We must remember that as Christians, at the time of our rebirth, we each were admitted into the School of the Holy Spirit; and this path (this pilgrimage) that we now have entered into is not an event, but rather it is a process.
We must learn both patience and perseverance on this path, and most importantly we must learn to walk by faith and not by what we see and feel.
As Christians we have entered into an entirely new paradigm (a new way of thinking and living).
In God’s Kingdom we are to put on the mind of Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to begin to rewrite the corrupt code (programming) of this world, which we ALL have been trained under, and replace this old corrupt and obsolete programming with that of the Holy Spirit.
All of this takes time and even though it may not be happening as fast as we would like, nevertheless the promise of God (in Phi 1:6) is that He will compete the work which He has begun.
Just don’t be discouraged when things seem to be happening slower than you like, because the fact is if God were to move us along as fast as we would like it would probably destroy us.
It’s God’s timing and God’s process that is being implemented in our lives, and we must remember that we are but one building block in this Church He is building, and that there are many other building blocks, besides us, that God is fitting together.
However the faster we are conforming in obedience to His Word and are pressing forward in faith, the faster we will start seeing the results we want to see; and all of this will require us learning to let go and let God in our lives.

Don’t Get in a Hurry

One of the reasons Gloria and I have seen the results we have in our lives and in our ministry is because when we realized what the Word of God would do, we literally immersed ourselves in it. We turned off the radio and television, we put down the newspaper, and spent nearly every waking moment of the time available either reading the Word, listening to tapes on the Word, or thinking about the Word.All that time in the Word eventually had a powerful effect on us. It began to revolutionize everything about us. It began to turn failure into success.
All that didn’t happen overnight, however. It took time. A great many believers don’t realize that. They start out devoting themselves to the Word, but they make the mistake of expecting instant, miraculous results, and when they don’t see them, they get disappointed and fall away.
Don’t do that. Be patient. Give the Word time to do its work.
Jesus once said, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God” (Matt. 4:4).
The Word of God feeds the spirit man just as bread feeds the body. Food has to be built into your body.
The vitamins and minerals it contains have a cumulative effect on it, don’t they? In fact, almost anything that affects your body instantaneously is considered dangerous.
Much the same thing is true with the Word of God. It has a cumulative effect. Yes, at times God will act instantly and perform a miracle, but only to get things back on track.
What He really intends is for you to feed on His Word to grow in strength and in faith and to bear fruit in due season.
So don’t get in such an all-fired hurry. Stay in the Word. Be patient. The results will come!

Seek to be filled with the Spirit daily, moment by moment! The measure of the Spirit that is about to be poured out is immense and we should seek the Lord to be ready to receive it. If a cup is full of vinegar and you want to put wine in the cup what must you do? We must humble ourselves and be emptied of this flesh life before we can be filled with the Holy Spirit! As many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God (Romans8:14). Abide in Jesus Christ for he is the secret place of the most High! (Psalms 91). The Lord bless you!!
The question is, regarding the following subject, is there a correlation between our American Foreign Policy in Israel and the natural disasters that we are seeing here at home?
Is God trying to tell us something? I think so.
The facts speak for themselves; and as I’ve always said, when it comes to the word “coincidence” in the affairs of men, as it relates to God’s Word, their is no such thing as happenstance, and the word coincidence it’s NOT a kosher word!
America, I believe, is at a crossroads of decision today, in whether or not we are going to repent and return to our founding Judaic/Christian values and heritage that made us the most blessed and envied people in the history of the world; or whether we are going to allow this unbelieving and pagan (de facto) leadership in Washington D.C. rob us of our Constitutional liberties, and lead us all into oblivion and ruination?
Regardless of where you stand on this issue, the truth is this nation, by all recorded historic records, which can be verified in both our founding documents as a nation, and also in the personal writings of our Founding Fathers, this nation was founded by men and women of faith!!!
Consequently in the subsequent vacuum that was left over time, when Christians abdicated all positions of responsibility and power in both the government and in the marketplace, nonbelievers came in and have taken over.
What we see all around us today, in this de facto and unconstitutional mess called the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION, is the result!
Please note that when it comes to the nation of Israel, and God is very clear on this one point, that we are dealing with the apple of His eye, and we had better pay attention!

Since 1990, every time the American government has tried to fiddle with the borders of Israel, some kind of natural disaster has occurred to an American interest, and usually on American soil.
We’re not talking only about one time, or five times, even ten times anymore. It’s been much more.
Is there a connection between natural disasters and harming Israel?
There is some interesting correlations between the weather, and forcing Israel to give up land.
God’s Final Warning to America
Below is a sampling of ”record-size” natural events which coincided when the United States pressured Israel to give up its land for peace, as documented in John McTernan’s book, ”God’s Final Warning to America“.
I just noticed maybe there is something to this when:
Obama slapped Israel in the face by his big Middle East speech Thursday, May 19, Barack Obama dropped a bombshell that took even the government of Israel by surprise.
He announced not only a two-state solution, but that the borders must revert to the 1967 lines – something Israel will certainly never, ever do.
Barack Obama’s proposal for Israel to pull back from the West Bank to behind the indefensible 1967 lines is down right crazy. Especially with all the unrest and uncertainty in the middle east and the Hamas/Fatah unification.
But all this is not as bad as President Barack Obama told 10,000 attentive delegates at AIPAC’s annual policy conference in Washington on Sunday morning he had specified that “the borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps.” Mutually agreed, he repeated. Nothing was going to be imposed on Israel and, by definition, the notion of agreed swaps meant that Israel would not have to return to its vulnerable pre-’67 lines.
So which way is it, does Obama mean should the 1967 lines be a basis for peace talks or not ?

