlined in the Holy Bible.

So we have Romney as one choice, who is a Mormon, and because he looks good and presents himself well on TV, many people and especially women, even christians, are supporting him. However you need to understand that because the Mormons have a completely different belief system, than what we read of in the Holy Bible, that they are a cult.

The Mormon god is definitely not the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; rather they believe him to be once a man himself, who was elevated to the position of god.

Yeah that’s right, and if you don’t believe me just read on.

Jesus personally warned us that in the last days, just before His return to earth, that there would be many false Messiahs who would claim to be Him; and there are other scriptures that warn us of false religions (cults) who would presume to represent Jesus, who would also rise up in the last days, but that they are all impostors; and Jesus tells us to be forewarned of this fact that we not be deceived along with the rest of the world.

Mormons have completely redefined the Jesus of the Bible. They do not believe Jesus to be the Messiah (Anointed of God), neither do they believe that He is God incarnate (come in the flesh), nor is He the Savior of the world, not as orthodox Christians believe.

As is the case with all cults, as per Satan’s plan as the author of confusion, the things they would need to believe in order to be saved they deny.

To begin with, let us first define what are the basic fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith, as held by every born-again Believer?

The Nicene Creed was adopted in the city of Nicaea in what is now Turkey, by the first ecumenical council, which met there in the year 325. It is considered by many today to be the summation of Christian orthodoxy and is the most widely accepted and used brief statements of the Christian Faith.

The Nicene Creed I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds; God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God; begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made. Who, for us men and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end. And I believe in the Holy Ghost, the Lord and Giver of Life; who proceeds from the Father and the Son; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets. And I believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

The video below will examine what the Mormon beliefs are, but just know, even though they may have good press these days and would like you to think they are Christian, I repeat according to their core doctrines and beliefs, they cannot be Christian at all!

One more thing, for those who think ones personal faith is unimportant and irrelevant for the purposes of righteous government, let us remember that the first item of importance regarding our founding documents as a Republic, as per our founding Fathers, is first the Holy Bible, then the Declaration of Independence, and our Bill of Rights.

The fact is, without the Bible being the foundation for all of our succeeding foundational documents, we would not even have a government, nor would we have any of those subsequent documents which every American should hold dear, and even more importantly, every American should also know what these founding documents say!

Let it be known that we are first and foremost, as per our founding fathers, that our nation was founded in the year 1776, as a Christian Nation, under God!

Even though Obama once made an unsupported statement that “We were no longer a Christian nation,” what exactly does it mean when we say we are a Christian nation?

 Contrary to what critics imply, a Christian nation is not one in    which all citizens are Christians, or the laws require everyone to adhere to Christian theology, or all leaders are Christians, or any other such superficial measurement. As Supreme Court Justice David Brewer (1837-1910) explained:

 In what sense can [America] be called a Christian nation? Not in the sense that Christianity is the established religion or that the people are in any manner compelled to support it. On the contrary, the Constitution specifically provides that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Neither is it Christian in the sense that all its citizens are either in fact or name Christians. On the contrary, all religions have free scope within our borders. Numbers of our people profess other religions, and many reject all. Nor is it Christian in the sense that a profession of Christianity is a condition of holding office or otherwise engaging in public service, or essential to recognition either politically or socially. In fact, the government as a legal organization is independent of all religions. Nevertheless, we constantly speak of this republic as a Christian nation – in fact, as the leading Christian nation of the world. ⁸

So, if being a Christian nation is not based on any of the above criterion, then what makes America a Christian nation?

According to Justice Brewer, America was “of all the nations in the world . . . most justly called a Christian nation” because Christianity “has so largely shaped and molded it.”

It’s my opinion and also the opinion of most of our founding fathers (as per their writings) that if we are to remain a free country and a free people, then we are going to have to adhere to Christian morals, ethics, and doctrines, as written in the Bible; and for that to happen we are going to have to elect to office godly men and women, who will also reflect those same Christian ethics and values in our government, that is if we are to remain “One Nation Under God.”

Anyway, getting back to my point, what exactly do Mormons believe and why do we call them a cult?

Does anyone remember what the Apostle Paul said (see Gal 1:8) about if any man or ANGEL preach any other Gospel than the one that he (Paul) preached, let him be accursed of God?!?

On a side note, Mormans claim to have gotten their doctrine from an angel named Moroni… enough said.

What do these guys believe as far as our government is concerned and various other issues? What we find is that Romney is actually in agreement with Obama on many issues.

As we can see in the video both Romney and Obama are on record as being in full support of the Federal Reserve, who are the very people who are causing all the problems that we are experiencing in America today; and yes the de facto U.S. Corporation, including the office of President and the Congress, as well as the courts, all of which operate under this this same de facto (unlawful) Corporate system, not to mention the media, who are owned by them, the truth is all of these people, in terms of the leadership who control both political parties (Democrat and Republican) are on the same page when it comes to directing this nation towards a “New World Order,” and they both are also serving and taking their orders from this same group of Globalist International Bankers.

Please understand that these Globalist International Bankers are the very ones who both own and control the Federal Reserve Bank, which is a privately held corporation and is not at all a part of our Federal Government! Romney and Obama both support these people!

Then you have Obama’s so called faith, and to tell you the truth I don’t know what he is?

He claims to be a Christian, but acts like a Muslim. Anyway, Obama’s strings are being pulled by the same people, who would control Romney as well, should he be elected.

Speaking as a person who has himself been a Conservative registered Republican for most of my adult life, who voted for both Bush senior and junior, never did I realize that all the while this Antichrist spirit was and is fast at work, hidden in plain sight, deceiving most of the American people today via both the Republican and Democratic parties, and that these parties are now operating at full steam within my own country, in this election year, in what I now know is a de facto (unlawful, meaning unconstitutional) corporate entity,  which has governed this country since 1871, right to the the brink of our own economic, and moral demise.

