is not in force today, and it hasn’t been in force since the year 1871, when the ACT of 1871 was past!
The Constitution for the united states of America is the Supreme Law of the Land, Article VI, paragraph 2. All statutes and laws enacted by Congress must be in harmony with the Constitution.
Any statute or law enacted by Congress that is in contradiction or disharmony with the Constitution is null and void from the beginning. It creates no duties, creates no rights, imposes no obligations or duties upon any Citizen of the united States of America. It is as if it never existed. Marbury v. Madison, U.S. Supreme Court decision, 1801.
“…all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution”, Article VI, paragraph 3. When we refer to the Preamble of the Constitution we find this statement, “…do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united States of America, italics for emphasis only.
By slight of hand, this statement gets converted to, “the Constitution of the United States”. The term “United States” has a specific meaning. Title 28, USC, section 3002, defines “United States” as a Federal corporation.
So then all executive and judicial officers who take the oath to the “United States” are working for the corporation identified as the “United States”. They do not take an Oath to the original Constitution.
How many of you knew that this was true???
As is the case with all corruption, all you have to do to know its source is follow the money.
The fact is this pseudo de facto “government” that we find representing itself as a lawful government in Washington DC, is NOT lawful at all because it is not being operated according to our only lawful (organic) U.S. Constitution.
In fact it is not even a lawful government at all, but rather it is a CORPORATION that is both owned and controlled by the same people, the same “Banksters,” who own and control another privately held corporation, which is called the Federal Reserve Bank.

This group of families, headed by the Rothschild’s International Banking Cartel (note that 70% are foreign nationals, which is in itself unconstitutional), and yet they have had complete autonomy over our internal banking system and our monetary policies for the last 99 years.

Do you want to see more evidence of this fraud, then just look at the over $700 Billion dollar bailout package/give-away of tax payer dollars that former (Republican) President George W. Bush signed into law in 2008, against the express wishes of the American people.
I understand that today 40% of that money still remains unaccounted for, and yet why are there no indictments?
How about this Obama Care fiasco that was rammed through Congress and was signed into law in 2010. This was also legislation that most of the public did not want, and yet again Congress pushed it through anyway, and then passed it without any public debate or discussion at all.
Heck, they didn’t even bother reading the bill before they voted to pass it!
And these are the people who are running our nation today… Folks what is wrong with this picture???
Whereas I’m sure that many will find this comment from Ben Stein humorous, and will get a few chuckles out of it; but the sad thing is that this is the reality that we ALL are faced with today; and the truth is that our government is way out of control, and our politicians (both Republican and Democrat) are the Problem!
Certainly this ongoing fraud today that represents itself as our government, but in fact is a corporation, is no longer representing the best interest of “We the People,” but rather they have long ago sold our interest out in favor of the interests of these private bankers and of mega corporations.

February 21st, 1871 was a date of infamy for both our Republic and for our organic U.S. Constitution (please note that in law the term “organic” means the fundamental founding political principles of a government):
The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the “Acts of the Forty-First Congress,” Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62. On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act titled: “An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia.” This is also known as the “Act of 1871.” What does this mean? Well, it means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land.
What??? How could they do that? Moreover, WHY would they do that? To explain, let’s look at the circumstances of those days. The Act of 1871 was passed at a vulnerable time in America. Our nation was essentially bankrupt — weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War. The Civil War itself was nothing more than a calculated “front” for some pretty fancy footwork by corporate backroom players. It was a strategic maneuver by European interests (the international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the neck (and the coffers) of America.
The Congress realized our country was in dire financial straits, so they cut a deal with the international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone’s pie) thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers. If we think about banks, we know they do not just lend us money out of the goodness of their hearts. A bank will not do anything for you unless it is entirely in their best interest to do so. There has to be some sort of collateral or some string attached which puts you and me (the borrower) into a subservient position. This was true back in 1871 as well. The conniving international bankers were not about to lend our floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a brilliant way of getting their foot in the door of the United States (a prize they had coveted for some time, but had been unable to grasp thanks to our Founding Fathers, who despised them and held them in check), and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.
In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it is important. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved right in and shoved the original “organic” version of the Constitution into a dusty corner. With the “Act of 1871,” our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word “for” was changed to the word “of” in the title. The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner:
“The Constitution for the united states of America”.
The altered version reads: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. It is the corporate constitution. It is NOT the same document you might think it is. The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic. It absolutely is not.
Capitalization — an insignificant change? Not when one is referring to the context of a legal document, it isn’t. Such minor alterations have had major impacts on each subsequent generation born in this country. What the Congress did with the passage of the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia. The kind of government THEY created was a corporation. The new, altered Constitution serves as the constitution of the corporation, and not that of America. Think about that for a moment.
Incidentally, this corporate constitution does not benefit the Republic. It serves only to benefit the corporation. It does nothing good for you or me — and it operates outside of the original Constitution. Instead of absolute rights guaranteed under the “organic” Constitution, we now have “relative” rights or privileges. One example of this is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has been transformed under corporate government policy into a “privilege” which we must be licensed to engage in. This operates outside of the original Constitution.

First it was the Patriot Act, which was signed into law on October 26, 2001, by then President George W. Bush;
and then it was on December 31, 2011 that the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was signed into law by Obama.
Both bills have stripped us of our Constitutional Rights regarding unreasonable search and seizure of our private property and the unlawful indefinite detention of citizens without due process or probable cause; and all of this is taking our nation that much closer to a totalitarian “New World Order.”

The following article (below) was sent to me today by a very reliable source, a man who is himself a Silver Star holder and a highly decorated retired Colonel of our military armed forces.
I have also heard this same thing from several other sources as well, that Martial Law is just around the corner.
It seems I have been sounding this alarm for ages now, but from all reports we are getting these days, from many sources, it appears that this de facto D.C. Corporation is now making its final preparations to make its move, to terminate both our sovereignty and our Constitutional guaranteed rights as citizens, and virtually to change our nation as we know it, and to do so first by declaring martial law, just as happened in pre-Nazi Germany!
We’ve all heard in the news lately about how the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has purchased over a billion rounds of ammunition and it was also reported that many were concerned that this purchase was in preparation for some kind of civil unrest in the United States.
Any kind of civil unrest would certainly be a precursor to martial law being declared, and that eventuality could be precipitated by any number of natural and/or man made manufactured events, such as would be caused by food shortages, or our nation defaulting on its $16.5 Trillion debt, resulting in bank closures and/or bank holidays being declared, that would prevent people from getting to their money.
Anything like this, whether it be some kind of natural disaster (earthquake, hurricane, tornado, or the like) or be it man made, either way it would cause massive civil disobedience and riots in our inner cities, and I believe all of this is on purpose and is being manipulated by the powers that be within this corrupt de facto D.C. Corporation for just that purpose, so that they can declare martial law, strip us of all of our constitutional rights, in order to change our form of government into a totalitarian “New World Order.”
Add to that, according to a memo issued by the Department of Homeland Security — and its Secretary, Janet Napolitano back in 2009— apparently right-wing Christians and returning veterans are seen as a greater threat to this country then are Muslim extremists, ACORN, Code Pink, or the animal rights eco-terrorists (Please note that what they are really saying is that these Right-wing groups and veterans are a threat to this corrupt de facto D.C. Corporation because of their support of our Constitution).
Also you will note that there have been no similar memos that have surfaced regarding any of these other groups.
Certainly they aren’t making all these preparations for nothing; and then on top of that there are the reports of those so called FEMA camps that have been set up all across our country, which look an awful lot like Concentration Camps!
On a side note, and this was like Rhema Revelation to me today, and is something I had never thought of before.
I was listening to a message today on KCM TV about how when we pray our prayers are mixed with incense and they go up before God.
As happened in Egypt, when God first said to Moses that He had heard the prayers of His people and their cries of sufferings while in bondage in Egypt.
Then the Word tells us that God sent Moses there, in response to their cries, with the miraculous signs and wonders, and all the powers of heaven; but when Pharaoh failed to respond and instead hardened his heart, the Bible tells us that then God’s Judgement came upon Egypt.
Likewise when we pray and intercede for a person, situation, or nation, those prayers are also mixed with incense that also goes up before the Lord night and day (as it is pictured in the Bible).
In response to those prayers God then sends His angels and all of heaven’s power to deal with that situation, person, or problem (according to His will and in His timing); and when the involved person or persons and/or nation, which are the object of those prayers, fails to respond, then it will also end in God’s judgement being poured out… just like what happened in Egypt.