Mitchell: Mideast stagnation endangers US aid on eve of visit to region, American special envoy threatens Israel with sanctions if it fails to advance peace talks, two-state solution.
On the eve of his visit to the Middle East, US special envoy George Mitchell threatened that his country would freeze its aid toIsrael if the Jewish state failed to advance peace talks with the Palestinians and a two-state solution.
When he travels to the region, Mitchell is expected to be carrying letters of “guarantees” outlining the US position.
The letters are likely to contain gestures to both sides. For the Palestinians, that would include criticism of settlements and the belief that the borders that existed before the 1967 Arab-Israeli War should be the basis of a future peace deal.
For the Israelis, they would acknowledge that post-1967 demographic changes on the ground must be taken into account, meaning that Israel would be able to keep some settlements.
Clinton did not address the letters in her remarks. But she said the administration wanted a resolution that meets both the Palestinian goal of a clearly defined and viable state based on the borders that existed before the 1967 war ”with agreed swaps” and the Israeli goal of security within boundaries that ”reflect subsequent developments.”
“There is a hunger for a resolution of this matter, a two-state solution that would rebuke the terrorists and the naysayers, that would give the Palestinians a legitimate state for their own aspirations and would give the Israelis the security they deserve to have,” she said.
Summary of the eRumor: A list of ten dates on which there important events related to Israel along with natural disasters affecting the United States. The implication is that the U.S. had better pay attention to decisions about Israel … or else.
TheTruth: The historical accounts in this eRumor are, for the most part, accurate. What is left is the question of what do they mean?
Believers in the email’s message say it means that if the U.S. wants to avoid natural disasters … be nice to Israel. Skeptics say that going through all the events in a particular span of years and finding apparent correlations doesn’t mean they were connected.
What They failed to include in the list was George Bush Sr.’s loss in the 1992 election (plummeting from an 80 percent post-war rating in only a matter of months!) to Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton, someone with a past so shady that he earned the nickname, “Slick Willy.” What had seemed like a shoe-in for a second term after Operation Desert Storm quickly became a humiliating defeat.
Indeed, as it turned out, the election witnessed one of the largest voter turnouts in American history to date, but not as much to vote-in Clinton as to vote-out the incumbent President Bush.
Apparently, he had just made good on his threat to suspend 10 billion dollars in loan guarantees to the Israeli government for not stopping construction of “settlements”. And, incidentally, it had been Vice-President Bush who had been the most outspoken against the Israeli surprise attack on the Iraqi nuclear reactor in 1984.
The-eRumor confirmation also stopped short of the eradication of Gush Katif in the summer of 2005, and the Level 5 Hurricane Katrina that had occurred the following week, pounding Louisiana, exiling many of its inhabitants, and destroying countless homes and businesses.
Believers: The connection was super-obvious, with newscasters on both sides of the ocean using similar terminology to describe the effects of each disaster.
Not to be outdone by his father, or to learn from his predecessor, George W. Bush, the 43rd President of the United States of America, continued on with the legacy of both, and suffered a similar fate.
Yes, he sat for two terms, but he also had to watch his popularity erode day-after-day, in spite of his victory over Iraqi leader Suddam Hussein (ironically, it was the conclusion of the battle his father had started), until election day came around, when the U.S. Electorate once again come out in full force against his party, to vote the Republicans out of office with an overwhelming majority.
Not only this, but the financial markets crashed right in time for the election, as if planned, triggering a world-wide recession, if not a depression.
Banks went bust, while large companies were reduced to dust — and still are — as the Arabs pressure Western countries to pressure Israel into a two-state solution, and basically, national suicide, God forbid.
And, for the record, though contrary to popular belief, not giving the Arabs what they want just because they want it, and upsetting them to the point that they take revenge on the world, is not called being a threat to world peace. peace is never at the unwilling cost of other innocent people, as every other country in the world will tell you. That is, up until they start talking about the future of the State of Israel:
Now, I don’t suspect that the leaders of the world will pick up on this pattern of current history. I supposed that they are either too ignorant or too arrogant to come to the conclusion that not only is there a God, and not only does He run the world, but that He actually gets involved to such an extent as to cause reciprocal damage when that which He cherishes is abused.
If so, then maybe they are not expected to get it. Maybe, in the end, they are only expected to allow their ignorance and arrogance to be the source of their own undoing, as it seems to be these days.
Maybe they are destined to go down, but at that own hands, measure-for-measure, as God seems to enjoy working. Just like Pharaoh at the beginning of Jewish history, the world’s leaders are the end of Jewish history are victims of their own blind spots and prejudices.

Wednesday, Dec. 12: Israeli and Palestinian negotiating teams met in Jerusalem for their first official meeting towards a permanent peace agreement since 2001. In their 90-minute meeting, they argued over Israel’s Jerusalem construction and Hamas rockets being fired from Gaza.
Wednesday, Dec. 12: Rice: Bush to take a more active role in Middle East peace process. Secretary of State Rice told USA Today that President Bush would be visiting the region because ”he very much wants to signal support for the bilateral process between the parties and to continue in a hands-on way to encourage them to move forward.”
Still, she described that approach as not one that says ”All right, I’m going to go ahead and fix this for you,” but one emphasizing talking to the parties, in which ”he’ll be able to get a strong sense of where the points of convergence are that maybe they won’t see, and where the points are divergence are as well.”
Wednesday, Dec. 12: About 468,000 homes and businesses in Oklahoma still had no power — the state suffering its worst power outage on record. Utility officials said it could be a week to 10 days before power is fully restored.

With the tornadoes and all today, could there be a link with what John Kerry is today attempting to do in Israel once again, to cause them to give up land for so called peace, when to do so would compromise there ability to defend themselves?

Kerry wants major Israeli concessions for Palestinians, including sovereign northern Dead Sea coast