We all have heard the definition of Insanity, as a person who continually does the same thing year after year and each time expects a different outcome. Well that has been the history of our country under this de facto Corporate system.

Ask yourself, who in their right mind would continue to elect to office the same group of people year after year, who are controlled by this same de facto system, regardless of which political party that’s in office, who are the very ones responsible for allowing this to happen to our nation?

What most Americans refuse to face is the truth that this de facto entity, called the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC, is totally owned and controlled, as is our media, by a very small, but nevertheless very evil and very powerful group of people who I will call the Globalist International Bankers (aka, the Rothschild’s International Banking Cartel); and I’m sad to say that it seems it’s all too true that most Americans today have been drinking this de facto government issued Kool Aid for so long that they have swallowed Satan’s deception hook, line, and sinker!

This is unfortunate, because it means barring some unforeseen happenings or miracle of God (which I pray for daily), that the United States, and the world for that matter, as was the Titanic, is headed for some major cataclysmic problems in the not too distant future, all the result of this most evil, howbeit very successful, fraud (call it a conspiracy, agenda, or whatever) that has ever been perpetrated upon the American people!

Whether you vote for Romney or Obama, either choice, you are still voting for the continuation of this same fraud on this de facto Corporate merry-go-round that we’ve been on for the last 140 years, as both political parties are taking our nation to the same place.

Just like the Titanic was unknowingly headed towards its own destruction, our country regardless of who is at the helm (Republican or Democrat) both parties are on the same page when it comes to this evil Globalist Agenda of a “New World Order,’ and the leaders of both parties today have openly said so too… and the American people are non the wiser!

We’re acting like dumb sheep folks, just as Satan would have us to be, who are being led off a cliff; and it’s my prayer everyday that the American people wake up before its too late!

Didn’t Jesus instruct us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves?

When the Secret Service walked into a small bakery in Radford , Virginia to ask the owner, Chris McMurray, if he would like a chance at priceless publicity by letting his tiny store, “Crumb and Get It”, be used as a photo op for Vice President Biden, heaven knows, Chris needed all the help he could get.

He and his wife had just started the small bakery only three months ago and were struggling desperately to make a go of it with a workload that often required the wife to work 24 hours straight.

To the agents’ astonishment, however, Chris respectfully but firmly said no.

As a devout Christian (who ends each sale with “God bless”), his religious beliefs were at odds with a President who’s flatly refused to step foot inside a church (save for photo ops and funerals) since gaining the Oval Office, has just endorsed gay marriage and won’t celebrate Christmas but will celebrate Ramadan, etc.

Chris was also at odds with that same President for telling small business owners throughout America – “you didn’t build that”.

As Chris explained, he and his wife did build their store and thus weren’t willing to let it be used for the Obama administration’s political purposes.

Result? Though the female anchor of the local news channel freaked out on the air by wondering aloud if Chris didn’t realize what trouble he might cause for himself by snubbing the Vice President, the reality had been the total opposite.

Preserving Our Liberty

Unfortunately it looks like the Conservatives in America (Republicans) and the Liberals in America (Democrats) are given only two choices once again, both of which support the Globalists New World Order agenda, which means the further and ultimate erosion of Republic and our Constitution, which is already being virtually ignored by both parties in both the Congress and in the Obama administration.

Doesn’t anyone ask, or do they even care, why the playing field is always so narrow every election year?

Why don’t people like Ron Paul, who by the way has a very large following and did quite well in several of the primary elections, ever get to compete on a level playing field?

Don’t the American people see that this whole two-party system is a complete sham, and that the Globalist Bankers have both political parties in their pocket, as they do the propaganda mouthpiece for the de facto D.C. Corporation, which is the American media?

Folks, don’t you know that you’re being lied to again, and these same people have been playing the American people like a Stradivarius violin for more than 140 years now?

If we are ever going to save our country, preserve our liberty, restore our only de jure (lawful) Republic, and our Constitution as the highest law in the land again, as the Constitution itself states that it is, then we are going to have to take our country off this de facto merry-go-round that has been the cause of all the problems we are having today.

This two-party system, that is made up of both Democrats and Republicans is what got us into this mess, ever since this de facto system was started over 140 years ago, and do you really believe that after all these years a switch back to a Republican administration is going to change anything?

What did eight years of President George W. Bush do for our country, except further erode our Constitutional rights, with the Patriot Act, and give over 800 Billion of our hard earned tax money to bail out the Bankers, of which 40% of that money still remains unaccounted for?

17 REASONS WHY A VOTE FOR MITT ROMNEY IS A VOTE FOR THE NEW WORLD ORDER

Once again, the Republican Party is being tempted to vote for “the lesser of two evils”. A lot of Republicans are actually considering voting for Mitt Romney because they have bought the lie that he has “the best chance” of defeating Barack Obama in 2012.

But just because he is the Republican candidate that is most like Barack Obama does not mean that he has the best chance of defeating him. The truth is that no self-respecting Republican should ever vote for Mitt Romney. A vote for Mitt Romney is a vote for the New World Order.

Romney comes from the financial establishment, he is being showered with money from the financial establishment and he supports all of the goals of the financial establishment. This year, millions upon millions of dollars are being funneled into Romney’s campaign and into pro-Romney organizations. The New World Order is literally trying to buy the 2012 election for their dream candidate. Romney would be the ultimate Wall Street puppet, and if you cast a vote for Mitt Romney you are playing right into the hands of the financial elite.

#1 The Federal Reserve

To the financial elite, there is no more important financial institution in the United States than the Federal Reserve, and Mitt Romney is a huge supporter of the Federal Reserve.

During one Republican debate, Romney actually tried to explain to all of us why “we need to have a Fed”.

Not only that, Mitt Romney has stated that he is not really concerned about what is going on over at the Federal Reserve. Mitt Romney has publicly stated that he is “not going to take my effort and focus on the Federal Reserve”.