Likewise, this is also what we see happening in the Book of Revelation, where it is the prayers of the Saints that precede the judgment of God, and His wrath being out poured upon the earth before the return of Jesus.
Please pray folks, because our prayers certainly do have power with God, not only to change and effect things in the earth and in our nation, but also in our lives and in the lives of the people we care about!
But pray in particular for our nation in these troubled times, because we need a miracle!

DHS and US Military Make Final Preparations Before Announcing Martial Law
Informants and military personnel are coming forth anonymously to confirm that martial law “is right around the corner.”
However, right now we are under a silent martial law and citizens are reporting strange and unexplainable activity from the US armed forces and multiple federal agencies that point to a covert preparatory operation to completely lock down America in the very near future.
Sources from multiple locations across the nation have independently confirmed that the US military are repositioning soldiers in conjunction with allied foreign troops in the initial stages of martial law.
The US military are secretly moving massive amounts of “equipment” across the country consistently for more than a year. In Phoenix, Arizona, tractor-trailers transporting tanks on public highways have been spotted. One witness stated that he saw these flatbeds multiple times in the month of June. Eye witness reports are coming primarily from the northern and southern Border States.
Peter Santilli, an ex-marine informant who was a specialist in aviation deployed weapons, explains that a refrigerated truck, allocated by the administration department on base, was directed to the commissary, where the unsuspecting driver believed that he was transporting food. The weapon was placed at the head of the trailer, and covered up with either food stores (like cans of soup) or body bags. In the event that the truck is stopped en route, the weapon would be well hidden and go undetected by inspectors on the public highways.
Santilli, who was assigned to ride in the cab of the truck with the driver, says that his orders were to make sure the truck arrived at its destination. If there were problems concerning potential civil unrest, he was to radio into his superiors for aid by either air or ground support. Should the situation warrant serious attention; crowd control methods would be implemented.
One possible scenario was the use of cluster bomb units (CBUs) that will emit upon detonation, a “sleep and kill” chemical weapon that will not disturb infrastructure, but is lethal to all living things within the effected zone. Santilli describes these particular 3 unit CBUs as shaped like water-heaters with a coned top and plunger-like device. Once deployed in the air, a parachute assists these CBUs to the targeted area. And when detonated, a deadly chemical gas will kill every human and animal in the specified cordoned area.
The acquisition of armory by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and contracts for bullet-proof glass for check-point booths to be positioned strategically throughout the nation on public highways have heightened awareness that the US government is preparing for a well-planned domestic military action. DHS armored vehicles have been sighted on highways in Kentucky.
When citizens attempt to capture the activity on film, some have their cameras confiscated; sometimes after a physical altercation.
On Google Maps, where known military bases were once visible, some strategic areas are now blurred out.
John (a pseudonym) was contracted by DHS to “fill in caves, mines and block trails”. Now these measures are being stepped up, as independent contractors are being brought to mountainous regions and told to block all entrances into the mountains, by way of caves and other areas where people could possibly “hide out in the hills” during a riot situation under declaration of martial law.
Forested areas in states like Montana, Missouri and Arkansas are being closed to the public while military activity is being witnessed by locals. Those commercially contracted civilians working in these areas are allocated parallel shifts and compartmentalized projects to provide for an intelligence controlled operation.
One informant relayed an incident where he was detained on a forest road by unidentified “paramilitary” officials that seized his rifle from the rack on the back of his vehicle.
Another source said that while traveling in a national forest park, he and his party were met by what appeared to be a military police officer who demanded that they turn back.
Residents in Pine Mountain, Georgia and Spruce Mountain, Nevada have had confrontations with US armed forces. When travelling in public national forested areas, military police with “automatic weapons” say that locals cannot gather wood in surrounding forested spaces (as they have traditionally done for decades). One man in particular had his rifle forcibly confiscated by unidentified armed men.
On dirt roads leading to the Lassen National Forest reserve, paving is being laid over the gravel roads. The locals know that secret underground drilling or tunneling is being conducted. Whenever they enter the park, they are quickly escorted out by heavily armed and quite menacing persons. Even once abandoned logging roads are beginning to see activity again.
Information coming out of reserve units in Arizona is that they are being put on official alert. Military personnel are being told by superiors not to schedule vacations and prepare to be on-call and on-duty indefinitely. According to one informant, these new assignments are not providing for deployment overseas, but rather for domestic service with the intimation that these deployments may have relation to civil unrest expectations.
In Lake Havasu, Arizona, and Colorado Springs as well as Fort Collins, Colorado, locals are coming forth to report that local fires may have been lit by foreign troops; specifically Russian forces that have been spotted in the area. These Russian troops are believed to be stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado.
Military drills, a.k.a. urban warfare, have been played out in many states by the Pentagon and other branches of the US armed forces.
In Plainville and Worchester, Massachusetts, surprised citizens witnessed last “Wednesday evening. . . military helicopters descended on the vacant Wood School [in] the late hours of the night in a scene that might have appeared to simulate the United States’ special forces attack on Osama bin Laden’s compound last year.” Many locals had their homes swooped down upon by black helicopters in an obvious display of military dominance over the general public.
Residents saw helicopters landing near Worcester Memorial Auditorium in Lincoln Square. Local newspapers were flooded with “telephone calls and e-mails . . . curious about what was happening.”
The local police claim they were unaware of the drills.
A US Army spokeswoman made a half-hearted apology for “any inconvenience or unforeseen disturbance.”
In Hollywood, Florida, DHS and the Hollywood Police Department have taken part in Master Rappelling training exercises (MPTE) with Blackhawk helicopters scheduled over various government-owned buildings. Details concerning the drills are being kept from the public for “security reasons”.
MPTE are special operations to teach law enforcement and military techniques in tactical rope and rappelling skills that can be used in helicopter deployment and advanced tactical training.
Just this month, foreign troops were caught at a Wal-Mart . They were travelling in what were described as “large government vans”.
Law-enforcement battalions have been created out of Camp Pendleton, California, consisting of specialized military police (SMPs) that would be deployed to assist in any event of civil disturbance, handling of detainees, use biometrics to identify suspects and conduct forensic work. Their assistance is not limited to conducting DUIs and writing speeding tickets in an effort to re-brand the Marine Corps as being more involved with average work now allocated to local law enforcement.
Moving around in white, unmarked vans, strange troops have been seen purchasing food and water at another Wal-Mart in Franklin, Indiana. Parading in military personnel fatigues where drone activity has been reported in Oklahoma City and black helicopters were spotted hovering over a construction site.
According to documents from the RAND Corporation, a planned event concerning a Police Stabilization Force within the US will be “a mix of military and police forces to deal with a range of threats.” The study explains:
• What the response should be
• The creation of a high-end police force
• Costs for this military/police collaborative force
Estimates are $637.3 million annually and including many federal agencies including: the US Marshals Service, the US Secret Service, the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in the Department of State, and the US Army’s Military Police.
There is a media blackout concerning the “state of emergency” (code for martial law) that Anaheim, California residents have been under since the murder of a man by local police.
While protests have been conducted, residents say that “outsiders” areinfiltrating peaceful demonstrations to stir up violence and ensure local and military police action against them.
While city officials are gearing up for “another large incident” and “another riot” protesters are coming forth to voice their distain at the “infiltrators” that attended a protest that ended with the fatal shooting of two Latino men.
During protest marches in Anaheim, the white, unmarked vans have resurfaced. This time unidentified “police” detained protesters and placed them into these vans.