He keeps the package’s contents firmly under his hat. However, according to some of the details revealed here for the first time by DEBKAfile’s sources, Kerry’s top-secret plan places on Israel the onus of major concessions including strategic and national assets, for the sake of buying the Palestinian leader’s consent to sit down and talk. Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) is not required to pay anything real in return – although it was who stalled the peace negotiations in the first place.As the first of these concessions, Kerry wants Israel to permit the Palestinians to build in Jericho for their prospective state an international airport for direct civilian flights to and from America and Europe. Those flights would cross Israeli air space and be coordinated with Israeli flight control authorities.Our exclusive sources further disclose that, while Palestinian authorities would be in charge of security at the future Jericho airport, Israel would maintain control of passengers and freight traffic by means of computer and surveillance camera networks.
In 2006, a similar remote system was installed at the Gaza Strip’s Rafah border post under European controllers after Israel’s withdrawal from the territory. It soon broke down when the foreign controllers were scared away by Palestinian threats.
Kerry envisages the transformation of the entire Jericho region north of the Dead Sea and near the Jordanian border into a busy hub for galvanizing the economy of the future Palestinian state. He wants Israel to hand over to the Palestinians the Kalia region on the northern shore of the Dead Sea. Kibbutz Kalia, albeit part of sovereign Israel from its inception in 1948, is nonetheless one of the assets Kerry wants Israel to cede to the Palestinians.
The fate of the veteran Israeli kibbutz is left up in the air.
Israeli concessions would not end at the northern Dead Sea coast, according to the secret Kerry plan; it would be just the first in a series of land and sovereignty handovers granted the Palestinians in trilateral negotiations among Israel, the Palestinians and the United States.The Palestinians would also be awarded by the process a three-year economic reconstruction program for boosting their Gross National Product by 50 percent and slashing unemployment from 21 to 8 percent.
The Middle East Quartet’s Special Envoy Tony Blair will head the program, Secretary Kerry reported to the world economic forum meeting in Jordan Sunday, May 26. His goal is to raise $4 billion for investing in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.“This is the biggest, boldest and most ambitious program ever granted the Palestinians since Oslo, 20 years ago,” Kerry told the forum.
Prime Minister Netanyahu has not divulged his views on the Kerry proposals – merely for winning Palestinian consent to talk peace. Since the payment of sovereign Israeli territory would be no more than the down- payment for pulling the Palestinians to the table, how many more high-value security and national assets will Israel will be required to part with along the road toward meeting the Palestinians’ ever-rising price tag?
Abu Mazen has gone on record as rejecting any economic proposals unaccompanied by political concessions. However, Kerry is still hard at his shuttle diplomacy and his talks with the Palestinian leader continue.

They went for the darkness because they were not really interested in pleasing God.
20 Everyone who makes a practice of doing evil, addicted to denial and illusion, hates God- light and won’t come near it, fearing a painful exposure.
21 But anyone working and living in truth and reality welcomes God- light so the work can be seen for the God- work it is.”

If you are reading this and you have not yet made that decision to be reconciled back into God’s family, to make Messiah Jesus Lord of your life, and then to serve Him and to follow Him all the days of your life, then why not take this opportunity to get serious with Him and ask God whether these things are true or not?
Don’t let the hypocrisy and past mistakes of man and of religion keep you from making this decision.
Many people have done things in God’s name who have not known Him, and the way to know the difference between those who are truly serving God and those who aren’t, you have but to judge them by the fruit that is being exhibited through their life.

A wise man once told me that ships at sea do not navigate by taking their bearings from other ships, and neither should we navigate through life by looking to the failures, hypocrisies and mistakes of man.
When it comes to being perfect, none of us are… and that’s why we need a Saviour!

I remember a sermon I once heard by a great teacher, Dr. euGene Scott Ph.D Stanford University. It was entitled, “God couldn’t be everywhere, so He made mothers!”
The title comes from an old Jewish Proverb.
Even though as Christians we know that this is not true, because we know God is Omnipresent, so He can be everywhere at once; and the reason why we know this is true is because we find it taught throughout the Bible.
PSALM 139
1 O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
2 You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off.
3 You comprehend my path and my lying down,
And are acquainted with all my ways.
4 For there is not a word on my tongue,
But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.
5 You have hedged me behind and before,
And laid Your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
It is high, I cannot attain it.
7 Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
8 If I ascend into heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.
9 If I take the wings of the morning,
And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
10 Even there Your hand shall lead me,
And Your right hand shall hold me.
Nevertheless this Old Jewish Proverb engenders a beautiful and wonderful thought, does it not? And just maybe the reason why God can be everywhere is by working through mothers by His Spirit, for truly next to God’s love for man, there is no stronger nor devoted love on this earth than that of a mother for her children.

What we see in this video is OUR history and these sacrifices that were made, starting with the American Revolution and in ALL the wars since, have been fought to maintain our liberty.
Let us not ever take these sacrifices for granted, and certainly let us not allow our own political leadership, under this de facto DC Corporation, to strip our liberties from us!
They each swore an oath to Preserve, to Protect, and to Defend our organic Constitution against ALL enemies, both foreign and domestic; and so I think it is past time for “We the People” to make them decide on whose side they are on… whether on the side of our Constitution or on the side of a “New World Order!”
In light of everything that is going on within our country today it is more than obvious that our nation is in serious trouble.
The reason we are in trouble is because Christians within our nation have NOT been taking care of business; and what’s worse we have long ago abdicated our rightful position, as God instructed, to bring God’s Kingdom into the earth, as it is in heaven.
We can’t do that unless we are actively involved both in our government and in the marketplace; however having limited ourselves to solely religious activities within a four walled building once or twice a week, we have grossly limited the impact which God intends us to have in this world.
Did not our Lord say “I will build my church and the gates of hell will NOT prevail against it?”
Instead of us charging the gates the hell, quite the opposite has happened, and it’s all because of the church’s weakened posture and presence within both our culture and our society at large, where instead of being on the offensive, the church for the last 100 or more years has been in a steady state of retreat.
This is due in no small part to the fact that most denominational churches today have all but denied the POWER of God, as scripture said would happen in the last days (see 2 Timothy 3:5), and by power I mean they have relegated the Gifts of the Spirit and the signs and wonders as having long ago ceased.
My quesiton is, have we accomplished our Great Commission; have we charged the gates of hell and have we relegated Satan powerless? The answer is no, obviously not!
Quite the contrary, instead with every advancement the enemy has made over the last many years, such as when abortion, which is infanticide, when it became the law of our land, all the church did was draw another line in the sand and back up; and we being doing nothing but backing up ever since.
Not only do we NOT have Satan on the run, it is we, the church, who has been running from him!
The Gifts of the Spirit and the POWER of God to work signs and wonders in the earth are the tools which God has given us to do the work which He has called us to do! I mean this is not rocket science here… it should be common sense!
For the church to even attempt to go to war and do battle in Jesus name without these tools in hand is like sending our troops to war with only their bare hands to fight with, against all the armored vehicles and munitions of our enemy.
We would never do that, and neither would God!
Let’s remember what Paul said:

3-6 The world is unprincipled. It’s dog-eat-dog out there! The world doesn’t fight fair. But we don’t live or fight our battles that way—never have and never will.
The tools of our trade aren’t for marketing or manipulation, but they are for demolishing that entire massively corrupt culture.
We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ.
Our tools are ready at hand for clearing the ground of every obstruction and building lives of obedience into maturity.
I ask you, is this scripture still not true today, and so has the need for these spiritual weapons ceased? Of course not!
Obviously not, and the fact that the church has not availed themselves of these spiritual weapons and has instead adopted the world’s methods and means to do God’s work is more than obvious by the dismal results we have to show for our efforts today, at least in this country.
Today in the United States, under this defacto (unconstitutional and therefore unlawful) Corporate system, we the church are most definitely unequally yoked.
It is the unbelievers, the pagans, and worse (for the most part) who have been running this country for the last 140 years, ever since the Act of 1871 was passed, and our Republic and our organic Constitution was mothballed and made inactive.
None of this was done through proper channels or means, as outlined in our organic Constitution, and so in terms of the LAW, with the highest law being our organic U.S. Constitution, all of these actions are null and void out the gate; but because of the fact it was done surreptitiously behind closed doors, in the same way business is largely done today, under this de facto Corporate system in D.C., the general public was non the wiser and just accepted it… just like we see happening today.
Whatever this defacto Corporation in Washington D.C. does and however they decide to do it, we may complain, but we accept it.
We did that when the Aborton laws were passed back in the seventies; and more recently we did it when Bush took $700 Billion of our tax money to bail out his buddies in the banking industry and on Wall Street, because he said “They are too big to fail!”
We did it when the Patriot Act was passed and our Constitutional protection against unlawful search and seizure was thrown out the window; we did it when Obama sign the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into law, and our constitutional rights against unlawful detention where thrown out; and we did it when Obamacare was pushed through Congress, with no debate or public discussion on it’s merits, and Congress didn’t even bother reading the Bill before they voted it through, no less!!!
Folks, what is wrong with this picture; and what is wrong with the people of this country that we are just sitting back and allowing these politicians to strip our rights from us like this?
It’s like we’re drinking the government issued “politically correct” kool aide, as if we don’t have minds or discernment of our own, to see what is happening to our country… as this present lot in Washington DC is taking us all down the tubes!
Thanks to these people today, our nation is in the exact same position as Rome once was, when the people of that age also thought that they were too big to fail.
Their failure and their ultimate demise came about, not from any external enemy, but it came from within, through the greed, corruption, and lack of morality of its own leadership; and if we aren’t careful, and if we fail to wake up and respond, then that same history is about to repeat itself once again here in our country!
So what do we do… what can we do?
This is definitely NOT the church that Jesus began over 2000 years ago that turned the world of its day on its ear; and we obviously today are not on the offensive, charging against the gates of hell either!
Not at all, quite the contrary they have had us in retreat for the last 140 years or more.
So then what can we do?
We who are believers are grossly outnumbered, out manned, out gunned, and we are not in control of this de facto corporation.
Their strings are being pulled by people that are above them; by the same people that Jesus angrily chased from the temple, the Money Changers and Bankers of His day… well they are still around and they have only grown in power.
Our strategy, as Believers, and our battle plan starts with our own repentance, where we follow the instructions given to us by God in 2 Chronicles 7:14; where God says: “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves (before me) and seek My face; if they would but turn from their wicked ways and pray to Me, then I (God) promise to hear their prayers from heaven and heal their land!”
This is where we have to begin, as this war can never be won in our own strength!
Fortunately, as we begin to learn to use God’s spiritual weaponry, as Paul instructed us to do in 2 Corinthians 10, then we will see the tables turned, just as it happened with our founding fathers, when they also were sorely out numbered and out manned.
We need to understand that there is no power in heaven or earth that can trump God’s power, and as Jesus has said, “ALL POWER in both heaven and earth has been placed in My hands in order that you (My church) can do the work which I (Jesus) have called you to do, in My name!”
This is the way God’s Spirtual multiplication works:
Jesus promised us (in Matthew 18:19) that “Where two or more agree as touching anything in this earth, whatever they ask, it will be granted them by my Father in heaven.”
Then as we look to Deuteronomy 32:30, we find that if ONE can put 1,000 to flight and TWO can put 10,000 to flight, where with the addition of each prayer warrior the odds increase by a factor of 10, then it naturally follows that if more of us would just come together in agreement and pray, we too could turn our world on its ear!
This is where it ALL begins, with our repentance and our submission to God and to His ways.
I believe this is also God’s strategy and plan for us in these last days, to do just that… but we have to start by praying and through our intercession, and our doing spiritual battle against these wicked and evil principalities and forces of Satan (and of darkness) who are actively seeking to establish their kingdom in the earth, their “New World Order,” who today are also controlling this de facto Corporate system in Washington DC!
They are already defeated, ever since Calvary, and the only way they have been maintaining control over this world and over our country is because the church has not been on the job.
It is WE, the church, who are to be God’s occupational force in the world, until Jesus returns!
Here is God’s multiplication table and how these numbers can easily translate in our favor, in order for us to accomplish our mission in the earth.
We definitely have the advantage, but we have to fight God’s way, using His strategy, His Power, and His tools!
I believe this world is about to witness the BIGGEST revival this world has ever seen, which will be the last stand God makes before this dispensation, this age of the gentiles terminates, which will happen just before Jesus comes back to earth and sets up His throne in Jerusalem.
All of this, I believe, is going to happen within our lifetime, meaning soon and very soon!
In the mean time let us each be prepared and let us be about our Father’s business! Selah

There is a great deception a foot through the media today in America, that has actually been going on for years.
The powers that be that pull the strings of both our mainstream media and this Washington D.C. Corporation, called UNITED STATES, INC has successfully, over the years, pitted the Right against the Left, in order to keep our house divided, and to draw attention away from themselves.
The objective is to keep the American people preoccupied and arguing among themselves, solely over their political differences, so as to keep the attention off of what the “Puppet Masters” are doing behind the scenes, to weaken our country in the hope that we will eventually willingly submit to their “New World Order.”
As I’ve said before this same strategy comes right out of the same playbook that was used in Leninist and Stalinist Russia, and continues today under the Communist Party; it was used in pre-Nazi Germany, that gave rise to Hitler; and also in Red China.
It’s the old “Good Cop, Bad Cop” scenario, that operates much the same as our Two-Party political system does, where both sides appear to be against each other (on the surface that is), where both sides are pitted against the center, in order to achieve a common goal and objective.
It’s all about deceit and the massive programming of the general population, through the media and our public education, when in actuality both sides are working for and are taking their orders form the same people.
What people you ask?
Well at the top of the list are a small group of families, headed up by the Rothschild’s International Banking Cartel that today control most all of the world banking systems.