That kind of talk is music to the ears of the financial elite.

Also, Romney fully supported the reappointment of Ben Bernanke as the Chairman of the Federal Reserve despite his absolutely horrific track record.

#2 Money from The Bankers

Mitt Romney is getting far, far, far more money from Wall Street bankers than any other Republican candidate.

In a recent article entitled “The Big Wall Street Banks Are Already Trying To Buy The 2012 Election”, I detailed how numbers compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics show that Mitt Romney is getting more money from the employees of the “too big to fail” Wall Street banks than all of the other Republican candidates combined.

The following is an excerpt from that article that shows how much money employees of those banks (and their spouses) gave to various candidates for president during the first 9 months of 2011….

Even though Romney’s poll numbers have been in the mid to low 20s most of the time, employees of the big Wall Street banks gave him $813,300 during the first 9 months of 2011 and they only gave $105,719 to the rest of the Republican candidates that were still in the race at the end of the third quarter combined.

#3 The Wall Street Bailouts

During the last financial crisis, Mitt Romney was a very enthusiastic supporter of the Wall Street bailouts.

Back in 2009, Romney delivered a speech in which he made the following statement about bailing out Wall Street….

“I know we didn’t all agree on TARP. I believe that it was necessary to prevent a cascade of bank collapses. For free markets to work, there has to be a currency and a functioning financial system.”

During the Wall Street bailouts, gigantic mountains of money were transferred from the pockets of U.S. taxpayers into the hands of greedy Wall Street bankers.

Wall Street would definitely like to have someone in the White House who will bail them out once again when the next great financial crisis strikes.

#4 Health Care

Republicans are supposed to be against Obamacare, and yet millions upon millions of them plan to vote for someone that came up with the plan that Obamacare was based upon.

Barack Obama has admitted that much of his health care plan came directly from what Mitt Romney did up in Massachusetts. In fact, a recent MSNBC article brought to light some new information about the relationship between Romneycare and Obamacare….

Newly obtained White House records provide fresh details on how senior Obama administration officials used Mitt Romney’s landmark health-care law in Massachusetts as a model for the new federal law, including recruiting some of Romney’s own health care advisers and experts to help craft the act now derided by Republicans as “Obamacare.”

The records, gleaned from White House visitor logs reviewed by NBC News, show that senior White House officials had a dozen meetings in 2009 with three health-care advisers and experts who helped shape the health care reform law signed by Romney in 2006, when the Republican presidential candidate was governor of Massachusetts.

Conservatives all over the country have been loudly denouncing the individual health insurance mandate in Obamacare, but Mitt Romney has had the gall to claim that the individual health insurance mandate that he signed into law as governor of Massachusetts was based on “conservative principles”.

So how has Romneycare worked out for residents of Massachusetts?

Well, according to the Daily Caller, health care costs and health insurance premiums have gone up dramatically in Massachusetts….

Since the bill became law, the state’s total direct health-care spending has increased by a remarkable 52 percent. Medicaid spending has gone from less than $6 billion a year to more the $9 billion. Many consumers have seen double-digit percentage increases in their premiums.

That doesn’t sound good.

Romney now says that he wants to “repeal” Obamacare, but what he means by repeal may not be what you and I mean by repeal.

Someone should ask Romney what he meant when he stated that he wants “to eliminate some of the differences, repeal the bad, and keep the good” in Obamacare.

#5 Free Trade

One of the key goals of the New World Order is to create a one world economic system. That is why so many of our politicians continue to push “free trade” even though tens of thousands of U.S. businesses and millions of U.S. jobs have gone overseas.

Of course Mitt Romney is a huge advocate of the “free trade” agenda.

The following quote comes directly from the Romney campaign website….

Access to foreign markets is crucial to growing our economy. We must reassert American leadership in international negotiations, follow through on commitments we have already made, and push aggressively for advantageous new agreements.

But the results of this “free trade” agenda have been absolutely nightmarish for the United States. According to U.S. Representative Betty Sutton, America has lost an average of 15 manufacturing facilities a day over the last 10 years. During 2010 it got even worse. That year, an average of 23 manufacturing facilities a day shut down in the United States.

In all, more than 56,000 manufacturing facilities in the United States have permanently closed down since 2001.

Globalism is ripping our economy apart a little bit more every day, and if Romney is elected the globalist agenda will only accelerate.

#6 Taxes

The New World Order loves to extract taxes from the American people. It was not a coincidence that the Federal Reserve and the individual income tax came into existence at nearly the exact same time nearly 100 years ago.

During his time as governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney significantly raised taxes. The following is an excerpt from a CBS News article….

Mitt Romney’s Harvard MBA and gold-plated resume convinced many business leaders he would follow in the tradition of corporate-friendly Republicans when he was elected governor of Massachusetts in 2002.

Within three years, some had a vastly different opinion, after Romney’s efforts raised the tax bill on businesses by $300 million

That same article also notes that Romney jacked up “fees and fines” on Massachusetts taxpayers substantially during his tenure as governor….

Romney and lawmakers also approved hundreds of millions in higher fees and fines during his four years in office.

Many in the Massachusetts business community were quite disgusted with Romney by the end of his term. Peter Nicholas, the chairman of Boston Science Corporation, says that “tax rates on many corporations almost doubled because of legislation supported by Romney.”

#7 Government Spending

The New World Order loves big government and big government spending.

And let there be no doubt – Mitt Romney is a big spender when it comes to government money.

Government spending in Massachusetts increased significantly under Mitt Romney. This was especially true for the last two budgets passed under Romney. In fiscal year 2006, government spending in Massachusetts increased by 7.6 percent. In fiscal year 2007, government spending in Massachusetts increased by a whopping 10.2 percent.