Where to turn for direction in life?
The Book of Proverbs starts out (in Proverbs 1:7) by telling us that the “Fear of the LORD is the foundation of true knowledge,” and it goes on to say that only a fool would despise God’s wisdom and discipline in their life.
Such as it is, that is exactly the state of our nation today!
In this political environment that we have today, that is both hostile and volatile against any view that goes against the grain of “Political Correctness,” which views are mostly morally incorrect according to our Bible, the fact is we as a nation have lost our way; and we have all but lost sight of our founding values and principals that once made our nation great.
In the midst of all the rhetoric and programming of the masses by the media and through a so called “Progressive and Humanist Public Education System” over the years that has removed the Bible, prayer, and the Ten Commandments from our public schools, it would certainly appear that most of our citizenry here in America today have lost their way.
Our nation no longer follows any moral compass, which is our faith in God and in His Word, as we once did, as our founding fathers set up our government, our Constitutional Republic, to operate.
I remember reading a book in college by Marshall McLuhan, entitled “The Media is the Message,” where he points out the immense power that the media has to change the values and morals in our society and culture; and the truth is the powers that be that have been in control of both our politics and our media for these last 70 or so years has used this knowledge and this power to their advantage in order to do just that… to change the morals and values of our society!
In a world that is controlled pretty much by those who hold the purse strings of the world, who control the internal banking and monetary policies of most of the world’s governments; who also are pushing this “New World Order” agenda towards a One World Government and one world monetary system, one in which they will control, for these people a strong, God fearing, and independent populous works against their objective; and counter wise one that has been dumbed down, and has been weakened to the point that many have become dependent upon big government, this serves their purpose. Howbeit that certainly was NOT the attitude of our Founding Fathers; and it’s not the attitude that made our country great!
It was in the early sixties that the decision was made to take prayer and the Bible out of our public schools and look what has come in to replace it today.
As one example, in the view of many of our young people today the name of “Jesus Christ” is only known as a profane expression of discuss, or you often hear the expression “Oh my God,” which I hear a lot even among Christians, but mostly by a people who have no knowledge of what the Third Commandment says about taking the name of the Lord in vain; and nor are they aware of the negative consequences they are unleashing in their personal lives by doing so.
Yet this is our culture today in much of America, in the cities and towns where we all live.
We also find this same profane attitude in most of our entertainment, on television, in the movies that we watch, in the situation comedies that are on TV, and all of it is designed to be irreverent and to cause people to laugh at and to accept things and situations that our forefathers would have been embarrassed to even watch, let alone laugh at; and yet this is what we allow into our homes every night, and it has over time changed our nation for the worse!
Every now and and again we hear these voices in the wilderness, voices of reason and wisdom, in the midst of all the confusion that is so prevalent all around us.
This is so needed today because for so many people today they no longer have a moral compass to follow, and most are just doing what seems right in their own mind, without benefit of, or even any knowledge of what God has to say on these matters.
Like Paul has said in the Bible:
Rom 10:14
But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?
How does this prevailing attitude that is all too common in our society and culture today, line up against the attitude of our Founding Fathers, where the first act of Congress in 1782 was to print Bibles to be distributed in our public schools all across this young nation, so that this would never happen in America, where our young people would forget their God?!
In this vacuum that was left behind, after God and His Word were taken out of our class rooms, the world and the enemy of mankind (who is Satan) has certainly come in to fill that void, and to take over!
When I was in school the chief problems we had were walking in the hall without a pass, or chewing gum in class, and some skipping of classes.
Now look at our schools today, especially in view of these horror stories of recent events that have happened in places like Sandy Hook Elementary School, or the recent shootings in Aurora Colorado in the theater, or the Columbine High School massacre of several years back.
Could there possibly be a connection between taking God out of our education system and our society and what is going on today in our schools, in our politics, and in our families?
I think the answer is most definitely yes!!!
Obviously our nation took a wrong turn somewhere, and I am of the firm opinion that it happened when the church abdicated its position in society, in politics, and in the market place; and allowed the unbelievers and the atheists to come in and take over.
What else did we expect would happen, but exactly what we are seeing today?
A ship at sea that has no compass and cannot see to navigate by the stars is in trouble; and in the since that the powers that be, who control this country, have removed our spiritual and moral compass, which is God’s Word, our nation too has lost its bearings and is in trouble.
Fortunately every now and again we hear a voice in the wilderness, as it were, where God will send someone to attempt to speak some reason and wisdom to a people that have lost their way and have turned away from Him.
One such voice was this little lady, Mother Teresa, who gave a speech at the 1994 National Prayer Breakfast, held in conjunction with the National Religious Broadcasters’ Convention, where then President and Mrs Clinton were in attendance.
Here this little woman, who was a giant in so many other ways, even though she was barely able to see over the podium, she began her address by reading the scriptures, and she gave a message that virtually stunned this assembly of politicians and dignitaries, including the President and Vice President of the United States.
Here is the main thrust of what she said:
“..[for] if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell people not to kill each other?”
…The greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion.”
Mother Teresa,” wrote Charles Colson after the event,“was invariably polite and respectful. She did not flinch in speaking the truth. She demonstrated civility wedded to bold conviction, confronting world leaders with a message of biblical righteousness.”
Being that this speech was heard by people all around the world, clearly Mother Teresa viewed this breakfast as a time to speak God’s truth before an unbelieving and even antagonistic audience and world.
This also happened once again this past week, when another noted Christian, Dr. Ben Carson also talked at the Annual Prayer Breakfast, where President and Mrs. Obama were in attendance, along with Senator Jeff Sessions, and other dignitaries.
For those of you who may not know him, Ben Carson, who also has had a movie made about his life (which was quite good btw, called Gifted Hands) is a Christian doctor, a neurosurgeon; and he is currently the Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
In the above video, we see seated (in view) to his right are Senator Jeff Sessions, President and Mrs. Obama; and they aren’t looking very happy. You know something of importance is about to be said when Dr. Carson starts off by saying, “It’s not my intention to offend anyone. But it’s hard not to. The PC (Political Correct) police are out in force everywhere.”
Dr. Carson tossed over the PC police years ago. Raised by a single mother in inner-city Detroit, he was as he tells it “a horrible student with a horrible temper.” Today he’s director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins and probably the most renowned specialist in his field.
I thank God we have at least a few voices that are telling it like it is; and we need many more of people like these two who are not afraid to speak up; and that is especially true in our Federal Government, our State governments, and in all the local municipalities around our country. Our government needs to quit lying to us and cheating us!!!
From my youth, I was taught that we should always respect the office that a person holds, whether it be the President of the United States, or a parent.
I was taught that we should do so regardless of the person who holds that position, regardless of whether or not they were worthy of such respect, and truly I have always tried to do that;and in those instances where the person was not worthy, I have prayed for them.
Whereas I still think that this is wise advice, but I have changed somewhat since having been made aware that our nation’s government today is no longer established upon the same foundation that our Founding Fathers laid, and neither are we today following our organic U.S. Constitution either.
There was a fraud that was and still is today being perpetrated upon the American people that started over 140 years ago, in 1871, when our only de jure (lawful) form of government was changed from a Republic for the united states of America, into what is today the de facto UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION.
This was done at the behest and instructions of a group of international bankers, with the cooperation of several prominent and corrupt politicians and some very wealthy families in our young Republic; and over the years, ever since then, these people have used their immense power and wealth to further corrupted our media, our politics, and our public education systems all across the land, in order to bring about, ultimately, a One World Government and monetary system, which they have called “The New World Order.”
It is the love of money that the Bible says is the root of ALL evil, and the motivation behind these people (by their own admission) is to force their will upon the American People, and force us into submission to this “New World Order.”
To me, any person who would knowingly, due to personal ambition and/or greed, change their allegiance and loyalties to their country; violate their oath of office to preserve, protect, and to defend our (organic) Constitution; and then knowingly perpetrate this fraud upon the American people, in order to undermine and destroy our Constitutional Republic is not worthy of my respect!
Nor are these people representing our interests, but rather because our nations has changed from a Republic to a Corporation, ever since 1871 these politicians in Congress and and also the man who sits in the Office of President, by definition of what a corporation is and how it operates, they are all officers of the corporation; and as such their first loyalty is to the Stockholders of the corporation, and they answer to the Board of Directors of that corporation, neither of which are “We the People!”
The people they answer to are these same Globalist Bankers that control the FED and who are attempting today to take over the world.
Also, as a corporations our organic Constitution is no longer in force, but it has been changed into a Corporate Constitution, and as such our president no longer has to be a natural citizen of the the united states, according to our Constitution and the laws of our land, but now he can be a foreign national, as it is believed (from all available evidence) that Obama is.
In addition, neither are our courts today operating under Common Law, as was the intent of our Founding Fathers, according to our Constitution, but rather we now operate under Admiralty Law, as it is practiced on the open seas, where the citizenry are manipulated into forfeiting their Constitutional Rights when they go before a court.
As an example, the Seventh Amendment of the US Constitution is a provision regarding when jury trial may be appropriate in civil suits.
The text of the amendment is as follows:
“In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.”
This Right is categorically denied today by the courts of our land and they make no apology for doing so! Your question should then be… why is that and how can they do that?
In fact if you have ever had your home repossessed then you know this to be true, because in most cases it is the judge who rules on the disposition of the case, and not a jury!
The reason is as I have said, this de facto Corporation is operating under a completely different legal system and constitution, from what our organic U.S. Constitution authorizes; and the American people over time have been programmed and conditioned to accept it.
This entire legal system, as it is practiced under this Corporate structure, has been set up to protect and support the interest of these Bankers and not the interest of the American people.
Under this system, unknowingly through adhesion contracts which we have all signed, in things like birth certificates, marriage licenses, drivers licenses and the like, we have signed over our rights and have willingly submitted ourselves, through our signatures, as chattel and indentured servants of this Federal D.C. Corporation, and as such our combined sweat equity has become the collateral for our national debt; with the consequence that our nation and others around the world are that much closer to becoming the slaves of this New World Order!
Let us remember what the Bible says about NOT borrowing, because we then become the slaves to those we borrow from.
Here we have gone from being the chief creditor nation, until today (with over $16.5 Billion in debt) we are today the chief debtor nation in the world.
Despite the way this de facto government is operating with all its spending today, the laws of economics will in the end also apply to us; and that can only mean one thing, eventually this house of cards has to fall!
This is the state of this de facto D.C Corporation as it is today.
The fact is, it should be obvious to anyone with eyes to see, especially since the financial melt down in 2008, what with the $700 Billion Bailout that was just given over to the bankers (40% of which is still unaccounted for today), that this de facto D.C. Corporation and the politicians who run it are as corrupt as the day is long, and that the people at the helm of this country, both Republican and Democrat, are doing their best, not to correct our problems and to build our nation up, but rather they are, on purpose, continually undermining our nation in order to achieve their ultimate goal of a New World Order.
The foundation is corrupt and consequently so is the corporate political structure, this two-party political system, that has been erected to sit upon it!
We need to first change the foundation of our nation back into what it was always meant to be, exactly as it was set up by our Founding Fathers, as a Constitutional Republic; and we must do that before we can change the direction of our nation!!! This would mean a complete housecleaning of the present leadership of our country.
The people, at least those at the top who control this two-part system in our nation, are all bought and paid for by the money interests, the International Bankers, and they are not at all serving the interest of the American people, no more than the Nazis and Hitler were serving the German people prior to them taking over Germany.
It was all a ruse and a plan to undermine the country, as is happening today in America, and to keep the people divided (between Right and Left); and all the while it was their plan to undermine the economy, and it was Hitler’s Brown shirts who were behind much of the terrorist acts that were going on, that eventually led to martial law and the lost of all their rights.
It ALL comes out of the same playbook, folks, and I for one DO NOT want to see that same thing happen again, here in America!
I believe these politicians need to choose sides, if they are Americans, then they need to act like it, first by representing our interest of We the People, and they need to start doing what is right for us, according to our original (organic) Constitution, and not against it.
That would start by our disbanding this de facto Corporation and going back to being a Constitutional Republic; and if they still refuse to do that, then they need to be brought up on charges and answer for all their corruption and things they have done as being the traitors that they are; either that, or get the heck out of Dodge and don’t let the door hit you in the back!
I would give most of these politicians a chance to repent, to be honorable, and to start doing what is right, because I have to admit that it is only by the grace of God in my own life, that I wasn’t on the same path, acting just as dumb; and if it were not for the impact which God and His Word, and Jesus and the Holy Spirit has had on my life over the years, I might just be right along side of them, doing the same dumb and dishonest things they are doing.
In the end we ALL are going to be held accountable by God and so I think we all deserve at least one chance to change our direction in life, once we have been been confronted with the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven, and have been convicted of our need for Jesus by the Holy Spirit.
Obviously someone was praying for me; and so that is why I am praying for them, in the same way we read that Paul prayed for and even tried his best to speak some sense to Herod Agrippa, who was a corrupt potentate king (ruler) of his time.
Acts 26:28-29
28 But Agrippa did answer: “Keep this up much longer and you’ll make a Christian out of me!”
29 Paul, still in chains, said, “That’s what I’m praying for, whether now or later, and not only you but everyone listening today, to become like me—except, of course, for these prison chains!”
The problem with Herod Agrippa, as is the case today with many of our politicians, he operated under a different set of rules and system of loyalty then a Christian does, to where his personal ambition and greed caused him to only serve himself; and so it is today, in that much of the world today operates under that same value system!
It seems to me that in a Republic where the Constitution is the HIGHEST LAW in the land, it is those who knowingly violate their oath of office, who have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution, who are the law breakers; and when these same people change their allegiance and are taking orders from foreign International Bankers and mega corporate interest groups, they are in fact traitors to their country! What would you call them?
I still pray for them, but I cannot support a corrupt system that is undermining today everything that our once great nation stood for!
Obama has called us a post Christian nation, and he might be right?
I hope that’s not true, but if it is, I pray we do some serious praying and repenting, and fast, because our time is running short!
If God could forgive Nineveh overnight, at the preaching of Jonah, then there is still hope for us.
I believe that we have to go back to where we began, as a nation, if we are to survive; and that means that we have to first humble ourselves, repent, and return to faith in God and to His Word.
Well I guess that is my soapbox speech for today and it is also my advise for our nation, as well as my prayer.
So for those who might be reading this, who are still looking for direction in their life… who are asking the question where do I go from here… I offer the following:
For those who are asking where we need to go as a nation, in order to change our government back into our only de jure (lawful) Constitutional Republic, well that has already happened, as of March of 2010.