Former Congressman John R. Rarick warned:
The CFR is dedicated to the establishment of a one-world government and it is financed by a number of the largest tax-exempt foundations in the world. Walid Shoebat is a Palestinian American Christian, himself a former terrorist, who converted from Islam to become a born-again Christian.
He lectures today on the dangers of Islamic radicalism and is a strong supporter of the state of Israel.
Born to a Jordanian Muslim father and a American mother, Shoebat lived during the early part of his life in the village of Beit Sahour, near Bethlehem.
A self-proclaimed apostate Muslim, Walid Shoebat says he converted to Christianity in 1993 and began spreading the word about the “dangers of Islam”.
He has been interviewed as a terrorism expert on several television programs, including a handful of appearances on CNN and its sister network, HLN, in 2006 and 2007.
Shoebat is also a frequent speaker at Biblical prophecy conferences comparing End Times eschatology in the Judeo-Christian and Islamic sacred texts.
IMMA Founder Abdullah Omar Naseef tied to Rupert Murdoch?

Regular readers to this site probably remember the name Abdullah Omar Naseef. He is the founder of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA), the organization at which Huma Abedin served as an assistant editor for approximately twelve years.
During the controversy that involved Abedin and letters sent by Michele Bachmann to various Inspectors General that expressed concerns about Muslim Brotherhood infiltration – Fox News noticeably went out of its way to avoid the story, except when coverage of it was helpful to the deputy chief of staff to Hillary Clinton.
One very big reason for that might just be found in an article by Diana West.
While it’s common knowledge that Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal is the second largest shareholder of News Corp., Fox’s parent company, perhaps not as widely known is Murdoch’s ownership stake in a media company owned by Alwaleed.
West reports:
The channel is Al Risala, which translates into “the (Islamic) message.” It was launched in 2006 by Saudi prince Talal bin Alwaleed, the nephew of the King of Saudi Arabia and a Murdoch business associate who also owns a 7 percent stake in Murdoch’s News Corp., the parent company of Fox News and other U.S. media outlets.
Murdoch co-owns Al Risala through his acquisition of an 18.97 percent stake in Rotana, Al Risala’s Arabic media parent group, which is owned by Alwaleed.
West links to another find as well. None other than Abdullah Omar Naseef is one of six members who serve on the Advisory Committee of Al Risala:

When John McCain defended Abedin and smeared Bachmann, Fox News covered it. When John Boehner did the same, Fox News covered it. When former Bachman Campaign Chief Ed Rollins ripped Bachmann and defended Abedin, Fox News covered it. When it came to an opposing view, Fox News ignored it. In one case, host Megyn Kelly insisted that David Horowitz be shut down when he brought it up as a guest on her show.
Any argument put forth that Horowitz was shut down because he went off topic is short-circuited because of the network’s bald-face avoidance of the story absent pro-Abedin reports.
As Abedin fades from public view (at least for the time being) because of Clinton’s decision to step down as Secretary of State, her relevance may subside as well but what is absolutely relevant is the role of Naseef. As the founder of the IMMA, his plans are extremely clear; they include a very real propaganda campaign designed to transform non-Muslim lands into Muslim lands until all lands have Muslim majorities. That’s what the Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA) was specifically founded to do.
Walid proved it:
An individual whose name has come up in the controversial story involving the sale of Al Gore’s Current TV to Al Jazeera is Muslim Brotherhood spiritual leader Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, who has his own program on Al Jazeera and lives in the country where that network is based – Qatar.
This reality rightfully warrants criticism of Gore’s judgment but how about criticism of Murdoch’s judgment?
“Why do Islamic fundamentalists really want to kill us, what drives them and how to fight back.”
Consider that Naseef, the man who sits on the Supreme Advisory Committee of Al Risala – a company Murdoch has a substantial stake in – has a history with Al Qaradawi. In 2004 – 2005, both Qaradawi and Naseef sat on the Board of Trustees of the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS). Huma Abedin’s brother Hassan was a fellow at the time.
The sale of Current TV to Al Jazeera will mean that the Jihadist network will attempt to further its agenda actively in the United States. Alwaleed’s ownership stake in News Corp. has already been demonstrated to mean that Fox News will actively avoid exposing Jihadist agendas. Murdoch’s stake in Al Risala appears to mean he benefits when Jihadist agendas are furthered in both Muslim Majority lands…
There are only two nations in history that have established their government based on a covenant they made with God. The first was the nation of Israel and the last was the Republic for the united states of America. Where was that covenant established, you ask?
The first covenant with God was established on the Mayflower by the pilgrims who came to settle in this new land, and they made that covenant in a document that is called the Mayflower Compact, which was signed on November 11, 1620.
The Mayflower Compact stands as the first hallowed document of the American constitutional tradition:

The next document was signed by our Founding Fathers on July 4,1776, and it is called the Declaration of Independence, which document marked our nation’s birth.
The Revolutionary War was fought by our Founding Fathers not only as a rebellion against the tyranny of the mighty British Empire, but also it was a repudiation by our Founding Fathers of the “old world order,” and the monarchial tyranny that was so prevalent in Europe!
This sacred and historic document stands as our birth certificate, describing the manner and/or character that the citizens of this brave “New Nation” are to have and are to strive for via the guiding authority of our Constitution and the Holy Bible.
It is also a sacred Covenant and/or Contract with the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, who created these citizens equally, in order that this new government would ensure them those certain inalienable rights, including “life liberty and pursuit of happiness.”
When the Covenant is not kept according to the dictates of the Bible — the Hebrew Holy Scriptures — then GOD acts accordingly towards us, just as He did with the Nation of Israel.
By our Founding Fathers invoking GOD as our Justifier, they implicated HIM in a war for freedom. Therefore, it is imperative that “We the People,” as the beneficiaries of this covenant, keep and fulfill this most sacred Covenant/Contract with the Majesty On High, who is our Sovereign God and Creator!
Outside Independence Hall when
the Constitutional Convention of 1787 ended,
Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin,
“Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?”
With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded,
“A republic, if you can keep it.” ~ Benjamin Franklin
Well on that score we have not done too well!
Our nation is in trouble today because, as happened with the nation of Israel, we have reneged on our original Covenant with God, and we have violated His standards to the point that this D.C. Corporation is today attempting to remove all acknowledgement of Him from our nation’s history; from our classrooms; and from the public squares.
This Corporate entity, called the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC, that replaced our Constitutional Republic back in 1871 (through the Act of 1871) are today attempting to replace our long established Judaic/Christian faith in God with a godless ecumenical New Age style faith movement (which is not new at all, it come right out of the pages of Mystery Babylon) which they are calling the “New World Order.”
They are doing this in preparation for what I believe will eventually be what the Bible describes as very totalitarian and oppressive “One World Government” together with a one world monetary system that will usher in the kingdom of the Antichrist, spoken of in Revelation 13.
In times like this, God in His long-suffering love and grace which He bears for His lost children, just as He did with the Nation of Israel, extends to us a hand of grace and reconciliation (now mind you, this has been made possible only through the sacrifice of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ and His propitious sacrifice on Calvary’s cross), in the hope that His wayward children would (as outlined in 2 Chronicles 7:14) heed His call; humble themselves and pray; turn from their wicked ways and seek His face; in order that God would hear their prayers and heal our land.