#8 Global Warming

It turns out that Mitt Romney is a believer in the theory of man-made global warming. In fact, Al Gore recently praised Mitt Romney on his blog. In a post entitled “Good for Mitt Romney — though we’ve long passed the point where weak lip-service is enough on the Climate Crisis”, Al Gore lavished the following praise on the former Massachusetts governor….

“While other Republicans are running from the truth, he is sticking to his guns in the face of the anti-science wing of the Republican Party”

Not only that, it is also very important to remember that while Mitt Romney was governor, Massachusetts became the very first state to pass a law to regulate carbon emissions.

#9 Cap And Trade

If Mitt Romney becomes president, he is going to cram the radical green agenda right down our throats.

While campaigning for president in 2007, Mitt Romney said that he would fully support a global “cap and trade” carbon tax scheme as long as the entire world goes along with it….

“I support Cap-and-Trade on a global basis but not the USA going alone. I want to do it with other nations involved and on a global scale.”

#10 Illegal Immigration

Mitt Romney is very, very soft on illegal immigration. Back in 2007, Mitt Romney made the following statement….

“But my view is that those 12 million who’ve come here illegally should be given the opportunity to sign up to stay here”

Of course that will only encourage millions more to come here illegally, but Mitt Romney does not seem too concerned about that.

#11 Gun Control

One of the key goals of the New World Order is to disarm the American people, and Mitt Romney has been a huge supporter of gun control laws. When he was running for governor in Massachusetts, he made the following statement….

“We do have tough gun laws in Massachusetts- I support them…I believe they help protect us, and provide for our safety.”

#12 Abortion

Mitt Romney has a long record of supporting the population control agenda of the global elite.

He claims that he is “pro-life” now, but Mitt Romney also once claimed that he was more “pro-choice” than Ted Kennedy.

Not only that, Romney once forced Christian hospitals and Massachusetts taxpayers to subsidize abortions in the state of Massachusetts. You can see evidence of this right here.

If he becomes president, Romney will be just like George W. Bush – a president that gives lip service to the pro-life crowd but that does next to nothing to actually stop abortion.

#13 The Pharmaceutical Industry

Just like the banking industry, the pharmaceutical industry is almost completely dominated by the New World Order. And the pharmaceutical industry has been absolutely showering money on Mitt Romney.

According to the CDC, the percentage of Americans that say that they have taken a prescription drug within the last 30 days has risen to almost 50 percent.

If Mitt Romney becomes president, it will be a new “golden age” for the pharmaceutical industry and that number will likely go even higher.

#14 The TSA

It recently came out that very elderly women are being strip-searched by TSA agents at U.S. airports, but Mitt Romney continues to fully support the TSA.

So if Romney becomes president we will continue to have to endure incredibly dehumanizing searches before we are allowed on to our flights.

#15 The Homeland Security Apparatus

Mitt Romney has stated repeatedly that he wants to make “homeland security” even stronger.

I have previously written about how Bush and Obama have turned America into a giant prison where virtually everything we do is watched, monitored, listened to, tracked and recorded in order to keep us all “safe”.

Well, Romney believes that all of this is necessary as part of the “war on terror”, and if Romney becomes president he will almost certainly push the envelope even farther.

#16 Guantanamo Bay

Mitt Romney has publicly stated that he would like to double the number of prisoners in Guantanamo Baby.

Just check out what Romney said during one Republican debate….

Now we’re going to — you said the person’s going to be in Guantanamo. I’m glad they’re at Guantanamo. I don’t want them on our soil. I want them on Guantanamo, where they don’t get the access to lawyers they get when they’re on our soil. I don’t want them in our prisons. I want them there.

Some people have said, we ought to close Guantanamo. My view is, we ought to double Guantanamo.

#17 NDAA

Barack Obama just signed a law which allows the U.S. military to arrest American citizens on U.S. soil, detain them indefinitely and ship them off to Guantanamo Bay for endless “interrogation” sessions. Mitt Romney has not taken a position against this horrible new law.

The truth is that if you look at the history of what he has done (not what he now says), Mitt Romney is virtually a clone of Barack Obama.

If the 2012 election is Romney vs. Obama, it really does not matter which one of them wins. Either one of them would do the bidding of the New World Order.

But millions of Republicans are being fooled. They don’t realize that Romney will say just about anything to get elected.

Mitt Romney’s wife, Ann Romney, once made the following statement about her husband….

“He can argue any side of a question. And sometimes you think he’s really believing his argument, but he’s not.”

So how do we know if he is telling the truth now?

When the Secret Service walked into a small bakery in Radford , Virginia to ask the owner, Chris McMurray, if he would like a chance at priceless publicity by letting his tiny store, “Crumb and Get It”, be used as a photo op for Vice President Biden, heaven knows, Chris needed all the help he could get.

He and his wife had just started the small bakery only three months ago and were struggling desperately to make a go of it with a workload that often required the wife to work 24 hours straight.

To the agents’ astonishment, however, Chris respectfully but firmly said no.

As a devout Christian (who ends each sale with “God bless”), his religious beliefs were at odds with a President who’s flatly refused to step foot inside a church (save for photo ops and funerals) since gaining the Oval Office, has just endorsed gay marriage and won’t celebrate Christmas but will celebrate Ramadan, etc.

Chris was also at odds with that same President for telling small business owners throughout America – “you didn’t build that”.

As Chris explained, he and his wife did build their store and thus weren’t willing to let it be used for the Obama administration’s political purposes.

Result? Though the female anchor of the local news channel freaked out on the air by wondering aloud if Chris didn’t realize what trouble he might cause for himself by snubbing the Vice President, the reality had been the total opposite.

Our U.S. Constitution is the HIGHEST law in the land!

 Below is a must read article outlining the mortgage and banking fraud that has been perpetrated upon the American people.

Oh that the American people would wake up before it’s too late!

The fact is, our politicians ignore our U.S. Constitution, and therefore they are violating their oath of office to preserve, protect, and to defend it!