The problem with our nation today is that there are too many in positions of power who themselves have no honor, and obviously were not Boy Scouts in their youth.
How sick our world is today and how utterly revolting it is to see the sort of things that are now being mandated by this anti God de facto D.C. Corporation.
Know this, that today in this “Politically Correct,” howbeit morally INCORRECT environment, that is being shoved down our throats by this de facto D.C. Corporation, that Satan has declared war on this coming generation, and has asked to have your children that he may mold them and shape them into his image!
The Bible warns us not to remove the ancient landmarks of moral ethics and biblical principals that were long ago established by our Founding Fathers.
We have a rich Judaic Christian heritage in our country that has today been removed from all of our history books. These moral standards and ethics were laid down and established by God as a mandated code for his covenant children to follow.
These moral laws were not suggestions, but they were mandated by God Himself.
The training up of our children in the ways of God has ALWAYS been a big priority with God. It was even the reason that is given in the Bible, as to why God chose father Abraham to be the progenitor of the Messianic line.
Genesis 18:18-19
18 since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? 19 For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the way of the Lord, to do righteousness and justice, that the Lord may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him.”
Our Founding Fathers adopted these principals and values (as found in the Holy Bible) to be the foundation stones upon which our Republic, our Constitution, and our society were to be established.
As evidence of this fact the FIRST official act of Congress in the newly formed Republic (in 1782) was to authorize funds for the printing of Bibles to be distributed throughout our country:
“…in January of 1781, Robert Aitken (publisher of the Pennsylvania Magazine in Philadelphia) petitioned Congress for permission to print an English-language Bible on his presses in America rather than import the Bibles.
In his memorial to Congress, Aitken said “your Memorialist begs leave to, inform your Honours That he both begun and made considerable progress in a neat Edition of the Holy Scriptures for the use of schools” and went on to say “your Memorialist prays, that he may be commissioned or otherwise appointed & Authorized to print and vend Editions of, the Sacred Scriptures, in such manner and form as may best suit the wants and demands of the good people of these States.”
Congress appointed a committee that was to “from time to time [attend] to his progress in the work; that they also [recommend] it to the two Chaplains of Congress to examine and give their opinion of the execution.”
The committee, comprised of Founding Fathers James Duane, Thomas McKean, and John Witherspoon, reported back to Congress in September of 1782 giving its full approval.
They also included assurances from the two chaplains of Congress that “Having selected and examined a variety of passages throughout the work, we are of opinion that it is executed with great accuracy as to the sense, and with as few grammatical and typographical errors as could be expected in an undertaking of such magnitude.”
Congress gave Aitken a ringing endorsement in the form of a congressional resolution to “publish this Recommendation in the manner he shall think proper” to help sell and circulate the Bible. The complete text of this Congressional resolution is:
‘Whereupon, RESOLVED, THAT the United States in Congress assembled highly approve the pious and laudable undertaking of Mr. Aitken, as subservient to the interest of religion, as well as an instance of the progress of arts in this country, and being satisfied from the above report of his care and accuracy in the execution of the work, they recommend this edition of the Bible to the inhabitants of the United States, and hereby authorize him to publish this Recommendation in the manner he shall think proper.'”
Are you not tired of having these potentate demigods under this de facto Corporate structure in Washington DC ramming their agenda and their values down your throat, telling you how you are to raise your children?
Do these people in Washington DC, who are elected to represent you and to implement your values, are they doing that and is this the direction you want our country to take?