3 Listen to this, Israel. God is calling you to account—and I mean all of you, everyone connected with the family that he delivered out of Egypt. Listen!
2 “Out of all the families on earth, I picked you.
Therefore, because of your special calling, I’m holding you responsible for all your sins.”
3-7 Do two people walk hand in hand if they aren’t going to the same place?
Does a lion roar in the forest if there’s no carcass to devour?
Does a young lion growl with pleasure if he hasn’t caught his supper?
Does a bird fall to the ground if it hasn’t been hit with a stone?
Does a trap spring shut if nothing trips it?
When the alarm goes off in the city, aren’t people alarmed?
And when disaster strikes the city, doesn’t God stand behind it?
The fact is, God, the Master, does nothing without first telling his prophets the whole story.
A Time of Great Sorrow

My people are in a state of waiting. You wait and watch for you know My judgments are coming and will be upon you. Some of you have prepared as I have led you and others have not. You will fare well as long as you have prepared your hearts.
A time of great sorrow approaches, My people. A time when none of you will be sure where to turn or what to do. You must keep your mind and your eyes fixed on Me as it approaches and encompasses you, for this is what is truly necessary.
My people will grieve as never before in this time, for the things that will be done to you and the things you will see. Remember the joy of your salvation and it will succor you in these times, for truly there will be little around you that will bring you joy.
I instruct you in these things now that you may tell your brothers and sisters, and that you may remember them in the times coming, and survive them.
Endure until the end, My precious children, for I long to share eternity and all the glory of heaven with you!

God’s Word is Living and Powerful By Dick Mills
“My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever” (Ps. 73:26 NKJ).
This verse was visibly demonstrated to me in an intensive care unit. Leitha, a friend of the family, was rushed to the hospital suffering from a severe heart attack. Hovering between life and death, she was being monitored closely by the hospital staff.
The machine attached to her showed a dot and a wavy line, a dot and a way line. It was explained to me that this was an indication that the heart beat was normal and that Leitha was resting comfortably.
Due to the serious nature of Leitha’s condition, the nurse in attendance limited my wife and me to a visit of five minutes or less. She also expressed a great concern that any “excitement” could cause Leitha irreparable damage.
For four minutes my wife and I carried on the normal social amenities with Leitha. How are you? Are you eating? Are you resting well? All the time we were talking, I kept watching the monitor. There it was, steady as a clock: dot, wavy line; dot, wavy line.
With one minute to go, I quoted Psalm 73:26. Immediately the lines on the monitor jumped. They began to go up and down, even disappearing off the top and bottom of the screen. Quickly the nurse hurried us out of the room thinking that Leitha was going to die from the sudden burst of excitement.
A few days later, however, Leitha was released from the hospital completely healed. Those lines running up and down and off both top and bottom of the monitor were visible proof that God’s Word is living and powerful, able to penetrate joints and marrow. We saw it with our own eyes!

Amos 3:7
7 Surely the Lord God does nothing,
Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.
I can tell you that this man was used of the Lord in my life to give me both Words of Knowledge and Wisdom on several different occasions.
Shortly after I was born-again I happened to be in a Christian Businessmen’s dinner meeting, where Dick Mills was the speaker.
What happened was I happened to be seated in the back, in a room that was filled with about 300 people, and I just had a thought in my mind, which I didn’t vocalize, that it would be really cool if I could get a message from the Lord today.
No sooner than Dick Mills came up to the podium he pointed right back in my direction and said the man in the back with the curly hair who said he’d like to get a word from the Lord, would you come up here please?
I might also add that this happened shortly after I had received my first Word of Knowledge from another minster (who had never seen me before and didn’t know me from Adam) that told me about an event that had occurred approximately five years before.
When I was nineteen I was involved in a near fatal auto accident.
I was out on a Friday night with three of my friends. We had spent the evening bowling and were on our way home.
My one friend, who was driving, had just gotten a brand new SS Chevelle 390 Super Sport as a gift from his parents.
We had stopped to drop off my other friend’s girlfriend at her house, and for some reason, after they had gotten out of the car, my friend with the car (Bobby), decided to start horsing around and was punching the engine to lay some rubber on the street.
All I can remember was my trying to put my seatbelt on, but was unable to because it was stuck.
I later learned told that he said he had mistakenly hit the accelerator, instead of the brake, and the car had run into a tree; and I guess at that point I went head first into either the dash or windshield.
The next thing I remember is I woke up in a hospital ICU room about a week and half later, from a coma.
This experience made an indelible impression on me, in that for some reason, when I awaken from the coma God was VERY real to me.
I thought I was a Christian because I had been raised in the church, was baptized as an infant, and was confirmed at age 13; at which time I stopped attending church. I guess it was because I figured I had fulfilled all the requirements.
I had no idea what it meant to be a Christian; that it was much more than merely fulfilling some religious denominational requirements or rituals.
Anyway five years later I was now living in California, and it was here that I became a born-again Christian.
I used to listen to this preacher every morning in my early drive to work and decided this one Sunday to attend his church.
While setting out in the congregation in the middle of the service this pastor, who again I repeat didn’t know me at all and had never seen me before, he called me to come up to the front and then proceeded to give me my first Word of Knowledge.
He talked about my accident and told me that the Lord had sent an angel and had snatched me out of the hands of Satan. He also told me other things too, personal things, that he had no way of knowing.
Like I said this was my first experience with the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, and it was God’s way of letting me know that everything I read in the Bible is true.
We serve an all powerful supernatural God and yet much of the church today, as the Bible said would happen (in 2 Timothy 3:5), where it says (talking about the condition of the church) that though they have a form of godliness, they have denied its power!
I have learned that this Christian walk is far more than our following some religious dictates or dogma of a any one church denomination, and mind you none of that is necessarily bad and it can be very helpful if it is practiced according to Scripture.
My point is this, if you are facing difficulty in your life today, trials and tribulations is what the Bible calls it (and really who today isn’t) then you need to know the God of the Supernatural, who the Bible says is ever mindful of every detail of your life.
It even says (in Psalm 139 that he has scheduled each and every day of our life, before we were born, and recorded each day in a book:

Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed.
The Bible also tells us:

So whatever you are facing individually, or whatever we are facing, collectively, as a nation, in both instances Jesus is the answer!

16 For by Him (Jesus) all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
And just before He left earth He told His disciples:

18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.19 Go therefore[a] and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
So what does all of this mean?
It means that if you are a Christian, God has set spiritual forces to work on your behalf, to train you and to prepare you for eternity; and His promise (as found in Philippians 1:6) for all of us is that He will continue that work until its completion.
God never gives up on you and so don’t you give up on yourself!
And the instructions for these Watchmen are to watch and pray!
Isaiah 62:6
6 Jerusalem, I have put guards on the walls to watch.
They must not be silent day or night.
You people who remind the Lord of your needs in prayer
should never be quiet.
Prayer is the means by when we connect with heaven, not to give God our orders and tell Him what we want, however there is a seeming paradox here because we are also instructed in the Bible to pray and supplicate in our times of need, meaning that God does expect us to petition Him in our hour of need, but still that is not the primary purpose of prayer.
No, prayer is about our getting on God’s wave length, and our learning to resonate with Him as Jesus did.
We ALL have been programmed and have been taught how to think according to this fallen world… it’s in our culture, our education, and our upbringing from the time we were children!
As a Christian we are NOT to walk according to the world!
Jesus told His disciples at one point, “As the Father has called me, I am calling you.”
The Bible calls Jesus our elder brother; it also calls Him the “Last Adam” too, which means Jesus in every way is our example and our model of what God had initially purposed to accomplish through Adam, prior to the fall; and so Jesus (through His life and ministry in the earth) exemplifies for us what God’s will and intention is for each of us, and that is for us to follow and to serve the Father, by faith, through the power and by the direction of the Holy Spirit… just as Jesus did.
Understand this, if you are a Christian then your life is no longer your own!
The fact is, if you are Born-again you have now been enlisted into God’s service and you have also been reconciled back into God’s family, through the propitious work which Jesus did for each of us on Calvary’s cross; and so your relationship with God is now just as it was with Adam and Eve before the fall.
It is God who has done this and has made it possible for us to come home!
He did it at great expense and though this gift of salvation comes to us free of charge, it did not come cheap!
Jesus gave His All, and our response is that we give our all!
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
Mark 8:34-36
Take Up the Cross and Follow Him
34 When He (Jesus) had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. 35 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it. 36 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?”
The Bible clearly says that, as Christians, we are to be available and prepared for God’s service at ALL times, in season and out – 24/7! (2 Timothy 4:2)
However so often as Believers we can get discouraged, if we keep our focus on the storms of our life and not on God’s Word; and when we do so, we are shifting our focus off of the only power and hope that we have, that will see us through the storm.
In these instances we are making the exact same mistake that Peter made, when Jesus called to him, for him to walk out to Him on the water.
Matthew 14:22-33
Jesus Walks on the Water
22 Immediately Jesus told his followers to get into the boat and go ahead of him across the lake. He stayed there to send the people home. 23 After he had sent them away, he went by himself up into the hills to pray. It was late, and Jesus was there alone. 24 By this time, the boat was already far away from land. It was being hit by waves, because the wind was blowing against it.
25 Between three and six o’clock in the morning, Jesus came to them, walking on the water. 26 When his followers saw him walking on the water, they were afraid. They said, “It’s a ghost!” and cried out in fear.
27 But Jesus quickly spoke to them, “Have courage! It is I. Do not be afraid.”
28 Peter said, “Lord, if it is really you, then command me to come to you on the water.”
29 Jesus said, “Come.”
And Peter left the boat and walked on the water to Jesus. 30 But when Peter saw the wind and the waves, he became afraid and began to sink. He shouted, “Lord, save me!”
31 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught Peter. Jesus said, “Your faith is small. Why did you doubt?”
32 After they got into the boat, the wind became calm. 33 Then those who were in the boat worshiped Jesus and said, “Truly you are the Son of God!”
You will note in the above verses of scripture that Jesus first sent His disciples into the storm, and as we study the Bible we find that this sort of thing happens many times, as there are many examples that can be found in the Bible of God sending His covenant children into problems and storms of one kind or another.
How about when Abraham was called by God to go to a land that he know not?
God did not give Abraham any information at all about where this Promised Land was, or how long it would take for them to get there.
Was this not a test of Abraham’s faith?
Here Abraham was being asked to uproot his family, leave his home, his family, and his security behind, and journey to a place that he knew nothing about, and then when He finally got there, to this Promised Land, he found himself in the middle of a famine.
How do you like them apples…isn’t this life of faith fun? J
Understand this, God has a reason and purpose for everything He does in the life of EVERY believer; and to learn what that reason is we have to look to His Word, the Holy Bible.
In the same way that our military will put young recruits through wartime simulations and tests, even under live fire, in order to teach them how to react under pressure, likewise God does the same thing and for the same reason.
Deuteronomy 8:2-5
2 And you shall remember that the Lord your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not.
3 So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord. 4 Your garments did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years.
5 You should know in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so the Lord your God chastens you.
In reference to the above wilderness experience, in the scripture below we are encouraged and told that these things were written for our benefit, as examples for us to follow; and even though at times we may feel as though we are being pushed pass our breaking point, God’s promise to us is that He will not allow us to be tempted (or tested) beyond our ability to withstand the pressure, but along with that He will give us an avenue of escape.
1 Corinthians 10:1-14
Warnings From Israel’s History
10 For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers and sisters, that our ancestors were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea. 2 They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. 3 They all ate the same spiritual food 4 and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ. 5 Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them; their bodies were scattered in the wilderness.