What’s worse, they also  lie to us, our media lies to us, and even the President lies (and especially this current President), and the way you can tell they’re lying is that their lips are moving.

What’s so worrisome about all of this constant lying is not only that it’s the way business is done today in Washington D. C.; but the fact is, it’s done overtly and most people don’t even question it or challenge it. Another problem is, we don’t hold our politician accountable for what they promise and say, and we should!

Yeah sure we complain about the lying, so obviously people are aware of it, but still most are nevertheless blindly following along and are accepting whatever these politicians today want, and our opinion and what “We the People” want doesn’t matter anymore. Have you not noticed that to be true?

Folks, we didn’t just get here over night. No, this has been going on for a long time; and initially whereas our constitutionally guaranteed liberties in past years were slowly being eroded, today we find that they are being overtly taken from us!

It all began right after the Civil War, when Congress last adjourned as a Constitutional Republic, and didn’t reconvene again until 1871, when the forty first Congress illegally (without due process & without the Constitutional authority to do so) put our de jure (lawful) Republic & our Constitution in mothballs.

The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and it’s territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial Law rather than Common/Private Law.

The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Here’s the problem, most Americans today (in their ignorance of this history) are just unwittingly going along with the flow, as our nation is following this evil “pied piper” to our own destruction.

The problem is, even if Romney get’s elected, and as there are some who would call that vote the lesser of two evils, unless we actually get rid of the crooks who are pulling everyone’s strings and are controlling and corrupting our nation, then nothing is ever going to change.

Also, as Alan Keyes pointed out, voting for the lesser of two evils, you still are being controlled by evil… are you not?

The truth is, partisan politics aside, both parties in terms of their leadership are on the same page when it comes to this evil “New World Order;” and both parties have been bought and paid for, as is our media, by these same Globalist Bankers, under this de facto Corporate system!

The answer is not a new election cycle, whoever wins, be it a Republican or Democrat, the truth is it’s still going to be under this same de facto (illegal and unconstitutional) corporate entity; but rather the answer is to join with the rest of us and sign up with the already re-inhabited Constitutional Republic!

The Constitution for the united states of America is the Supreme Law of the Land, Article VI, paragraph 2. All statutes and laws enacted by Congress must be in harmony with the Constitution.

• Any statute or law enacted by Congress that is in contradiction or disharmony with the Constitution is null and void from the beginning. It creates no duties, creates no rights, imposes no obligations or duties upon any Citizen of the united States of America. It is as if it never existed. Marbury v. Madison, U.S. Supreme Court decision, 1801.

• “…all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution”, Article VI, paragraph 3. When we refer to the Preamble of the Constitution we find this statement, “…do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united States of America, italics for emphasis only.

By slight of hand, this statement gets converted to, “the Constitution of the United States”. The term “United States” has a specific meaning. Title 28, USC, section 3002, defines “United States” as a Federal corporation.

So then all executive and judicial officers who take the oath to the “United States” are working for the corporation identified as the “United States”. They do not take an Oath to the original Constitution.

By trickery and deceit, the government has converted all executive and judicial officers into corporate officers working for the corporate United States for the benefit of the corporation and not for the benefit of “We the People”. That is the current dilemma. We cannot get the corporate officers to listen to “We the People”. Look at what just happened with the so-called Health Care Bill. Simply rammed down the throats of the American People.

Question is this: Who owns the “federal corporation” known as the “United States”?  Very simple.  The Federal Reserve  Banking System.

All corporations have one goal, to maximize profits no matter what the human cost, or the environmental cost.

This oath to the “Corporation” creates quite a legal conundrum. The minute that “all executive and judicial Officers” take an oath to this mother lode “Corporation”, they have engaged in an act of treason against the People of the united States of America.

However, it the nature of criminals to protect themselves, and their actions against prosecution for their crimes. Especially when they are the ones writing the so-called statutes and laws. To wit, Title 18, USC, section 2381 defines “Treason” as “levying war against the United States”.

So then “Treason” is clearly defined as levying war against the corporation known as the United States, not as engaging in act of Treason against the People of the united States of America.

Thus “all executive and judicial Officers” are free to betray us and engage in all sorts of belligerent and unlawful, actions against American Citizens with total impunity.

Hence, we come to the central point of the mortgage foreclosure planned fiasco. Within the four walls of the courtroom, the judge is acting in the capacity of corporate officer interested in protecting the revenue of the corporation.

He is not adjudicating law. He is simply a revenue officer. A little known fact is that the judge makes a commission on each and every judgment that goes through his courtroom. The amount of commission is in dispute, could be as high as ten percent or more.

Keep in mind, the judge sits on the “bench”.  In French, “banc” means bank, and also means “bench”.  So then, the judge sits in for the “bank” as a corporate officer protecting the interests of the “banc”.  A simple but very clever method of deceiving the sheeple of the united states of America.

One other thing, the word “America”, when reduced to its Latin pre-fix, root word and suffix,  means this.  The prefix “A” means no,  the root word “merci” means mercy, and the suffix “ca” means sheep.  Therefore, the word, “America” means in Latin, No mercy for the sheep.  So now you know.

Continuing with the mortgage foreclosure fiasco. Courts with real judges, hard to believe, but there are some judges with a sense of moral imperative, all over the country have set forth stringent lawful requirements that a bank or mortgage company must meet before a foreclosure suit can be initiated and proceed.

First, the lending institution must enter into the court record, the original “Note” and the original “Mortgage” document as of the date the Complaint was filed.

The problem is that the lending institution does not have the originals anymore. Immediately after completing the closing, the lending institution sold the “Note” and the “Mortgage” to a group of investors and turned over the original “Note” and “Mortgage” to the investor group.