At the time of the September report, shipping giant UPS, which gave $167,000 to the Scouts in 2010, insisted the “gay” policy would not impact its donations. But after a petition drive that month by another homosexual-rights group, Scouts for Equality, UPS changed its mind.
Scouts for Equality now lists UPS, Merck and Intel as corporate sponsors.
Among the public figures who support the group’s aims, along with President Obama, are 2012 Republican presidential nominee Gov. Mitt Romney and Washington state Republican gubernatorial nominee Rob McKenna.
For those of you who consider yourselves Conservative Republicans, please note that the Republican nominees in this past election where also on the same page with these efforts.
Personally I think there are many within the church today who need to refresh their memories about what Jesus warned us about “Wolves in Sheep’s clothing” in these last days.
The fact is the Republican Party, under this corrupt de facto corporate system, it is no better and there is no difference from that of the Democratic Party, on this one issue of a “New World Order,” which the Bible tells us will ultimately be a totalitarian/fascist One World Government; and on that one point of steering our nation in that direction, both political parties, in terms of their leadership and ultimate objectives, are on the very same page.
On the issue of Homosexuality, I need to say one thing here, and that is as we study our Bible we find that ALL of us, every last single one of US, as the descendants of Adam and Eve, that we ALL have sinned, meaning we have fallen short and have therefore missed God’s mark, His standards and His requirements for entry into heaven, as we stand on our own without the benefit of a Saviour. Without Jesus we ALL would be up the creek without a paddle.
What exactly is Sin?
The best way I can describe Sin is that it is ANYTHING that goes crosswise or against God’s original plan and purpose for His creation; and since He is God and we are not, He gets to make the rules!
None of us are going to make it into heaven, according to what the Bible says on the subject, by our own individual efforts and the reason is God’s salvation, His forgiveness, and offer of reconciliation back into His family, comes ONLY through faith in Jesus Christ and His propitious work for us on Calvary’s Cross.
As it says in the Bible (Ephesians 2:8-9), Salvation is a gift that comes not of ourselves, out of anything that we do through our own individual efforts or works, in any attempt to earn our salvation; but rather the Bible says that salvation is totally God’s gift to us, that is given only to those who receive it by faith, through their acceptance of Jesus Christ as both their Lord and Saviour; and the reason why God does it is because He loves you!
Unless we want to see the same disaster happening in heaven that is today happening in the earth, ever since the fall of Adam and Eve, then we certainly can understand why God has said that Sin cannot be tolerated in heaven.
However in preparation for eternity, God has established certain rules and standards for His children to abide by, while we still reside in the earth; and whereas our adherence to these standards and rules is not what gets us into heaven, nevertheless it makes for a much better life for us and for our families while we are still living this side of eternity.
Because of this fact God has also forbidden these things, these certain kinds of behavior (which we can read about in the Bible) from being practiced among His covenant children in the earth.
So what is wrong with Homosexuality?
It is clear from the Bible account in Genesis, that God first created Adam in His image and after His likeness. We are then told that God formed Adam’s physical body from the dust of the ground, and then breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and then it says that Adam became a living soul.
God then said it is not good for Adam to be alone and so He created for Adam a helpmate, a woman.
He did this by taking a piece of Adam (his rib) and then the Bible says that God formed and fashioned that rib into a woman.
Now the reason God did this was for the procreation of mankind, as is obvious because God told Adam and Eve “to be fruitful and multiply.”
The Bible also says that Adam (which is the name used in the Bible for ‘man’) was only created Male and Female, and we find nowhere in the biblical account any record of a neuter gender being created, anywhere in between.
Obviously men do not make kids with other men and women cannot perpetuate the human species by themselves, without the benefit of a male; and so this is the way God set this world up to work.
Anything that goes crosswise against God’s original plan and purpose in this matter is therefore a Sin. Now God even says that the sin of homosexuality is in eyes “an Abomination” (Lev.20:13 – Leviticus 18:22 – Romans 1:26-27}.
Even in nature such an act is unheard of, as it is an absolute perversion of God’s natural order of things; howbeit it is no less a sin than any other, because all of them will keep us out of heaven, if we should find ourselves in eternity unrepentant and without a Saviour.
As with all Sins, however, this one was also born on Calvary’s cross by Jesus, for us in our stead, in order that those who confess Jesus and believe in Him as their personal Lord and Saviour, can be forgiven and saved.
Another thing is, we can learn from the Bible and also from history that there were several civilization that had this problem of confusion between the sexes, which happened just prior to their self destruction. Sodom and Gomorrah was one and Rome was another where this happen, and there were others.
The Bible is very clear that God loves the Sinner, but He hates our Sin!
The question is sometimes asked “Can I be a Homosexual and be a Christian?”
Well as I said, the sin of homosexuality is labeled as a sin just like any other sin; and you might as well be asking can I be a murderer or a thief and be a Christian.
The answer is no, not in the sense that a person is still living in this lifestyle, even though he may be calling him or herself a Christian, and is yet still unrepentant.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
“Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.”
That’s not to say that a person who is newly converted and is still in the process of adjusting to this new way of life, can’t still have weaknesses and temptations.
It happens, but the point is that person now has a repentant heart that duly acknowledges the difference between Right and Wrong; and even though as Paul said in Romans, there is often this continued struggle between the old man and the new, between our flesh and our spirit, nevertheless that old lifestyle is now recognized by faith as having been crucified on the Cross; and also the verb that is now used for that one who is still under temptation is not one of continual ongoing action of one that is willingly and unrepentantly still participating in that lifestyle.
That is the difference God will give us all the power, by His Spirit, to over come, whatever it is we may be struggling with, and sometimes that takes time.
God judges not as man judges, He always looks at the heart and not necessarily what our flesh is doing; but in the end it is God’s decision and not ours as to who is accepted and who isn’t.
1 Samuel 16:7
7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees;[a] for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

16-20 Because of this decision we don’t evaluate people by what they have or how they look. We looked at the Messiah that way once and got it all wrong, as you know. We certainly don’t look at him that way anymore. Now we look inside, and what we see is that anyone united with the Messiah gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone; a new life burgeons! Look at it! All this comes from the God who settled the relationship between us and him, and then called us to settle our relationships with each other. God put the world square with himself through the Messiah, giving the world a fresh start by offering forgiveness of sins. God has given us the task of telling everyone what he is doing. We’re Christ’s representatives. God uses us to persuade men and women to drop their differences and enter into God’s work of making things right between them. We’re speaking for Christ himself now: Become friends with God; he’s already a friend with you.
21 How? you ask. In Christ. God put the wrong on him who never did anything wrong, so we could be put right with God.
The Bible says that it all boils down to what have you done with Messiah Jesus in your life?
The question will be asked have you accepted Him, or did you ignore Him or reject Him who is God’s only access for forgiveness and reconciliation back into God’s family?
If you accept Him and if you make Him Lord over your life the Bible says that you have eternal life; but if you either ignore Him or reject Him then you will have to stand before the Throne of God (see below) accountable for your own sins, without benefit of a Saviour; and believe me that is NOT where you want to be!
Revelation 20:11-15