6 Now these things occurred as examples to keep us from setting our hearts on evil things as they did. 7 Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written: “The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in revelry.” 8 We should not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did—and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died. 9 We should not test Christ, as some of them did—and were killed by snakes. 10 And do not grumble, as some of them did—and were killed by the destroying angel.
11 These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the culmination of the ages has come. 12 So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall!
13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
We are also told in the Bible (see Ephesians 6:12) that we are not fighting (or wrestling) against flesh and blood, but rather we are fighting against wicked principalities and powers; against supernatural beings of darkness that fill this age, and against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
And the Bible goes on to tell us that this battle CANNOT be won through carnal means:
2 Corinthians 10:3-6
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
We need to understand that the Christian life is to be a supernatural life; and as the Bible clearly tells us that we are facing a very formidable and supernatural enemy of Darkness, if we are to be successful in our battle against him, then we had better learn how to use those spiritual weapons that God has provided us!
Faith by its very definition is the substance of things hoped for that is evident by things NOT seen or felt in the natural.
Consequently, it is in that very space between when you first begin to pray and believe for your miracle, and when the miracle or answer to prayer manifests that faith resides.
As the Apostle Paul points out, in the Bible, “HOPE” is what you have need of before you have the manifestation or answer to your prayer, and once you have it in hand and have received what you having been praying for, hope is no longer needed. .
If we are going to be successful at this walk of faith, then we have to pay attention to the rules of engagement, as they are taught in the Bible.
The Bible says God’s ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not ours either; for as high as heaven is above the earth, so are God’s ways and His thoughts above ours.
Get a clue folks, God is not the one who needs to change, we are!
We must never think that just because life may be hard for us, under our current circumstances, that even though we may be faced with many challenges, that God is not hfere with us; and that He will not be faithful to His Word, to perform it in our life and in our circumstances!
We have a sure record that tells us otherwise; that He will be faithful, in the same way He has always been faithful to every Saint we read about in His Word!
These examples that we read in the Bible are intended for our edification and guidance in our time of need; so instead of giving up and/or wavering under the pressure, we need to learn to stand and to trust God!
Below is an excellent message on the subject of prayer, which I ran across the other day, and so I thought to pass it along to you.
“Legend has it that after a morning praying in the monastery of Piedra, a novice asked an abbot, ‘Do they (our prayers) make God closer to us?’
‘I will answer you with another question,’ said the Abbot. ‘All those prayers you pray will they make the sun rise tomorrow?’
‘Of course not! The sun rises because it obeys a universal law!’
‘So that is the answer to your question. God is near to us, regardless of the prayers we say.’
The novice rebelled, ‘You want to say that our prayers are useless?’
‘No. If you don’t get up early, you will never be able to see the sun rise. If you don’t pray, even though God is always near, you will never be able to notice His presence.’
Pray and watch, this should be the motto of the Warrior of Light. If you just watch, you’ll start seeing ghosts where none exist. If you merely pray, you will not have time to execute the works that the world sorely needs.” ~ Paulo Coelho
The word “hitherto” seems like a hand pointing in the direction of the past.
Twenty years or seventy, and yet, “hitherto the Lord has helped!”
Through poverty, through wealth, through sickness, through health, at home, abroad, on the land, on the sea, in honour, in dishonour, in perplexity, in joy, in trial, in triumph, in prayer, in temptation, “hitherto has the Lord helped us!”
We delight to look down a long avenue of trees. It is delightful to gaze from end to end of the long vista, a sort of verdant (lush green) temple, with its branching pillars and its arches of leaves; even so look down the long aisles of your years, at the green boughs (branches) of mercy overhead, and the strong pillars of lovingkindness and faithfulness which bear up your joys.
Are there no birds in yonder branches singing? Surely there must be many, and they all sing of mercy received “hitherto.”
But the word also points forward. For when a man gets up to a certain mark and writes “hitherto,” he is not yet at the end, there is still a distance to be traversed.
More trials, more joys; more temptations, more triumphs; more prayers, more answers; more toils, more strength; more fights, more victories; and then come sickness, old age, disease, death.
Is it over now?
NO! There is more yet-awakening in Jesus’ likeness, thrones, harps, songs, psalms, white raiment, the face of Jesus, the society of saints, the glory of God, the fullness of eternity, the infinity of bliss. O be of good courage, believer, and with grateful confidence raise my “Ebenezer.”
(Reference: 1 Samuel 7:12 — “Samuel took a large stone and placed it between the towns of Mizpah and Jeshanah. He named it Ebenezer—’the stone of help’—for he said, ‘Up to this point the Lord has helped us!'” — The Ebenezer Stone (see right) represented a fresh beginning, a reversal of course for God’s people. It also said something important about God: his mercies are everlasting; his covenant is forever.)
He who hath helped thee hitherto Will help thee all thy journey through.
When read in heaven’s light how glorious and marvelous a prospect will thy “hitherto” unfold to thy grateful eye!

One must never come to the Lord thinking that this spiritual life, which we are now supposed to live by faith, as born-again covenant children of God, is a quid pro quo relationship; that somehow since we have committed ourselves to God, that He now owes us!
Anyone who would give that impression to a new believer, that by becoming a Christian life is going to be easier, is really doing them a disservice and is setting them up to fail.
The truth is, life in general, as we ALL are living it now in this fallen world, is a challenge for everyone; and even more so after you have become a Christian, because you now have a target on your back, placed there by Satan (the Devil).
You can be sure that Satan is going to do everything that he can to challenge your decision to follow and serve Christ, because your success as a Christian means a definite loss of ground for him in his kingdom.
As it turns out, from God’s point of view anyway as we can learn from reading our Operations Manual (the Bible), this life that we are living, as Christians, is a training ground for eternity; and it is in this life that we are to learn how to apply God’s promises, His spiritual tools, and His power to overcome life’s difficulties.