The original lending institution no longer has any capital at risk. Based on this requirement, the foreclosure suit cannot go forward. However, the revenue officer, the so-called judge counts on the abysmal ignorance of the Citizen losing their home and the judge proceeds to steal the property.

Another thing that is happening is this. The banks are using fraudulent securities. The banks enter copies of the note and mortgage that measure 8.5 inches by 11 inches. Pursuant to 18 USC, these full size copies are fraudulent securities. Copies can only measure 75% of the original or 150% of the original. This would clearly give notice that these are copies. However, the banks are entering 100% copies, these are fraudulent securities.

Second, the lending institution must file an affidavit of ownership, which clearly identifies the Plaintiff as the “Real Party in Interest” with all of the attending rights, title and interest in the “Mortgage”. When the lending institution sold the “Note” and the “Mortgage”, they stopped being the “Real Party in Interest”. Hence, the lending institution has no “Standing” to sue on the property.

New Mexico does not even have any mortgage foreclosure statutes, so all of the mortgage foreclosures in New Mexico are conducted under the Rules of Civil Prodecure.  READ that again, no mortgage foreclosure statutes in New Mexico.  The whole mortgage foreclosure business in New Mexico is conducted the Rules of Plunder of War, the spoils of War, Prize and Booty.

Third, “Standing” is an absolute pre-requisite to filing a lawsuit. There are are three lawful requirements for “Standing”.

1. Injury in fact-not a hypothetical injury.
2. Causality-that the actions of the borrower created the injury in fact.
3. Redressability-that the judgment will make the injured party whole.

Three things can be proven beyond a doubt: 1) There is no injury in fact to the bank or mortgage company.  2) There is no causality-the bank is the cause of the damage to the mortgagor.  3) There is no redress ability for the bank since it is the bank that caused the injury and damage to the mortgagor.

The revenue officer, the so-called judge, on the case will not require that his corporate buddies, the lending institutions, prove standing in the courtroom. Thus, without “Standing” the lawsuit cannot go forward.

Fourth, in order for a contract to be valid and binding, there must be “Consideration”. “Consideration” means “something of value”.

The Citizen borrowing Federal Reserve Notes, brings his real estate, “something of value”, to the table in exchange for worthless paper called Federal Reserve Notes.

So then, one must ask a few basic questions in regards to this transaction.

When the bank loaned the borrower Federal Reserve Notes, did the bank go to the vault and take Federal Reserve Notes on deposit and loan those to the borrower?

Ask any banker friend and he will tell you that “No”, they do not loan out their deposits.

So then, how are the Federal Reserve Notes “produced?”

The bank goes to their computer and by the use of their “magical, Hollywood wand,” and with a few keystrokes, they produce out of thin air, say $100,000.00 Federal Reserve Notes, to loan you.

This is where “Credit” comes from. One second before, these Federal Reserve Notes did not exist. Now, by magic, the bank has $100,000.00 worth of Federal Reserve Notes to lend you.

So if creating “something of value” out of thin air is real, then it is easy for me to convince you that the Easter Bunny lays different colored eggs once a year.

All mortgage contracts and notes are null and void for fraud; the bank never brought any “consideration” to the table.

Also, the contract is void for lack of disclosure which a violation of TILA, Truth in Lending Act.

In the following sentences you can take the red pill or the blue pill. You must choose.

If you decide to read the above article titled “Memorandum of Law-Bank Fraud”, you will discover that the banks, by federal law, are not allowed to lend their credit nor depositors money in the form of Federal Reserve Notes.  So the only thing the bank can loan you is your own money.  Good Reading.

There is a caveat here at this point. Before the bank or mortgage company create “credit,” also known as Federal Reserve Notes, it needs to have on hand some collateral.

You signed two major documents at the “closing,” the “Note” and “Mortgage” or “Deed of Trust”.

Most Americans do not realize how valuable their signature on documents is.

The Mortgage document serves as the collateral needed by the bank (from this line forward, when I say bank, I also mean mortgage company).

When you sign the “Note,” the bank turns it into “money” and deposits it into a special, secret account set up in your name, that is to say, an all capitals name “nom de guerre” also known as “The Enemy of the STATE”.

By the magic of “banking”, your signature is needed to “monetize” the “Note”. To the bank, the “Note” document is actual “money”.

If you don’t believe me, request a copy of your “Note” and “Mortgage/Deed of Trust”. Examine the Mortgage documents and you should be able to find a stamp on the document that says, “Pay to the Order of, without prejudice ABC Mortgage Company/ABC Bank.”

Now we just hit the mother Lode. Follow the money.

Under 18 USC, the “Note” becomes a negotiable instrument, also known as a “Security”. Hence, you, the borrower, by your signature, created a “Security” for the bank. Which in turn, the bank, converts into “money”.

Now here is where it gets fun. Now that the bank has “money” that it deposited into your secret, undisclosed account, it can loan you your own “money” back at interest.

The bank then must balance its books, so the bank writes a “hot check” against the “money” in your secret account to “pay off” your debtor. Then your bank demands that the bank receiving their “hot check” pay them back with Federal Reserve Notes. Now the bank turns to you and says, “Now that we loaned this money, you owe us for the next thirty years”.

The bank very conveniently ignores the “money” that you created by your signature and then they deposit that “money” into a secret, undisclosed account.

By the fact that you abandoned this secret account, the bank considers this “money” a gift from you.

See, under the law, you cannot reclaim a gift that you made. Of course, the bank defrauded you when they took the “money” that you knew nothing about. Wow! What a system!

However, the “money deposited into your secret, undisclosed bank account”, is still there.

The bank considers this secret, undisclosed account abandoned. Thus, they lay claim to this “money”.

However, this theft of your property is a second degree felony called “Conversion of property”.

However, the banking system has little to fear, because we as Americans have been dumbed down to the point of illiteracy by our indoctrination system. Oops, did I say indoctrination; I meant to say “education”.