11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God,[a] and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. 14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.[b]15
And anyone not found written in the Lamb’s Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
The Bible says that if you accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour, meaning you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and you confess with your mouth that He is Lord over your life, then the Bible says that you are Saved.
It’s not rocket science, God made it easy enough that a child can receive, and truly Jesus said unless we receive the Kingdom of Heaven as a child does, by faith, then we won’t see it at all. Understand that God does this because He loves you and He actually wants to spend eternity with you!
As it says in Isaiah 53 that “We ALL like sheep have gone astray, each choosing his own way, and the Lord has laid on Him (Jesus) the inequity of us all.”
There is ONLY ONE NAME UNDER HEAVEN whereby we can be saved and that is the name of Jesus Christ!
Sin cannot exist and will not be tolerated in heaven, and the road home requires our repentance (meaning our changing the way we think and going in a different direction), in order for us to deal with it and move on with God, and that requires our faith in Jesus so that can happen.
Just as it is with any loving parent, we need to understand that there are reasons why God tells us not to do certain things; and that is because (unlike the decisions we see coming out this D.C. Corporation) God who sees from the standpoint of eternity, knows that if certain actions are tolerated that it will not only be hurtful to other people now in this time, but also it will have an adverse and hurtful effect on future generations as well; and it will also be counter productive to God’s design and His master plan for the world as He designed it to be, meaning in perfect harmony with Himself.
Anything at all that brings discord to that harmony is a Sin… and that includes the sin of Homosexuality!

My point is, if you are a Bible believing Christian then you know that what I am saying here is true; and so why in the world would the church today be looking to an unbelieving and disobedient world, meaning those unbelievers in Washington DC who head up this de facto corporation, who don’t know God and who neither value nor respect the Bible, to do by nature what none of us could do, apart from our relationship with God and the influence He has had on our life, through His Word.
Anything less is the Blind leading the Blind, and as the Bible says, “they both will fall in the ditch.”

Anything short of that is not wisdom at all, but is foolishness; and that is why our nation today is in so much trouble, because the church has all but abdicated its position in any form of righteous and God fearing political leadership, and in that resulting vacuum the world and the enemy has taken over our country.

If this is not the sort of world you want to see and if the plans and the agenda that is today being rammed down the throats of the American people, by this ungodly government, are not what you want for our country and if you disagree with them , then why are you not saying so?!

It would seem that the vast majority of the American people today have long ago lost their appreciation for the cost of this freedom that is so taken for granted today by so many.
It seems the people of our fair nation are just lying down in the face of the worse betrayal and corruption in our nation’s history, that is not coming from any enemy from without, such as Al-Qaeda or the Arab Brotherhood; no our worse threat today is coming from those enemies of our U.S. Constitution within our own government, from the highest levels of this de facto UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION.
Even though they have each sworn an oath to preserve, protect, and to defend our Constitution, it has become all too apparent from their actions that they have blatantly ignored that oath, in favor of a different agenda and future that they foresee for our country. A future that is much different from the one that most of America’s people would want!
Here’s the oath for the office of the President:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
Here’s the oath our Congressmen take:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
The first to publicly announce his betrayal of that oath was a Conservative Republican, which I am a shame to have to admit that I both supported and voted for.
The truth is for all of us that we don’t know what we don’t know until we are taught.

Does anyone remember something called the Posse Comitatus?
The Posse Comitatus Act is the United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) that was passed on June 18, 1878, after the end of Reconstruction and was updated in 1981.
Its intent was to limit the powers of Federal government in using federal military personnel inside the borders of United States. It appears, as is the case with many laws in our country that restrict the powers of the Federal government, including our U.S. Constitution, that this law too is being ignored.
Many of you may have heard the reports that the Department of Homeland Security has been purchasing massive amounts of ammunition.
The Department of Homeland Security has redacted their most recent purchase order for ammunition. With DHS having purchased over one billion rounds of ammunition in just the last year. Many fear this is a sign the Federal Government is preparing for civil unrest. (an article by Paul Joseph Watson – Infowars.com)
I also have heard reports that Obama is now mandating that military officers at the higher levels in our arm forces are now being screened as to their willingness to have their troops fire on the American public. Now why would you suppose they would want to do that; and why is the pressure being ramped up now, in this post Sandy Hook era, to again do away with our Second Amendment Rights?
There is also a growing movement within our military, at all levels, that was started by our men and women in uniform who still respect and intend to keep their oath to preserve, protect and to defend our Constitution against ALL enemies foreign and domestic, to not go along with this program. Thank God for them and we need to keep them in our prayers.
It is extremely disconcerting to see this sort of thing, that has happened so many times before in history, now happening in my own country, by people that are supposedly elected to represent our interests, the interests of the American public, but who have an entirely different agenda!
By the way, there have been other sightings of massive Russian troops doing maneuvers under a UN flag, inside Federally controlled national parks too.
Add to that the knowledge that Obama, through Executive Orders which he himself has signed, has already given himself the power to declare Martial Law and to remove ALL of our Constitutional and civil rights and to insert himself as the potentate dictator of the United States.
From all of these reports it is becoming increasingly obvious that the stage is now being set by this defacto Corporate Government in DC, to pull the plug on all of our Constitutional liberties and to implement Martial Law; and apparently those FEMA concentration camps that we’ve been hearing about will be in use soon… if their plans are allowed to move forward.
Does it take a national emergency to actually happen, for the American people to finally wake up to what is going on?
Maybe it does, but I certainly hope not. I don’t want to see this happen in my country!

Been seeing black helicopters overhead? Uniformed troops with guns drawn? Armored vehicles cruising through your residential neighborhood?
Worry not; it’s just the U.S. military’s Special Operations Command doing “realistic urban training” for military maneuvers on site in cities across the United States because that’s what they need to be able to do, according to the military.
One of the reports that has come up in just the past few days came from Miami.
There, the Herald reported military helicopters were “buzzing” neighborhoods.
It was similar to April 2011, the report said, when military helicopters “buzzed through Brickell, leading to sleepless nights for some people and a lot of griping on social media about it.”
And KTRK in Houston reported the sound of gunfire and the helicopters overhead “created a lot of concern Monday afternoon in one Houston neighborhood.”
According to the station’s report, “With military helicopters flying above her southeast Houston neighborhood, Frances Jerrals didn’t know what to think.
“‘When you see this, you think the worst. When you hear this, you think the worst,’ Jerrals said.”
The report said the Army “took over the old Carnegie Vanguard High School. … There were armed men in fatigues, plenty of weapons and what many though were real live rounds.”
The events have a history of causing alarm.
During a recent drill in Miami, “A photographer … captured video of a military helicopter firing its machine guns as it flew over an area freeway. The chopper was firing blanks, but an artist visiting the city didn’t know.”
“‘I heard the machine gun fire and then I hit the deck … I didn’t know what to expect, and it was one of the loudest things I’d ever heard,’ Josh Epperson said,” according to the report.
Army spokesman Michael Noggle told WND that the military considers the drills routine, and it’s the responsibility of local authorities who give the military permission to stage practice assaults to notify their residents.
“These are standard training exercises known [as] realistic urban training conducted by units from United States Special Operations Command,” he said.
He continued, “The purpose of the realistic urban training is to give our Special Operators an opportunity to hone their skills in a controlled, but unfamiliar, realistic urban environment that cannot be replicated with the bare-boned facades found on military installation ranges.”
He said the Special Operations teams want to train away from their home bases because they know the layout there, maybe too well to make training effective.
“Though we have excellent training areas on military installations, it is impossible to replicate what a real urban environment offers,” Noggle said. “It is important for our military members to train in a variety of different locations and unfamiliar environments to prepare for combat overseas. This city provides a great opportunity to capitalize on the unfamiliarity of a large, urban environment and has worked well so far, thanks in large part to the cooperation of the mayor’s office and local law enforcement.”
He said people really shouldn’t be alarmed, because the military works with local authorities, who are supposed to notify their own residents if they want to.
“There is a very detailed DOD realistic urban training approval process that USSOCOM complies before conducting any training outside of a military installation,” Noggle told WND. “Foremost is notifying (and gaining permission from) the local law enforcement as well as local government officials. It is left to the discretion of the local law enforcement and government officials to notify the general public of military training.”
But when that fails, and people are alarmed, he said, it’s not the military’s fault.
“I think it is important to note that these training exercises are in coordination with local law enforcement officials,” he said. “We work very hard to inform and protect the local population, our interface is through the local authorities. We were invited by the cities to conduct joint training exercises to enhance the effectiveness of both services in order to better protect the residents.
“The Army sincerely appreciates the cooperation that we receive from the local residents and businesses in the vicinity of theses training exercises; we regret that this caused concern and angst amongst some residents.”
A CBS outlet in Chicagoreported that a local “drill” also was being planned in a public school, this time by the local Gary Grove police department.
Cary Grove High School principal Jay Sargeant said the event would include “shooting blanks from a gun.”
That’s to condition teachers and students to the sound of gunfire, the report said.
The logic escaped some parents, the station said.
“If you need to run a drill, you run a drill,” parent Sharon Miller told WBBM. “They run fire drills all the time, but they don’t run up and down the hallway with a flamethrower.”
But writers at the Infowars.com site noted an alarming development.
“A decade ago, ‘black helicopters’ were fantasy according to the official account, and a favorite among conspiracy theorists. Today, it’s just an everyday occurrence, while the plans to ‘resettle’ the American people, or at least its dissidents, in concentration camps is officially on the books.”
“The public is being conditioned to give up its own defenses, in the way of 2nd Amendment infringements, all while being repeatedly trained to accept a constant police-military presence in its major cities…” the commentary said.
WND carried a report earlier when there were military “exercises” in Minneapolis. Records clerk Melissa Hill said, “To me it’s really frightening. Military copters flying around in our airspace in an urban setting – it kind of conditions people to accept a police state.”

What is Truth?
For some people their view of “truth” could be defined as some philosophical perspective or viewpoint; or it could be one’s belief system that has its roots based on some secular or religious perspective; but for us on this website our faith and our belief, as was also the faith and belief of our Founding Fathers, is that “TRUTH” is neither a philosophy nor is it a religion, but it is a Person.
It is our first purpose at HIS Jurisdiction, for those of you who have not yet had an encounter with, or have not yet met this Person, is to introduce you to this One who stands on the stage of history, whose birth even marks the division of our calendar (between B.C. and A.D.) in two sections, B.C. indicating the period before His birth; and A.D. the period after His birth.
This Person was born in a manger, in the city of Bethlehem over 2000 years ago, as a Jewish baby, and His name in Hebrew is: Yahshua Ha ́Mashiach (translated: Saviour the Messiah—Anointed One).
You may know Him as Jesus Christ.
For some He is merely a great philosopher, an historic figure, or a teacher; for others His name is only used in vain, as a profanity; but by His own admission, as He describes Himself in His Word, which is the Bible, He is so much more than any of those things.
Whatever your opinion may be of Him, by His own admission He claimed to be “the Way, the Truth, and the Life; and to be the ONLY access to the Father, both in this life and also in eternity!

Whether you believe it or not, one thing is sure, and that is our Founding Fathers certainly believed that, and they based the formation of our Republic on that Truth; and they also authored our founding documents on that foundation, that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the One true God; and that what we call the Holy Bible is in fact the inherent (without error in the original tongues) and inspired Word of God.
Did you know that out of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence, 27 were ordained ministers and 54 of 56 were solid Christians, and only two were agnostics (not sure of God); and yet those two agnostics are the ones the media always holds up as examples of the faith of the other 54?
Did you know that the first English Bible printed in America was ordered by the Congress of the united states, to be used to teach reading in the public schools; did you know the Ten Commandments were posted in all the public schools; and that each of those schools started each day with a prayer to God and also the Pledge of Allegiance to the Republic for the united states?
Like it or lump it that is our history; and yet it is a history that is virtually ignored in our public schools today; and they have even gone as far as to bar the teaching of Biblical principles, and have made it illegal to even have the Ten Commandments posted, let alone taught!
Our present form of “government,” as it exists today, is not a government at all; but rather as of 1871 (The Act of 1871) we have operated as a Corporation, and ever since both our Republic and our U.S. Constitution have been set aside and have remained dormant, until March 30th, 2010, when the Republic for the united states of America was reinhabited.
At one point in our history, just after the completion and signing of the Constitution, in a reply to a woman’s inquiry as to the type of government our Founders had created, Benjamin Franklin said: “A Republic, if you can keep it.”
Well the truth is we have not kept our Republic at all; Instead as we look at our history, our country being bankrupt coming out of the Civil War, at the direction of the Rothschild’s Banking Cartel, the forty-first Congress (in 1871) changed our de jure Republic into a Corporation.
“The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the “Acts of the Forty-First Congress,” Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62. On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act titled: “An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia.” This is also known as the “Act of 1871.” What does this mean? Well, it means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land.”
This de facto U.S. Corporation is definitely NOT the government that our Founding Fathers envisioned and started back in 1776!
It is our purpose on this website to also teach this history, and the necessity of our bringing our nation back to its original de jure (lawful) foundation, as a government of the People, by the People, and for the People; which government is neither a “Democracy,” and nor should it be a “Corporation;” but rather it is a Constitutional Republic!
For those of you who are unclear as to what the difference is between a “Democracy” and a “Constitutional Republic,” we all can remember seeing westerns on TV or in the movies, where a lynch mob has voted to hang some poor cowboy; that is an example of what a “Democracy” is, where the majority rules by popular vote.
Then at the last minute the sheriff comes along and says “NO,” this man is by law entitled to a trial by jury; and so that is an example of what a “Constitutional Republic” is, where the actions of the government hinges and is limited to what is for us the highest law in the land, which is our U.S. Constitution.
Certainly we should be able to understand that in order to have jurisdiction over any realm you must have the power and authority to enforce that jurisdiction; and it is our position that there is no higher authority or power in either heaven or on earth, that is greater than that of the Creator; and since He is our Creator, and we did not create ourselves, it is mandatory, if we want His blessings and favor to rest upon our nation and upon us as individuals, that we pay close attention to the way He has ordained that His children should operate in the earth.
That is also why our Founding Fathers created our Republic and all of our Founding Documents based on the Bible.

Whatever your belief system is and whatever your opinion may be regarding the existence of God, our history and the above chart will show that our Founding Fathers built our entire Republic, and also they authored our Declaration of Independence and our U.S. Constitution all based on a foundational faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and the inherency of His written word, which is the Holy Bible.
We have a lot of opinions that are bantered back and forth about this subject, but the best resource we have in order to correctly discern the truth is to look to the various writings of our Founding Fathers on this subject of the importance of FAITH in God and our obedience to God’s laws in order that we might have a successful continuation of our Republic form of government.