Here is the crux of the above three paragraphs.  You, the mortgagor are a depositor and the bank owes you the amount of money of the Note.

How is that for fraud.  You should be suing the bank for fraud and extortion.  The bank counts on the stupidity of the American people and gets to steal homes at their leisure.

Let’s go down the rabbit hole a little more.

When the bank deposits your “Note money” into your special, secret account, you owned your home free and clear. The bank neglects to inform you of this little tidbit of information. Pretty convenient and self serving isn’t it?

I believe that it was Henry Ford that said, “If the American people understood the banking, monetary system, they would hang us by morning”.

You would think that the bank would be satisfied with this transaction. After all, it has risked nothing, got your home for free and enslaved you for the next thirty years.

No sir! The bank knows no limit on their avarice and greed. The bank lusts for your property and money in a satanic and demonic machination.

The bank then turns around and sells your “Mortgage” to Wall Street through groups of investors, for full value. Now this is coming to full fruition. The bank has now gotten paid twice on your signature on the “Note” document.

Now class, pay attention. This will be on your test of Life.

1. You created the “credit” for the bank, which the bank treated as “Money”

2. The bank monetized the “Note” document through your signature

3. The “Note” document is a negotiable instrument

4. The “Note” document is a “Security” under 18 USC

5. This “Note money” is deposited into a secret, undisclosed account at the bank in YOUR NAME.

6. The bank turns around and writes a “hot check” against this “Note  money” to pay off your debtor.

7. The bank demands and is paid by the receiving bank in Federal Reserve Notes.

8. The bank considers the “Note money” in your secret, undisclosed bank account, abandoned, and lays claim to it.

9. Thus the bank steals your money in your secret, undisclosed account

10. The payments that you make into this secret account are also considered abandoned, and the bank lays claim to them.

11. The bank turns around and sells your “Note and Mortgage” to Wall Street investors, who in turn sell these as “Mortgage Backed Securities” back to the public.

12. The bank has risked nothing in this entire transaction

13. You, the borrower, have voluntarily given your home or ranch to the bank for free.

14. You, the borrower, are enslaved for the next thirty years to the bank because of your own ignorance.  In the old Testament, in Isiah and Hoseah, it is stated, “My people are enslaved for    lack of knowledge.”

15. You, the mortgagor are in truth the depositor and the bank owes owes you the amount of the Note.

It has been said that “Truth is stranger than fiction”. This is a wet dream for the Federal Reserve Banking system.

The Federal Reserve Banking system is a SATANICALLY inspired system of SLAVERY AND DOMINATION of the productive people of America and the entire world.

The owners of the FRB are bloodsucking parasites and leeches that have never worked a day in their miserable lives while destroying the productivity of the American people and the world.

The Federal Reserve Banking system is a RICO organization. RICO stands for racketeer influenced corruption organization.

Everything that a bank does is fraud, extortion, wire fraud, mail fraud, the list of crimes is endless. But then, it is nice to have friends, in the form of treacherous senators and representatives, in high places passing “legislation” to protect the Federal Reserve.

Fifth, I saved the best for last. In the first paragraph of this article it was established that this Constitution for the united states of America is the Supreme Law of the Land. Any statute or law out of harmony with this Constitution is null and void from the beginning. Any court decision that is out of harmony with this Constitution is null and void.

The Bill of Rights clarified for the government, that the rights enumerated therein, are God-given rights, not rights given to men by other men or governments, and that these rights are Sacred and untouchable. They cannot be removed or abrogated by any government or any man or any corporation, under any circumstance.

The Fourth Amendment guarantees the right of the People to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.

The Fifth Amendment guarantees that a Citizen accused of a crime cannot be deprived of his three most sacred possessions, life, liberty and property without a trial by jury.

The Seventh Amendment guarantees the right of trial by jury in any controversy where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars. Here is where it gets tricky. A “dollar” is defined as “a gold or silver coin” of a specific weight. Federal Reserve Notes are paper created out of thin air with no value whatsoever. Federal Reserve Notes have been denominated in increments of “dollars”, to make them appear to be dollars, but cannot by law, be dollars. Federal Reserve Notes have been decreed to be “legal tender” by the corporation known as the United States. “We the People” have been tricked into accepting Federal Reserve Notes as “money”.

Here is the caveat, since Federal Reserve Notes are not, and cannot, ever be dollars, in any matter dealing with Federal Reserve Notes, no American Citizen gets a trial by jury.

The judges and the liaryers of the United States are the secret, Gestapo police for the banks, doing the will of the banks. Keep in mind, a judge sits on the “bench”. In French, bench is “banc”, which also means bank. So a judge sits in for the bank, and protects the banks’ interests. Going through three years of law school is simply a hypocritical farce that fools only the greatest fools in the world, the American sheeple.

Again, back to the mortgage fiasco. When the revenue officer, the so-called judge, on the case, does not provide the borrower being sued, the protection of the Fourth, the Fifth and the Seventh Amendments, he knows that he is not adjudicating law, but simply acting as a revenue officer protecting and enhancing the revenue of the corporate, United States. In fact, he can ignore all requests by the Defendant for a trial by jury because he knows the Citizen being sued has no idea of what jurisdiction he is being sued in.

In this particular case, the Defendant in a mortgage action is being sued in Admiralty/Maritime court, also known as the “Kings’ Court” with privileges granted to him/her by the King.

When the revenue officer, the so-called judge, issues a judgment against the borrower for defaulting on the “Note” and “Mortgage” without a “Trial by Jury”, he knows that he has betrayed the confidence of the American people, but he is doing the will of his master, the corporate United States. His betrayal of the American People is not legally Treason. Treason can only occur if he goes against his master, the corporate United States. The so-called judge is simply being a good “Nazi”, just following orders. However, the revenue officer, the so-called judge, also knows that he is violating the protections of the Fourth, the Fifth, and the Seventh Amendments afforded to the American Citizen.