And may the associated distribution of the Bible proceed and prosper till the Lord shall have made “bare His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God” [Isaiah 52:10].8
In the chain of human events, the birthday of the nation is indissolubly linked with the birthday of the Savior. The Declaration of Independence laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity.9

So what is your response to all of this and how do you stand in your faith; in your relationship with your Creator?
Whether or not you will believe what I am about to say will be predicated upon whether or not you believe, as did our Founding Fathers and countless other Christians down through the centuries, that the Bible is truly the inherent Word of God?
This message of the Gospel was much too important to leave it to happenstance, so God has given us the Holy Bible to be, not just the foundation of our Faith, in giving us doctrines and reproofs for correction, but also it is our roadmap, a book of instructions, left here on earth, in order to show us the way to Salvation, and to give us direction in our life, as to what God expects of us.
As you can see from the above video, God has provided us with many proofs as to whether or not the Bible is in fact the inspired Word of God; but the greatest proof of all, as to whether this is true or not, will be had when you actually begin to read it and apply it to your life.
This is the path that the Bible tells us to take, through the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, in order that we may know that we have eternal life (1 John 5:13); that we have been forgiven of our sins, and are now reconciled back into God’s family.
This message and this truth applies to every individual who has ever lived, or ever will live.
The Bible says that every man will one day have to stand before his creator and give an account of the life they lived while on earth.
For the unsaved that judgment is called the “White Throne Judgement.”
The Bible tells us that ONLY those who have accepted the Gospel’s message of Salvation through faith in Jesus Christ will be exempted from this “White Throne Judgment.
As illustrated in this picture (below), for those who have accepted the Gospel and have been born-again, Jesus’ substitutionary and propitious sacrifice and atonement on Calvary’s cross paid the price for their estrangement and their sin; which is the only means of salvation that is available to anyone.
The Bible says that Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
To deny this gift is to have to be accountable for your own sins without the benefit of a Saviour, and believe me you don’t want to be in that position!
But God being the fair and just God that He is, if you have chosen of your own free will and volition to live your entire life having either rejected or having ignored the Gospel’s invitation for reconciliation, then God will not force that on you in eternity, after you die; and so it will be your choice to face eternity alone, without benefit of God’s forgiveness that can only be had through faith in Jesus Christ.
So then, the question is, what must I do to be Saved?
To start with, you must realize that you are a sinner.
It matters not how good, bad, or indifferent you have been in your lifetime, the Bible is very clear on this point, that we have ALL fallen short and have missed God’s requirements and standards for reconciliation apart from our standing in grace by faith, under the covering and shelter of our one and only Saviour, Jesus Christ.
This is not just man’s opinion, and it’s not just my opinion, or that of any particular denomination or religion, but rather this is what God has said and has written in His Word; and since He alone is God, He gets to make the rules.
And so this is where the road home begins for ALL of us:
“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:” Romans 3:10
“… for there is no difference. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23
Realize you will face JUDGEMENT because of your sins.
“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this THE JUDGEMENT:” Hebrews 9:27
“So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” Romans 14:12
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:12-15
Realize you CAN NOT save yourself.
“But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; …” Isaiah 64:6
“Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, …” Titus 3:5
Realize that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for your sins.
“Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, …” 1 Peter 2:24
“… Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,” Revelation 1:5
Simply receive Jesus Christ by faith as your personal Savior
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” John 1:12
“…Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Acts 16:30,31
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
Salvation is trusting and receiving Jesus Christ as your Savior. It’s trusting in the fact that Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary to pay for your sins! It’s realizing there is absolutely nothing whatsoever you can do to save yourself and completely trusting in Jesus Christ to save you! It’s not any church that saves. It’s not baptism, not good works, not sacraments, not repenting, not praying through, not enduring to the end, not living a good life, IT’S NOT ANYTHING YOU CAN DO!
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the gift of God:
9 NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
Now isn’t that plain?
IT’s NOT OF YOURSELVES. . . NOT OF WORKS. . .
Are you now ready to make a commitment?
Then pray this prayer, and mean it with all your heart.
Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and unless you save me I am lost forever. I thank you for dying for me at Calvary and paying for my sins. I come to you now, Lord, just as You said in Your Word, the best way I know how, and ask you to save me. I now receive you as my Savior. In Jesus Christ Name, Amen.
If you just prayed that prayer, according to the Word of God YOU ARE SAVED! HALLELUJAH!
You say, but I don’t feel any different. Guess what? Your salvation does not depend on your feeling. It ALL depends on doing what God SAID!
God said if you receive and trust in Jesus Christ you are saved. Notice it does NOT say you “might” or “could” be saved, but “shall be saved”. YOU ARE SAVED!
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord SHALL BE SAVED. Romans 10:13
Didn’t you just believe on the Lord Jesus Christ? Look at what John 3:36 says! It says you HATH EVERLASTING LIFE! Not “maybe” or “hope so” BUT HATH… meaning YOU ARE SAVED!
He that believeth on the Son HATH EVERLASTING LIFE: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. John 3:36
Friend, if you prayed the prayer and received Jesus Christ YOU ARE SAVED! You did what God said AND GOD CANNOT LIE!
In hope of eternal life, which God, THAT CANNOT LIE, promised before the world began; Titus 1:2
What to do next?
1. Start reading the Bible. Read the gospel of John. Then read the New Testament. Then start in Genesis and read the whole Bible. And when you finish the whole Bible start over again. Read your Bible every day. Three chapters a day (about 10 minutes) will read it through in a year.
As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: 1 Peter 2:2
And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. Luke 4:4
2. Start a prayer life. You say, I don’t know how to pray. Just talk to God like you do anybody else. There’s no use to get pious and pomp before the Lord, He knows all about you anyway. Get a notebook and start a prayer list. Put down your friends and loved ones that need to be saved. Pray for both the de facto U.S. Corporation and for the Republic; pray for our current interim president, James Timothy Turner; pray for our country, for a great awaking to fall upon the church, and for revival to spread across our land.
If you have any needs, whatever they may be, health, financial, marriage problems, it doesn’t matter, ask God to help you. Pray about EVERYTHING. Open the door of the day (morning) with prayer and lock the night with prayer. You can not pray too much. In your day by day activities pray. At work pray. Driving in the car pray. Wherever and whenever pray. Decide that prayer is going to be your life-long friend.
Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. Psalm 55:17
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Matthew 7:7-8
3. Tell somebody about Jesus. Go tell someone when you get through reading this that you just got saved. Tell your family. Tell your friends. Tell the world! Try to find someone everyday you can tell about Jesus.
And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ. Acts 5:42
4. Fellowship with other Christians. Find you a local Bible-Believing church.
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

23 Minutes in Hell
Even though there are many people who doubt the existence of a literal hell, nevertheless in the Bible Jesus gives an actual account of what happened to two people after they died. Please note that prior to the resurrection, according to what the Bible says, Old Testament saints went to a place called Abraham’s Bosom.
After the resurrection the Bible says for us to be absent from our physical body is to be present with the Lord in Heaven.
The following Scripture is found in Luke 16:19-31:
Parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus
19 Jesus said, “There was a certain rich man who was splendidly clothed in purple and fine linen and who lived each day in luxury. 20 At his gate lay a poor man named Lazarus who was covered with sores. 21 As Lazarus lay there longing for scraps from the rich man’s table, the dogs would come and lick his open sores.
22 “Finally, the poor man died and was carried by the angels to be with Abraham.[a] The rich man also died and was buried, 23 and his soul went to the place of the dead.[b] There, in torment, he saw Abraham in the far distance with Lazarus at his side.
24 “The rich man shouted, ‘Father Abraham, have some pity! Send Lazarus over here to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue. I am in anguish in these flames.’
25 “But Abraham said to him, ‘Son, remember that during your lifetime you had everything you wanted, and Lazarus had nothing. So now he is here being comforted, and you are in anguish. 26 And besides, there is a great chasm separating us. No one can cross over to you from here, and no one can cross over to us from there.’
27 “Then the rich man said, ‘Please, Father Abraham, at least send him to my father’s home. 28 For I have five brothers, and I want him to warn them so they don’t end up in this place of torment.’
29 “But Abraham said, ‘Moses and the prophets have warned them. Your brothers can read what they wrote.’
30 “The rich man replied, ‘No, Father Abraham! But if someone is sent to them from the dead, then they will repent of their sins and turn to God.’
31 “But Abraham said, ‘If they won’t listen to Moses and the prophets, they won’t listen even if someone rises from the dead.'”
Even though for many people today who when asked this question as to whether they believe in a literal Hell, they quite often will respond in the negative; nevertheless this is a subject that we all will sooner or later have to face, as the Bible most definitely says there is a Heaven to gain and a Hell to shun.
The question is, how would you answer that question? Do you believe there is life after death?

13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

The Bible says that if you accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour, meaning you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and you confess with your mouth that He is Lord over your life, then the Bible says that you are Saved.