In New Mexico even under the military rule of General Kearney during the 1850s, the right of a trial by jury in all matters dealing with life, liberty and property remained protected by military law. Subsequently, during the time that New Mexico was a territory, for about 60 years, the right of trial by jury was preserved to all Citizens. When New Mexico became a state in 1912, in article II, section 12, the right of trial by jury was guaranteed to remain inviolate as it had heretofore existed. Thus the New Mexico Constitution deferred to the Supremacy of the pre-existing condition as stated in the Organic Act establishing the Territory of New Mexico.

So then, the banks, the judges and the lawyers are the new “Mafia”, extorting and defrauding the American Citizenry for lucre, due to our abysmal legal ignorance. The banks, the judges and the liarwyers are the modern day “Ghengis Khan”, raping, pillaging and plundering the landscape simply because they can. Fact is, most of us are “legal idiots”. This is by design and with the specific purpose to keep us enslaved to the “Legal system and its Liaryers.” Most liawyers and judges have sold out their birthright as Americans for “thirty pieces of silver”, or more specifically, for a few hundred worthless, Federal Reserve Notes.

Judges are no more than ambulance chasing liawyers who put on a little black dress and love to be called “Your Honor” by their ass-kissing fans, the liawyers. A prime example of the psychopathic arrogance that this ambulance chasing group of men engage in, is the fact that in order to cover up their own crimes, these so-called judges have given themselves “judicial immunity”. Don’t believe me, when is the last time you tried to sue a “judge”?

However, “We the People” live under “this Constitution for the united States of America” and thus have the protections of the Fourth, the Fifth, and the Seventh Amendments in all matters dealing with life, liberty and property.

My analysis: The healthiest thing for this country would be for all homeowners to stop paying their mortgages immediately. Stop paying all credit card debt, stop paying your so called Federal “Income Tax”, stop paying your State “income tax” and finally stop paying your property taxes. This would accomplish the following objectives:

1. This would stop the humiliation of the American Citizens.

2. This would stop the physical and psychological displacement of the American Citizens.

3. This would stop the grotesquely, immoral ransacking against the American Citizens that the banks are committing.

4. The banks would be forced to return to “honest banking” and return the owership of homes and ranches to the rightful owners, the American Citizens.

5. Every homeowner would own their home clear and free for the first time since 1933.

6. The banks would be forced to stop all of their fraudulent activities that have enslaved the American Citizens for the last 77 years.

7. The economy would rebound to its healthiest level in 100 years. This would be true economic development.

8. This would effectively break the Federal Reserve Beast.

9. Let the American People be the first to starve the “Mammon” Beast known as the Federal Reserve Bank.

I encourage every American homeowner with a mortgage on their home to engage in an act of Civil Disobedience by refusing to make any more payments to the criminal banks. This act alone would destroy the Federal Banking System, the stated goal of Ron Paul.

This is where I will declare a Moratorium on all Mortgage Foreclosure lawsuits and evictions until the banks and mortgage companies meet all five stringent lawful requirements as stated above.

No family will be evicted from their home or family homestead, as a result of a mortgage foreclosure suit, without a trial by jury and meeting the other four lawful requirements.

When the Citizens of San Miguel County elect me as their next Sheriff, before any Citizen in San Miguel loses their homestead unlawfully and unconstitutionally, I swear on the Altar of Almighty God, I will arrest the presiding judge on the case and the Special Master assigned to sell the property.

The Highest Law of the Land

It was written by our founding fathers in order to form a barrier of protection between our only de jure (lawful) government, which is a Constitutional Republic and “We the People.”

Its intent was to protect us from the same sort of tyranny and abuse that we are seeing today, coming out of this de facto UNITED STATES, INC, which is itself, today, operating against Constitutional authority, in the District of Columbia.

Our U.S. Constitution, as it is written in the Constitution, is the HIGHEST law in our land!!!

Article 6 – Debts, Supremacy, Oaths

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

The question is, why does this de facto Washington DC Corporation not follow our Constitution; why won’t it abide by its laws and requirements and its limits of power, which our Constitution places upon our government; and why won’t our elected officials abide by their oath of office, to preserve, protect, and defend it?

The reason is, pursuant to the Act of 1871, the forty first Congress of the United States of America, without lawful due process and without any Constitutional authority to do so, they changed our de jure Constitutional Republic into THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC, which is a corporation, and therefore it is not a government at all.

This UNITED STATES, INC, as is the case with every corporation, has its first fiduciary responsibility to protect the interests of the stock holders of the corporation, which is NOT “We the People,” rather it is the same private international banking group that also owns and controls another privately held corporation, that posses itself as an entity of the Federal Government, but is not… and that entity is the Federal Reserve Bank!

How does it all work and how is it that most of America is totally ignorant of all of this?

The reason is that “We the People” of these united states have been lied to and deceived by our elected officials, by the media, and by our public education system, and this has been going on now for over 140 years.

Consequently we find ourselves as the proverbial frog that has been steeped for so long, in what is for us a stew of lies and deceit, until we don’t know the difference.

The very real danger for us is that most Americans today (as also happened in pre-Nazi Germany), they don’t recognize that their freedoms and liberties, that are guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution, are so close to being taken away from us, and from all future generations, by this evil oligarchy, which the Globalists have called their “New World Order!”

Most today do not understand, howbeit many are well intentioned, but nevertheless they are ignorant of the fact that this whole two party system, of both the Republican and Democratic parties, has been founded upon this same de facto D.C CORPORATION; and the fact is both parties are but two sides of the same coin, and they are both owned and controlled, as is our media, by these same Globalist International Bankers!

Hitler’s propaganda manager once said, if you repeat a lie long enough, and make it big enough, most people will eventually come to the point that they won’t even question it… and believe me, that is exactly what the powers that be in this DC CORPORATION are counting on!
